    As i was order ambrane 1310 model 13000mah power bank also i received last saturday,. Power bank not charge even 2 or more hours if it is in charing. I think the battery back is not good so i want to replace power back. Even that upper cover not remove after received from courier man, start checking 1put one hour charged but after charger removed the power bank is not on, but if the power bank is in charging that indication light was glowing..       Flipkart attracting the customer advertising no cost emi but at the time of payment even though if we have selected emi option has not been done. It is ridiculous, worst service that i have ever got..

        I ordered A dslr Camera naming canon 1300d from flipkart but instead of sending the camera they have sended me someone else product they have sent me pair of new formal shoes and i have paid 22k to the seller and the seller has sent me formal shoes which is not worth with the money which i have paid to them And The Flipkart official are telling me that the courier has confirmed that the iteam is succesfully delivered with the product intact in it but the delivery boy gave me the flipkart box and i was unknown of wrong product and also the main thing the delivery boy did not took my signature he gave the box and took the money and he gone from my door .please if any help is possible for getting my product back please contact me

        The product has been picked up and refund is processed for the same hence case stands resolved.
        I received the product from FLIPKART on, but within same day software problems started. UI has stopped working is a message, which suddenly appears on screen and phone stops working. It happens many times a day. There is no return money policy, only replacement of same product, in flipkart option, and it is not clearly specified.

          I purchased a power bank from flipkart. I recieved a used product which has scratches on it. When i asked for a replacement, they are saying we cannot replace this product. Though, they are saying to refund the money. But then if i have to purchase that item again it will cost me 200 more. Thats totally unfair.

            I want to buy a new and after selecting a phone, was looking at the exchange offer, i have htc one m7 and my imei number it shows me an error, "entered imei number doesn't belong to the brand and model".

            When i checked in other imei check online website it shows me all the correct details of the phone.

            I have attached both the screen shot.

            Please revert asap.

              I feel cheated by flipkart services and to top it off they are not responding to my return request. Recently i order 3 products from flipkart under the offer 50% for 3 product service when i actually wanted a running shoe. So instead of buying a shoe of 1k i brought puma shoe and 2 other product (Over - priced floater + tshirt) for 1.4k as the offer seemed good. I knew i was cheated when i got cancellation of order of shoes just after the floater and tshirt was delivered. I received the floater and tshirt under the belief that it is getting delayed as i received the message of its shippment. They waited for me to take delivery of other 2 products and then send out order cancellation. But now the tshirt i ordered is size l and tshirt delivered was size s or less. I had requested return of the tshirt but just received a message saying unable to contact me, so i have to call them. When i call them no customer care picks up the phone and it says they will call back and yes u are correct.. No call back..

              O now what i want is refund of my money.

                Why you flipkart are bluffing customers by selling default mobiles really don't know?
                After selling there is no response from the people whom they have to serve.

                I brought lenovo k6 power in march end, from then am facing issues with this mobile. No proper hearing, microphone isdued. I took it to the service centre in bangalore for fixing the issues, for sure am saying these people from don't to register issues also, after giving for couple of times the problems had not solved.
                My simple word what shud i do with this default mobile, n what is need of spending money for getting mobile by flipkart, i want a proper justice in term my money value.

                    Hi team,

                    I ordered a product on 21sh of april, 2017 which was supposed to be delivered on 24th of april 2017 but it has not yet been delivered even after 14 days. Every time i contact customer care they said it will be delivered by today.

                    Today, i got the message that the product has been cancelled. Since the payment was done on emi via credit card. So i will have to pay the bank interest for no reason.

                    So, i want the full refund back along with the bank interest plus the compensation as soon as possible.

                        Flipkart i had tried you to contact many times but what i get is the thing that your all customer exceutives are always busy and i had never get to be connected with anyone from flipkart team...
                        Actually i just bought a mi 5 handset of xiomi india company but it automatically just go on fastboot mode and i had tried many times to resolve this problem but nothinng happens... I also get connect with mi service center moradabad but there they told me that handset is having a problem in its motherboard... So they ask me for the bill to admit my handset for the service...

                            I had the conversation with Flipkart before ordering exchange of phone on Saturday regarding the spot on my phone screen at left side top corner but he told that it is not an issue and I can order the phone and the phone will be exchanged. Based on that I ordered the phone and later on the ekart executive denied to take the old phone due to that spot. When I contacted Flipkart customer care they also denied to accept it. Because of that for the whole day I was not able to work because I need to wipe out my device before handing over and I had many connections of my office linked with my phone. The flipkart customer care confirmed the same at the end of the day after giving 4 number of calls to them. I need the phone to be replaced as committed by the customer care executive earlier and at the earliest or the same should be compensated by an amount of INR 5000.

