My order id OD[protected]. Hav ordered a 1.5 ton carrier ac on 23 march which was to be delivered on 30th march. Today is 1st april i m stil waiting for the ac. I followed up with Gati courier since last 2 days they r just buch passing the issue. I ws informed it wil b delivered the same day i.e. 31st march.then i was infrmed it wil b delivered today now today i got a call they are saying it wil be delivered on monday as your order is too heavy and we dont hav a vehicle to carry it. Wow such a good courier services you have hired which doesnt even has a vehicle to deliver my product.
Hats off..i m desperately waiting fr the order n hav to face all this..calling up customer care wasting my precious time as well money on all the calls.
I need a resolution to this..do u hire such a bad courier?
Such a reputed company flipkart and courier service poor.

    My Name is Sripal Reddy and I have purchased moto G5 plus mobile on March 20 2017. Delivered Product is having severe overheating issues. I have raised for an immediate replacement request next day it self. Flipkart made 10 days time pass and rejeced the request. Now I am unable to raise return request again because 10 days completed. Flipkart cheating the customers here.

    Flipkart is only responsible for me if I had anything with this overheating phone.

    Now I need to replace the phone.

        I got this AC (Order ID: OD[protected] delivered on March 25, 2017. A Whirlpool executive called up to share that they will charge Rs. 1500 regardless of the offer that Flipkart has. I checked up with Flipkart Customer Support immediately to confirm and the executive said that I do not have to pay them. In fact, he went to the extent to suggest that I call up Whirlpool people, get the AC installed by them and then deal later (how stupid!). However, he later said that someone from Flipkart or Whirlpool will definitely visit me to install it. I later received a SMS from Flipkart on March 28 which said that my request for installation has been cancelled. I called Flipkart Customer Support immediately and they said that they cannot see any such message sent and that my request is still pending. I was told to wait until March 31 now which I did. Now I called them on March 31 to confirm if someone was visiting me to which the executive said someone from Flipkart had called up a day before and I could not pick the call, so we have rescheduled installation. This time I was told to wait for 24 hours until April 1. When I called up 23 hours 45 mins later with only 15 mins to spare in 24 hours, the executive had the confidence to say that there are still 15 mins and we are working on your request. I called up 1.5 hours later and this time the executive said your installation request was cancelled long back on March 28 and we are now logging a new request, so please wait further.

        Long story short - I never thought Flipkart could swindle customers this way in the name of offers and false commitments. I am now getting the AC installed from my end, paying extra Rs. 1500 to Whirlpool people. Have lost trust in Flipkart. This is probably my last order with this e-commerce platform.

          This is such a horrible experience with my Acer R11 laptop order. Support and Delivery is so highly mishandled. I've kept my old Sony laptop as per exchange terms.
          The delivery boy asked me to get screen cleaned as there was little plastic residue of screen guard same communicated by your support team. On this insistence I had to take a day off from my work and Got it cleaned.
          In the mean time yesterday without any communication instead of delivering order you have cancelled it.
          How can you define it as support?
          I have not cancelled this order, I've kept the old laptop ready as per demand of your delivery boy. This has caused lots of hassle, time and money. How can you do this?
          I want this order to be delivered ASAP.

            I bought HP W6T28PA 15-be001TX Notebook from Flipcart, the seller was RetailNet. The product was delivered in time. The old and used Laptop was delivered to me considering the following:
            1. Battery was inserted in the laptop, whereas new laptop has battery is in separate packing.
            2. The warranty on the website is showing from 27.12.2016 whereas the same was invoiced on 25.03.2017 and warranty is upto 24.02.2017 less than one...

                  21.03.17 send request for return due internal memory issue, sppekar vice issue and unable to configure mail camera picture quality issue
                  22.03.17 received call your technical team Mr.Yougeswar and Mr. Jitu and MI technical team but not resolved my issue but my request reject without issue resolve.
                  23.03.17 again send request for refund but without issue resolved my request reject.

                  25.03.17 send again request for same

                  Need to Return mobile and purchase some other Brand

                  Three time my request cancelled without issue resolved
                  If no action then Go to Upbhokta Forouam. I AM not sectify this brand as per demo no Mach in MI Brand.

                          Worst experience ever expected from flipkart.

                          I have ordered for moto e3 power mobile (rs 7999.00 /-) on march 24th 2017, it was supposed to be delivered by march 29th, 2017.

                          And, this product was under offer rs 1250/- (500 rs off by flipkart & 10% off on sbi credit card). i have received a message on march 25th 2017 regarding my order from flipkar, that the order was cancelled and refund will be processed.

                          I called flipkart toll free number and spoke to customer care executive. on phone after checking my order customer care executive said your order was cancelled and refund will be processed, you will get amount in 5 business days. i asked him without my permission why should you cancel my order, he said that it was done at our office as the seller is not willing to deliver. i asked him to send the same mobile with offer if it is available in another two three days. but he said i cannot do that you can book another and said mail to our customer care. without thinking about my inconvenience he said that they can refund the cost of the phone and also no compensation for the inconvenience i faced.

