I have purchased lenovo A7000 in flipkart through cash on delivery of RS 9990
the seller gave me a used mobile with duplicate accessories and actually the product is made in India but this is named as "made in china" the flipkart dealer have cheated me through duplicate product and so many things have missed in the pack like head set, manual guide, hand set
how do i get the money back shall i file the case in consumer court ...

Hello sir
I purchased lenovo a7000-a mobile invoice number is on 8th April the product which was delivered is an used mobile and accessories were missed I file an complaint 9th April to flipkart about this problem the customer care replied that u better exchange the mobile or I'll refund the amount
I answered to refund it the customer care of flipkart accepted it
Today the delivery boy came to replace the mobile and he said the imei number is changed it is not our mobile which is delivered
How it is possible to change the imei number flipkart have cheated us

I am going to file a complaint in consumer court

One important thing is the imei number printed in the invoice is [protected]
But I got an lenovo mobiles invoice number is [protected]
I checked the imei number which is printed in invoice is belongs to the honor mobile
They cheated us ...

    I wanted to buy Asus Zenfone Max through your app. but I couldn't able to buy. Even I couldn't able to log in. I have tried several times. I entered for reset password after getting verification code from my mobile. But unable to continue with reset the password. It is absolutely disgusting that I wanted to buy something but I am unable to buy because your ridiculous system. I have waisted my time due to your system.

    Even I wanted to contact with you through telephone(toll free and without toll free), but I couldn't able to do that...Absoulutly disgusting...

      I bought a mobile through flipkart. This mobile has so many problems like over heating, Spot on screen etc. As this product is in warranty period so I go to sony India service centre and I know about the mobile. I know that this mobile is out of India(Singapore). So sony India service centre can't solve the problem of it. So I want to replace this mobile from flipkart.

      Why electronic items and mobiles are not available in patna? Even many things are not available in patna (800023). Snapdeal and Amazon are delivering products in my village also which is very far from city. Availability service is very poor. Products are not coming in Patna also then where it will come? You must improve your service.

              I ordered few products including micromab tab micromax canvas tab p70221 16 gb 7 inch with wi-fi+3g on 18th mar 2017. The order id is od[protected]. I got all the products in few days from fiipkart.

              I got micromax tab on 21st march 2017.. I faced a problem in micromax tab which is not charged and the tab is not switched on. When i plugged into charger, it is showing 100% in 10 minutes, when i plugged out it is showing 0% and got switched off. I tried with another charger also and the tab is not charging. Hence i am not satisfied with the product and raised a return request on 27th march 2017. My wife got a call from flipkart executive on 30th march 2017 (Which is a first delay from flipkart) and he asked details of issue. My wife told about the battery problem and he told that he couldn't replace as flipkart doesn't have a replacement product. Then he asked for a account details to refund the money. But my wife told him that she will check with me and update him. That executive told that he will call tomorrow (31st march 2017) and get the bank details.

              But we didnot get any call from that executive, so i called flipkart customer care number on 2nd apr 2017 and informed about the issue and other updates. Immediately i got a call from a flipkart executive (Girl) and she asked about the bank details. I have shared my bank details and she got that and told their team will respond by 4th april 2.30pm.

              But till today (8th april, 2017), i didnot get any response/refund from flipkart. I have called flipkart today (8th april, 2017) and talked to one guy saying all my story and he didnot respond properly for more than 10min and call disconnected.

              Then again i called flipkart and call connected to associate (Reena). Again i told all the stories to her, she told that i have to service center to repair the product since 10 days replacement warranty has been over. I told that i have raised a request in 6 days, your executive called and got the bank details, then why did you say suddenly the request can not be processed. I told her that i wanted to talk to you senior to discuss on the same. Reena told that senior is not available and asked me to call later.

              The concern here is worst experience with flipkart customer care that they does not understand customer experience and pains. They are only about to close the tickets.. Very worst service.

              Flipkart now a days become a worst platform to sell unquality products and cheating customers 2 out of 5 products.

              I am very much disappointed with this kind of online bad experiences and not happy to buy online.

              I just either want my replacement product or my money back..

              I request to help at the earliest.

              Fyi. I have raised return request within 6 days of delivery of the product.

                  Dear sir/mam, I had purchased one Lenovo battery from Flipkart which got delivered on 1st April and the same day while charging it got burst, luckily we are safe but one of our bedsheet as well as my father hand got injured. We are following for this issue with Flipkart from 2nd April and till now they have not resolved the issue. Everytime we will receive message from Flipkart as well as their delivery partner EKART which snapshot I m attaching below.they only fix the timing to receive parcel and again they only will cancel. It's happening from past 10 days. Please help me out to come out from this issue.

