I have made order no. Od[protected] karbonn aura (Champagne gold, 8 gb) on 30th march, and this product was received on 31st march. I have checked this product and initially found that this phone is not accepting any sim card and after that i have logged case with flipkart to return this product.
Flipkart send had sent engineer to check phone and he had also confirmed that product is not function.
After that flipkart representative told me that, we will exchange this product by moday but today 04th may i got message that return is cancelled.
When i called to flipkart they told me that courier partner is not able to deliver this product and we can only re send this product after 48hr.
This is very very un-professional experience with flipkart. I have trusted flipkart for so long and this is the service they are giving now. I have already wasted so much time and effort, but the response from flipkart was terrible.
If this goes on i will stop using flipkart and also persuade same to my friends and family.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue has been taken up internally
Lenovo PB2-650M on flipkat.which was delivered on 11 Jan 2017.
Unfortunately i lose my email, invoice, mail id and account. Can i get my invoice copy using IMEI number. Please help me..
