The phone is just getting overheated so much that it can be even handled and mobile data is working unexpectedly slow at times, it doesn't even install the lab, the download logo just keeps on moving..
But the major issue is about heating, i spoke with several flipkart executives over customer care calls, all are rubbish ppl and just speaks on sympathy, no one even bothers what customer issue is about, the worst part was the technician which they sent for diagnosing the problem, he didn't even undersatnd what the problem, by no means anyone could have said him technician, a 5th class school boy would better handle and analyse the device, he just saw the phone for couple of minutes and said everything is working fine and closed the return and now flipkart is not ready to accept the return..
I was several times tried to make them understand the problem, but they are just rejecting the request, i just got pissed off by shopping from flipkart, the worst return policy it has in this current e-commerce market and would recommend people not buy from flipkart.. As they have the worst customer handling experience..
Please help me in returnign this defective piece and claiming back my money

Updated by dsurana Flipkart executive is not ready to accept that there is a issue, as they are saying that there technician had a look at the device and he seems it is working fine, by no means anyone would have had called him technician, if he would have had technical knowledge, then by just handling the device he could have recognized the problem in the device