When I have received my order its totally different and size also big. when I called to flip kart help line no. 1 of your staff conform that they will returns that product and refund my amount. next day when I called for pick up my product that guy did't pick up my call and i got mg that its cancel.And again I called Flip kart Y my pick up was cancel Khooshi assist me the same, she ask me y I was returning that product again I have informed the same but she was saying that refund will be not applicable and they will exchange my product.If i have order S size and its was big how come you are exchange my product. Yah! I was agree that time I talk little loud, but i did't use any foul language with your staff, and even I did't shouted to her as well .you can check your call record .she was saying that if I talk continually she was cut my call. she was so rude, so arrogant .She don't know how to speak with customer.I have told her to transfer my call to manager but she answer me they are in the meeting right now and can't transfer my call so I told her to informed your manager to call me back but she directly say no they can't call me back .So this is the services your staff was providing with customer.if your customer get angry your staff should know how to handle the situation .I prefer to order with flip kart only and I suggest my frds also but if you are given this pathetic service with customer nobody can order from your website.again i called to flip kart to transfer me call to manager but Ms. Jyoti assist me, she was very heplfull. Even she apologized for the same which was happened . and she solve my problem as well. and 1 more thing plz teach that girls khooshi how to talk with customer.Thank you

                          The product was supposed to be delivered on 29th march but it was postponed to 3rd April and then again to 5th April and now again on 10th April. Now i am damn sure that on 10th April again they will postponed it to some other date.
                          The customer care executive says it has been reached to 20 Kms away from the delivery address and i dont know why it took 5 days to reach my address.
                          This is the worst service i have ever come across. Flipkart has to work on it.

                              I have given my experience which iam facing in Flipkart and wrote a review about you in playstore.Because i completely lost trust in you.Earlier i like flipkart a lot but now it had changed to worst.You don't care about customer satisfaction.Customer is completely dissappointed with the services or quality from flipkart.I bought Redmi note4 trusting flipkart but they never fulfilled my expectations.Worst phone i have ever used.This is my experience after Usage of 5 days of my mobile.You don't care about customers.I haven't received a proper Resolution till date.You have been very Reckless and took anything as granted.Customers are pillars to any business but you don't show Politeness or minimum respect to customers.Customer support is very careless.They are meant only to pass our time by giving ridiculous answers which never provide Resolution.Iam the one who felt buying Unnecessarily from Flipkart.Flipkart seems like FakeKart and you are fulfilling that tag.In any business trust is important but you don't have minimum of it.Every penny from customers pocket which he had earned may be worthless to you, but We are of lot of Values.Businees is not playing cheap tricks or cheating customers, it is type of Reaching customer.R unning an online portal is possible with everyone but Happiness of customers is very important when you serve them.Stop stealing the money of customers by sending fake, defective and useless products.It doesn't mean business.It means cheating yourself.Dont think and underestimating the customers.you are here in a position because o[censored]s.Give Better services and Answer our concerns.Dont try to manipulate the customers.Flipkart became a chain business by cheating everyone.Run with values but don't give false information and fake Terms .

                                I would like to bring to your notice the issue I have been facing with order number OD[protected] for purchase of Mobile MotoG5Plus. I placed the order on 29th March alongwith online payment of 17, 000 rupees. Received the delivery on 1st April. After putting the SIM in the mobile when I tried to use it I came to know that the SIM card slot is defective and I am not able to make or receive calls.

                                I put a replacement request on the same day, 1st April. After that on calling the customer care every time I am told that a technician will visit and approve the replacement. The technician visit has not yet happened till 7th April. Customer care is not able to provide any useful information at all. I have written muliple mails to customer care and all they say is that the issue will be resolved.

                                I am feeling very agitated with the fact that I have made a payment of 17, 000 rupees on 29th March. And even after 10 days I still dont have a usable product. I have been using Flipkart for many years and have made many high value purchases. But this is probably the first time I am having such a bad experience. And the worst part is that no one is able to provide any credible information or help to me.

                                    Flipkart services are equal to cheat. I purchased a Lenovo k5 note and It's in big trouble with OS so I request to return my product and they scheduled an engineer to visit. I didn't receive any call and message and my return request rejected I called to customer care but they told me that engineer update info that customer didn't respond on call.

                                    flipkart is cheating with their faithful customer...

                                      Return Request #[protected] and other request # REF # DILIP # IN[protected], i spoke to them many a times but all in vain. We have a complaint regd the battery as the charge is draining quickly and also the mobile is getting Sw/off without any notice. I am really fed up with this mobile purchase. Flipkart, please take care of your customers as we are valuable to you and also we trust you a lot. I want a return or a replacement immediately, A technician came day before yesterday and he did factory reset and asked us to use fort 2 days. But again mobile had the same problem so we called the customer care today and they say the issue is been closed stating resolved. This is not fair on your part. Please solve this immediately.
