I am very disappointed with the service provided by the flipkart. on 26th April, 2017 flash sale of Redmi note 4 (@12 noon), i succeeded to add product in my cart (off course after click on Buy). When i proceed for payment & order placement, within a minute product it shows out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart & then it shows that out of stock. But after adding into the cart. go for out of stock is totally rubbish. Today (27.04.2017) I contacted their customer care executive, they are only saying that, solution is you can participate for next flash sale. This is really unacceptable reply. I am asking them about my problem (product in cart shows out of stock), rather providing solution on my problem they are asking me to participate in next flash sale. Its really very casual approach by Flipkart towards customers complaint. This is typically unfair & unethical practice. Hence, i am requesting to any competent higher authority to look into it & take a very strict action against such practices.

    I added Redmi 3S mobile in my cart last week and when I clicked on to payment, it started showing me out of stock.
    Now my question is how can some item goes out of stock when it's already been added to cart? Either one cannot add item in cart or if it's added in cart, it should not go out of stock.
    Why the website is giving an option to add "OUT OF STOCK" items into cart?

      This is my order id-od[protected]. Received product on february 23, 2017. I ordered emosis lace up shoes, but received destination as a brand name, and is not looking exactly similar to the image shown in their database. Everyday i called to their customer care [protected] to refund my money or to replace with the product which is similar to the image shown in the database, they are taking many more days to resolve this issue, finally they deactivated my account saying maximum returns. They are telling wrong promises, every time they told that the problem is resolved soon, instead taking so many days,

      I added photos of OLD original PENTAIR RO and new I received from Flipkart...
      Difference is Hologram and on sealing different brand name...In product description mentioned as PENTAIR name.

        I purchased a samsung glaxy on 8 mobile on no cost emi for 9 month (Date: 23.03.2017) rs. 12178 by hdfc credit card. According this paid value emi should be 12178/9= 1353.11 but i got 1433 rs emi chart per month. Why?
        I had contact to bank, bank says that merchant send us a request for this emi chart.

I was using the mobile since last 6 days but the last two days i have a complaint in my lenovo k6 power which i was ordered in flipkart the microphone in the mobile was not working i tried very much to solve this problem by google but i didn't get a correct solution on ordering my mobile in flipkart the offered that 10days replacement available i have called the flipkart customer care continuously but there was no response i don't need refund of my cash i want to replace my mobile to get likewise flipkart offered

              Hello,

              We had ordered for cellphone LONOVO K6 POWER which we got delivery at 16/3/2017
              details of which we have attached herewith. After using for these days we came to conclusion that phone is not working properly as it is not getting the company network properly and due to this in between conversation voice is getting cracked down. Initially we first thought that is should be definitely problem with Sim card company so we asked them to solve the problem they worked very hard for this in fact they changed the Sim 3 times thinking it might be fault of Sim card but still there was so solution to this. When every Sim of any company when inserted in this phone is used same problem arises, we even called your customer care no 4/5 times but it is not accessible and is continuously busy. Please do consider this and please do get us the phone replaced. We don't want our money but we only need phone which we ordered and for which we paid. Please get back to us as soon as possible as we are facing problems in our business regarding this.

                I purchased a Lenovo p2 on 18/04/17 (Order ID OD[protected] got delivery on next day .after using the phone for few hours i realized that the screen is flickering too much when i scroll something on phone Its really painful for my eyes also the box was messy like it was used before so i called the flipkart and ask for refund as i was leaving Kolkata on 21/04/17 but they insist that i should take replacement which i agree. I left the phone with my friend and went to delhi. Upon reaching delhi my friend told me flipkart will first check the phone then they will give me replacement. So the send a tech guy he check the phone and told me this doesn’t fall under his criteria of given a nod for replacement and i have to manage with this screen.
                1st the customer care guy lied to me buy not telling me that some tech guy will come, has he told me that then i won’t have left Kolkata, now flipkart is cheating me buy giving me this faulty phone .If i use this phone i will definitely gonna have to visit a eye specialist soon . please resolve the matter as soon as possible or i will not refrain myself from taking the matter to consumer forum .

                  Product moto g 5+ of cost 16999 rupees, i received on 10 april was defective and for that i complained and after a long struggle i got the replacement on 24 the april which was more than 10 days and after that replacement was also defective and then i complained flipkart again and that time they denied the service to any extent.. They said we can't do anything. Flipkart won't help neither in replacement nor in refund whether it is defective or not we don't care so i think flipkart doesn't care that customer has defective product and they are claiming for assured product check up to 6 times, so i just want to know in what way they are claiming for assured product s if they don't even check costly mobile that they are defective or not.

                    I purchased my phone on 16th april 2017. After using the phone within three days, different type of problem s, like hang problem, heating of battery, slowing down of set. I tried to call customer care many times for the replacement. Because, i got 10days replacement policy with the mobile. But the company had not registered my complain and returned my phone, under the replacement polocy.

                        Worst service ever from ekart. I have ordered a shoe and before 2 days of promised delivery date i got a message from ekart saying that "your product is out for delivery and it will be delivered today by an ekart service partner and also the provide a number of delivery agent.when i called on the number it says it switched off. Very bad Flipkart. If this may happen over and over again Flipkart will permanently shutdown. Im damn sure.

