This is regarding my below order:

Ordered on 23th March 1:35 pm
I was suppose to get the order delivered by 29th March, however flipkart's delivery parter : Gati courier failed to deliver it to correct Address (Gondia, MH) and took it to (Bhandara, MH). To my surprise when I received cancellation message on 31st March 2017. I had called to Gati and they promised they will get it delivered then I called to flipkart and they opened INC # Flipkart Customer Service for IN[protected]6 and promised that backend team will look into this and assured that product will get delivered by 4th april. I was keep following and keep hearing Sorry and next is promise to get this delivered.

Even we called flipkart and update that we will go and pickup the order though it was 120 km was away from home and they promised that we don’t need to go they will get this delivered. This promise were never kept and they never called back to tell the status. Simply saying sorry and keep telling that my money will be refunded, now holding my money for 15-16 days and returning. May be new way of making money that flipkart found. It is very easy for them to keep blaming the delivery partner however degrading quality is owned by them. I am looking for resolution here so no more can be fooled by them.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue has been addressed the order was cancelled from the courier partner, customer asked for the compensation and request cannot be accepted .
