Hi. i have purchase a lipstick C.A L LOS ANGELES Intense matte (folly pink). i have received but this product is not in pink color its is in mahroon color and the quality is very bad n i am trying to call customer care but they are not call me back because he have option to call back so i want to replace this otherwise i want to my money back.

    Every time on the name of sale you are wasting our time and making us fool. From last 1.5 month I am regularly trying to purchase redmi 3 s phone but at the sale time you are either making product out of stock or product unavailable. This is very pathetic. How you can waste our time, just non-sense sale you are making. I will take strong action against this or I will sue you in court.

      I have purchased lenovo k6 power phone from flip kart two days back. When i am calling somewhere by keeping phone on my ear, it is not working means opposite side person is unable to listen my voice and this problem is there when i am indoor (Means inside home or office), but when i bring my phone near to my mouth it is working fine, that time opposite side person is able listen me. But when i am outside, there is no problem.
      Then i requested for the replacement and contacted to flip kart, they told me to me update the software, i updated after also i was not working. After some again i called then the executive told me to do factory reset, i have done that also, after that also i was not working, facing the same issue. Then they told that technician will contact you. Yesterday[protected] one technician came and check my phone outside. It was working fine, i am also saying, it is working fine outside, only the problem is when i was inside the office. He said may be network issue. See how fool the technician is, if network issue will be there, then you keep phone on your ear or near ur mouth in both case problem should be there, but when i bring phone near to my mouth it is working fine. After that he told that it is working fine and he given the feed back to the flip kart that mobile is working fine, but he should have given the feed back that it is working outside but not indoor. Because the technician person also faced this problem when i was contacting me. After he went, then i came to my office and called him only to give him the experience that see the same problem is coming when i am inside my office. I told him give your feed back to the company that when phone is inside office or home it is not working fine but outside working fine. But his feed back was very irresponsible and the person (Akbar mohamed from jeeves consumer services private limited) was itself very irresponsible person. He wasted my one hour office time. After calling me outside he was telling i am here some time there, and finally after one hour he meets me. This was the worst experience. After that they updated on flip kart that my request for replacement is cancelled because technician person given feed back that it is working fine outside. Based on that fool technician how they can cancel my request. After that i called flip kart toll free number and then i got call back from their side, now they are telling that now we can't replace your, you have to go service center. Why i will go to service center with my new mobile. At the time of purchasing, they given me 10 days replacement warranty.
      I contacted multiple time to the customer care executive, but they all are very irresponsible and worst person. They don't know how to behave with customer. Multiple time they cut my call without having full conversation. I am send sharing some number from which i got call ([protected], [protected], [protected]) one of the person was mahesh kumar. He was very irresponsible person and he was behaving like he was the the ceo of the company. He was telling from flip kart i can't help you anything. First of all flip kart is tagged with some worst third party for the selling of goods, and that party is tagged with some worst third party service center. One executive was talking in a professional way. They wasted my full day in calling. At last they gave the result that you have to go to service center.
      Finally i want to be my mobile replaced. I don't want to keep this defective item. Apart from this, they wasted my one day time, i want that one day salary from flip kart. Otherwise i will take some further action.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had called the customer on 5th May 2017. Customer confirmed that he is unable to listen to the voice in handset when he is in office but outside he doesn't face any problem like this. It means, there is no problem in the handset but there is issues with the sim network. If you still think there is problem with the handset please visit the authorized service center. We are closing the complaint from our side.
      Same happened with me as well for Lenovo K6 power. The phone is horrible and Flipkart support is pathetic.

        I am from gaya bihar 823001 first when i was serving flipkart app and order noise gt08 smartwatch it shows available at my address and then i delivered my order through debit card and now on on delivery day it shows out of delivery address (pincode missmatch) wtf type experience and till now i dont get my money back
        Fake sales by flipkart.after adding redmi 3s to my cart.when i go to payment page it is displaying out of stock msg..i am facing this problem from last 3 weeks consecutively..lost all my belief in flipkart.

