I had order lenovo K6 Power mobile by 7th Feb-2017 and during order
confirmation I had received confirmation that my order will be delivered by
12th to 14th of Feb-2017.
But till date I have not my order and on otherside, I am receiving wrong
information emails from company. They also sending e-mails & sms with wrong information that order will be delivered by today or tomorrow....

I have ordered car stereo through filpkart but I got a second hand used product... And the warranty strip was also broken.& product not working condition.i Return this Product But flipkart is not ready to make refund, and rejected Return /refund. shame on u flipcart..
So please take it seriously.

We had ordered a tara t101 from flipkart on[protected] vide order no. Od[protected] and received the same vide invoice no. F02a8dl[protected]. The product was defective hence we asked for the return under the 10 day return policy with flipkart. When the individual compes to collect the phone from ekart logistics they say that the imei number of the product is not the same and refuses return. This is a clear case of cheating by flipkart...

Sir I have purchased a mobile from Flipkart but one mobile is so bad in service and product quality I have purchased leeco1s and after one mounth the problem is their if I have contacted your service centre number he was says our representative is busy at the time what can I do I have purchased many mobiles from Flipkart and if not give me a better service I have changed the store please contact me [protected]...

As i placed the order from flipkart and it was my mistake i did on this website.. I placed the order for a jacket to my brother as he wanted it for tomorrow shows.. I got the package today.. N shockingly jacket was not there in package.. It was a empty parcel.. N i already paid the money to them from my debit card.. Also mailed to customer care but no reply......

Fipkart has sent me the bad phone Lenovo Vibe k5 plus twice mentioning that it is volte support however it does not .. have already written many mails to them and tried to contact their customer toll free number . they neither repair the phone and nor ready to replace the phone . even asking for the tech visit then the technician does not call and cancel the request. these guys even do not approach you for refund and cancel the refund on...

I purchase Boat 220 bass heads from Flipkart on 27th august 2016. I bought the product by knowing it is having 1 year manufacturing warranty. For six months it worked without any problem. From 14th February 2017 right side speaker is not working propery. By 17th February right side speaker completely stopped working. I am not happy with the flipkart services. it seems to be totally fake service provider. I have placed an order for a mobile phone on 15th Feb and was promised a delivery by 16th Feb. The delicery was not done as promised.

Moreover there is no communication on why the delivery didnot happen and when are they going to deliver the product,

I ordered a HP 678 cartridge from a flipkart and they said that there is 2 years manufacturing warranty. And when I contacted HP Customer care and visit service centre and they said that on all cartridges they provide 6 months to 1 year of warranty. And flipkart is increasing the date again and again like that the case is going in the high court. Please help me use the warranty of product or ask flipkart to replace the cartridge....
