          I added Redmi Note 4 3G+32G Black in my cart on flipkart flash sale on 3rd May. After adding in cart and proceeding for checkout, it showed "Out of Stock" from my cart! How this can happen? Is it a joke or something?

          Sitting whole day with good internet connection, adding it to cart immidiately and finally someone else take things out of MY CART and buys it! Why Flipkart insulting customers? How can someone put things out of my cart like that? Isn't that against ethics?

          The product is still there in the cart but Alas! "CHECKOUT" button is inactive. Great business Flipkart! Surely you got a huge traffic on your site no?

          Can someone let me know that is it possible to buy the phone again if it is in my cart? If so how it can be done?

            The phone is just getting overheated so much that it can be even handled and mobile data is working unexpectedly slow at times, it doesn't even install the lab, the download logo just keeps on moving..

            But the major issue is about heating, i spoke with several flipkart executives over customer care calls, all are rubbish ppl and just speaks on sympathy, no one even bothers what customer issue is about, the worst part was the technician which they sent for diagnosing the problem, he didn't even undersatnd what the problem, by no means anyone could have said him technician, a 5th class school boy would better handle and analyse the device, he just saw the phone for couple of minutes and said everything is working fine and closed the return and now flipkart is not ready to accept the return..

            I was several times tried to make them understand the problem, but they are just rejecting the request, i just got pissed off by shopping from flipkart, the worst return policy it has in this current e-commerce market and would recommend people not buy from flipkart.. As they have the worst customer handling experience..

            Please help me in returnign this defective piece and claiming back my money

            Flipkart executive is not ready to accept that there is a issue, as they are saying that there technician had a look at the device and he seems it is working fine, by no means anyone would have had called him technician, if he would have had technical knowledge, then by just handling the device he could have recognized the problem in the device

              I have bought a carrier split ac through flipkart on 23-apr-2017 (Orderid od[protected] when am placing the order (Offer details are given below).
              1). No cost emi
              2).1800 /-cashback
              3). Free installation by wednesday (Which means 29-apr-2017)

              But installation is done on may 2nd 2017 and that to technician told this is not free installation. Called them several times but all in vain. This is clear fraud case. Could you please let me know what i should do now?

                I have submit a request 2 times on 29th April 2017 and 1st of May 2017 for refund for the product order - OD[protected]. But I am so disappointed that the product was not picked up till yet.

                I will not refer flipkart to anyone and I will also move to Amazon etc.

                My feedback will be 0/10.

                I want to say that Flipkart services are going to lack of trust now. I pray to God the flipkart should be close for always.The flipkart is liar that its say product can be refund but flipkart executive product cannot be refund it is not expectable.

                Flipkart is so poor.

                    I have ordered reebok shoes from flipkart and used only 4-5 times.
                    its soel starts bend one side. Very poor quality. Not sure wether original or duplicate.
                    I call customer care to replace or refund but they denied. Their executive said as i do not have tags with me, so its not possible to change the shoes.
                    Very iresponsible behaviour.
                    I want refund .
                    I will never use flipkart in future and make sure none of my friend use this.

                      I had a very bad experience with flipkart, i just buy one product from flipcart. Actually i am working in dubai. I purchased one headset for my wife yesterday, she is in kerala. Its a prepaid product. The product is not delivered till. Now they are telling its delivered. I think they are delivered to some others. Now they are trying to act like they are delivered. So no body buy anything from flipkart. Do only cash on delivery.

                        I am manojchauhan ([protected]) i have order moto g turbo edition mobile from flipkart @tue, 18th apr and received at mon, 24th apr then i have done return request due to network related issue @tue, 25th apr but get a call from your team and they denied my request and tell me that she send a technician to check mobile i have tell a technician at thursday to come tomorrow before 2 pm @28 april 2017, friday but he don't come @ time sat - sun i am on leave so tell him to come @ monday but he don't come also @monday says they today is employee day so no one can come there (What a fake reason?) my tech visit case id = 2444577 my problem is genunue please resolve it or accept my return request asap today tech visit done @2 may 2017, he says me that here coverage is ok so no problem... That point i have already discussed with flipkert team that in ahmedabad network is ok but in my village near dhandhuka network not ok how can i conferm it? Then she replies in call they told me that technician came with all acessories so no need to go to village now he come here without any kinds of testing tool and directly says that no any faults in mobile
                        What a ruff answer? Help me what can i do??

                        We called the customer on 3rd May and customer agreed that there is no network issue in Ahmadabad but there is a network issue in his village (Dhandhuka). We informed customer that this is a network feasibility issue and this will be solved if he selects the network manually. He denied and was asking for return. Informed customer that as per our technician there is no network issue in Ahmadabad but there is a network issue in his village (Dhandhuka) so we will be not able to take the return. Closing the complaint from our side.

                            On 21st april, 2017, i booked a pair of formal man shoes (Order id
                            Od[protected] andrew scott men's brown synthetic lace up
                            Color: brown size: 10, 30 days exchange seller: jpimpex) which was delivered to me on 25.4.2017. When i tried to wear that shoes, they did not fit to me. On 27.04.2017, i made a request to return the same and refund my money through the official website of flipkart by logged into my account and it showed me that your packet will be returned on 29.04.2017. On 29.04.2017 by mistake i changed my request into replacement and immediately after i made a call to flipkart customer care and requested to cancel my request of replacement. Thereafter they accepted my request and assured me that my product will be collected by 02.05.2017, but in the evening of 29.04.2017, i got a message from ekart that my request has been cancelled as i decided to keep my product with me rather it was not happened because neither any person from ekart contacted me nor any phone call to me and then i again contacted flipkart executive on customer care number that i have received a such type of message which does not show the reality. This happened many times.

