I ordered a product Aspir Tempered Glass Guard for Lenovo Phab2 for my mobile Lenovo Phab 2 on 16-May-2017 on Flipkart. It got delivered today on 22-May-2017. I opened the box and just checked it's size before applying it on my mobile's screen. I found that it is small in size. I tried to return it on Flipkart, but it is showing no return policy. I am seeing similar review also for it's size issue. I approached customer care in this regard, but got very negative answer that they are unable to process it for return or exchange.

I understand about return policy on such products. But this product is defective, I have not even used it. It is a kind of fraud.

      This is regarding the product order OD[protected]MOTO G5 PLUS)
      which is not working now, it got wet in rain that too in small amount and after some time it started behaving abnormally, i switched it off and tried to restart again but display was not coming, phone is not booting now.

      According to the below promise which is mentioned on you site.

      Water-repellent Coating
      Don’t let rain, accidental spills of water or splashes of your drink get in your way. The Moto G5 Plus has a water-repellent coating that protects it inside-out.

      I took it too service center and they denied such promise on first step only said that it will surely go down even after small water spills.

      Now the question is why dont you guys test such promises if the company product your are selling and highlighting on your site. In india people have so much belief on flipkart that they just read descriptions and product quality on site and order them. But if you make such false promise than how thing going to work.

      Motorola is saying that it has water repellent coating on your site but simply denying this on their service center. Please let me know as a customer where shall i go?

      Request you to please provide refund or replacement for this device, as i ordered it by seeing the descriptions and qualitiy on your site and the product is not working on your false promise now.

      We have interacted with the customer, Cx wants to claim warranty but ASC denied to provide service as water damage, We educated cx that water damage does not comes under warranty ..cx is saying then why its mention water repellent and he is expecting replacement ...educated return not applicable so closing the incident.

          I am writing to raise my serious grievance regarding my order of woodstock office chair through flipkart. While the order was delivered, it seemed to be an old product but i kept and started using it. Within 2 months, the leatherite fabric started cracking on hand rests. Now it is also cracked on the seat.

          I reached out to woodstock seller multiple times but there has been absolutely no response. There was a warranty of 12 months provided but i am not getting any attention from seller. I also raised my complaint with flipkart at least 10 times by raising ticket but everyt time it was conveniently ignored. If seller is not complying with their promised warranty, flipkart must look into matter seriously as customer believes what's been written on flipkart site.
          I am trying to get my problem addresses from last 6 months but nobody cared about it. This is really pathetic customer experience and i want to raise it to the company to block the seller to sell woodstock products.

            Hi bought moto e3 power after that facing lot of issue like mobile doesnot rings some times and brightness automatically gets down even though brightness is full raised a return request they said to do some settings like reset and backup did two times, after technician visitt also i showed him all the features which is not working still thet cancelled retuen request.

                Dear flipkart team/ekart team,

                Really hate the way of customer service & commitment of flipkart, a brand new defected i phone delivered to me & after 3-4 days of creating trouble they agreed to return the product. 2 days over for technical visit and even after approval & shipped still they took 5 days to deliver the product from bengaluru to kolkata where it took only 2 days to deliver. Yesterday i received a call from flipkart stating that your shipment will be delivered on priority by today however still it is in transit.

                21st may 4:53 am the shipment is in transit to kolkata however yet not reached don’t know what they used to transportation likely it must be cycle/bike or bullock cart. Don’t know how they keep the commitment.
                Even i am sure that it will not reached to me by tomorrow also. It was supposed to come from bangalore to kolkata airport directly but they send it to “secunderabad”. So my parcel is going to do “india safar” with the best customer service of flipkart & his logistic team. Flipkart please do something to earn customer’s respect & trust else it will be the worst online shopping website in near future.

                  I ordered phone mi note 4 on date 26/04/17 from flipkart. The courier delivered on date 04/05/17. The courier only contained phone charger. The phone was missing from the packet. This is first time that is happening from this reputable online company. The phone i ordered was for gift to my sis on 20th may. When i opened the packet i was shocked to know that it contained only charger. I request flipkart to kindly refund the amount.

                      Item was ordered and received without price tag. Requested for exchange as the item is bigger than expected. The Flipkart Logistic team denied to pick up the item 4 (four) times stating they cannot find the price tag. Had called customer service team and informed several times that only tag available is colour and size with the bar code but still of no help till date.
                      If Flipkart is to reject for such issue, they should have checked before delivering the item.

