I ordered this saree on 1st april 2017 from the registered mobile number - [protected]and i received my order on 7th april 2017 and payed through cash rs. 2386.
After few days on 11th i planned to return the saree so i visited my account and it had already mentioned over there that my saree has been retuned and refund had already being given by the company, but saree was with me, in fact it is still with me. when i call flipkart executives they told that complain has already filed and you received an empty packet of saree and it has been done through your account, which can’t be possible as saree is with me.
They told me that your account might be used by someone else moreover refund had already transferred to an account which does not belong to any of my family members. and we received a message from flipkart regarding transferred money and the account no. mentioned there doesn’t belong to any o[censored]s.
They told me that i make a complaint on 10th. and next day they just refund the money without taking the packet and the signature
A fake call was made by flipkart executives and they asked for the otp that was generated on my mother’s phone they said it is for verifying that you received your product or not and after 4-5 hours we get a message of refund and it was not in our account
I didn’t made any returning request and they told me that i did, if i did all this refund message then why didn’t i receive a mail from flipkart why only message? no one had come for taking the saree (or the empty pack as a false claim made by them)
Because it was a fraud that was done by flipkart employees for sure, they hacked our id and this can’t be neglected, such a big rand and this type of fraud not even expected from flipkart.
This is the last time, from now onwards i will never order from flipkart
On 11th i made that complaint about this all scenario and they told me that they will revert back within 24 hours which they didn’t and send us message that they need another 24hours and now its being 13th.
If i didn’t receive appropriate solution my next step will definitely land up at complaining in consumer court.

Flipkart Customer Care's response As there was missing product complaint, the request was verified and return request was approved for the refund. Also, the refund is completed for the same.
