1.in product listing page, when i sorted using price high to low, the apple iphone6s with 70000 is shown in between (Screenshot1).

2. After going to details page, the price was 84, 000 with some seller. And below for "buy together and save upto 20%", i clicked on add to cart, the products added successfully to the cart and my cart list shown me 3 products are there. (Screenshot2).

3. When i visited cart page, there were only two products. (Screenshot3).

My question is:
* why the product with 70000 came in between the product list
* when checked in product details page, the price was different.
* why i could not able to add it to the cart when clicked on add to cart.

    I bought le eco 2 rose gold mobile through flip cart on line on 5th oct 16 and was delivered on 15th oct 16. model no. Le X526, company : lemobile information technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd.
    order code is OD[protected]

    But the charger adaptor is not working since 7 days and the phone had no charger now.

    request replace charger adaptor at the earliest.

      Same thing happened with during flash sale of redmi note 4.

      The phone was added to the cart and when i was just about to make the payments it went out of stock.

      Flipkart this is not good please look into this. If the product is not added to the cart in the first place then its understandable but after being added into the cart it shouldn't go out of stock.

          Hi,

          I have bought a Lenovo k6 power recently. My order no is OD[protected] . When I start using the mobile phone I noticed heating issues and brightness issue in my new phone. I immediately raised complaint to Flipkart. Technical team has advised me to take the phone to a nearby lenovo service centre to check the problems. Service team tested my phone using an application and informed that phone is good. They didn't carry out any test to check my brightness issue. However both these issues are still persists and I am totally unconvinced with the care given by service team as well as Flipkart. I demand an immediate replacement or refund from Flipkart.

          For your information, few years back I bought Lenovo k4 note from Amazon and the phone is still working good. My brother is using that phone without any issues.

          I request Flipkart to deal customers with little bit care. I am totally disappointed with the phone and Flipkart's behaviour.

          I am expecting a responsible feedback from Flipkart considering my long term relationship.

            I am not happy with the flipkart services. it seems to be totally fake service provider. I have today purchase RedMi Note 4 It is added in to my cart and when I try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know if there is any product added into your cart how it is out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. but after adding into the cart. go for out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as I have not get time to add payment in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. card become out of stock is not good. I waste my full day time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now I think never go with flipkart any more.

              I ordered a lenova k6 power mobile from flipkart. I am finding it not working properly. So i requested for return on very next day. And now they won't accept return.
              They have made a whole discourse of 'hassle free return' which is just hoax.

              But they wont refund or replace as according to them its impossible. All they can do is replace and that too only if there is a problem. So a tech guy visited me and found the same problem in my phone, so he updated for a refund. But now flipkart is denying for both return/refund.
              Now the problem is why would i buy an extensive item of rs.10, 000 without thinking twice? Its because i was carefree that now matter what i will get my money back through a return in case there is a problem.
              I acknowledge that returns are not in the favour of the seller. But then why do they claim 'easy and hassle free return'?
              Even if there is a problem in the mobile they will schedule 'brand visit'. So basically you feel cheated through their false claims of return policies. They have brought a lot of backdoor policies which are not at all consumer friendly. On their website there are several places where one can look up on the issue of return and exchange. Its different everywhere. There is no clear cut policy. Somewhere its written that the return will take place according to seller's policy. Whereas somewhere else they are claiming easy returns. Other place they have written 'return' only possible if item damaged, defective or not as described. So basically consumer is at the whims and interests of flipkart. They can do whatever they want, deny or accept your request as their think is in their best interest.
              And what happen is that the consumer feels duped of his/her moneyy.
              I am regretting why i put my faith in them in the first place. Its only because i am their customer since 5 years and have never experienced such an issue.
              I do not know what to do next. Just taking it legally is one option left, and also advertise this fraud from flipkart to all friends and family.

              I bought an Phone on Flipkart with 10 days replacement feature. Anyways, my device was okay within 1 days but it has started to bug me with various issues. Battery problem, speaker disability sometimes. When i spoke to flipkart executives, they aren't giving me any support. I want Replacement or refund.
              Flipkart is cheating customers by supplying malfunctioning products.

