I purchased a Wildcraft Backpack from Flipkart online store (Order No - OD[protected] from my registered account(Email Id - [protected]@gmail.com)
which got delivered to me on 20th April 2017.
Due to quality issues I made a return request, but nobody from the logistic department showed up and on the last day my return request and the return request
order gets cancelled.Though on the last date I receive an sms from the DOTZOT quoting "Hi we have attemped Pick up, we will try after 24 hrs".
I called up Flipkart customer service and conveyed the issue which they assured me that this time it will not happen again and they have escalated the matter
and again created a return request.
This time too the same goes on, no one from the logistic department showed up and on the final day it got cancelled, and receive the sms on the last date from DOTZOT .
I repeatedly called the customer care .
This whole process goes on again and again and I raised the return request fourth times, and still facing the same issue, which is very frustrating .Below are my return request no.

I being a regular customer of Flipkart, this type of service is not expected from such a reputed organisation.I am very disappointed with this type service and will look forward not to buy any stuff from Flipkart in future

The customer was not happy with the quality of the product hence the refund request was raised and an internal follow up was made and post pickup refund was processed to customer account and got confirmation from customer hence case stands closed.

    As the customer is not happy with the product hence she wants to return the product hence a replacement was given but the customer didn't agree for the replacement and she needs only refund hence request cannot be taken.

        I order tv through flipcart and it has to be delivered via gati courier till 2nd may 2017 but.my shipment[protected] is not delivered at given time because from last six days my parcel not shipped from bharatpur and when i complaints in customer care they told me that we are arranging a delivery and it will definately shipped and it will delivered with in 2 days but they are false at given timing and still they are unable to delivered my parcel.

          Few days back I purchased a cricket bat for my son. Brand was Kookaburra and amount was 2498/- which I paid at the time of delivery (COD). On receiving I found that the product is defective (Handle is damaged and pasted separately). While gone for return request flipkart team told me that refund is not possible and they can give the replacement only and with the same product.

          I wanted to know why customer should be penalize for defective products delivered by flipkart?

          I don't need that product anymore and wants my money back.

          If you wanna refund means ask them to put your money to Flipkart wallet to purchase some other product. Also you should check and understand the refund policy of Flipkart. At the same time they didnt followed the refund as per their Policy means you may gone with RTI letter or Legal Notice from Consumer court.

            I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Nano RO 4L from flipkart. On the website it is stated installation and demo is free of cost. But after delivering the product installation and demo was not provided. When i contacted the customer care of flipkart they are saying installation is not required. After calling the eureka forbes customer service they said the water purifier needs installation. I am very much disappointed by the service provided by the flipkart. They are cheating the customers. Even they are not accepting the return.
            Please look into the issue.

            Customer escalated stating that he has order for Eureka Forbes Aquasure Nano 4 L RO Water Purifier but this product is not suitable for his location. Customer said that the TDS in his location is 60 and the Water Purifier requires more then that i.e 460. Customer said that if he install this product then this will harm his life due to TDS issue. Customer escalated the issue to CS team and asked them to return the same but CS team has denied his request hence customer escalated the issue to us. Resolution: Called customer regarding the issue and informed customer that we cannot take back the product and informed customer that we have delivered what he has order for but customer was not happy with the resolution provided and said that he will take this issue legally.

              I bought a HTC One E8 Dual Sim (White, 16 GB) from flipkart. When we received the phone, it looked to me like new, but when we switched it on and started surfing through, we could see some already captured photos. It was disappointing experience with Flipkart. When i reached out to the customer care through email for return, they mentioned the return is only possible within 10 days (i communicated on the 11th day) so we need to contact the Service center. I am not sure what kind of response was it. What will i do by reaching out to the service center? I am complaining that i received a used phone.

              I wondered how Flipkart can do this kind of sellers to operate. Trying to reach out to the dispute team through this forum.

              We're sorry for the trouble you had to go through you've received used product and we understand how it feels like if we are in your situation. Since the product was delivered to you on April 29, 2017 it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement/refund request. As customer will be having all the options to reach out customer care but customer never reached hence we will not be able to accept the return request .

                Cod delivery option.

                � same day i received an email from flipkart with subject as "convert
                Your cash on delivery order od[protected] into a prepaid easily"

                � after reading the email, i have paid the amount 12, 999/- using net
                Banking on 13th april. Then status of order updated as "payment successful and awaiting confirmation from courier partner".

                � *15th april, 2017, * courier boy came with product and asked me to
                Pay amount as *its not updated in his system.*

                � *17th april, 2017*, i called to customer care about this and they
                Have raised complaint: *in[protected] *and told that it will
                Resolved by *20 apr, 9:00 pm*.

                � so i have waited till *20th apr, 2017* and got a call from flipkart
                For asking about my problem. I have explained in detail and they told that
                Payment successful and product will be redelivered by 24th april, 2017 as
                Per complaint: *in[protected]*

                � *24th april, 2017*, i got message from flipkart, that the product
                Was rejected by customer and sending back to warehouse.? *this is happened
                Without any notice from my end. *

                � *24th april*, again i called to customer care and flipkart customer
                Care person informed that product will be redelivered by 27th april, 2017 as
                Per complaint: *in[protected].*

                � till *24th april*, status of payment was* payment successful and
                Awaiting confirmation from courier partner as attached screen shot. *after
                My discussion with flipkart, it was changed to *amount paid :

                � *25th april 2017*, since there is no response about delivery of
                Product, i have requested for *cancellation* and flipkart customer care
                Person informed that was cancelled and money will be refunded in 4 to 6
                Business days. *but status of order is shipped and its not cancelled.*

                � *2nd may 2017 : *i have till this date hoping that money will be
                Credited *but neither status changed and nor money credited. *then i called
                Customer care about status, they have taken* again my cancellation request
                And told that backend team will call me.*

                � *3rd may 2017*, i got call from flipkart backend team and i asked
                Them to cancel the product and refund the amount. They told me that its
                Cancelled now and refund will be initiated once product reached to ware
                House.* but status of order is shipped and its not cancelled.*

                � *4th may 2017, *again called to customer care and asked about
                Tatus, they told me that* its not cancelled yet and *taken again my
                Cancellation request and told that backend team will call me by 5th may
                12:00pm. Complaint no: in[protected]*

                � *5th may 2017*, *no call from backend team* and again called to
                Customer care and asked about status and now they told me that product is
                Not reached to warehouse and will get call from backend team by eod.