                          I mailed the same to [protected]@flipkart.com and got the reply as below.
                          “hello prasad,

                          We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. this would mean that any new order you attempt to place will also get cancelled.”

                          On the same day they blocked my flipkart account. is this the way flipkart is working now a days, i feel cheated by flipkart.

                          I have been a loyal customer with them and thinking about this trust i booked the product with them but will ensure if my problem is not addressed in the right way will have to take this as high i can.

                          I have no option but to raise the complaint in the consumer court for the same.

                            I have ordered Moto E3 power (order Id: OD[protected] on 18th Feb and cancelled on 22nd Feb.

                            Delivery boy tried to deliver on 24th and we refused to accept the product. The delivery boy has delivered on 25th when we were expecting some other delivery.

                            I ordered this item from USA for my father in India.

                            I asked my father not to break the seal of the product when I understood they have delivered the wrong product along with the other right products those I was expecting. Immediately I notified flipkart and an incident has been raised IN[protected]​3 to address this. I was told as it was not my fault so the amount would be refunded.

                            After that it seems flipkart has taken replacement request instead of refund. and customer care is now forcing me to accept the product that I cancelled 3 days before the delivery and because of the fault in their delivery system they can not force customer to accept something which was cancelled but delivered along with other right products.

                            Please note that the seal of the package is not even broken.

                              Respected Sir/Madam

                              I ordered a product from flipkart at 4 January 2017. The product name is unistuffed tempered glass garud for Le Eco Le 2
                              Order id no. is OD[protected]
                              And by fault I understood this is the name of glass garud company.
                              So I ordered it for my micromax mobile. But when I saw it full specifications after some time so i found my fault for wrong order.
                              I cancelled my order at 5 January 2017.
                              And some hours later I found a confirmation sms for order cancellation and refund my amount till 16 January 17
                              At that time all this going well but after 16 January I called the flipkart care at 18 January and she assured me for my refund in 4 to 5 days.
                              But after that I called again this time also I found same suggestions to other care executive.
                              After 15 February 2017 my call is not connecting with flipkart and a computer voice got "the all customer executive are busy now please call later or contact our email id.
                              On March 20 I tried to contact with email .
                              And found a reply email with the suggestions of auto call at 16.02.00
                              But 0n 30 March I did not receive any call from flipkart for my refund

                              So please help me for getting my refund.

                                I have ordered a sandisk 8 gb pendrive from your site but the order delivered to me is 8gb sd card i have complaint on this and your executive told that it will be ecxhanged in 2 days but no issue resolved so i cancelled the order and asked for a return they said that it will be resolved by 29 march but when i called again then they are saying sorry and again a fake promise done by you that on 30 march it will be resolved but no progress at all .

                                    On top, no action has been taken from your end towards customer to solve problem immediately.

                                      Hi,
                                      I ordered a XOLO ERA 1X -4G with LTE (Black and Gun Metal, 8 GB) mobile (OD[protected] and it got delivered on 1st March. The mobile had several issues and hence I decided to return the item. But during the return initiation process I had to face several problems (not mentioning them all due to time limitation) and eventually the request was initiated after 15 days. I wanted to return the item and get the refund in lieu of that but the Flipkart executives convinced me for an replacement and assured me of return/refund if the new item was found to be defective.
                                      Now, a new device has been delivered on 19th and it has started giving following issues within 10 days of its delivery –
                                      i. Phone is heating up for a mare use 30-45 mins, becoming difficult to listen while keeping the speaker in contact with ear. Stopped using it in the fear of any disaster.
                                      ii. Touch is very poor, many a times it doesn't respond to a touch, particularly frustrating during keying...also lags too much while swiping. Now realizing it a faulty item, I made a return & refund request yesterday but now going through the annoying experiences like
                                      - all communications are going to my father (I gave my father’s no while purchasing the phone and changed that one to mine before making the return request) who is now out of station...don't understand why I am not being contacted directly when I changed the mobile no to my no.
                                      - came to know from my father that some product specialist would be visiting my place for checking the item while I was assured last time that I won’t have to face any delay or any other hurdle during return/refund if the replaced item found to be defective one this time.
                                      But, unfortunately again I am going through the same pain. In the afternoon, a Flipkart executive called me informing me of a technician’s visit which I refused to entertain. Because if the technician doesn’t suggest the issues to be serious enough the return process would be stuck and which I can’t afford to agree with since I paid the full amount for purchasing the item, hence can’t settle for a defective/ substandard product forced upon me. Also, I can’t take the risk o[censored]sing the hazardous device any more due to the heating issue which I have been observing for the last 2 days.
                                      While writing to you, just now, another technician called me and suggested rebooting the device in safe mode to solve the touch issue, heating issue which are clearly manufacturing defects.
                                      Now, hope you would understand the harassment that have been going through for the last one month and hence sincerely request you to put a permanent end to this pain by resolving the issue at the earliest.
