    Hello Fogs,

    If you are going to buy this AC so I request you to please read my review first. This is totally truth review from my side.

    As per my experience, I will give -1 star to the Flipkart and Jeeves( service branch which will come for installation when you purchase AC to the flipkart).

    I gave 5 rating due to show my review on top otherwise it will be come at last and peoples can't able to check in the list of priority.

    I purchased this AC on 30 march 2017 from flipkart and flipkart delivered with in 2 days as per fast delivery and after that they raise the ticket to jeeves customer service engineer to installation.

    Guys, I wanna tell you that jeeves technician is really uneducated engineer and very lazy services provide from the brand,
    Carrier AC is also very bad in case of cooling. I installed the AC in my 10x10 size room and i saw that AC is not cooling at all even after i run the AC in my room 3 hours continuously but still the ac was not cooling my room. So next day, i called to the carrier service center to check the issue.

    Guys, carrier service is such a disgusting service. They come after 1 week and said you need to run ceiling fan with AC to spread cooling always in the room or set the swing in front of fan side to make it cool. I said AC is not working properly so you need to change gas filling first so please check and change it so they said your AC with in warranty so we are taking your request for refilling the gas. But the issue was same even after gas refilling. So I again complain to the flipkart to return the AC so after that they took my request and return my ac on 14th Apr 2017.

    But after that now i am facing new problem from them, i am complain them form apr 14 2017 to flipkart and jeeves and follow up continusly on dalily basis, but they are not ready to come and install my ac. Every time they give me new date to wait 48 hrs or 24 hrs. But they don't come to install ever after wait of 12 days

    I request to the flipkart to take it back my AC. I don't want to keep it further more and said If you don't able to install this AC at home so just take it back. But they said return policy is not available in our policy so you need to wait until it's install. I want to ask to the flipkart director, If this same issue is facing your family or your kids, so how you will fill in this summer.

    I am not a new customer of flipkart. I purchased many products from last 5 years so i request to the flipkart to take it back. This AC and his brand is really disgusting so i want to take it back.

    please take my request seriously otherwise i need to knock the door of labor court.

    Hello Guys,

    Let me again update you my new issue. Yesterday It's install at home the replacement AC. And the new AC is also not working properly. I mean no cooling after run 6 hrs. Now i am again complaint to FLIPKART and they give me time to resolve issue on or before 29th APR. let see what they will do now.

    I request to them to return this. But they are still not ready to take it back.

      The order was cancelled due to price error issue and cancelled from the Flipkart end hence requested customer to place a fresh order hence case closed from Flipkart end.
      SIR, I request you that i bought jnl flip 2, bluetooth speaker at march 20 and my speaker got damaged, and when i gone to jbl local dealer, they told that they wont repair because i buyed from FLIPKART .
      SO PLEASE KINDLY INITIATE THE STEPS TO SOLVE

        When i open the website i face thousands of software issues. At least snap deal and amazon don't have such issues. The website display is not properly programmed. The website is very slow. If i want to order something thousand cookies pops ups and lots of other software hindrance i have to face. I want smooth operating website. How can flipkart be so reckless about its website programming? Flipkart is the online shopping destination. I don't feel happy to shop in such commotion. Flipkart should do something about is website programming otherwise it will loose its customer. Previously website used to well functioning with time it's online operation has been deteriorated.

              3rd Apr - I purchased the product
              6th Apr - The product was delivered
              7th Apr - The product demo was completed
              8th Apr - I first noticed burning smell and smoke coming out of the Microwave oven
              10th Apr - I complained to Flipkart customer care. Although the delivery and demo was completed but the correct status was not reflecting on the Flipkart website. As a result, I couldn't "return" the product.
              12th Apr - Flipkart was supposed to resolve the issue. As the issue was not resolved, I dropped another mail to Flipkart. Flipkart increased the resolution date from 12th to 15th Apr.
              13th Apr - The delivery status in the website was corrected and I could initiate the return.
              14th Apr - The technician visited my house to check whether the product was actually defective. The technician confirmed that the product is defective.
              15th Apr - I got a call from Flipkart saying that the product will be picked up on the same day and refund will be completed after 7 days of product pick up.
              20th Apr - The product has not been picked up yet. Calls to Flipkart customer care resulted in increasing the "resolution date" which is again changed with another date without solving the issue.
              23rd Apr - The technician visited my house for the second time to check whether the product was actually defective. The technician confirmed that the product is defective. “Convection & Grill mode smoke is coming” was the update from the technician.
              24th Apr - The resolution date has been again increased from 27th Apr to 4th May. Call to the customer care failed to provide a status update of the technician visit and hung up the phone.

