I have purchased mobile from flipkart, having return policy of 10 days, mobile display is having issue and i have raised a return request with in 10 days and some of flipkart technical person visited my home and said the mobile is food, i compared the mobile with my friends mobiles of same model there is soo much difference in the disply, i informed the same to flipkart but they cancelled my return request without my permission, now i am having problem with cahrger and with mobile also, now it was 20 days passed. They are telling to visit service center and repair the mobile, why i have to repair the new mobile, there is worst response from flipkart customer care

    I received the product from flipkart on 20th April 2017, but within 2 days software problems started. UI has stopped working is a message, which suddenly appears on screen and phone stops working. It happens about 10 to 15 times a day, and very inconvenient. There is no return money policy, only replacement of same product, in flipkart option, and it is not clearly specified. Who would want such a lousy product again? I

      I am totally frustrated by flipkart's unprofessional behaviour! We ordered a bag which was to be delivered by 19th April. We had to travel to US on 24th April. We didnt receive our order till 23rd Night! Gave us unjustified excuses! Had to cancel our order! Very disappointed with flipkart! Would strongly recommend others not to order from Flipkart!

        Hi Team,

        I have ordered redmi note 4 on flipkart as per product traking the product is moving on many ekart offices but nobody called for delivery or any information when can be delivered. As per expected date it should be delivered on 21 April but still not delivered.
        I have called customer care but they are giving suggestions as cancel this product and go to sale again and purchase another.
        I got lucky after a month for this phone sel l product is in pune moving different address but still no delivery.

        This ekart courier service is very poor they dont have any information on website to contact them.
        I want my product asap I have paid amount aslo.

        Got below msg but still not delivered

          I ordered a voltas 1 ton ac from flipkart with product id (Od[protected] on 24th march 2017 and after the ac was installed it had many defects, in short the whole ac was defective and this was acknowledged by voltas team and after finding this, i requested for a replacement on march 28, 2017. Till now (24 april 2017) i have not got the replacement and flipkart is just harassing me.
          Even after agreeing to replace it by april 19th, they did not replace instead they postponed the delivery to 29th april. I am suffering because of hot weather and bad service.

          Can flipkart please refund me charges paid towards installation of ac, then unistallation of ac and defective product and also componesate me on mental harrasment and my phone charges for calling them day in day out.

            Myself kartik i am ur customer and i buy htce9s dual sim phone from flipkart and i got it in defective condition of display but i replaced it but after replacement i got new phone with same problem. Then i requested u to refund my money then you processed it but after 2days u cancelled it... What is this nonsense sir i paied full money for this phone. So, you are playing with me..             As per our policy we had requested the customer to visit Authorized Service Center. We are sorry but but we will not be able to initiate return.
            Hi karthik, what happened to your refund? I am going through similar issue. Flipkart is not worried about customer complaints and customer satisfaction. Did you get your money? What did you do? I also got defective phone, I tried hard for 15 days, no replacement or refund from flipkart. People get cheated by flipkart's policies that says you will get full refund for defective items, but it is not true. They don't give you refund at all. Need my money back from flipkart.

                I have purchased moto e3 power mobile from flipkart vide order no. Od[protected]. It was received on dated 18.04.2017 with 10 days replacement/return policy.

                But, when raised a request of replacement and asked for refund on dated 24.04.2017. Flipkart rejected my request that there is not any return policy & they could not provide me refund.

                Since, i already purchased another mobile (Samsung j5 (2016) from flipkart. I don't need moto e3 power & want to return the same.

                Kindly, do the needful & resolve my issue and arrange to provide me refund of the same.

                    I didn't get the product. The outer box (Carton) was sealed using paper sticker but from corner there is evidence that corner was already opened in tricky way and selaed again with flipkart branded tape.
                    As you said your courier partner has confirmed that product was delivered with being product intact. I think your courier partner did not know that what is happening inside the box.
                    I am really in stress right know because both my money and product is gone. This time i am very frustated with flipkart service specially customer service. I raised my complaint to your customer support and grievance redressal multiple times.

                              I purchased a le eco 1s mobile through flipkart on 14-august-2016 and it is under 1 year manufacturer warranty. Now my mobile is not working and it is still under warranty and when i contacted to service center then they deny to provide me service for the same and they told me company already withdrawl warranty before 2 months ago and now they only provide me paid service facility. Then after that i make a direct call to le eco mobile company but they didnt pick my call.
                              Now i seen on a flipkart, flipkart company is still selling their product with 1 year manufacturer warranty. This is totally a scam from flipkart and le eco company side. So please look into matter carefully and resolve my problem on asap. Otherwise i will drag you all in the court for compensation.

                                    I purchase a product from flipkart order # od[protected] worth rs.1108, first of all they charge me 1108 twice i didn't like the product and decide to return and raised the refund request. The order was placed on 9th april since then i am doing follow up on daily bases they are not picking up the product and nor refunding my money, its really a poor service and botheration.
                                    I want flipkart should resolve it asap and should compensate. This is the pathetic service i ever get in my life.

                                        Respected sir/madam,
                                        i bought mobile phone with order no. from flipkart online shopping site and i paid money through net banking..
                                        due to some reason i have to cancel my order. and i demanded my money back
                                        But they refund my money in some wallet app. Without my permission.
                                        When i called customer care officer reply me to that u go to that wallet open account to that phone pe wallet app..and withdraw your money.i.as a normal person. Why should i open account to that phone pe account.i open account and try to withdraw my money..but at first it was showin only 5000 rs u can transfer in one day..but i having 12999, means i have to make 3 transections.. At last phone pe app not transferred single paisa to my account.. Tried to contact customers support but no one is helping ..no proper answer..
                                        I can understand that flipkart is making havala transection byth this type of transection behavior. By this way i can understand they are making black money to white money by this type of transection. Creating trouble to normal person..so i will be happy . if you will take some strict steps against this flipkart online shopping site..
