I am very disappointed with the service provided by the flipkart. on 26th April, 2017 flash sale of Redmi note 4 (@12 noon), i succeeded to add product in my cart (off course after click on Buy). When i proceed for payment & order placement, within a minute product it shows out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart & then it shows that out of stock. But after adding into the cart. go for out of stock is totally rubbish. Today (27.04.2017) I contacted their customer care executive, they are only saying that, solution is you can participate for next flash sale. This is really unacceptable reply. I am asking them about my problem (product in cart shows out of stock), rather providing solution on my problem they are asking me to participate in next flash sale. Its really very casual approach by Flipkart towards customers complaint. This is typically unfair & unethical practice. Hence, i am requesting to any competent higher authority to look into it & take a very strict action against such practices.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We are sorry but Redmi Sale is completely based on stocks. Once the stocks are over, you won't able to place an order for it even if it is available in your cart. We request you to try placing an order in our next Redmi Flash Sale.
I bought redmi note 4 on 21.09.2017 vide order ID OD[protected]. Receivers can't hear my voice clearly the receiving abnormal sound/voice instead of clear voice. I have to keep the mobile in front of mouth then only receivers can get the voice clearly that to sometimes. iplease solve the problem as soon as possible.
