To whomsoever it may concern I would like to bring it up to your attention that I ordered something as a gift for my valentine and it showed that it will be delivered by 14th Feb 2017 at the latest, but to my discomfort and agony it did not reached me by the latest date. I had to bear embarrassments beyond anything.
Thus, my valentines day was ruined to my dismay.
I then contacted the customer care on Flipkart,...

On flipkart, it was indicated delivery date by 17th Feb 2017.

Usually I receive emails on status of despatch and after product is delivered.
But in this case, I have not received any update so far.
Rs. 439.00 was debited from my online account.

I have bought le tv 2 mobile phone for which i had requested for return the same. After 3 consecutive attempt i was successful in raising the same.. finally same was raised on 2 feb 2017, still nobody has visited for pickup neither any resolution provided to me..

Its hard to imagine that huge company like flipkart and its courier partner ekart are giving so worst service. They have not given even a contact number of ekart wish master who is out with my product for delivery. I am waiting for him for the whole day but there is no communication from its side.
