Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work for ministry of defence. How can they insult me.       I purchase a product from flipkart order # od[protected] worth rs.1108, first of all they charge me 1108 twice i didn't like the product and decide to return and raised the refund request. The order was placed on 9th april since then i am doing follow up on daily bases they are not picking up the product and nor refunding my money, its really a poor service and botheration.
      I want flipkart should resolve it asap and should compensate. This is the pathetic service i ever get in my life.

          Respected sir/madam,
          i bought mobile phone with order no. from flipkart online shopping site and i paid money through net banking..
          due to some reason i have to cancel my order. and i demanded my money back
          But they refund my money in some wallet app. Without my permission.
          When i called customer care officer reply me to that u go to that wallet open account to that phone pe wallet app..and withdraw your money.i.as a normal person. Why should i open account to that phone pe account.i open account and try to withdraw my money..but at first it was showin only 5000 rs u can transfer in one day..but i having 12999, means i have to make 3 transections.. At last phone pe app not transferred single paisa to my account.. Tried to contact customers support but no one is helping ..no proper answer..
          I can understand that flipkart is making havala transection byth this type of transection behavior. By this way i can understand they are making black money to white money by this type of transection. Creating trouble to normal person..so i will be happy . if you will take some strict steps against this flipkart online shopping site..

            Hi,

            I have ordered the product on 18th april 8.00pm with exchange of old mobile offer and the promised date was 21st april. After seen this delivery date only i planed to ordered because, on saturday i supposed to travel to my hometown and will be back on 2nd may. Now suddenly they have changed the delivery date to 24th april. I will not be in bengaluru then how am i supposed to get the delivery. if the delivery date would had said before itself by 24th april means, i would have not ordered at that time, would have ordered later next week.

            Moreover i was tracking my order and it almost reached my place, so i asked them to deliver on 22nd by morning 10am for that they can't guarantee it.

            So this is not acceptable and worst service and called customer couple of times they said they have taken up the requests and escalated but what's the use.! nothing.!

            completely pissed off and disappointed.

                  I have bought a cell phone of swipe elite 2 plus on 20th december 2016. It cost me around rs 4000 with an offer of rs 1000. The product id is od[protected] through the account of wasim sajjad.
                  My complain is that i doubt that the company has given me a defective piece or local company product. Just within two month of time its battery become useless, the mobile hang so much and it get switch off if you make a call to some one. How can a mobile phone get into such a drastic situation in just 2 to 3 months? That too using it carefully... I have been cheated..

                    Moto x play phone is not working properly. Battery is also not providing proper back up. What's the procedure to return the mobile set to flipkart or any other remedy available.                     Yesterday I was ordered Sony earphones and I paid the amount via debit card. But, there is no order confirmation message and the cut the amount from my bank account. And, I called to customer care, they said, the order message will update within 1 hour or the money will send back to account

                      After buy the tablet from their website i found that the tablet was defective.
                      O when i call them for refund or replacement they send an unauthorized personal for test the tablet. But they not change the product or they replace any parts. Now they refuse to refund the money or even replace the product. So kindly help me.

                      the battery of the tablet is defective. the test engineer who visit my place just check carelessly my tablet and told me there is no issue. but still there is issue with the battery. they specified that the stand by time of d battery is 200 hrs. but actual stand by time is only 2-3 days. they misguided me and not refund or replace the product

                        My previous returned id[protected] which cancelled by flipcart non clarified reason. Second return id[protected] which same as previous.
                        Recent return id[protected] which scheduled pick up date as mention by flipcart 20/04/2017. And in update status shown gone for pickup on 17/04/2014, which statement also incorrect as earlier. But i again today call corier partner of flipcart as earlier who have not get any such instruction after that i inform customer care executive of flipcart all the matter but no proper guides from her.
                        If there have no importance of our time flipcart think. Then please stated clearly as i go to the proper level for justification
                        Now the return request why cancelled today whereas the confirmation from your representative in morning which attached below must be pick up today within 7:00 p. M.

                          Purchased a Fastrack watchfrom Flipkart order ID- OD[protected], it got delivered and for a reason I wanted to return the product as it was not of size I preferred. I have placed return request four times but the Ekart delivery person doesn't accept it saying there is MRP mismatch, this has happened four times even after the assurance of customer service department.
                          There is some ERP problem in your system, and customers like me are getting trouble. How can MRP of product and invoice price be same when I got product in discounted price.
                          Have got In touch with Customer care support for 4 times and got fake assurances by the the team every time, why can't Flipkart solve this simple problem even after 4 times.
                          I will be taking legal action on Flipkart about this issue as I'm helpless now and see no resort in this issue.

                              1.in product listing page, when i sorted using price high to low, the apple iphone6s with 70000 is shown in between (Screenshot1).

                              2. After going to details page, the price was 84, 000 with some seller. And below for "buy together and save upto 20%", i clicked on add to cart, the products added successfully to the cart and my cart list shown me 3 products are there. (Screenshot2).

                              3. When i visited cart page, there were only two products. (Screenshot3).

                              My question is:
                              * why the product with 70000 came in between the product list
                              * when checked in product details page, the price was different.
                              * why i could not able to add it to the cart when clicked on add to cart.

                                But the charger adaptor is not working since 7 days and the phone had no charger now.

                                  Same thing happened with during flash sale of redmi note 4.

                                  The phone was added to the cart and when i was just about to make the payments it went out of stock.

                                  Flipkart this is not good please look into this. If the product is not added to the cart in the first place then its understandable but after being added into the cart it shouldn't go out of stock.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have bought a Lenovo k6 power recently. My order no is OD[protected] . When I start using the mobile phone I noticed heating issues and brightness issue in my new phone. I immediately raised complaint to Flipkart. Technical team has advised me to take the phone to a nearby lenovo service centre to check the problems. Service team tested my phone using an application and informed that phone is good. They didn't carry out any test to check my brightness issue. However both these issues are still persists and I am totally unconvinced with the care given by service team as well as Flipkart. I demand an immediate replacement or refund from Flipkart.

                                      For your information, few years back I bought Lenovo k4 note from Amazon and the phone is still working good. My brother is using that phone without any issues.

                                      I request Flipkart to deal customers with little bit care. I am totally disappointed with the phone and Flipkart's behaviour.

                                      I am expecting a responsible feedback from Flipkart considering my long term relationship.

                                        I am not happy with the flipkart services. it seems to be totally fake service provider. I have today purchase RedMi Note 4 It is added in to my cart and when I try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know if there is any product added into your cart how it is out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. but after adding into the cart. go for out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as I have not get time to add payment in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. card become out of stock is not good. I waste my full day time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now I think never go with flipkart any more.
