I have order of mi note 4 2handset but can't delivered and says the reason seller damage the handset this is not my problem and i call customer care they saying to me to fresh order in next sale but why i order for new mobile not any responsibility for flipkart for customer service please give me my old order as soon as possible. Solved my problem if you not give any response i going to consumers court.

    How to cancel my replacement request

    I have purchased a duster car body cover from Flipkart and its feature was tremendous described in there app and i believed it and I purchased it and yesterday it was raining and I covered my car using that then in morning I can see that that color of the cover is attracted on my car body cover and my car color has gone .after washing also it's color didn't go. I need a compansation and I want to stop selling that product from Flipkart

      I ordered redmi note 4 on 19th april, 2017. But product was having software issue so flipkart gave me replacement. After receiving replacement on 12th may, 2017 that mobile was not getting turned on. So i contacted flipkart for this problem and ask for replacement. They ask me to visit service centre. After visiting service centre, technician told that it has liquid damage and refused to repair mobile. Flipkart sent me pre damage phone. I have contact flipkart for the issue but still they are solving it.

        Would like to complain about Customer servixe / courier service & management of flipkart even after repeated conversation with the managers & their call centre employees I was not provided with delivery of my mobile phone ordered which was a birthday present for my sister booked on May 3rd 2017 and was supposed to be delivered by May 9th 2017 every day until 13th May I was given false information that it's on the way has reached Thane where I live & no reason given why not delivered to me yet their tracking & escalation dept is pathetic in 10 complete days forget the delivery they were not even able to provide info on when & what time my order can be expected every call experience was like they are doing a favour on me by giving the same repeated information that matter has been escalated we will get back to you as soon as possible a local courier in my area delivers the very next day any where in india God know if flipkart is playing games...

                I had my order on 10th may for redmi note 4. And i ordered on credit card emi. My payment was deducted from my account and today flipcart updates order status that your address is out of delivery area and pin code and address mismatch.
                But this is big lie by flipcart how other products delivered at same address and same pin code. How false statement did by flipcart and ecart courier company. If my order does not delivered by flipcart to my address then i go for consumer forum and launch a complaint and also email to ministry of consumer affairs how flipcart harasses a customer with giving wrong and false statement to customer. This is totally a harassment.

                    I ordered toy from FlipKart and selected Cash On Delivery option. Normally now a days we always pay thru card and person from other ECommerce companies like Amazon comes with POS so we can pay thru card. But in case of FlipKart there are always excuses like POS are not enough or some problem and always ask for Cash. Even they do not care to give back complete change. This issue I have been facing for my last number of delivery from FlipKart. This time my order/tracking id is MPC[protected]. It seems there is systematic scheme to force customer for paying by cash and not giving proper change back. I also purchase items from Amazon but never faced such issue. Instead they always force me to make digital payment rather than hard cash. Also delivery man from Flipkart never behaves or answers properly. They always give very disgusting answers. I always feels that they favour me by giving product for which I pay.

                      Sir, i have ordered one metal gear solid -5 pc game worth of rs1000/* including shipping&delivery charges. Vide order no. Od[protected], and the blue dart, courier service at punalur-kollam-kerala said /informed by phone that i have to collect it from their own office.
                      I am not willing to follow their substandard/idiotic instruction, since i am the part of indian judiciary and i am eligible and they are liable to deliver it to my home.

                      Hence i request that necessary steps to be initiated to delver the goods so as to avoid legal actions to be taken in. Future

                        I had ordered yu5530 from flipkar, on arrival handset touch was not working, i had called customer care they advised me to viist service centre for software update. I had done the same. But next day again touch was not working. I agained called customer care they suggested me that device will get replaced. But on technician viist he said that device is opned and he denied to replace the same. Further i ensure you that device not opened any where, i request you to rearrange technician visit and mange to get my device replaced. I am already dissatisfied with pathetic replacement service of flipkart. From last 6 days i am just doing follow up with flipkart, i am very much frustrated from flipkart. If i didnt get any solution then i will tweet also.

                          I ordered iphone SE on[protected], and it was delivered to me on[protected], when i cheked on the apple website the phone was used and it had only 10 months warranty left, and when i unboxed the phone, it was showing 4 hours on call time.                               It was shipped, payment was done & then flipkart kicks in. They cancelled my order for no reason.

                              I have wasted my time on that redmi sale to buy the phone for my mom's birthday and flipkart does their best to ruin it. Thanks a ton! I pretty sure, they'll come up with excuses, and also won't reship the phone.

                                    I have purchased total of 9 UCB sweaters for Rs 12003/- via net-banking from SBI Account Number- [protected], IFSC-SBIN0001508 on Sat 1st April, 2017 under Order ID OD[protected], Out of which I have returned 6 sweaters due to size and quality issues on 4th April 2017 and so. On 12th April, 2017, I have closed abovementioned account. While checking my bank statement, I get to know that I have received refund only for 4 sweaters instead of 6 refunds. On following up this matter with FLIPKART, I have been told that they have made last two payments of Rs1345/- each on 10th April 2017 under following details:-

                                    I have been continuously in touch with the resolution department since 12th April 2017, but they are holding the same stance that we have paid your refunds at our end now it is SBI’s problem that they are not crediting customers money. On raising this issue with bank’s Assistant General Manager, I have been served with a written email stating bank has checked its records and it has not received these two refunds of Rs1345/- each. Ever since I have been treated like a tennis ball between these two parties i.e.FLIPKART & SBI in this mayhem to chase my money. I am facing mental harassment due to sheer negligence on their part.

                                    I am left with no option other than filing a legal case against both in consumer forum.

                                    I have purchased total of 9 UCB sweaters for Rs 12003/on

                                    Out of which I have returned 6
                                    sweaters due to size and quality issues. But I have received refund only
                                    for 4 sweaters, details of which are mentioned below with product ID,  
                                    receipt number and transaction date in an attached excel sheet.
                                    Unfortunately, due to my relocation I have to close this account on 12th
                                    April, 2017. On checking my bank statement, I get to know that two refunds
                                    are still pending in closed SBI account 3372XXX4883.
                                    I have also attached
                                    the soft copy of bank account statement for verification purpose.
                                    Your executive has told me that they have made these payments on 10th
                                    April, 2017 as per their records. I have also inquired with SBI but to no
                                    use. I need you to look into this matter and issue me a receipt numbers of
                                    all six refunds of online refund payment made by you which I can show to
                                    bank officials for further inquiries. I need you to resolve this issue asap.