                                I ordered it on flipkart.com on 22nd april. Received my order on 25th april. But it stopped working on 2 may. So i wanted its refund i don't want replacement because maybe the the product named (Lenoovo tab 3 7 essential wifi only) is defective. But they are not giving refund. They can give just replacement.                                   An split ac sansui make 1.5 ton had been purchased on 2nd may.

                                  The flipkart told that the installation would be carried out within 2 to 5 business days. (With in maximum[protected].

                                  As i did not hear from flipkart or their installation team till 6th may and the 'my order ' section shown that the installation is in approval stage itself, i contacted flipkart [protected].

                                  I was told sorry, excuse for their communication error. Immediately after i received a sms that installation would be possibly done on 10th may. (The sudden change in installation stge from approval to progress appeared in 'my order 'status with expected date 8th may for installation.

                                  As the product has to be returned in case of poor performance or any other issues, if any, withih 10 days time which closes on 11 th may itself, sensing no time for me to reurn the product if needed, i requested return the product on 6th may vide ticket no.[protected].

                                  I had been on leave from my office expecting installation for 5 days and today is 8th may and still now none from flipkart nor their installation team has called me regarding installation. My return request ispending with flipkart without any further process.

                                  So i called again flipkart and asked for refund, taking away the horrible purchase.

                                  Still, the flipkart installation will come. And i told them that i dont want the product because of poor service which caused me 5 days leave, mental agony and non availability of returning time in case of poor product or any issue, if any.

                                  Dont go for online purchase of home appliances, especially flipkart who are always poor in after sale service.

                                    Worst experience ever expected from flipkart.
                                    I have ordered for sg teampak wheel bag on april 18th, 2017, it was supposed to be delivered by nov 25th, 2017.
                                    Firstly it got delivered product was missing.
                                    When contacted customer care they said process to replacment & new delivery date is 2nd may 2017. Im waiting product.2nd may product was not delivered i got the flipkart execuitve no i'll try to number but hes not responding properly then i have cancel the product 4th of may 2017.
                                    I selected refund option, then i got the mail seller not process refund as per 10 days policy but im not cross the policy it was seller & logistic problem, then i have contact the customer care said that give my product or refund they said sir we not process refund also not given refund.
                                    Means what im loss the my product or refund also.

                                    As per flipkart policy clearly mention (Your request for refund is in progress. Please watch this section for further updates. Refund will be transferred to your original payment mode within 9 business days (Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed.) but still not process.

                                    Is this the way flipkart is working nowadays, i feel cheated by flipkart.

                                    I want refund or product.

                                      Problem faced : purchased product on 26th apr got delivery on next day i. E. 27th apr, came back from office on 27th evening with full excitement copied multiple hd (1080p) movies in usb and try to play, 1st thing i noticed that as mentioned tv is not giving full hd quality display, i ignored this display issue but 2nd thing i got to know that some movies i am able to play fine but for some movies files only video is coming no audio, some. Mp4 and. Avi movies i am not able to play :- (

                                      Solution i requested: as i was not satisfied with product so i request below mention 3 things:
                                      1st : first thing i was requesting to return this product and refund my hard earned money back, as such kind of issue online customer can check only after delivery (And without any delay within 2 days i raised refund request)
                                      2nd : when i came to know from customer care that there is only replace policy even if the customer is not satisfied with product he has to retain it, so i requested that the model 40a6300fhd i purchased can be replaced by latest model 40z9540fhd which is available in same price range 12, 999 by same seller omnitechretail.

                                      3rd: but after that customer care told me that replacement policy is not applicable with other models, even if there is any limitation of product replacement will be done with same model only after technician visit. So with full disappointment i requested flipkart to arrange technician visit.

                                      Finally flipkart assured that they have arranged the technician visit for the above product and it will be done by april 30, 2017.
                                      But no technician visit happens by 30th apr,
                                      Again approached customer care, got email that
                                      "the technician visit will be completed by friday, may 05, 2017. Your ticket number for the technician visit with micromax is hr[protected]"
                                      Now its 10 days over issue is not resolved after spending good amount of my money i am wasting my time in doing followups now today again contacted customer care and got assurance mail that "will resolve your problem by 11 may, 7:00 pm."

                                      I copied multiple video files in usb and try to play, found that some. Mkv files are playing perfect but for some 1080p. Mkv files no audio is coming it shows "not supported audio".

                                      As per my understanding it seems that its not defect of item, its some kind of limitation of this model.

                                      As you know that good amount of money is invested in this item, so at least as a customer there must be some provision that i can return this product and in place of this model either money can be returned or above mentioned latest model can be deliver to me.
