Hello sir,
I am manojchauhan ([protected]) i have order moto g turbo edition mobile from flipkart @tue, 18th apr and received at mon, 24th apr then i have done return request due to network related issue @tue, 25th apr but get a call from your team and they denied my request and tell me that she send a technician to check mobile i have tell a technician at thursday to come tomorrow before 2 pm @28 april 2017, friday but he don't come @ time sat - sun i am on leave so tell him to come @ monday but he don't come also @monday says they today is employee day so no one can come there (What a fake reason?) my tech visit case id = 2444577 my problem is genunue please resolve it or accept my return request asap today tech visit done @2 may 2017, he says me that here coverage is ok so no problem... That point i have already discussed with flipkert team that in ahmedabad network is ok but in my village near dhandhuka network not ok how can i conferm it? Then she replies in call they told me that technician came with all acessories so no need to go to village now he come here without any kinds of testing tool and directly says that no any faults in mobile
What a ruff answer? Help me what can i do??

We called the customer on 3rd May and customer agreed that there is no network issue in Ahmadabad but there is a network issue in his village (Dhandhuka). We informed customer that this is a network feasibility issue and this will be solved if he selects the network manually. He denied and was asking for return. Informed customer that as per our technician there is no network issue in Ahmadabad but there is a network issue in his village (Dhandhuka) so we will be not able to take the return. Closing the complaint from our side.

Yes But its a Faulty mobile, other moto G mobile works perfacts in my Village (Dhandhuka) there is no any network issue but its happened in only this peice which was bought from flipkart

      On 21st april, 2017, i booked a pair of formal man shoes (Order id
      Od[protected] andrew scott men's brown synthetic lace up
      Color: brown size: 10, 30 days exchange seller: jpimpex) which was delivered to me on 25.4.2017. When i tried to wear that shoes, they did not fit to me. On 27.04.2017, i made a request to return the same and refund my money through the official website of flipkart by logged into my account and it showed me that your packet will be returned on 29.04.2017. On 29.04.2017 by mistake i changed my request into replacement and immediately after i made a call to flipkart customer care and requested to cancel my request of replacement. Thereafter they accepted my request and assured me that my product will be collected by 02.05.2017, but in the evening of 29.04.2017, i got a message from ekart that my request has been cancelled as i decided to keep my product with me rather it was not happened because neither any person from ekart contacted me nor any phone call to me and then i again contacted flipkart executive on customer care number that i have received a such type of message which does not show the reality. This happened many times.

      As i am your regular customer, i am very upset because i had to face many problem but my problems are still pending and did not resolved.

        Ordered the particular item on april 22nd and was told to expect the delivery by may 2nd. Upon failing to receive the order, called their customer service only to know that my shipping has been canceled without any prior notification. The courier service provider couldn't deliver to the given address which was not notified to me despite waiting for a good 10 days for my order after paying the full sum.

        We have informed that the address was not serviceable by the logistics partners and that's why the order has been cancelled. We apologised to customer and informed that refund TAT. Customer agreed but was stating about the bad experience when she called customer care. customer informed that the call has been disconnected forcefully stating that she is not audible. We apologised and informed that we will share the feedback.

          As per trail mail this is to bring to your kind notice that as per the trail mailed communication of getting my mobile repaired, i went yesterday and received it. Here i would like to mention that after plugging the same to get charged i found that the mobile was not at all repaired and was just like as it was at the time of sending it for repair. This is truly unprofessional and illegitimate act done on your part, and now i am going to take a serious note of this. I had deposited the same since last 22 days in the hope to get it repaired and even after that i received the mobile that too without being repaired.

          Now this is to bring to your kind notice that you owe me the distress and inconvenience compensation, or get me the replacement of the hand set as a token of your apology towards the inconvenience suffered by me in this regard.

            I selected the payment method of online banking to place my order. After the transaction is done my internet is disconnected before my browser redirected to flipkart from online sbi page. The payment is done but the order was not placed. Will I get my money back. If so in how many days. After when the internet connection is available I checked for my wallet balance in flipkart. It shows zero. There are no transactions in the transaction page.

                Multiple follow up with Flipkart from day one which is 24th April-2017 and I have called VU service toll free number.

                I have been calling flipkart from 26th-April and ( Flipkart ) told me kindly wait for 2-5 working days, but unfortunately 2-5 working days from the delivery of the product is expired. There is no coupon or no gift card is given to be for this matter . I have purchased the item worth 25K

                Today I called the given numbers of VU service toll free
                I have called on Customer Care Toll Free Number :[protected] and[protected] and[protected] . I have not received positive feedback and I come to know (Flipkart) they have not raised the ticket to VU TV for free installation and demo service which is part of product as your purchase. The VU office in Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad have not received the request from Flipkart.