                � *6th may 2017, no call from backend *team and again called to
                Customer care and asked about status and now they told me that cancellation
                Approved and amount will be credited to account in 6 business days.* but
                Tatus of order is shipped and its not cancelled.*

                  Hi,
                  Kindly help me out i have 2 account one of which is used by my brother by different id. I ordered a earphone for the first time from my account and it was my first order and when i got the product the brand box was tampered and there was no earphone when i called the customer care they told me to wait for 3 days and i got a email that my account is blocked and there is high number of return. As far as i know from the other account there are only 2 return request created both because of some valid reason now they are not helping me i have already paid

                    Hi Team,

                    Today I am extremely unhappy with Flipkart. Being a regular customer of Flipkart I dont expect this service from Flipkart.
                    I have raised a replacement request for the Videocon TV as its a defective one. I got the TV delivered on 7th May, 2017 and from the very next day, 8th May, 2017 it stopped working. The technician came today and said that the TV is defective and has issues with the motherboard and wanted to open and repair the TV which I don't want. I want the TV to be replaced ASAP. I have paid the full amount to Flipkart for this TV. So why should we accept any repaired TV?
                    As per the policy of Flipkart if the TV is defective, it will be replaced with a new one within 10 days of purchasing the product. There is no mention of any tech visit. For your reference I am attaching the screenshot of what is written in Flipkart in regards to replacement of any product.
                    I request you to replace the TV with a new set ASAP.

                      I had ordered a pair of jeans one cost rs 429.75 and other cost rs 505.38, the total was rs 1039 including delivery charges.
                      I've received the order today but when I opened the packet there was only one jeans other one was not there but on the bill it was clearly written quantity of 2 with their respective price.

                      Please refund my money or deliver the second jeans.

                        I have ordered Redmi note 4 on 3 rd may 2017 from flipkart. As per seller delevery was on 8 th may 2017. But still i havent received the mobile. And when i called customer care they saying it will be delivered by 13 may 2017.

                          Sir/madam, I bought a Whirlpool 200 Ltr. Fridge from flip-kart on 24th April 2017. I place order for this product on 23rd and they delivered this on 24 the. After delivering this product the whirlpool technician had come for installation, and we found that its a damaged product, at the movement when we saw the damage I called the flip kart customer care they told me they will do a refund and pick up immediately.
                          After this I called the customer care people in flipkart morethan 200 times, also sent mails to them but there was no proper response, and then they came and picked up the product on 8th of this month. And promised me they will do a refund immediatly. Even now I called them they have not initiated the refund yet.
                          from 23rd April till today we dont have a fridge at home, We have patients who keeps medicine in fridge.
                          I told all these problem to them but they are not doing any thing

                            Hi the phone was ordered by my friend manjunath. Nagesh in which it was mentioned that the we would get cash back of rs 1700 which is not yet recieved through citi bank. Please let me know when we recive it. It was orderd on sept or dec but still not yet recived. Its been verifed through citi bank that cash back is not yet credited. Do let me know what is the next procedure to get the csh back amount for th order been placed

                                I ordered united colors of benetton waistcoat through flipkart and they sent me ;single of benetton'. On calling customer care first they refuse for exchange after escalating issue they said okay they will send ucb waistcoat. But again i received fake product

                                Nowadays to make more profit big e-commerce companies promoting fake and duplicate products to sell on their portal.in this legacy flipkart seems too join hands with fake and duplicat sellers. I ordered united colors of benetoon waistcoat through flipkart and was very happy to get it delivered. I almost cry when i opened the package, i found brand name 'single beneton' over waistcoat which truely seems the duplicate one. I immediately called customer care and kep them informed about it, instead of helping me they said they can only refund my money (I think they ask this intentionally). On saying 'i will esclate this on higher level he transfered call to some senior executive. As with his name 'senior executive' he seems senior with his words, trying to play wth words and sentences, i clearly state him please mention on service request that i recieved fake product m he said sir product is worng not fake. And after long conversation he agreed for exchange this fake product with genuine one. And today as well i felt cheated when i recieved 'single bentoon' again.

                                I request your team to look into this, and help me to file some legal complaint against them. I am trying to connect with ucb legal team as well in this regard

                                Just got a call from flipkart, And may be they using fake cellphones as well. Voice is not coming through voice is all distorted. Or may be it's intentionally . Next time please call with genuine cell phones and network

                                  Ordered lenovo vibe 5 from flipkart. Received a faulty piece. The device is over heating even after very minimal use. That is even with a single call of 5 minutes or browsing a few pages. I have not installed any new app.. Not even have inserted memory card.                                       Flipkart is lying to me about my phone technical evaluation for a product replacement of my Lenovo k5 note vibe phone.
                                      The phone is faulty and I requested a replacement which was checked by a technical evaluator from Jeeves.

                                      I confirmed and recorded the call of their technical partner Jeeves that my phone is faulty. When I asked Flipkart about replacement status.. Flipkart is lying.

                                      Flipkart said my technical evaluation reads " issue resolved and customer is happy"
