I'm here to share my worst experience with flipkart. I ordered redmi note 4 on feb 22 and was assured it would be delivered on feb 25 or 27 but they took time and delivered by march 2. I would like to complain you about Flipkart, that we bought an AC in an offer (Offer was free installation) on Feb 27, 2017. But when they came to install they asked an amount of 250/- INR and they were not carrying enough tools to carry out the installation and on top of that they were also reluctant to take up some of the work which was required for installation. I had ordered a Moto M mobile and initially had a bit of heating issues initially but that was not permanent (only the 2 days)
But when I checked the front camera quality, it was very poor even though it was 8MP . I could easily make out the defect when I compared with the 5MP MotoG4 phone.

I requested to get the phone returned ; they said that it is not possible....

The Order i placed with flipkart via no- OD[protected] is being tossed between courier agent GATI at their presscolony office and Avinashi Road office.

Despite waiting over 2 weeks and not being delivered by GATI, flipkart sends mails which falsely says that i was not available for delivery. Since i have been speaking to GATI people at both offices i am completely aware that there is enormous delay in delivery.

I placed one laptop order On 28th February 2017 and due to some issues I cancelled the order on 1st March and raised a query for refund. Then the flipkart representative was told me to wait for next 3 days for refund. But then I checked my account on March 5th and confirmed that I had still not received the amount.

I ordered 3 mi note 4 mobiles from same account but in different timings to same address . but at the time of delivery the three orders are came in single package. he asked me to take all items but i have not sufficient amount and i ms placed order. i want to take one mobile now but he rejected the delivery.i don't know y all orders are came in one package on same time....

as per above subject i ordered redmi note 64gb black colour from flip-kart . as there special sale on Wednesday . after order they generate order id after that they cancel my order and said that you make multiple order from your id but i didnt make more then 1 order .. also when called second time they says seller cancelled the order . when ask for seller detail they said we cant .
