I placed order for a Lenova Mobile Phab 2 and along with I ordered for S Gripline tempered glass guard for the same phone on 3rd May 2017 (Order No. OD[protected]. The tempered glass supplied to me on 6th May was not fit for Lenova Phab 2 and it was smaller than that phone and there was no proper holes for camera etc in the tempered glasssupplied. I was cheated in this regard by saying that this was not returnable. Please attend to it immediately and send me a correct tempered glass for Lenova phab 2 mobile phone. My mobile no.     I order a hard disk (Seagate plus slim 2 tb wired external hard disk) from flipkart before before 29 may they make a delivery after 2 day but the after i check it i found that the hard disk is corrupted and i order for replace than they sent that it will replace at 4 th may but today is 6th may and still no one comes to pick product and still i am waiting and the result is not satisfacting i call customer care but it do not anything except if give fake explanation and fake promise of it will replace later and and always say to wait for 2 to 4 day we pass your complain but after all that big talk big mess still the result is none

        I ordered blue star split a.c on 22nd April 2017 which was delivered to me on on 23rd April 2017. As per their website installation was suppose to happen within 2-5 days nobody called me I was calling them every day for the follow up but they kept on saying that it will be installed on 5th day i called them n they said due to system issue we will try to install it on priority but nothing happened. So I decided to return the product n get refund first their rep refused to initiate refund request when I spoke to supervisor he initiated the refund n pick up request for the product but now pick up is not catered they are giving me a run around n I have to call them every they are least bothered about their consumers it's been 13 days product is kept packed in my home . Poor experience n service I want my refund asap else I will sue flipkart for mental harassment .

            I have purchased Moto G5 plus phone on 23rd of April 2017 by exchanging old phone.

            The new phone was not packed properly, it contained scratches over the screen guard and it was visible that the same has been roughly used.
            I used the phone for 8 days and it showed the issues of Battery Draining too fast and Heating issue while charging and at the time of talking on phone.

            The replacement request was made by me on 1st May 2017 for the said product.
            I have been told since that date that they have arranged the technical person visit to look into the matter of phone.
            Maximum time was given 5th May but no technician visited. Now Flipkart authorities says that without technical visit they won't replace the product.
            Do I need to suffer if their technical person doesn't comes for 4 days and delays the visits frequently. Now Flipkart has extended the time for technical visit and kept it 10th May.
            I am just concerned that if they don't care about their customer then they should return the money if they can't serve or either they should replace the product as early as possible.

            Request you to kindly help on this matter as early as possible since phone some times gets so heat that can't put the same near ear to talk.

            I want that no other person shall suffer the same thing and shall not end up paying for defective product.,

              This website is useless. whatever they say or write, they are unable to fulfill that.
              I bought a Moto E3 Phone from this site in January. from that day till today I m facing a lot of problems because of this handset. I had submitted the return request for the same and their workers have kept that request on hold for months. And then a few months later they told us that the return policy of this website has been stopped and we can't do anything.
              moreover, now they have stopped responding back.
              Really pissed off with their products and services.

Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfil your refund request. The good news is that the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You can get in touch with the brand's authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out in case of any product related issues. The invoice for this product has been sent to you in a different email. This can be used to avail any service at the brand's authorised service centres within the warranty period.

                Problem in Login of my account

                The product was picked from my house on 17th april and i have not received my refund till today. I have earlier complained many times and they are always giving me a new date for the refund, first they said the money would be refunded by 30th april and than 4th of may was a new date given by them and now they are asking me to wait for another three days.

                Till today they have not refunded me my money back and they have again given me a new date of 23rd may 2017, 12 days later from now.
                The product was picked from my place on 17th April 2017 and I did not get the refund till today and they have given me a new date. Its almost going to be a month. I have called the flipkart help Centre around 20 times but every time they asked me to wait and gave me a new date for the refund but till today the amount has not been refunded and a new date is provided. I have been harassed a lot by these people each and every time. They have given me a lot of mental stress. Every time I called I was asked to wait and was given a new date.
                Now I demand compensation and penalty from flipkart along with refund of my money as I have been harassed by this people a lot and still I did not get my refund and have always been given a new date
                In any case I want compensation and penalty from these people as they would learn a lesson this way and also how customers feel helpless.
                These people make a person helpless and also has hampered my business and studies.

