Flipkart is totally fraud company.. They have a return and refund policy but they don't stand on their words.. The customer support team is very bad. I have placed on order from flipkart. Seeing the worst performance of the phone, which doesnt match to what they had shown on the website, i had requested for a refund and the cuscare convinced me for replacement of the same phone 9 toy phone). After purchase flipkart team is giving very stupid reason that we are not able to refund your money. I am a very long time customer of flipkart and never imagined they will be such a big fraudster

    My son, sanyam dhiman (Minor) purchased philips in-spa3000u/94 home audio speaker black gspa3000u vide order no [protected] bill no f03pqmh[protected] dated[protected]. It had been out of working order after few days. He lodged the complaint regarding this on tel. No.[protected] and laltest complaint no. Sup001/371829. Approximately after 30 days of complaint they have not repaired the product, every week they promise to come to repair the product but they do not come. Kindly look into the matter.

        I made a purchase with flipkart on 4/5/17. i faced size issue so i raised a return request for the same. The next day i received a mail stating they have cancelled my return request for "unusual high number of return request" (which is not at all true) and also they are locking my account for any further purchase. i tried to call customer support and they transferred me to escalation department who very casually told me they cant help me . i can only send a mail if anything for m issue. the have the worst customer support not willing to help at all.
        If that was the case they shpuld have mentioned that the products are not returnable. Also the value of products is hardly 4300 and they are creating such a nuisance.
        all i want is to return the products and get my money back and never shop form this site ever again

            Purchased Crocs Women/ Smoke Clogs from Flipkart on 1.04.2017, which was returned and collected back by Flipkart on 26.04.2017. refund for the same collected item is not initiated by Flipkart so far. So now I neither have my product nor the refund. On contacting the Flipkart they initiate return and then cancel that return again stating not been able to initiate return. On my email Flipkart promise to resolve issue in 3-4 working days, but fail to get back every time. this way the service provide is harrassing me and not providing money back.

              A message received as written “Your mobile has repeatedly ranged up and no answer received, so, for this reason only your order has been cancelled”

              In this connection I would like to inform you that the above statement is absolutely FALSE and embarrassing, actual fact is that Mr. Shambhu and his driver came to me with the 24” Samsung TV as per order ID. FMPC[protected] with an old 14” CRT TV exchange offer on 15.05.2017 at 9.20 am. They came and see the old TV is displaying some horizontal line and then Mr. Sambhu has taken a snap and sent this to his higher authority, a message came in the mobile of Mr. Shambhu as written “RTO” means return, then he said you order is being returned and now you can place a fresh order without exchange offer. But within one hour I bought a Panasonic 24" TV with an exchange offer of Rs.1, 000/- from my nearby electronic showroom.

              Just cross-check with the said person.

              Try to avoid the FALSE statement.

              TRUTHFULNESS is the right policy.

                I have ordered a product moto e3 power on 12april 2017 from the day of delivery they are making me fool firstly my product was given late and the product which i ordered was not same another phone was there inside it i immediately called customer care provider and provided the wrong product placed information i asked for refund but the customer care and complaint team both said don't worry we will solve your issue and there will be no need of refund but from then on 19 april till the today date they are telling me to wait and the faridabad hub incharge is directly saying till now he is not get mail confirmation and he will not place the product from six time till now 17 may 2017 my product is rejected by faridabad hub incharge mr satish he is denying everytime and the customer care team and complaint team are just telling to wait and wait even my product not placed and rejected by that incharge 6 times i have made lot of mails calls and even make conference call directly to customer care and hub incharge even though my problem is not solved they all are making me fool from last 1 month so i want my refund or product as soon as possible

                  Flipkart has undoubtedly demonstrated poor example of customer service. I think there is no need of customer care number because when I called them, the representative clearly told she cant help and was more willing to cancel the order rathar than providing a solution.

                  My problem is when I ordered the product, it showed that that the delivery will be done by Friday, 19th May however a day after placing when I checked, it pops up saying that the product will be delivered by 23rd May.I am leaving town on 21st morning so there is no use if i receive it post 20th May.

                  I have couple of questions here:

                  1. Why there is a big change in the delivery date? Flipkart should understand that it might be a gift to someone and you changing the delivery date by 4-5 days will really make the customer unhappy and eventually lead to bad image of Flipkart.

                  2. Why the customer care rep was more willing to cancel the order? If I had to cancel the order, I would have done it on my own, I probably donot require your assistance in that context, I know there is an option to cancel the order. I called customer care to provide me a solution to deal with the problem and not just cancelling the order.

                        Hello, i purchased mobile lenovo k5 vibe note from filpkart as on 09.05.2017 and this product received as on 14.05.2017.
                        In this phone microphone not properly working & also in this bill rs500.00 discount not deducted so i complaint for either replacement or refund. Also you are not provide after sale service properly because of your customer executive are not proper reply me & also without inform my return request has been cancled. So i has made complaint second time. Without listen my problem call are cut your side. I am not satisfied with this product & your service so please credited my refund rs 13000.00 otherwise i will complaint against filpkart of registered office address at consumer court forum. I also saw many people are compliant against this company regard bed after sales service. I hope as soon as resolve this problem.