                I have ordered a tampered glass for HTC one M8 (eye). The tampered glass shown in site was fully cover the front body of the mobile (top to bottom and has round edges). But the delivered tampered glass was just normal one and smaller than the mobile front body. The delivered tampered glass was entirely different than what was shown in site. This type business is cheating. consumer is buying product on site means you are bind to give exact product what you are advertising. why should a customer waste his money? is flipkart doing business ethically?my order No is OD[protected]. I want it to be resolved. My money should not go wasted.

                  Provided wrong product. Didn't mentioned proper details regarding USB support in the specifications and now not replacing the product.
                  Totally unprofessional behavior.

                  The USB is not supporting pendrive More than 64 GB or any 3.0 USB also not supporting hardisk more than 500 GB.

                  They just mentioned that it contains USB support.I intentionally purchased it for my external drives now it is for no use to me.They are cheaters and now refusing to take it back.
                  I have wasted my money harrased by following up with them.

                      I had placed return of this item on the day product was delivered to me. It was unsealed and already used product.
                      I received a call from flipkart executive saying that we will be canceling your current request and raising a new refund request. The time (15th april) on which pickup of the item was scheduled i told the guy to come after some time as i was not available then. I was assured he will pick up the product next day. But havent recieved anything from flipkart yet and to my surprise my return request has been cancelled without even informing me??
                      And when i am trying to raise the refund again its getting rejected.
                      What kind of service is this? First you deliver a second hand product and then even refuse to take it back??

                        Flipkart and Ekart has a broken relationship due to which my product is not delivered . We have spoken to their escalation team and nothing is working. We made 25 calls and it is not looking good and they say they have technical problem. The problem is that flipkart says I made the payment but Ekart courier boy is asking for for the money. It won't be looking good am tired of flipkart.

                        I want to consumer court that redmi note is only sold in flipkart as a flash sale. If this is the flash sale, redmi is playing with customers emotions which is not at all looking good.

                          I ordered for a godavari marvel Georgette (OD[protected] 12 th April then delivery date is between 16 to 18 april so I waited .Then I got mail on 18 april from flip kart that your order was cancelled by seller, they did not given any proper reason actually I want to gift it to my friend, I mentioned address clearly now how can I show my face to my friend

                          OK it was cancelled now I want to give one more order but for they sent message that the money will be refunded by 27 April I.e I should wait for 10 more days, what is this I am not getting, I don't have money also now if you give refund early means I can order early

                          Kindly help me in this why it was cancelled and refund my amount as earlier as possible

                                  I having problem with the skull candy head that i bought in 1st august 2016
                                  which has the warranty of 1 year and within 1 year the one side of the head is not working properly for that i had gone to the skull candy center in mumbai
                                  but they said if your buying any product of skull candy through online you have to courier it to our head office to noida, for which i have to pay the courier charges, then too i thought its fine but i now i am not getting any reply from Noida skullcandy center whether its received or not or anything.

                                    Vide order ID OD[protected] dated 11/04/2017 I had placed order for two Vimal printed basic shorts, however I have been delivered only one shorts. The shortage was noticed after the packet was opened. Invoice mentions cost of two pants but the sealed package contained only one piece. This seems to be very irresponsible act on the part of the company and hope for a immediate remedy.

                                      I had ordered a brown boots from :flipkart https://www.flipkart.com/stepee-boots/p/itmedzzgvx9nzn8j?pid=SHOEDZZGU7GHVS7K at the price of 699.When i recived the product the boots were black colour and that to damaged .When i complained to flipkart the only reply i got was appologies but no action taken .this is not the first time i am facing this problem .Last two of my orders were also delivered in the same way .flipkart is cheating their customers by putting a product on the site for a medium range price.But not delivering the same product to the customer when ordered by them .And when we complain to them they say we can not replace the product as it is now out off stock .But when you check the site after a day you will find the same product in stock but at double the price.Thus one is cheated by the seller as well as by flipkart .They give you offer price to clear their damaged products which is a pathetic way of selling .
                                      As you can see in the photos attached of selling the same product at diffrent price .