                The refund was processed to customer account and the TAT was given is 8 business days but customer was not happy hence he told will take legal action as we informed we cant process compensation.
                Very late actions are taken and that too with no strictness.

                    Delivery problem at Aluva ekart logistics

                    Hi Team,

                    I ordered "Sony 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV" from Flipkart on "Sun, Apr 23rd '17 7:43 PM" with the order ID "OD[protected]" . The product got delivered on "Mon, Apr 24th '17".

                    But the Invoice generated by Flipkart has an issue. where there is a mismatch between Serial No which is on manufacture box and on the invoice form Flipkart. I have been calling your customer case form last 10 days and fed up with service and resolution.

                                I have purchased lenovo k6 power phone from flip kart two days back. When i am calling somewhere by keeping phone on my ear, it is not working means opposite side person is unable to listen my voice and this problem is there when i am indoor (Means inside home or office), but when i bring my phone near to my mouth it is working fine, that time opposite side person is able listen me. But when i am outside, there is no problem.
                                Then i requested for the replacement and contacted to flip kart, they told me to me update the software, i updated after also i was not working. After some again i called then the executive told me to do factory reset, i have done that also, after that also i was not working, facing the same issue. Then they told that technician will contact you. Yesterday[protected] one technician came and check my phone outside. It was working fine, i am also saying, it is working fine outside, only the problem is when i was inside the office. He said may be network issue. See how fool the technician is, if network issue will be there, then you keep phone on your ear or near ur mouth in both case problem should be there, but when i bring phone near to my mouth it is working fine. After that he told that it is working fine and he given the feed back to the flip kart that mobile is working fine, but he should have given the feed back that it is working outside but not indoor. Because the technician person also faced this problem when i was contacting me. After he went, then i came to my office and called him only to give him the experience that see the same problem is coming when i am inside my office. I told him give your feed back to the company that when phone is inside office or home it is not working fine but outside working fine. But his feed back was very irresponsible and the person (Akbar mohamed from jeeves consumer services private limited) was itself very irresponsible person. He wasted my one hour office time. After calling me outside he was telling i am here some time there, and finally after one hour he meets me. This was the worst experience. After that they updated on flip kart that my request for replacement is cancelled because technician person given feed back that it is working fine outside. Based on that fool technician how they can cancel my request. After that i called flip kart toll free number and then i got call back from their side, now they are telling that now we can't replace your, you have to go service center. Why i will go to service center with my new mobile. At the time of purchasing, they given me 10 days replacement warranty.
                                I contacted multiple time to the customer care executive, but they all are very irresponsible and worst person. They don't know how to behave with customer. Multiple time they cut my call without having full conversation. I am send sharing some number from which i got call ([protected], [protected], [protected]) one of the person was mahesh kumar. He was very irresponsible person and he was behaving like he was the the ceo of the company. He was telling from flip kart i can't help you anything. First of all flip kart is tagged with some worst third party for the selling of goods, and that party is tagged with some worst third party service center. One executive was talking in a professional way. They wasted my full day in calling. At last they gave the result that you have to go to service center.
                                Finally i want to be my mobile replaced. I don't want to keep this defective item. Apart from this, they wasted my one day time, i want that one day salary from flip kart. Otherwise i will take some further action.

Customer confirmed that he is unable to listen to the voice in handset when he is in office but outside he doesn't face any problem like this. It means, there is no problem in the handset but there is issues with the sim network. If you still think there is problem with the handset please visit the authorized service center. We are closing the complaint from our side.
                                Same happened with me as well for Lenovo K6 power. The phone is horrible and Flipkart support is pathetic.

                                  I am from gaya bihar 823001 first when i was serving flipkart app and order noise gt08 smartwatch it shows available at my address and then i delivered my order through debit card and now on on delivery day it shows out of delivery address (pincode missmatch) wtf type experience and till now i dont get my money back

                                  Fake sales by flipkart.after adding redmi 3s to my cart.when i go to payment page it is displaying out of stock msg..i am facing this problem from last 3 weeks consecutively..lost all my belief in flipkart.