                          I received this product on 17th April 2017. Still the problem not rectified. No technician attending on time neither solving the issue. Same model using my other friends they got Kannada option in Language list but in this mobile Kannada option is not there at all. Regarding to this have already written several mails and none of the toll free numbers are connecting the customer care executive. I need this issue to be solved at the earliest or else do the replacement of the product.

                            I purchased xiomi mi 3s prime on flipkart. My device is heating up. I contacted xiomi customer care. They said if temperature is going beyond 47 deg device should be returned. My device went up to 48. Flipkart technician on his report wrote the temperature as 47 and flipkart says return is possible only if temperature is beyond 50(according to the maker of phone limit is 47!).

                            Main issue : its not the battery that is heating. Its some other part at the top of the phone. But flipkart technicians have no way of testing this. So they just test battery temperature.

                                I received the phone on Friday, Sunday when I opened the box with phone I saw the display as cracked... I immediately requested a replacement in flipkart.. seeking for help. A mail arrived from there that my request had been received and will be verified within the next day. Monday no conformation email had arrived. Later this day, i.e. Tuesday a email arrived here that "Your return request has been closed ". Now Redmi gives only the time for 10 days of return. If, the 10 days are over like this embarrassing attitude of Flipkart. What should I do?

                                  Currently, the flipkart sale is on (From may 14 to may 18, 2017) and there are several discounted products. I wanted to purchase a few railing planters from trustbasket (Product referred as "trustbasket set of 2 - dotted oval railing planter - (Magenta, yellow) plant container set (Metal)" on their website). As per flipkart's website, the discounted price is rs.862/- (Apparently, a 28% discount from the "original price" of rs.1200). However, when you search the exact same product on amazon.in, you will find that the actual price of the product is rs. 898/-. This is an unfair trade practice - to misguide the customer into believing that a good discount is being offered, while in reality, it's a petty discount of just 1% (Against the 28% that flipkart is claiming). Such deception and misguidance. I would like to file a formal case in the consumer court against them. Please advise on the next steps.

                                    I ordered xiaomi red mi note 4 from flipkart on 10.05.2017 flash sale by paying rs.9999/- (Order id
                                    Od[protected]. But i cancelled this order after 2 hours. I received message from flipkart saying that the refund will be transferred to my original payment mode within 3 business days (Bank holidays not included). For further details, please contact bank with reference number[protected].

                                    I contacted the bank officials with this reference no. But the bank officials are saying that there is no amount credited to my account and asked me to get in touch with flipkart team for initiating the refund. The flipkart team is just giving the same reference no. And are saying that the seller has refunded &#[[#]]#8377; 9999 to my axis bank credited on 10 may 2017 under the reference number :[protected].

                                    Flipkart is so adamant that they are giving the same reference no again & again which is of no use to track the refund at bank. Now they are asking me to raise a complaint with the bank’s grievance cell. I have been visiting bank for last 2 days for checking the refund status as per flipkart reference no.

                                    The flipkart's approach i so casual & lack of helping the customers. Pathetic service. Will never buy anything from flipkart no onwards.

                                    If the refund is not not credited to my bank account in 2/3 days then will raise a legal complaint against flipkart and escalate the issue with consumer forum.

                                    Exactly the same thing happened with me. I ordered a Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets worth Rs 444/- on 14 August 2017. But i returned the product as it was a different edition. On 25th August they came to pickup the order and gave me a Reference No[protected] saying that the refund will reflect in my bank account by 30 August 2017.

                                    I contacted with the bank officials and they replied that the said amount has been claimed by the merchant and asked me to contact the merchant. The Flipkart team is also saying that the amount had already been refunded on 30th August 2017 and I need to contact the bank officials. They are also giving me the same reply again and again that the refund had already been made. Its been more than 1 month and I have been writing mail to both Flipkart as well as the bank but no refund has been received.

                                    Even I am now doubtful if I will get my money back.

                                      I tried to book xiaomi redmi note 4 dark grey color 64 gb variant by flash sale from flipkart.com on 26th may, i successfully added that mobile in my cart and payment of rs. 12999 for the same but after payment when i saw the order status flipkart automatically changed the dark grey color phone to black color phone, so i cancel the order they said your money is refunded to your original payment source within 6 days, after 6 days when i checked my account there is no money received, so i complaint to flipkart, they said that your money is successfully refunded to your hdfc bank account, but done the transaction from gramin bank (Rural bank) debit card, after that day i tired of complaining to flipkart they always said your money is refunded, till now i didn't got my refund, please help me to get my rs. 12999 and take strong action against flipkart, i attached the screenshot of my debited bank statement and flipkart dashboard

                                        I, have been ordered Moto G5 plus on 4th of april, and the product has some serious issues (Whenever i opened the camera or any other application, it crashed suddenly) that is not resolved by technician. I have been requested for the replacement, and the second product delivered on 24th april 2017. Second product is also faulty with the same problem from the day one.
                                        I have requested them to provide permanent solution to the problem i.e please refund my money back. but they refused to refund my money and said just go to authorised service center, they will resolve ur problem.
