I ordered and purchased a Moto g5 plus mobile phone on 18th may from Flipkart during festive discount sell from 14th May to 18th May.
They said that on a use of HDFC credit card buyer will get "10% instant discount".
Even after using right eligible credit card Flipkart is saying that card number series was not eligible for a discount. How can they say this even after clearly mentioning on a website that HDFC credit card holders will get discount!!!

I called twice on Customer care and they are answering in repetitive statements what they have been taught!

    Had ordered Google Pixel with *Order ID: *OD[protected],
    which was received the product on 17/05/2017 at 2:00 Pm in
    Not working (dead) condition and had approached flipkart about this issue
    they asked to go to service center in between I had sent a message in *CS
    Flipkart Facebook * one of the executive told me send us DOA/DOP
    certificate we will initiate replacement request. and now Service center
    person gave me the Box with sealed condition and asked to produce the
    certificate where I purchased it. but the Flip kart people are telling me stories i had written mails and made calls to CC but telling me some stories and asking me to wait for 24 hours

      Od[protected] this order was for the nike shoes by flipkart and i recieved the product. But the product was found to be non genuine because product id no where mentioned on bill. The number mentioned on bill is of sticker simply pasted on box by seller itself as a reference. There's no reference of nike sr. No on bill. Now flipkart blocked my flipkart account and refusing to take back product. Dispute of ₹3109.

          Dear sir
          I received Redmi note 4 64gb, 4gb ram by 17th May 2017, and regret to say that the product is not in a good condition the voice is not clearly audible to the receiver so I requested for return of product as the new phone shows available RAM is 2gb, although i have ordered 4GB RAM, the camera quality is also cheap although itvis 13MP, 5MP camera perforns better than this.
          Dear sir, I paid money for the new product not for a repaired product moreover the senior executive Ayush Sharma threatened me after one replacement flipkart will not even replace, you will have to visit mi service centre.

          I request u please take back your faulty product and return my money. I am not any more interested in these types of faulty products. I have ordered moto g5plus on your website only,

          U take money first without allowing to check the product then you start to harass us into returning is not fair at all.
          Please return my money may in your wallet or by any of appropriate way but I am not interested to keep this product any more..!

            I purchase the product ifb 6.5 kg fully automatic front load washing machine
            On 24th march 2017 amount ₹27, 284through sbi credit card-emi sbi.

            I have raised complain through customer care date 1st may & again 15 th may i have not recived any update from flipkart.

            The amount is not converted into emi due to which i have been charged 2000 from sbi bank for not paying the total amount.. Who is responsible for this..

            Please look into it asap.

                I received Redmi note 4 32gb by 17th May 2017, and regret to say that the product is not in good condition running dam slow get hangs for long. I requested for return the product on 18th may 2017 by 10am then I received a call in the evening and I was told that a technician will come and repair it on 23rd may.
                Dear sir, I paid money for the new product not for a repaired product.

                    The trimmer should have been delivered by today(18May). But it is showing that it will take two more days. I am leaving for delhi tomorrow. I placed the order since it showed that it will be delivered by 18th May. If i knew, that you people have developed a habit of delaying then i wouldn't have ordered it. As now it will be delivered to my place where i will not be available.

                    You guys have really dissappointed me.

                      Issue 1: poor supply chain: Order a mobile phone 15 days ahead of wife's birthday only to get messages from Flipkart saying delivery is delayed due to issues at logistics partner. Why should I even care if they have a bad supply chain.

                      2. Failed notification service:
                      The notification email saying, If you have any question, please reply to this email or call our customer care. But the reply email address is [protected]@flipjart.com. I did still try to reply only to receive a failure message. And we all know how bad their customer care is. No ome answers for hours.

                      3. Emotional breakdown: Ever know how furious a wife can get when you tell her the surprise you had planned for her didn't get delivered so I am sorry but you will have to wait a bit longer (for an unknown period) for the surprise. Go learn time management from the Japanese you twats at Flipkart.

                            I ordered a casio watch online on 12th may, 2017 and they promise me to deliver on 13th may, 2017 but due to their arguments they request to deliver it on next day but i have to go somewhere else so i scheduled it on 17th may, 2017. When i received the shipment i told the delivery boy that i am in doubt cause it was somewhat less in weight but he ensure me that product intact in the box and he cannot give open delivery. So i received the packet but when i opened it that was just full of box and garbage and product was missing. I called to flipkart and even mail within no time but now they are deny to send me the product or even refund. So kindly look into the matter asap.

                                I have ordered for question bank of jipmer[protected], 16 year question papers, on 11may 2017. And today morning, i got message that the order has been cancelled.At the time of placing the order, you people had enough stock of the above mensioned book and after 7 days of placing the order, how can you say that it is out of stock.How irresponsible you are.It is really dissapointing.If the required is not done immediately, I myself and my friends will never again recomment your service in any of the sectors

                                  I am Jitendra sharma lives in Gurgaon, place an order to Sony Xperia XA ultra dual on flipkart (Order no OD[protected] and the same delivered on 27th of April 2017 bearing invoice no (Tax Invoice # F0YSF[protected], that time mobile was ok but on 15th May there is yellow spot comes on screen and hang any time. That spot is too bold and clearly visible, attached also invoice and screenshot.

                                      Since the moment I received my product evoke note 4 and I switched it on I am facing the over heating problem and has logged for a replacement of my product. It was a very bad experience that no body helped me for this and the replacement is getting delayed again and again the manner the customer support executive are talking is the worst thing I have ever seen through my entire shopping experience. I want the problem of my complaint to be taken into consideration seriously and immediately resolved. This kind of act is reflection of great negligence and avoidance.

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        I had ordered for a Lenovo K6 Power (Dark Gray, 32 GB) under order No. OD[protected] from Flipkart on 15 May 2017
                                        There was an offer for exchanging my old phone and hence I had applied for the same. The online flipkart app did full test of my phone for determining the condition of my old phone and decided to give 3950 which is lesser than the maximum amount of around 4100 offered for this phone.
                                        I paid the remaining amount of 7100 for my new phone using my credit card on May 15th.
                                        Today on May 17, the delivery executive came to my office to pick up my old phone and deliver the new one. He came and did factory reset on my old phone and then removed the tempered glass from my old phone. After doing all these he said that there is some scratch on the top part of the phone and hence he cannot take the delivery. He did not have any customer care number where I can call. He left saying that he cannot take the old phone and deliver the new one. I was left with my factory reset old phone after having paid 7100 rupees to Flipkart for a new phone!
                                        Later I called the customer care number of flipkart and requested them to resolve the matter. The first executive was very rude with me and hence I requested her to transfer the call to her senior. I talked to the senior executive and he (Mr. Amit) was extremely rude and said that they will not take my old phone or deliver the new phone. He said that since there is scratches in your phone it cannot be taken. I told him that none of this was told to me while placing the order and taking money from me. He said that it is written in the terms and conditions. I asked him for a copy and he read from the same and it was understood by him also that nowhere does it say that items with scratches will not be taken. It only says that the items should be in working condition. Then he started becoming rude with me.
                                        I told him that I will approach the consumer court as I am left with no other option.
                                        It is unfortunate that flipkart which claims to be a global company has such bad customer care executives and policy and deals with its consumers in such unprofessional manner.
                                        It is unfortunate that in this era of transparency, Flipkart is attempting to squeeze out money from the consumer and not deliver products as per
                                        their promise in the order.
                                        Through you I would request Flipkart to kindly solve this issue by immediately arranging for a pick up of my old phone and delivering me the new phone failing which I will have to approach the consumer court.