                Request for team to kindly cooperate and help me out from this problem.
                I cannot spend my daily 1-2 hrs to arrange and make phone calls to your department.

                I have purchased tv from flipkart and from the day i have been trying and crying for the support as installation and demo, i have not opened the box. : vu 102cm (40) full hd led tv (40d6575, 2 x hdmi, 1 x usb)
                While buying its clearly written on the website of webpage under service section, but the service from the flipkart is damn poor.

                We'll facilitate the installation and demo through authorized service engineer at your convenience the installation will be done within 48 hours of delivery of the tv. The service engineer will install your new tv, either on wall mount or on table top. Installation and demo are provided free of cost. The engineer will also help you understand your new tv's features. The process generally covers:wall-mounted or table-top installation, as requested. Physical check of all ports, including power and usb ports. Accessories also checked. Demonstration of features and settings quick run-through on how to operate the tv

                I have received the call today on 01-may-2017 after 8 working days from the date of order purchased and delivered. Stating the message as "we have already spoken to the customer. We have asked him if he can get in touch with the brand and arrange installation and demo and we will pay the standard installation charges back to flipkart's wallet. Waiting for customer's response."

                When even i am calling vu tv centre in mumbai, chennai or hyderabad, they are re-routing the call to flipkart again on toll free no.
                Vu service centre have not received any confirmation on the delivery and installation of product to my address.

                There is complete bad response from the flipkatrt to vedor like vu tv. Flipkart have not raised the ticket to the vendor vu for installation and demo to my address. I have called 3-4 times to vu service centre and they told me sir you number is not registered for the installation from flipkart and vu have not received any information on this.

                Ultimate the problem is with flipkart department have not raised the ticket to the vendor like vu tv and they cannot do installation unless and until they take any action and moreover, as a user cannot fight back with vu and flipkart to reminder their job and responsibility of each staff.

                Thanks to mr salim and ali who helped me on this atleast they have listen my problem.

                Dear flipkart kindly learn and start doing re-engineering and business process management with inter department as i can smell from the sources that lack of business processes in your company will make customer suffer like me.

                Kindly take a strict action by tomorrow and get back to me asap.

                    I have ordered a blue chevit xpose shoes but delivered black shoes. And in exchange policy, the exact size is not available that i want. But this flipkart company shows the shoes size in buying option but not delivering the same size and colour shoes that have been ordered. If this kind of cheating is done then i will never buy anything from this company.

                      This is to inform you that I had purchased Samsung Galaxy ON 7 through flipkart dated 1st Feb 2017 (Order ID: OD[protected]. Yesterday, I was facing "touch issue" hence I visited the Samsung store. Initially they checked the handset and told me that there is issue with touch and some other part for which they opened a job sheet and told me that it will be repaired under warranty. In the evening, I got a call again from Samsung and they told me that it is a refurbished phone and they cannot repair it under warranty. I was quite surprised to hear the response.

                      I have never faced this type of issue which doing any online shopping through flipkart. In fact, I have always preferred to do the online shopping though flipkart since I had never faced any issue except for my last order.

                      Pls assist me with handset replacement else I will take this issue with relevant authorities.

                      Looking forward for a quick and favorable response.

                            Dear team, i bought an i phone from flipkart on 7th feb 2017 but the usb charging cord which was delievered along with the handset is duplicate and the same is confirmed by the apple store.
                            Within 2 months of the purchase the usb has stoped charging the device.

                            The same was not expected from a big company like flipkart.