                          I ordered a lenova k6 power mobile from flipkart. I am finding it not working properly. So i requested for return on very next day. And now they won't accept return.
                          They have made a whole discourse of 'hassle free return' which is just hoax.

                          But they wont refund or replace as according to them its impossible. All they can do is replace and that too only if there is a problem. So a tech guy visited me and found the same problem in my phone, so he updated for a refund. But now flipkart is denying for both return/refund.
                          Now the problem is why would i buy an extensive item of rs.10, 000 without thinking twice? Its because i was carefree that now matter what i will get my money back through a return in case there is a problem.
                          I acknowledge that returns are not in the favour of the seller. But then why do they claim 'easy and hassle free return'?
                          Even if there is a problem in the mobile they will schedule 'brand visit'. So basically you feel cheated through their false claims of return policies. They have brought a lot of backdoor policies which are not at all consumer friendly. On their website there are several places where one can look up on the issue of return and exchange. Its different everywhere. There is no clear cut policy. Somewhere its written that the return will take place according to seller's policy. Whereas somewhere else they are claiming easy returns. Other place they have written 'return' only possible if item damaged, defective or not as described. So basically consumer is at the whims and interests of flipkart. They can do whatever they want, deny or accept your request as their think is in their best interest.
                          And what happen is that the consumer feels duped of his/her moneyy.
                          I am regretting why i put my faith in them in the first place. Its only because i am their customer since 5 years and have never experienced such an issue.
                          I do not know what to do next. Just taking it legally is one option left, and also advertise this fraud from flipkart to all friends and family.

                            I purchased 1.5ton Voltas Air conditioner that was defective product, then i Requested to Replacement My Air conditioner, the new Air Conditioners is arrived in courier office, but the product came with COD, I already paid, then why should came with COD?? last week Wednesday Apr 19th to everyday called asked your customer care, all people were said wait for 24 hours that problem will be solve, but my problem is not solve, already 1 week gone, March 22nd I ordered that AC, totally one month gone.
                            What is this?? that new product is arrived in courier office so contact your gati courier tell or communicate them change the COD to prepaid, already many times asked your customer executives, but I didn't get any update from your side, how many days wait for this?? I called gati customer care, that people were said we did not get any update from flipkart what is this, when will i get ?? If you can't to give the product mean, Refund my money. I gave a money and lots of time also then what is need. .??? 1 month 5 days gone

                              Complaint - order od[protected] for evana kitchen utensil holder organizer tray plastic fruit vegetable basket. Vendor-flipkart-ecommerce website.

                              I have placed the above said order at flipkart website on 01/04/2017. The company has promised to deliver the product within 3-4 days which they have delivered on 17.042017 after so many followups and reminders. When i open the received packet. I was shocked to see the different item than the ordered item. The photo of received item and ordered item is enclosed for your reference. Called flip kart people to send the ordered item and get the wrong item picked. They have refused to do the same. Request you to kindly do the needful to the needful to help me to resolve the issue with flipkart.

                                I bought the mi 3s prime phone on 18/01/2017 from flipkart. From first day o[censored]sing this phone it was heating a lot, sometime it stop charging, after rebooting it, problem solved at that time. But today it completely stopped charging, i reboot it but it is not charging. The phone is automatically restarting within 1 second interval. So I want replacement of this defect phone.

                                  Purchased mobile through fkart... End march, 2017... Received... App photo was not behaving properly... Could not upload wallpaper of my choiz... Function of wallpaper selection was not functioning... Also taking lot of time for charging... Apart getting hot during charge...

                                  Informed fk for photo, charging time and wall paper...
                                  They speak nice... But results are nasty...
                                  Their representative (May be supplier's) call just few minutes before he wishes to reach my place to inspection... All times i was away from home... Means no proper communication to fix appointment or there is no any service center... Fk/supplier hires people - working somewhere else... Does part time work on call basis... Having no id...
                                  Best part is fk assure that phone will be replaced latest april 28th... But i have my own doubts based on their style / attitude of fk / people working...

                                    Very bad experience with flipkart.

                                    I have ordered a product and they are simply closing it as returned when i called customer care they are just to provide information saying it says returned sir that's it and you will get refund sir. Am worried about the product and they are just worried about refund. Not worried about the customers those information are anyways available in the website only, then why it is required to call them and take the same. Flipkart customer care does not give any benefits to customers. That's why i always prefer amazon to buy my products.

                                    Worst customer care services and worst experience.
                                    And those customer care guys will not disconnect the call also they are telling me to disconnect so that they will get good feed back and they will keep the call on hold for a long time so that we will only disconnect.

                                      I order a SAMSUNG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV k4000. When I receive the product so I found that there is no wall mount is available in box and picture quality of tv is not as expected so I want it to get a refund so I can order better picture quality. After that, I call customer care of Flipkart and I tell that I'm want to give this back and as a replacement, I want to get newer version but they said you have to must take same model

                                        I have order redmi 3 s prime mobile phone on flipcart. And i'm received the dead mobile in the box it cannot start. After that i have call flipcart customer service for its replacement. The customer service of flipcart say the mobile was pickup by currier on 22 april. Today is 25 and no one can pickup and the pickup shipment is cancelled. And today identify return request. And i'm call flipcart customer service for its replacement the customer say your not file complaint against the replacement and you file complaint against replacement is today your product will be pickup on 29 april and new handset is you receive on 5 may 2017. What can i do the flipcart company cannot help for replacement.