                          Hi Guys

                          Try and understand my concern carefully.

                          I placed return request for the following products

                          1. OD[protected]
                          2. OD[protected]
                          3. OD[protected]

                          My three products were picked on May 15 2017 by the Delivery Agent named JS. I was not provided any acknowledgement receipt. After I returned my orders, I received the following message,

                          " Pickup Cancelled: Pickup for OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected]of tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. Click to give feedback: http://ekrt.in/3hVuO!NNNN.

                          Now, after getting my products returned, I was shocked to receive this above message because I didn't cancel return of these products and no acknowledgement receipt was provided to me. After then I received threatening calls from Flipkart|Ekart executive stating that I returned fake products. The person who called me is not ready to disclose his name. He talks to me with much rudeness with a threatening voice. Yesterday I went to police station to lodge an FIR. He threatened me to take a legal action against me.

                          At this time I only have his contact number. It is [protected]. I have also attached the True Caller Screen shot of that person. In the True caller, his name is listed a ACP crime branch Delhi. Also, I have attached the call recording which is not audible properly but I can get it fixed.

                          My second concern is, while returning products, by mistake I have given an extra product which was not supposed to be returned. The order ID of that product is, OD[protected].
                          Adidas BARRICADE 2017 BOOST CLAY T, Size 9. This product was returned by mistake and I want it back. I didn't place any return request for this order but I have returned it by mistake

                          Please call me ASAP to resolve my concern

                            Hi, I placed an order from Flipkart on 16th May, 2017. When the order was approved and was not showing any status other than Approved status I called the cust. care on 19-May-2017 and was told by the Executive that the product is ready to be shipped in a day or two as the expected date of delivery is 23th or 24th May.
                            When I didn't receive any message for the product shipment I sent an email on Sunday (21-May-2017) to find the status and today (22-May-2017) morning I received 3-4 emails wherein it was stated that my order has been cancelled as the seller was unable to ship my product.
                            I feel that ON PURPOSE flipkart has been cheating its customers as I wasted so much of my time and even though I contacted them on 19th May, I was informed that the product is ready to be shipped and how come all of a sudden without my knowledge the order gets cancelled.
                            I think that Flipkart feels that the customer being desperate to buy a product will re-order the same product for a higher price if the previous order gets cancelled after 1 week or so and that they can blame the seller for not shipping the product on time.
                            Isn't it the responsibility of Flipkart to ensure that the product gets shipped on time or else keep the customer informed ahead of time instead of waiting for 1 week or so. If they are the middleman between the seller and customer they have to be responsible but I feel that instead they indulge in such kinds of fraudulent practices by cancelling the order and hiking the price so that the customer re-orders the same product.

                              Recently on 14th may 2017 during the big million sale i have purchased a mobile against order 'od[protected]' and they have promised to deliver by 18th may 2017, again due to some issues they said it will be deliver by 20th may 2017, on the same day i thought of i will get some courier executive information, but i haven't received, hence i have connected to customer care of flipkart regarding the issue, they said the promised date was 20th may 2017 and time is 7:00 pm, and i have asked for the courier executive details, they said we don't have any info regarding the courier executive and they said the same story stating that the order will get delivered by 7:00 pm. I have waited till that time, but not received. I called up the cc again, the response from them is very unprofessional and rather requesting me for their mistake, they are ordering me to wait till 24th may 2017, saying your concern has been taken, the resolution time is 24th may 2017, i have put a question on his face, what if you are not going to deliver before 24th may 2017 as you have already changed the delivery time for two days, no answer from them and he is still ordering me to stay for the time he has given. The cc executive name was 'saurabh', but i am not sure because there will be more no with this name, as i don't have his full name.

                              My request is please take a strict action against these fellows and make my order to be successfully completed as i have already paid the amount of rs/- 6659 against the order.

