Thanks for sharing your email address. This is a long letter; just want to
make sure I am communicating everything. Though there is gist at bottom, if
you would rather skip.

I bought a laptop and few other things in 23rd March, 2017 with 10 days
return policy and clearly was mentioned in product description that
supported operating system windows 7 64 bit. After receiving laptop we
tried to install Windows 7 64 bit through different -2 bootable OS 7 USB/CD
ROM, I realized that laptop does not support windows 7. I investigated the
problem at my end and also talked to Lenovo service center found that this
model Lenovo laptop does not support windows 7.
I reported this problem for refund within 10 days as per policy and talked
to customer support. but always rejected my return request just saying go
to Lenovo service center as we can?t do anything, just let us know if
flipkart can?t do anything then why you placed 10 days return policy even
we placed return request for right reason as flipkart not delivered correct
product which not match product description.
I am also an IT engineer working Ministry of Home affairs, I Know all the
way to install windows operating system which is our regular task, I tried
all way to install windows 7 operating system with your delivered laptop
seems always does not support.
Please tell me what is my mistake that I will not get return/refund if you
delivering faulty/wrong products to us, should I go through all legal and
media process to get it resolve?
Flipkart is good name in market and I am also regular buyer from flipkart,
I have also seller account on flipkart, first time feeling very ridiculous
response from flipkart, which rise question to flipkart
reputation/commitments?
I decided that enough is enough and now I want to be compensated. If
flipkart is giving ?return guarantee?, it has to honor it. And I decided to
not co-operate no more with you guys, I need my refund and pick up the
laptop soon, I don?t want more question/answer session on that.
There is no way I can trust an organization like that. I understand this
can be one of case, but there is no way you can affect someone like that
and still not ready to compensate appropriately.
In a gist ?
1. Flipkart guaranteed 10 day return/replacement, which it did not honor.
2. Customer staff kept giving me incorrect information, on purpose
3. All in all it wasted more than 20 days of my computing time.
I am an entrepreneur/service man, like you. You can understand how much
precious computing time is when you are about to start a new venture. I
wasted 20 days. I am completely snowed under now, late with all necessary
business stuff. My reputation is down the drains, as I have not been able
to keep up with promises. And that?s a huge huge opportunity loss.
Tell me what I should do? Should I just take the refund and go away? Or
isn?t it my duty as a consumer to make sure businesses is penalized when
they do something like this and fight for that?