              Extremely disappointed with Flipkart!

                    I ordered this product as i wanted to gift this to my wife yesterday. I paid extra for faster delivery so that i can get it on sunday. Now, these guys just showing "delay in delivery". I called in customer service and he said that the order was not delivered due to no response. Can anyone imagine a person paying extra for his product delivery would not respond to any call? Even these guys didn't send any message that the product is out for delivery. This is now getting a habit of these guys. After that, i got a response from the csr that please call us after the product gets delivered and will refund your money that was charged for faster delivery. I paid that money for faster delivery and its all about delivery, not the money. These guys just screwed up my day. I am not gonna believe these guys anytime in future and would not recommend to anyone.

                          I received the product from flipkart on 20th April 2017, but within 2 days software problems started. UI has stopped working is a message, which suddenly appears on screen and phone stops working. It happens about 10 to 15 times a day, and very inconvenient. There is no return money policy, only replacement of same product, in flipkart option, and it is not clearly specified. Who would want such a lousy product again? I

                            I am totally frustrated by flipkart's unprofessional behaviour! We ordered a bag which was to be delivered by 19th April. We had to travel to US on 24th April. We didnt receive our order till 23rd Night! Gave us unjustified excuses! Had to cancel our order! Very disappointed with flipkart! Would strongly recommend others not to order from Flipkart!

                              Hi Team,

                              I have ordered redmi note 4 on flipkart as per product traking the product is moving on many ekart offices but nobody called for delivery or any information when can be delivered. As per expected date it should be delivered on 21 April but still not delivered.
                              I have called customer care but they are giving suggestions as cancel this product and go to sale again and purchase another.
                              I got lucky after a month for this phone sel l product is in pune moving different address but still no delivery.

                              This ekart courier service is very poor they dont have any information on website to contact them.
                              I want my product asap I have paid amount aslo.

                                I ordered a voltas 1 ton ac from flipkart with product id (Od[protected] on 24th march 2017 and after the ac was installed it had many defects, in short the whole ac was defective and this was acknowledged by voltas team and after finding this, i requested for a replacement on march 28, 2017. Till now (24 april 2017) i have not got the replacement and flipkart is just harassing me.
                                Even after agreeing to replace it by april 19th, they did not replace instead they postponed the delivery to 29th april. I am suffering because of hot weather and bad service.

                                Can flipkart please refund me charges paid towards installation of ac, then unistallation of ac and defective product and also componesate me on mental harrasment and my phone charges for calling them day in day out.

                                  Myself kartik i am ur customer and i buy htce9s dual sim phone from flipkart and i got it in defective condition of display but i replaced it but after replacement i got new phone with same problem. Then i requested u to refund my money then you processed it but after 2days u cancelled it... What is this nonsense sir i paied full money for this phone. So, you are playing with me..                                   Hi karthik, what happened to your refund? I am going through similar issue. Flipkart is not worried about customer complaints and customer satisfaction. Did you get your money? What did you do? I also got defective phone, I tried hard for 15 days, no replacement or refund from flipkart. People get cheated by flipkart's policies that says you will get full refund for defective items, but it is not true. They don't give you refund at all. Need my money back from flipkart.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have purchased moto e3 power mobile from flipkart vide order no. Od[protected]. It was received on dated 18.04.2017 with 10 days replacement/return policy.

                                      But, when raised a request of replacement and asked for refund on dated 24.04.2017. Flipkart rejected my request that there is not any return policy & they could not provide me refund.

                                      Since, i already purchased another mobile (Samsung j5 (2016) from flipkart. I don't need moto e3 power & want to return the same.

                                      Kindly, do the needful & resolve my issue and arrange to provide me refund of the same.

                                      We are sorry. We can only provide replacement as per our 10 days replacement policy. We cannot initiated refund. Same has been conveyed to the customer by our team. Closing the complaint from our side.

                                        I have placed an order vide Order ID: OD[protected] ON 23.04..2017 and make payment through Internet Banking facility. I observe that my account has been debited twice with Rs.699/= for the said order.

                                        I request you to refund Rs.699/= to my account as early as possible. I also request you to advise me the fate through my email id.