                              Respected sir,
                              I have ordered a micromax 102cm (40) full hd smart led tv through flipkart and received on 14 sep 2016. After delivering, one of the technician came for installation and demo on 15 sep 2016. During the demo we found the following issues
                              1. Picture quality was very poor it is not as full hd specification…2. The back lighting of led not lighting throughout the panel, maximum contrast is in center... Not in corners, it may harm eye side…3. Miracast also not working... Over all i was not satisfied so he (Technician) did not install and suggest me to return this product as per flipkart policy. I asked where is your job card? Then he told “i will submit the report to micromax/flipkart as we found”. After that i initiate the return request on 20th sep 2016 (Return id[protected] under seller's return policy and i received a mail from flipkart “ as part of the return, we will be scheduling technician visit and uninstallation. Your refund will be approved based on outcome of the technician visit and uninstallation” as well as a msg where mentioned the contact person of micromax service centre. I called to micromax service centre where they told “since item did not install and physically it is in good condition so no need any technician visit and uninstallation, flipkart pickup person will come and pickup your item for return”. I got msg; “dear customer your reference no…. Attended by our service centre” and then return request rejected. After this i made a call to flipkart and discuss whole drama then they initiate my return request and rejected again with same procedure…. This happened around nine times, but no action taken towards pickup/return, even micromax representatives also involve to resolve this and made lots of conversation through phone and mails to flipkart. During the conversation, flipkart representative misguiding, they said micromax representative did not send the recommendation as per return policy for return but micromax representative (Mr shailesh [protected]) told that i have submitted the recommendation for return. During another conversion they (Flipkart representative) told me to return time is over, sometime time told your method of payment was cod, sometime told micromax did not send any recommendation for return. This is case of misguiding and killing my valuable time. Tv still packed since 15th sep 2016. Several times i got these e-mail "crossed the seller's return policy i regret to inform you that currently, we will be unable to replace/refund the product as of now".

                              I humble request you to kindly justice with me. I got lots of stress, mental harassment and killed my valuable time after purchasing this tv from flipkart.

As part of the return, we will be scheduling technician visit and uninstallation. Your refund will be approved based on the outcome of the technician visit and uninstallation". Since technician did not installed the tv so nobody visited for uninstallation. Flipkart rejected my request with comment "we're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request". I got lots off stress and mental harassment after puchasing this tv from flipkart. Kindly do the needful in this regards

                              As the issue was escalated to brand and we got the written confirmation from the brand that there is no issue but customer was not happy hence request was denied hence closing case.

                                I have registered compaint with them a few times. They themselves dont know how to solve it. One customer care executive is saying i am not eligible for the offer. Another one is saying we have escalated the issue.. I had ordered swipe elite sense 28th april 2k17. It had an offer of 300 rs cashback if ordered between 28th to 30th midnight i have ordered it on 9:47 of that night. And the executive is saying that it was available only for budget handset. Swipe elite sense is a budget handset. And i have a screenshot of the page with the offer. I am attaching it below. It has been three days..                                     I have purchased oppo f1s mobile on 21 of april 2017. There is some restart problem and running app issues. According to complain to flipkart a mobile engineer come and checked mobile he got fault in mobile. He said within 3days i will get new phone. After complaining a no. Of time flipkart executive are saying. Mobile engineer had not updated that mobile status. I have called to engineer he gave me a slip in that all reports was mention that fault in mobile. Now i have done no. Of call to flipkart but they are only saying wait for some tym.

                                      I recieved this product on 23rd september, 2016 for my dad. At starting it was working quite properly but after sometime it's touch got out of order. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. It does not even respond to when i touch on its screen and it starts doing operations automatically and when someone calls on it, it does not ring on one sim and it just vibrates so it also creates a great difficulty for my dad. So please give attention to my problem and get this set repaired as soon as possible by sending your workers and repair that cell phone or exchange with it a new one.

                                        I purchased a Vu led tv 32 inch delivered to me on 29th april, the quality of the product is not good colors, brightness etc are very different in looking seems like its defective, & now flipkart executive is saying return is not possible, here I would like to mention that flipkart not advertised this policy clearly, on website its mentioned in such a manner that its not giving clear message to the customer that return is not possible, its mentioned somewhere on site but in such a manner that customer has to make some extra efforts to find it, though its mentioned in bold at several palaces FREE & EASY RETURN along with this somewhere on the sites its saying return is possible, I have given screenshots above which indicates that return is possible, why there is return tab on mobile app when return is not possible at all if return is not possible & if flipkart don't wants to misguide there customers there should be tab like "Request Technician Visit" like this, there are several such things which is like a trap on flipkart website & on app .

                                        Now flipkart is keeping things hidden or in such a manner so that he can make customer fools & on after delivering wrong substandard products they are saying that's return is not in our policy.

                                        I have to raise this matter in consumer court if flipkart didn't provide the refund to me for my that purchase. Even on customer care when I talked with representatives they are continuously saying that seniors are not available, they are not even wants to arrange call back from seniors, you are saying that your customer service is 24X7 then why seniors are not available if someone is not satisfied with the response given by junior representative, if in rare situation if senior is not available why you can not arrange call backs, after taking money now flipkart does not want to hear anything from the customers.