                            As i am your regular customer, i am very upset because i had to face many problem but my problems are still pending and did not resolved.

                              Ordered the particular item on april 22nd and was told to expect the delivery by may 2nd. Upon failing to receive the order, called their customer service only to know that my shipping has been canceled without any prior notification. The courier service provider couldn't deliver to the given address which was not notified to me despite waiting for a good 10 days for my order after paying the full sum.

                                As per trail mail this is to bring to your kind notice that as per the trail mailed communication of getting my mobile repaired, i went yesterday and received it. Here i would like to mention that after plugging the same to get charged i found that the mobile was not at all repaired and was just like as it was at the time of sending it for repair. This is truly unprofessional and illegitimate act done on your part, and now i am going to take a serious note of this. I had deposited the same since last 22 days in the hope to get it repaired and even after that i received the mobile that too without being repaired.

                                Now this is to bring to your kind notice that you owe me the distress and inconvenience compensation, or get me the replacement of the hand set as a token of your apology towards the inconvenience suffered by me in this regard.

                                  I selected the payment method of online banking to place my order. After the transaction is done my internet is disconnected before my browser redirected to flipkart from online sbi page. The payment is done but the order was not placed. Will I get my money back. If so in how many days. After when the internet connection is available I checked for my wallet balance in flipkart. It shows zero. There are no transactions in the transaction page.

                                    Io have ordered micromax canvas juice 4 (Black, 8gb) smartphone on saturday, apr 29th, 2017 by 7.08 am. I have paid 4385rs for that and it showed your order is placed also. I have the snap for the reference. But now i could not track my order, if i check my account there also my order is not visible. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Multiple follow up with Flipkart from day one which is 24th April-2017 and I have called VU service toll free number.

                                      I have been calling flipkart from 26th-April and ( Flipkart ) told me kindly wait for 2-5 working days, but unfortunately 2-5 working days from the delivery of the product is expired. There is no coupon or no gift card is given to be for this matter . I have purchased the item worth 25K

                                      Today I called the given numbers of VU service toll free
                                      I have called on Customer Care Toll Free Number :[protected] and[protected] and[protected] . I have not received positive feedback and I come to know (Flipkart) they have not raised the ticket to VU TV for free installation and demo service which is part of product as your purchase. The VU office in Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad have not received the request from Flipkart.

                                      Request for team to kindly cooperate and help me out from this problem.
                                      I cannot spend my daily 1-2 hrs to arrange and make phone calls to your department.

                                      When i have purchased the product its mentioned as given below service information

                                      I have purchased this tv from flipkart and still today which is 6th day from the date of delivery of the product. I have not received a call from flpkart for installation and demo. I have been calling them from 26th-april and they told me kindly wait for 2-5 working days, but unfortunately 2-5 working days from the delivery of the product is expired. There is no coupon or no gift card is given to be for this matter. I have purchased the item worth 25k and in return i have received just rs 300 for not giving complaint and to hold this matter till 2nd may 2017.

                                      I have purchased tv from flipkart and from the day i have been trying and crying for the support as installation and demo, i have not opened the box. : vu 102cm (40) full hd led tv (40d6575, 2 x hdmi, 1 x usb)
                                      While buying its clearly written on the website of webpage under service section, but the service from the flipkart is damn poor.

                                      We'll facilitate the installation and demo through authorized service engineer at your convenience the installation will be done within 48 hours of delivery of the tv. The service engineer will install your new tv, either on wall mount or on table top. Installation and demo are provided free of cost. The engineer will also help you understand your new tv's features. The process generally covers:wall-mounted or table-top installation, as requested. Physical check of all ports, including power and usb ports. Accessories also checked. Demonstration of features and settings quick run-through on how to operate the tv

                                      I have received the call today on 01-may-2017 after 8 working days from the date of order purchased and delivered. Stating the message as "we have already spoken to the customer. We have asked him if he can get in touch with the brand and arrange installation and demo and we will pay the standard installation charges back to flipkart's wallet. Waiting for customer's response."

                                      When even i am calling vu tv centre in mumbai, chennai or hyderabad, they are re-routing the call to flipkart again on toll free no.
                                      Vu service centre have not received any confirmation on the delivery and installation of product to my address.

                                      There is complete bad response from the flipkatrt to vedor like vu tv. Flipkart have not raised the ticket to the vendor vu for installation and demo to my address. I have called 3-4 times to vu service centre and they told me sir you number is not registered for the installation from flipkart and vu have not received any information on this.

                                      Ultimate the problem is with flipkart department have not raised the ticket to the vendor like vu tv and they cannot do installation unless and until they take any action and moreover, as a user cannot fight back with vu and flipkart to reminder their job and responsibility of each staff.

                                      Thanks to mr salim and ali who helped me on this atleast they have listen my problem.

                                      Dear flipkart kindly learn and start doing re-engineering and business process management with inter department as i can smell from the sources that lack of business processes in your company will make customer suffer like me.

                                      Kindly take a strict action by tomorrow and get back to me asap.

                                      Spoke to the customer, he confirmed that the installation has been completed. We have provided Rs 300 as a compensation against delay in free installation and demo as an exception. Closing the complaint from our side.

                                        I've got Philips earphone 10 days back and again it was a duplicate product,
                                        flipcart is cheating with there clients, I've got a duplicate earphone which is not working at all also in advertising it's showing as original one thaty I've paid so much for this product.
                                        I don't know y the flipcart thinks that's we r fools n they can cheat us easily.
                                        Worst product n duplicate product in the name of Philips.