            I got the carrier AC delivered and installed on 17th and 18th Apr2017 resp. The AC didn't work after installation in front of Flipkart's engineer. Customer care is giving false deadlines of sending the technician to check or to repair or to pick or return money. Everytime they provide a separate set of action and new deadline. But none of the deadlines has been honoured by them. Nobody have visited till now and they try to give random excuses or feel sorry about it and extend the deadline everyday. My money is blocked and i have to suffer the hot weather as i can't even buy a new one as they donot want to refund but replace which will take another 15 days if they get time to visit, uninstall, transfer back, approve it in their workshop, and then deliver new product and them install it. Looking at their godspeed service i am afraid it may take more than this summers. Please help me get my money back and get them pay for the huge inconvenience they are causing. I have attached a pic of sms deadlines from my phone. My brother phone also have 2-3 smses of diff deadlines

              I had ordered a mobile phone (Panasonic eluga rayx) on 27 april. And i cancelled that order after few minutes of completing the order and i paid through net banking for that (Rs 8999) and i got the msg that you will get your refund upto 2nd of may and till the date now i did not get my refund and when i talked to the flipkart executives they are giving different explanations and i am getting mentally harassed.                 This order was delivered broken, damaged & leaked.
                When I reported the same he refused to pick it up from the location of delivery. He is asking to courier it to the office of flipkart. So if you can deliver it to the address why can't you pick it up. how weird is that? This needs to be escalated immediately as this is the 3 time we are complaining. I need refund.

                      I purchased this AC on 11th april. Installation was done wrongly by flipkart.
                      Now they are not sending any technician for reinstallation or refunding the money.
                      I have paid in total 36000 rs for this ac.
                      I spoke to the LG customer care, they came and said the reinstallation was not done by them, so it'll cost 2500 rs to fix the ac. flipkart keeps on revising the date of pick up and nobody comes up and customer care doesnt care about the issue i'm facing

                            Hi,

                            I ordered on 18th April and delivery date was 24th April, not delivered on 24th and extent the date to 27th.

                            I called to the customer support on 26th and they said that it will delivered on 27th till 7PM at 110%, but i replied that i know this would not be delivered on the 27th too, but at last i believed on you and wait till 27th 7PM but the result was same.

                            My office timing is 9AM to 6PM but still i wait till 7PM on yesterday as well as on 24th April, but always the result was same.

                            Again call the customer care and got the same result " WE ARE REALLY SORRY SIR DUE TO BLA BLA BLA YOUR ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED ... and so on".
                            On 28th they are saying that please wait till 3rd of MAY.
                            Yesterday i.e. 3rd May, they called me and said that mistake was from logistic and now we are refunding your amount. I said that now i want my refund as well as the same product with 0 cost, but they refuse for the same product free.

                            Problem is from yourside then u have to gave something to ur customer to retain. But i dont think so that you flipkart have any feeling to loose ur customer without any fault.

                            Please let me know what can i do know.

                            This is totally frustrating. i am fed up with all of these now. VERY much disappointing with the FLIPKART this time.

                            Now i want my refund back and the product too.

                                      I added Redmi Note 4 3G+32G Black in my cart on flipkart flash sale on 3rd May. After adding in cart and proceeding for checkout, it showed "Out of Stock" from my cart! How this can happen? Is it a joke or something?

                                      Sitting whole day with good internet connection, adding it to cart immidiately and finally someone else take things out of MY CART and buys it! Why Flipkart insulting customers? How can someone put things out of my cart like that? Isn't that against ethics?

                                      The product is still there in the cart but Alas! "CHECKOUT" button is inactive. Great business Flipkart! Surely you got a huge traffic on your site no?

                                      Can someone let me know that is it possible to buy the phone again if it is in my cart? If so how it can be done?

                                        The phone is just getting overheated so much that it can be even handled and mobile data is working unexpectedly slow at times, it doesn't even install the lab, the download logo just keeps on moving..

                                        But the major issue is about heating, i spoke with several flipkart executives over customer care calls, all are rubbish ppl and just speaks on sympathy, no one even bothers what customer issue is about, the worst part was the technician which they sent for diagnosing the problem, he didn't even undersatnd what the problem, by no means anyone could have said him technician, a 5th class school boy would better handle and analyse the device, he just saw the phone for couple of minutes and said everything is working fine and closed the return and now flipkart is not ready to accept the return..

                                        I was several times tried to make them understand the problem, but they are just rejecting the request, i just got pissed off by shopping from flipkart, the worst return policy it has in this current e-commerce market and would recommend people not buy from flipkart.. As they have the worst customer handling experience..

                                        Please help me in returnign this defective piece and claiming back my money

                                        Flipkart executive is not ready to accept that there is a issue, as they are saying that there technician had a look at the device and he seems it is working fine, by no means anyone would have had called him technician, if he would have had technical knowledge, then by just handling the device he could have recognized the problem in the device
