    Sir, i added a redmi note 4 during today's flash sale to my cart. but just as i was about to buy the phone, it went out of stock.
    How can it be possible for it to go out of stock after adding it to my cart.I understand it, if it had happened before adding it to cart, but this is totally unacceptable. Pls resolve this issue

      Hi.. This is Ravi Prasad. I ordered a "Black Redmi Note 4(3gb)" from your site on 14th of april. After using it for around 5-6 days I rectified that there is a charging issue in the phone so I putted the return request through the Flipkart app. Which you resolved yourself without considering it on a call with me. The phone that I have is totally useless as it is not getting charge amd its been 4 times that I am taking returm request continuously on a phone call with your executives.

      And no action is getting taken by your side towards this issue. Your executives don't call me nor scheduled the pick up for this defective product which is being a burden on me now.
      I requested for refund also as you were not giving any replacement to me. So I came to know that this dont fall under your policy.
      But stangle a costumers comes in that I guess. I m seriously very disappointed by your service and items that you sold. Once this issue get resolved I m never gonna use this Flipkart site.

      I hope you will resolve it as soon as u can
      And will provide me replacement coz I m getting irritated.

        I had ordered two JBL T100 headset..but when I opened the package there was only one headset..
        I had payed the amount of two headsets..1620 rupees.. I had ordered the above mentioned headsets of number two on April 20, 9 AM .
        It was delivered on April 26, by EKART WISH MASTER .
        In the Flipkart shopping site it was seen that one headset costs 810 rupees..that is why I ordered two headsets...
        Plz deliver me the other one too...

              I am seeking for a refund for moto g5 plus cell phone,

              I got the product on 28th march, i realized that the phone is taking 3 hours to charge full, i tried to discharge and charge the phone a couple of time but the issue remained the same, so on 3-4 th of this month i raised a refund request using the app. I got the prompt to be handy with phone and accessories. ikept waited for flipkart executive to collect the phone but nobody came. i called on 18th to know the status of refund and i was asked to do factory reset of the phone, they offered me cashback of the charger cost as they thought that it might be a charger issue. i was asked to check the charging after factory restore and if that does not resolve the issue i can ask for the refund. I called back as issue was not resolved. flipkart ppl said that the case has been escalated and i will get a call in 2-3 days to settle the case. Nobody called me as always and i called on 27th to followup . on 27th i was asked that i am late to ask for refund and denied the refund.
              I feel that i raised the refund request with in the mentioned time period, it is a delay at flipkart end not at my end. Please look into the case so that i can save time on court formalities .

                I am ordered a swipe elites senses mobile in 7500 but this phone is very mistake they have problem in camera and sim solt and bettery.                   This is with reference to Order No- OD[protected].

                  I had order Moto G5 Plus (Lunar Grey, 32 GB) with Exchange (IMEI_No : [protected] Model : Moto G 4G) for Rs 12, 899 but it was cancelled from your side due to some issue after 5 days from date of order.

                  I have again order Moto G5 Plus (Lunar Grey, 32 GB) with Exchange (IMEI_No : [protected] Model : Moto G 4G) but this time with high price of Rs 14749 which is unacceptable as the order was cancelled from Flipkart side.

                  As a customer I should be getting fair deal. It is totally an unacceptable and unethical behaviour from Flipkart.

                  So request you to please look into the order and refund the amount that as a customer I have to pay[protected]=1850) for wrongdoing from Flipkart side or atleast provide voucher for the same.

I want keep the mobile in front of mouth then only receivers can get the voice easily. The same problem was happening in the replaced one please solve the problem as soon as possible.

The second day of the phone need service i can't do this while discussion i ask him to connect the call to higher official but the call automatically cutted. Tell me possibility to get my money back

                      I also contacted the phone pe wallet and they said i should contact flipkart.

                        I am very disappointed with the service provided by the flipkart. on 26th April, 2017 flash sale of Redmi note 4 (@12 noon), i succeeded to add product in my cart (off course after click on Buy). When i proceed for payment & order placement, within a minute product it shows out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart & then it shows that out of stock. But after adding into the cart. go for out of stock is totally rubbish. Today (27.04.2017) I contacted their customer care executive, they are only saying that, solution is you can participate for next flash sale. This is really unacceptable reply. I am asking them about my problem (product in cart shows out of stock), rather providing solution on my problem they are asking me to participate in next flash sale. Its really very casual approach by Flipkart towards customers complaint. This is typically unfair & unethical practice. Hence, i am requesting to any competent higher authority to look into it & take a very strict action against such practices.

                            This is my order id-od[protected]. Received product on february 23, 2017. I ordered emosis lace up shoes, but received destination as a brand name, and is not looking exactly similar to the image shown in their database. Everyday i called to their customer care [protected] to refund my money or to replace with the product which is similar to the image shown in the database, they are taking many more days to resolve this issue, finally they deactivated my account saying maximum returns.                                     We had ordered for cellphone LONOVO K6 POWER which we got delivery at 16/3/2017
                                    details of which we have attached herewith. After using for these days we came to conclusion that phone is not working properly as it is not getting the company network properly and due to this in between conversation voice is getting cracked down. Initially we first thought that is should be definitely problem with Sim card company so we asked them to solve the problem they worked very hard for this in fact they changed the Sim 3 times thinking it might be fault of Sim card but still there was so solution to this. When every Sim of any company when inserted in this phone is used same problem arises, we even called your customer care no 4/5 times but it is not accessible and is continuously busy. Please do consider this and please do get us the phone replaced. We don't want our money but we only need phone which we ordered and for which we paid. Please get back to us as soon as possible as we are facing problems in our business regarding this.

                                      I purchased a Lenovo p2 on 18/04/17 (Order ID OD[protected] got delivery on next day .after using the phone for few hours i realized that the screen is flickering too much when i scroll something on phone Its really painful for my eyes also the box was messy like it was used before so i called the flipkart and ask for refund as i was leaving Kolkata on 21/04/17 but they insist that i should take replacement which i agree. I left the phone with my friend and went to delhi. Upon reaching delhi my friend told me flipkart will first check the phone then they will give me replacement. So the send a tech guy he check the phone and told me this doesn’t fall under his criteria of given a nod for replacement and i have to manage with this screen.
                                      1st the customer care guy lied to me buy not telling me that some tech guy will come, has he told me that then i won’t have left Kolkata, now flipkart is cheating me buy giving me this faulty phone .If i use this phone i will definitely gonna have to visit a eye specialist soon . please resolve the matter as soon as possible or i will not refrain myself from taking the matter to consumer forum .

                                        Product moto g 5+ of cost 16999 rupees, i received on 10 april was defective and for that i complained and after a long struggle i got the replacement on 24 the april which was more than 10 days and after that replacement was also defective and then i complained flipkart again and that time they denied the service to any extent.. They said we can't do anything. Flipkart won't help neither in replacement nor in refund whether it is defective or not we don't care so i think flipkart doesn't care that customer has defective product and they are claiming for assured product check up to 6 times, so i just want to know in what way they are claiming for assured product s if they don't even check costly mobile that they are defective or not.
