I have purchased iphone 6 on 18th Feb 2016 which was delivered on 20th Feb 2016. Upon checking I found that when I am putting it on speaker other person is unable to hear me. Looks there is some issue with the speaker, hence want to return this item but when I login to flipkart site return icon is been disable for order id OD[protected]. Hi.. I ordered a lenovo laptop (Lenovo ideapad 310 core i5 6th gen) with order id od[protected]. I received the product. The box was of lenovo ideapad 310 but the laptop inside the box was a lenovo ideapad 110. The product ordered stated that it has windows 10 preinstalled but the product received has no operating system installed. The product was sent from retailnet. I have applied for the return policy. But it is not yet processed....

I bought a watch from flipkart fossil me3098 worth rs18995, its not at all matching with the original product description like the logo on its leather strap it should state authentic fossil but its written issue fossil there nor its barcode is redirecting us to the fossil.com website.
Please i want a quick action against them.

Had purchased phone through flipkart on 14th Feb'17 and the same day it was stolen by somebody from GSK, Head Office, Gurgaon with Full complete box.
When i searched out for IMEI no. from retails invoice, for lodging complaint at police station, the police said the imei no. which flipkart had shared is incorrect. Had then raised an complaint with complaint...

Flipkart is now not allowing me to log in with my phone number or email ID. Basically they are forcing me into Forgot password, then after phone or email verification, they ask me to change password, which they are forcing to fail.

When I called the customer service, they said I need to use different phone number of email ID.

When I told them that I needed to access old bills, they said it is not possible over...

Hi, I ordered a amez back cover for my phone order id being OD[protected] and tracking ID being FMPC[protected].
But the courier service has made my address as non serviceable area and it is saying to collect my product from their pick up store...
But my question is that they have earlier delivered services to the same address.
Now how come a courier company can change my address as non serviceable area and harras...

I buy a ipro power bank it is broken then I exchange it then I got again broken item

So I chose to return it and I return it
Then Flipkart take the product in 2 days
And show return complete

But the refund money in steel not come in my bank account...

Flipkart is doing business with fake premises. As redmi note 4 description says it has headset on pack. While receiving headset not available and even if we contacted help desk and there response is not satisfactory. Its not only my mobile order it for all.

I am not sure why this kind of promises they do for salws . it was completely not accepted.

I have ordered a item on Prime services and was promised that the order will be received by 18th. I got the message saying the item is out for delevery at morning 09.07 AM .
