Hi,
My friend ordered a Spa cream (Loreal hair Spa Repairing Creambath )from Flipkart, we received the fake product and we informed the customer care. They said there is no replacement and no refund. We requested to resend the original and they sent again a fake product.They have taken the complaint but no response from past 2 weeks. What are we suppose to do with the fake product?

      Hi, I have Purchased Motorola MOTO X STYLE From Flipkart on 05 October 2016, On 04 April 2017 my mobile has some issues(Repair) so i went to motorola authorised service center as it is still in warranty, but the service center said that i have purchased a mobile which has warranty missing. So i am here to complaint that flipkart is supplying warranty less mobiles to customers. So please if there is anything to do about my mobile warranty please help.

        The product was supposed to deliver me on 29th march ..the date postponed to 3rd april and then again to 5th april ...and today 5th april still i m waiting for it.
        Experiencing a worst service from Flipkart and omnitel.
        After calling to customer care they assured for ontime delivery but i don't believe them anymore.

            I bought it from Flipkart in the month of October and it has started to produce cracking sounds sunddenly.Kindly resolve this issue. The speakers were not working properly since starting and now they are totally gone producing heavy sounds.Such kind of response is not expected from Flipkart and JBL both .I need to get these repaired.                 Dear sir/mam,

                I request you to please check my request for return of my order technician has updated return l request for my order OD[protected] after confirming issue that phone has heating issue and headphone jack is not working properly but than also my request is cancelled due to some misunderstanding between technichian and flipkart customer service team. Now request is again cancelled even after technichian visit and mentioned were found correct. I don't know why Flipkart s doing this but since I'm concerned they are doing it intentionally. Request you to please go through issues? heating and headphone jack is not working which were found correct by technician.
                I am totally harrased by flipkart customer service from one month
                From one and half month my request is raised and cancelled on their own without technician visit.
                I had raised request in 10 days return policy it was delayed by flipkart.
                Technichian updated that device has a issues of heating and headphone jack is not working properly than also request is not completed by flipkart and request is rejecting without any reason. Flipkart did not want to return product from first day thats y they are continously rejecting request from day one. Now they are saying 10 days policy time is over and request cannot be processed further. It is delayed by flipkart not from my side.
                Even customer care executives are not giving satisfying answers every person is giving different answers to me.

                Customer has damaged the product, the damage issue was found out when the technician visited the customer place hence request was not approved, and same has been communicated to customer for the same.

                      I would like to mention that I had ordered Mudit Retail Ventures Back Cover for Gionee S6 ordered on 20.03.2016 delivered on 25th March 2016 for Rs. 350 order ID OD[protected].

                      It is true that i ordered Gionee S6 back cover as i needed Gionee S plus back cover. Mistakenly it happended. But if it is not fitting in my handset why i am not getting replacement or refund. Flipcart has refused to give me replacement /refund. Please look into the matter as they are giving the remarks.

                      “We’re sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. Please refer to flipcart return policy.”

                      It is very sorry to mention that i am one of customer of flipcart and i was not familiar with the return policy of flipcart. Amazon is much better in case of replacement.

                        I have made order no. Od[protected] karbonn aura (Champagne gold, 8 gb) on 30th march, and this product was received on 31st march. I have checked this product and initially found that this phone is not accepting any sim card and after that i have logged case with flipkart to return this product.
                        Flipkart send had sent engineer to check phone and he had also confirmed that product is not function.
                        After that flipkart representative told me that, we will exchange this product by moday but today 04th may i got message that return is cancelled.

                        When i called to flipkart they told me that courier partner is not able to deliver this product and we can only re send this product after 48hr.

                        This is very very un-professional experience with flipkart. I have trusted flipkart for so long and this is the service they are giving now. I have already wasted so much time and effort, but the response from flipkart was terrible.
                        If this goes on i will stop using flipkart and also persuade same to my friends and family.

                          My brother bought a smartphone from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on March 24, 2017. Up on receiving we found that the front speaker was having issues and it was kind of bursting and jarring in the sound. So we requested for the return. Initially we got a call and they did a test over the phone and said will call again but the return requested was rejected and a message was received. Upon requesting again the requested was rejected directly. Really frustrated with this kind of service. Flipkart please do the needful.

                            Received Whirlpool 1 Ton Split AC from Flipkart on 25th March, 2017.
                            The AC comes with free installation as stated by flipkart, but whirlpool installation team asked for money to install the AC.
                            When I refused to pay more money the installation request was cancelled stating that that the customer wasn't available which was not true.

                            I raised a return request of the product on 27th March, 2017 to which Flipkart refuse to take and instead offered AC installation service which can be claimed upto Rs.1500/- via Flipkart EGV of 1 year validity.

                            Still no installation has been done even after multiple emails and phone calls to flipkart. My refund request is also pending.

                            I've been cheated.Please help me get my refund from flipkart.

                                I used SBI credit card to purchase logitech wireless mouse on offer day. 10% discount not applied.Product delivered with normal discount.After normal discount there is 10%sbi credit card discount is there. I used SBI credit card to fund. I've not received 10% discount.So what is use of SBI discount that you gave.So, resolve this.I need 10% discount.

                                  I have raised a return requst for order No OD[protected] which was approved for refund on 29/03/2017 but the pickup agent refused to pickup the item and asks for extra amount. On refusing of the same he denies of pickup. i reported this repeatedly to flipkart customer care but they didn"t paid any interest to solve the issue instead told me to wait till 03/04/2017 till the return request expires. After this the executive refuses to take a return request and are proposing for replacement

                                    We had purchased the ac through flipcart. Our ac was doing the problem from last season, i was complaint two times er. Came and solved the problem partially.in this season again ac not being start and swing not doingn.
                                    We coplaint the issue to flipcart but they saying you should contact the sansui direact. We can not get the support either from flipcart nor sansui.
