I have purchased this tv from flipkart and still today which is 6th day from the date of delivery of the product. I have not received a call from flpkart for installation and demo. I have been calling them from 26th-april and they told me kindly wait for 2-5 working days, but unfortunately 2-5 working days from the delivery of the product is expired. There is no coupon or no gift card is given to be for this matter. I have purchased the item worth 25k and in return i have received just rs 300 for not giving complaint and to hold this matter till 2nd may 2017.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already spoken to the customer. We have asked him if he can get in touch with the brand and arrange installation and demo and we will pay the standard installation charges back to Flipkart's wallet. Waiting for customer's response.

I have been calling them from 26th-april and they told me kindly wait for 2-5 working days, but unfortunately 2-5 working days from the delivery of the product is expired. After follow up so many times, i have purchased tv of vu company and i have called on customer care toll free number :[protected] and[protected] and[protected]. I have not received positive feedback and i come to know they have not raised the ticket to vu tv for free installation and demo service which is part of product as your purchase.
Request for team to kindly cooperate and help me out from this problem.

I have called on Customer Care Toll Free Number :[protected] and[protected] and[protected] . I have not received positive feedback and I come to know (Flipkart) they have not raised the ticket to VU TV for free installation and demo service which is part of product as your purchase. The VU office in Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad have not received the request from Flipkart.
Request for team to kindly cooperate and help me out from this problem.
I cannot spend my daily 1-2 hrs to arrange and make phone calls to your department.

While buying its clearly written on the website of webpage under service section, but the service from the flipkart is damn poor.

I have received the call today on 01-may-2017 after 8 working days from the date of order purchased and delivered. Stating the message as "we have already spoken to the customer. We have asked him if he can get in touch with the brand and arrange installation and demo and we will pay the standard installation charges back to flipkart's wallet. Waiting for customer's response."
When even i am calling vu tv centre in mumbai, chennai or hyderabad, they are re-routing the call to flipkart again on toll free no.
Vu service centre have not received any confirmation on the delivery and installation of product to my address.
There is complete bad response from the flipkatrt to vedor like vu tv. Flipkart have not raised the ticket to the vendor vu for installation and demo to my address. I have called 3-4 times to vu service centre and they told me sir you number is not registered for the installation from flipkart and vu have not received any information on this.
Ultimate the problem is with flipkart department have not raised the ticket to the vendor like vu tv and they cannot do installation unless and until they take any action and moreover, as a user cannot fight back with vu and flipkart to reminder their job and responsibility of each staff.
Thanks to mr salim and ali who helped me on this atleast they have listen my problem.
Dear flipkart kindly learn and start doing re-engineering and business process management with inter department as i can smell from the sources that lack of business processes in your company will make customer suffer like me.
Kindly take a strict action by tomorrow and get back to me asap.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer, he confirmed that the installation has been completed. We have provided Rs 300 as a compensation against delay in free installation and demo as an exception. Closing the complaint from our side.
