I have registered compaint with them a few times. They themselves dont know how to solve it. One customer care executive is saying i am not eligible for the offer. Another one is saying we have escalated the issue.. I had ordered swipe elite sense 28th april 2k17. It had an offer of 300 rs cashback if ordered between 28th to 30th midnight i have ordered it on 9:47 of that night. And the executive is saying that it was available only for budget handset. Swipe elite sense is a budget handset. And i have a screenshot of the page with the offer. I am attaching it below. It has been three days.. And the customer care service of flipkart is much poor than other competing ecommerce site. Email [protected]@gmail.com

      I have purchased oppo f1s mobile on 21 of april 2017. There is some restart problem and running app issues. According to complain to flipkart a mobile engineer come and checked mobile he got fault in mobile. He said within 3days i will get new phone. After complaining a no. Of time flipkart executive are saying. Mobile engineer had not updated that mobile status. I have called to engineer he gave me a slip in that all reports was mention that fault in mobile. Now i have done no. Of call to flipkart but they are only saying wait for some tym.

        I recieved this product on 23rd september, 2016 for my dad. At starting it was working quite properly but after sometime it's touch got out of order. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. It does not even respond to when i touch on its screen and it starts doing operations automatically and when someone calls on it, it does not ring on one sim and it just vibrates so it also creates a great difficulty for my dad. So please give attention to my problem and get this set repaired as soon as possible by sending your workers and repair that cell phone or exchange with it a new one.

          I purchased a Vu led tv 32 inch delivered to me on 29th april, the quality of the product is not good colors, brightness etc are very different in looking seems like its defective, & now flipkart executive is saying return is not possible, here I would like to mention that flipkart not advertised this policy clearly, on website its mentioned in such a manner that its not giving clear message to the customer that return is not possible, its mentioned somewhere on site but in such a manner that customer has to make some extra efforts to find it, though its mentioned in bold at several palaces FREE & EASY RETURN along with this somewhere on the sites its saying return is possible, I have given screenshots above which indicates that return is possible, why there is return tab on mobile app when return is not possible at all if return is not possible & if flipkart don't wants to misguide there customers there should be tab like "Request Technician Visit" like this, there are several such things which is like a trap on flipkart website & on app .

          Now flipkart is keeping things hidden or in such a manner so that he can make customer fools & on after delivering wrong substandard products they are saying that's return is not in our policy.

          I have to raise this matter in consumer court if flipkart didn't provide the refund to me for my that purchase. Even on customer care when I talked with representatives they are continuously saying that seniors are not available, they are not even wants to arrange call back from seniors, you are saying that your customer service is 24X7 then why seniors are not available if someone is not satisfied with the response given by junior representative, if in rare situation if senior is not available why you can not arrange call backs, after taking money now flipkart does not want to hear anything from the customers.

                Complain on flipkart. Order id: od[protected] amount paid 7, 350 dated 17th april. Item : mobile phone samsung j2 i received a faulty product and instantly i raised the return request but till now no action is taken. Till now it is showing that "your request is being processed". Flipkart call centre confirmed me that their engineer will visit to look on my mobile but nobody called me yet. Now i want full refund, no more product from flipkart.

                    Hi, I have bought Lenovo VIBE P1M mobile from Flikpart June 2016 and it is still under warrant till june 2017.

                    My mobile is not getting charged (infact charging slowly some 5% charging takes whole night) from last 2 months. As mobile is in still warranty, i went to Lenovo service provider today (Mobi Quest, KPHB colony, Hyderabad).

                    When they checked the device without opening that device, they are saying that device is little bit bend (Normal user like me cant understand that it was bend) so it doesn't comes under warranty and they rejected it by further saying if you want to repair it it takes minimum of 850 Rs and in addition to that they are saying there are chances of getting device got dead if they open it and for that they are not responsible.

                    I amazed when they said mobile was bend and hence it doesnt comes under warranty. When i bought mobile from flipkart, that mobile is like that only (as an end user or customer i mostly check mobile working fine or not with all given features, how can i know mobile was slightly bend and all that and which customer checks that one, do i aware of mobile design?)

                    So i'm writing this to flipkart how should i tackle this. It has been 10 months i bought this mobile and now i am unable to charge the battery and use it, To whom should i blame? Flipkart for giving slightly bend mobile or Lenovo who tried to unwarrant the device by means of giving silly reasons. I observed almost all the customers came to lenovo Service centre are told these silly reasons and rejecting their warranty. Many customer got in to verbal fight with Lenovo service provider. i have taken written letter from Lenovo service provider asking them to write the reason why they rejected warranty and i am attaching the same for your reference.

Item i have received has battery issue (Battery drains so fast), contact customer care for return but there is not return policy. I gone for replacement & received the material on 25/04/2017. Now the 2nd product has also same problem battery issue (Battery drains so fast), now they are saying to contact service center only, why i shall contact service center with new mobile phone of 04 days? They are not taking complaints nor helping only showing policies. I have paid 15800.00. (Emi) + 15 days harassment but still did not get resolution with a good items.

                      If i have to go to service centre with new mobile phone of 04 days then what is the reason to buy new phone. Its a common humanity

                      I want refund or only exchange with some another model of samsung

                          Flipkart service centre and folks in that are playing game with us since last 10 days. Had purchased an AC on 9th and get installed on 10th April 2017.

                          Worked for few days and after that it's cooling get off, came to know after 15 days. Had raised to the service centre and they refused to help and asked to contact product company service centre.

                          Product company technician had came and found that its due to incorrect installation gas has evaporated thru leakage and refused to repair and asked to contact flipkart service Centre only.

                          Last 10 days suffering to get repaired and none of them are ready to repair just lifting here and there.

                          Better you may file a case in Consumer Court if you complaints not get resolved by Flipkart / Service provider. Also you may ask for compensation against this from them. I think you need not to bear any expenditure due to repairing of Product.

                                I've placed order Redmi Note4 last 2 times, They simply cancel order due Pincode - Address mismatch. After order inform to Customer care and send email to Flipkart make sure order should be delivered. They told it will be delivered. Pin code address is matching perfectly as per Indian Postal then how they will cancel order without calling to customer and confirm the address. Eventhough I have told ask them to call, I will go and collect order but they said "nothing can be done about it". Need to place order again.

                                The pincode given for the product delivery was not matching with the address, hence the order was cancelled and same was communicated to customer.
                                thats just an excuse flipcart. YOU get out of stock, and hence u put this same excuse...flipcart comes to my places every week, and now u saying its out of yr deleivery area?? really dissapointed
                                Same thing happend to me too. I'm it is very correct . I'm very angry and disappointed with these faking details that flipkart give. The product with this happend was so much important to me. Please help me I want to take revenge from flipkart for wasting my time and fooled me by various types of excuses . I really wanted to abuse flipkart but as we know this is not the right place to do so.

                                  I added redmi note 4 mobile in my cart yesterday sale on 28th april 2017 at 12 noon and when i clicked on to payment, it started showing me out of stock. Now my question is how can some item goes out of stock when it's already been added to cart? Either one cannot add item in cart or if it's added in cart, it should not go out of stock. Why the website is giving an option to add "out of stock" items into cart?

                                      I have ordered stealodeal 4 pc blue wallet. This has contain a whole product consisting four wallets of blue colour but I've received only two pieces and that of different colours i.e. black and marroon. Kindly console the problem. I am strictly disappointed by the ill service system of your online shopping hub. Kindly either refund or replace the product.
                                      There is a misconception between the order I've placed and the product I received today.
                                      Grant my complain and heal the problem.
