After buying the phone, i had multiple issues with lenovo k6 power. Like 80% of the time voice is breaking to the listner - implies mic issues. Frequently listeners complaints that they are hearing robotic/echoing kind of sounds.
Speaker also found defective multiple times - you will have to restart multiple time when speaker stops working.

And the main fraud is anti-trustworthy flipkart's 10 days replacement policy. I reported issues with flipkart and asked for the replacement (Within 10 days), flipkart sent a technician from jeeves company to try to resolve the issues. Technician couldn't resolve the issues but he reported issue is resolved, and flipkart rejected the replacement. I called multiple time to get replacement, but flipkart response is pathetic - even if the phone is under 10 days replacement policy, they are asking me to just go to lenovo service center.

Flipkart stop fooling customers saying 10 days replacement policy - better just mention no replacement policy - which will set the right expectation to customer.

Flipkart (along with Lenovo) is selling defective phones, they should actually recall all the K6 Power devices and give replacements/refunds. Even after so many people reporting Mic issues, why Flipkart is still selling the phone and not banning this model ? Is Flipkart getting more money selling defective devices and not providing replacements/refunds?

Our engineer who visited the customer's place for tech visit has confirmed that there is no problem with the handset. It might be problem with the Sim network. Our team has requested the customer to visit Authorized Service Center.

          I ordered Vivo v5 from flipkart and delivered on 10/4/2017. however on opening the box it was found that is contained only the charger and the headphone but no handset. I showed it delivery person he suggest me to call flipkart customer for replacement and did. Flipkart gave me 3 days time for investigation.
          Now flipkart is saying we were delivered right product.. They are not doing replacement and returning my money. They looted my Rs 17980. My Order OD[protected].

            Flipkart is fraud as changd refund policy post taken mobile. I taken phone in old policy (when refund was there) but now they r saying no refund. My mobile was already replaced once but facing same issue with replaced phone as well.               Flipkart flash sale is a scandal .On 12-Apr-2017 tried purchasing Redmi Note 4. It was added in to my cart and when I try to continue for address, the product become out of stock.
              How come product added into cart can be out of stock.

              Again i tried On 14-Apr-2017, i tried placing order the same Redmi Note 4 that was in my cart [which went out of stock earlier], but when i pressed payment, the product become out of stock.

              This is totally rubbish. A person need some time [seconds] to add payment as well as I did add payment in a few second still it is going out of stock. I am totally disappointed. I wasted 2 days with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. I will never think of going to flipkart any more.

              The issue is that, once a product is added in kart, you should atleast give 5 minutes to complete the payment.

                Hi,

                I order an iphone which was missing from the box now they are dening to process the replacement. My order was delivered on 14th march. Flipkart is playing with me since 14th March. It's cost is 41000. It is a huge amiunt. I am frustated. First they told me to wait 7 working days, then told me to wait 48 hours, then again told me to wait 48 hours. Finally they asked me to share my ID proof and asked me to share the address when can they meet with me. I shared all the detail.

                    I had ordered a AC on 7th Apr 2017 i Received order on 8th Apr 2017. Today is 14th Apr Ac is still not installed and flipkart executives has no clarification for the same. I chase to everyone . very bad service .i has chased to that voltas guy as well but still no response . just spoken to flipkart customer care and even they were speechless . pathetic service

                      I ordered this saree on 1st april 2017 from the registered mobile number - [protected]and i received my order on 7th april 2017 and payed through cash rs. 2386.
                      After few days on 11th i planned to return the saree so i visited my account and it had already mentioned over there that my saree has been retuned and refund had already being given by the company, but saree was with me, in fact it is still with me. when i call flipkart executives they told that complain has already filed and you received an empty packet of saree and it has been done through your account, which can’t be possible as saree is with me.
                      They told me that your account might be used by someone else moreover refund had already transferred to an account which does not belong to any of my family members. and we received a message from flipkart regarding transferred money and the account no. mentioned there doesn’t belong to any o[censored]s.
                      They told me that i make a complaint on 10th. and next day they just refund the money without taking the packet and the signature
                      A fake call was made by flipkart executives and they asked for the otp that was generated on my mother’s phone they said it is for verifying that you received your product or not and after 4-5 hours we get a message of refund and it was not in our account
                      I didn’t made any returning request and they told me that i did, if i did all this refund message then why didn’t i receive a mail from flipkart why only message? no one had come for taking the saree (or the empty pack as a false claim made by them)
                      Because it was a fraud that was done by flipkart employees for sure, they hacked our id and this can’t be neglected, such a big rand and this type of fraud not even expected from flipkart.
                      This is the last time, from now onwards i will never order from flipkart
                      On 11th i made that complaint about this all scenario and they told me that they will revert back within 24 hours which they didn’t and send us message that they need another 24hours and now its being 13th.
                      If i didn’t receive appropriate solution my next step will definitely land up at complaining in consumer court.

                          I ordered a battery for my laptop but when it got delivered it was not compatible with my laptop. I called back Flipkart to arrange a replacement for the right product but Monica Singh from Flipkart support team and Abhishek from senior team refuse to refund or replace the battery and said you can complain anywhere but there is no process of refund.

                          I told them not to refund but to provide right part but they left me helpless

                              Most respectfully it is submitted that I have give a order one mobile model no.samsung guru music-2 NA in flipkart.com on dated:-04/04/2017 at about 8:32
                              but I have received packit which order I.D is OD[protected]
                              that when I opened this I saw a one battrey, one earphone and one charger and one white color item & one mannual user book in this pack. The mobile phone is not in this pack than I was call in customer care centre which is registered a complaint in this regard which no. is IN[protected] dated on 09/04/2017 at about 10.45AM. But till date no responesed from the other side.I also attached a photo graphs of opening of box which items is in this box.​​​​​​​​
                              kindly look into the matter as early as possible in this matter & send me my order as early as possible.

                                  I am a defence person. I ordered for two redmi note4 32gb vide order no. Od[protected]
                                  But received only one. The issue was raised on 02 apr 17 about the missing
                                  Product. I was given timing for solution through email by 03 apr then 04
                                  Apr, 05 apr 17 and lastly for 07 days (Upto 09 apr 17).

                                  After 09 apr, i am calling flipcart daily, every time executives
                                  Telling me to wait for 24 hrs. From last 04 days, i am spending my 30-50
                                  Minutes daily on false promises. Being a punctual person in life,
                                  Executives false promises making me unhappy.

                                  Sir, i waited as per their timings but all in vain due to which i have not
                                  Received my item till date. Now, i request your august office to process
                                  My second product or refund my amount on priority bases as you are the only
                                  One who can help me. So you are my last hope,
                                  Please give direction for shipment of product or refund of my amount.

Swimming pand is very ordanry and not matching with online description. Spack are also different.                                         My order was dispatched from Bangalore on 16 of august but still it didn't reach the guwahati what the hell is happening with courier team... Amazon service is far more better than Flipkart