                                I purchased vu tv from flipkart and i got it delivered on 16th may. Flipkart has a tie up with jeeves who looks into all kind of product issues when we buy from them. The tech came to install it on 17th may and when installing and doing my checks i found the screen to be hazy, not clear, lot of issues with the display. When i asked him why i'm getting this he told me that it is an issue with the dish connection. I have airtel dtv and thrice the tech came and verified the connection, changed the cable wires and adjusted everything. Inspite of that the display is still the same and there is no improvement. I raised a complaint with flipkart on this and they sent a tech whose name is manikanta achari to verify the things. He was able to recognize the issue and told me that the tv works fine on hd channels and not on sd channels and was advising me to use hd channels by paying around rs 500 as i have my connection with airtel. I don't understand why should i watch only hd channels and why shouldn't i watch normal channels. My point is if it is full hd tv are we not supposed to watch normal channels. Will i have to watch only hd channels. Won't the normal channels display clarity. Will i have to watch the normal channels in hazy and unclear condition? Have i spent 20k only to watch hd channels and unclear normal channels. I seriously do not understand one thing that if someone purchases a 4g phone does that mean they are not supposed to use 3g connection. I don't understand how come someone can suggest you to use hd channels instead of rectifying the issue. On top of it, he says there is no issue with the tv when he can clearly identify what the problem is. The tech was trying to convince me by saying it is a pixel issue. I don't understand on what basis it is a pixel issue when the screen itself is hazy. The tech asked me to play one of the hd video and see if i see the same issue and says it is not a panel issue. Even though i was not happy with his response, i immediately subscribed to one of the hd channels to see the issue occurs. It is still the same on hd channels. I called him up again and told him that i'm seeing the issue even after watching hd channels. He asked me to watsapp him a video of 1 min, which i did and tried to reach out to him. As usual, he did not even pick my call. I seriously don't understand on what basis he says it is not an issue. On top of it, he was trying to advise me not to buy vu tvs and says nothing can be done to this. He also told me not call flipkart or place a complaint with anyone until he updates his comments. I was not happy with him and immediately called flipkart and updated them. They said they can’t do anything now as they don’t see any update from him and scheduled another tech visit for 22nd.
                                We bought 3 tvs during the flipkart sale and all of them are working fine except this. It is still within the company's replacement policy and i seriously want my money back. I’m not happy at all with their response nor the tv.

                                Around 12 PM the tech - Manikanta called me and told me that he need all the screen prints of the codes on the TV and the bill copy to be sent to him. When asked he told me that he is letting them know that it is a picture issue. Around 6 PM I got a call from Jeeves and the tech has told them that I had normal set top box which I have changed to HD and the issue has been resolved. I seriously don't understand what is happening with Flipkart and Jeeves. First thing first the normal channels are not clear at all and are hazy and the same issue is prevailing on HD channels. I'm questioning again to both flipkart and Jeeves is this how you treat your customers. I seriously want my money back. It is very annoying and disgusting. I guess I have updated the wrong Order ID. The correct one is - OD[protected].

                                  I have ordered a I phone 6 from flipkart and without my permission they have cancel the order/product, when i ask them the reason for cancellation then they placed my call on a long hold about 30 to 45 mins and still they don`t have a proper answer. When i told them that i need this product in a urgent bases then they comes to the rules and regulations. And without the reason they place the call on such a long hold. customer services was very pathetic.

                                    I had ordered for tommy hilfiger nath1790874j harrison analog watch - for men and i have received a timex watch. When i asked for the replacement on customer care as per them the product is not in stock and when i checked the same on their website it is available. Flipkart is cheating customer like us and given fake offers of any products so request you to please take some serious action.

                                      I ordered a new phone from Flipkart, in the policy, it was mentioned that this product can return under 10 days. So they scheduled the tech visit, - He restored the phone and phone work fine for 10/30 minutes - though I already conveyed him that this problem will persist after restored but he denied. After that, i am facing the same problem. So I again raise a request to return the product. and again customer care executive is saying to visit the tech scheduled. this is going an infinite loop. I am not sure how can I change this phone. This Flipkart is sucking my blood. this is the only reason I didn't like this company and services. Amazon is far better in customer satisfaction. I shouldn't have bought this phone.

                                        I have placed an order of skulcandy headphones on 17th of may 2017. But it get cancelled own it's own on 20/05/2017.
                                        I have complained it to Flipkart from last 15 hours they gave me no response. I tweeted in Twitter many times about this problem by tagging new CEO of Flipkart Kalyan sir and ex CEO of Flipkart Sahin Bansal sir. But still there is no response from Flipkart for my problem.
