I had ordered for tommy hilfiger nath1790874j harrison analog watch - for men and i have received a timex watch. When i asked for the replacement on customer care as per them the product is not in stock and when i checked the same on their website it is available. Flipkart is cheating customer like us and given fake offers of any products so request you to please take some serious action.

    I ordered a new phone from Flipkart, in the policy, it was mentioned that this product can return under 10 days. So they scheduled the tech visit, - He restored the phone and phone work fine for 10/30 minutes - though I already conveyed him that this problem will persist after restored but he denied. After that, i am facing the same problem. So I again raise a request to return the product. and again customer care executive is saying to visit the tech scheduled. this is going an infinite loop. I am not sure how can I change this phone. This Flipkart is sucking my blood. this is the only reason I didn't like this company and services. Amazon is far better in customer satisfaction. I shouldn't have bought this phone.

      Respected sir,

      I have placed an order of skulcandy headphones on 17th of may 2017. But it get cancelled own it's own on 20/05/2017.
      I have complained it to Flipkart from last 15 hours they gave me no response. I tweeted in Twitter many times about this problem by tagging new CEO of Flipkart Kalyan sir and ex CEO of Flipkart Sahin Bansal sir. But still there is no response from Flipkart for my problem.

        I ordered from your website my first mistake. Next is i paid extra money for guarnteed delivery on friday 19 may 2017 and your customer care guy called up and said he cant deliver bcz he has some work. Then i got sms saying my order is nt delivered bcz you cant contact me ( you have got guts to say this lie on my face) then i got sms that it ĺl be delivered on 20 may 2017 and i called agent he didnt called. I arranged callback but guys lack guts to call me saying we couldnt reach you.

        Take my words you guys are wasting your time bcz you are not even near to Amazon India when it comes to service.

        Get some life and let me know the status of my product.

                  For average salary earning people every rupee counts. A big gaint keeping feature like premium is ok but hampering other normal service so badly... I wanted to buy a watch for my sister, having birthday on 31th of this month, selected on from flipkart and loved it, really wanted to give that to little sister... When checked it was taking 10/12 days to deliver. If i order will come on 5th of next month damn. I checked that same watch on other sites but was exclusively available on flipkart. Disapponited with flipkart, all the other have quick delivery without being in prime or any king of membership... 'Why to pay more if i'm already buying from you' include everything in that...

                        As I was trying to make a purchase of redmi note 4 mobile but it denied to deliver to any place in gujarat, I had words with their customer representatives and they told that no seller is ready to deliver it in gujarat
                        so my quetion is that if other products including xiomi can be deliver to gujarat then why not redmi note 4.
                        I want clarification on that and xiomi is selling their product on flipkart then they should also have to take a note of that

                          I ordered suit from flipkart oder id od[protected] and gave 90inr for early delivery charges but i received products 2 days late and which i asked cutomer care for refund the money they said it not the policy.

                          So it's means you only charge fake amount on the name of early delivery. Really it's worst now days to purchase from flipkart.

                          Really very disappointment this time and cutomer care support is also not good they not ready to listen.

But our customer support denied to credit Rs. 90 in his wallet. Asked the customer if I can cancel the return and refund Rs. 90 in his wallet, he said that he has already purchased from outside. Hence, closing the complaint. Feedback taken.

                                This is my second order which is about to get cancelled. my primary phone number is not working and i had provided alternate number for the delivery gents to call however, no call from them and the address provided was located on the highway near TELK Angamaly, which any newbie could spot. These new kids want us to go to the place where they set shop and get collect it from them . Life has become too easy for them and customer service suffers . Amazon has no issue in delivering to my place and they dont even call when the come to deliver. Alas, if only mi starts to sell their phones in amazon. My tracking number is FMPP[protected] . I would appreciate if this message will make any difference.

                                    Wrong item was delivered on 5/19/17 hence I logged in flipkart for refund but was unable to do so because order status in track status was showing shipping. I paid 400 for wrong product. I immediately called customer care the said even they are unable to check why such happened. Humble request to solve this issue at the earliest & refund my money.

                                      I bought Zebronics bluetooth speakers, I received the product with broken seal of woofer. Same day I raised a return request, they cancelled the request after a couple pf hours of accepting it. After that same thing twice happened and finally a guy came to collect the product but on a motorcycle and said I can't carry the product because I am on a bike, I'll come tomorrow to collect it. Next day some other guy came and saying I don't have the acknowledgement slip because of that I didn't give him product and later they cancelled the request with the reason of product mismatch. After that they again cancelled my return request thrice. Now I believe that they are just trying to pass their 10 days timeline because 8 days already passed. order Id - OD[protected]

                                      My name is daler singh, i recently purchase a phone (oppo F3 ) through flipkart with the tracking id of FMPC[protected]
                                      (Oder id[protected]and i face heating issue in this phone so replace it with new phone with the tracking id FMPP[protected] and oder id OD[protected] and now am facing problem with handset due to the problem in display touch issue its not working properly as well as side lock key . For that requested to customer care for return but they rejected my request and they told me to vist service center for that problem but i got it today why i have to vist service center while i have option to return. Now, i want refund my money and take back your phone because i dont to keep it and am not happy with your service because of your cs helpline due to their non coopertaive behaviour. so please generate the return of the phone and give my money refund. and this rating belons to the phone efficency.
