We bought a game on 18th December through Flipkart (Order No : OD[protected]. The piece turned out to be defective and we asked for a replacement. The third-party seller would ask for 20-30 days for replacement and cancel replacement in the last week. This has happened twice.

We wrote to Flipkart in February for a refund - clearly informing them via email that the refund is to sent to our bank account as the credit card had expired in January 2017. They agreed but have refunded the money to the defunct credit card.

Refund amount is Rs. 2484.

Their customer service executive is never available when we try to contact them on toll free number. Last when we talked to him, he was very unsupportive and passed the ball in our court.

    I have ordered moto m mobile from flipkart, and make payment form my debit card. then i cancell the order on the same day. flipkart customer care told me that i will get my money with in 6 business day, but till now i am not getting, 6 business days have over.

    i have called so many times in flipkart customer care, they told me to contact with the bank, but bank helpline told me to contact with flipkart care, totally fade up.

      I am purchase lenovo k6 power from flipkart but after two month used mobile is overheating then i checked from service center. They said your mobile internally damaged if you want repair then you will have to pay 6000 rupees. Your mobile already received in damage condition. This phone have inbuild battery so how it damage?       For any kind of physical damage issue customer has to get service from brand as the physical damage issue cant be claimed under free warranty.
      Hello I m nadira Ahmad a lawyer I purchase Lenovo k6 power and after using it one day ifound that it's camera is worse and the phone already have around 300 photos of someone who already used tis phone initially the Flipkart providers sold me a used worse phone it's a froud site they gave me a worse used phone in packed condition so that we can't blame them they are the worse online providers I have ever seen I usually use Amazon and they are best online sellers I requested Flipkart to refund my money I don't believe in them anymore on Monday I file case against them worst worst worst and froud sellers
      Ye to new packing me old products sell kr rhe hain intact it's touch not working properly and phone started hanging in one half day yuk bkwas everyone should file case against Flipkart who all want to file case plz contact me

        IMEI number not matching in Invoice I received from Flipkart.
        I brought Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime 3 month back from Flipkart, I am facing headphone issue in that mobile. So I went to Xiaomi service center along with the print of the invoice that I received from Flipkart, there I found that IMEI number in mobile is different from the IMEI number mentioned in the invoice.
        I called Flipkart care to resolve issue.
        I never thought this kind of mistake could happen, so please check your invoice properly as soon as you received from any online retailers.
        Any thing could be happen, what if the wrong IMEI mentioned in my invoice, that mobile is misused by some one.

        Recently from 6-7 months i am trying to exchange my nokia 3 mobile on flipkart. But there are issue with my iemi number i am providing correct iemi number but that says your iemi number not matching with your nokia 3 device...

        But if i exchange other online shopping app like amazon there are successfully match iemi and device...

        From last 2 months i am trying to contact with consumer care but they don't have enough information about this topic...

        Please solve this problem immediately and informed me..

          I ordered a pair of shoes online from Flipkart of size 8. And paid money in advance. Flipkart delivered me the wrong sized shoes(ie 9). Its a fault from the company's side and now they are denying the reversal of the product despite of several request. Now Flipkart customer care executives are mentioning that refund of money cant be provided while i raised the reversal within 2 days of delivery.

              My order id OD[protected]. Hav ordered a 1.5 ton carrier ac on 23 march which was to be delivered on 30th march. Today is 1st april i m stil waiting for the ac. I followed up with Gati courier since last 2 days they r just buch passing the issue. I ws informed it wil b delivered the same day i.e. 31st march.then i was infrmed it wil b delivered today now today i got a call they are saying it wil be delivered on monday as your order is too heavy and we dont hav a vehicle to carry it. Wow such a good courier services you have hired which doesnt even has a vehicle to deliver my product.
              Hats off..i m desperately waiting fr the order n hav to face all this..calling up customer care wasting my precious time as well money on all the calls.
              I need a resolution to this..do u hire such a bad courier?
              Such a reputed company flipkart and courier service poor.

                My Name is Sripal Reddy and I have purchased moto G5 plus mobile on March 20 2017. Delivered Product is having severe overheating issues. I have raised for an immediate replacement request next day it self. Flipkart made 10 days time pass and rejeced the request. Now I am unable to raise return request again because 10 days completed. Flipkart cheating the customers here.

                Flipkart is only responsible for me if I had anything with this overheating phone.

                    I got this AC (Order ID: OD[protected] delivered on March 25, 2017. A Whirlpool executive called up to share that they will charge Rs. 1500 regardless of the offer that Flipkart has. I checked up with Flipkart Customer Support immediately to confirm and the executive said that I do not have to pay them. In fact, he went to the extent to suggest that I call up Whirlpool people, get the AC installed by them and then deal later (how stupid!). However, he later said that someone from Flipkart or Whirlpool will definitely visit me to install it. I later received a SMS from Flipkart on March 28 which said that my request for installation has been cancelled. I called Flipkart Customer Support immediately and they said that they cannot see any such message sent and that my request is still pending. I was told to wait until March 31 now which I did. Now I called them on March 31 to confirm if someone was visiting me to which the executive said someone from Flipkart had called up a day before and I could not pick the call, so we have rescheduled installation. This time I was told to wait for 24 hours until April 1. When I called up 23 hours 45 mins later with only 15 mins to spare in 24 hours, the executive had the confidence to say that there are still 15 mins and we are working on your request. I called up 1.5 hours later and this time the executive said your installation request was cancelled long back on March 28 and we are now logging a new request, so please wait further.

                    Long story short - I never thought Flipkart could swindle customers this way in the name of offers and false commitments. I am now getting the AC installed from my end, paying extra Rs. 1500 to Whirlpool people. Have lost trust in Flipkart. This is probably my last order with this e-commerce platform.

                      This is such a horrible experience with my Acer R11 laptop order. Support and Delivery is so highly mishandled. I've kept my old Sony laptop as per exchange terms.
                      The delivery boy asked me to get screen cleaned as there was little plastic residue of screen guard same communicated by your support team. On this insistence I had to take a day off from my work and Got it cleaned.
                      In the mean time yesterday without any communication instead of delivering order you have cancelled it.
                      How can you define it as support?
                      I have not cancelled this order, I've kept the old laptop ready as per demand of your delivery boy. This has caused lots of hassle, time and money. How can you do this?
                      I want this order to be delivered ASAP.

                        I bought HP W6T28PA 15-be001TX Notebook from Flipcart, the seller was RetailNet. The product was delivered in time. The old and used Laptop was delivered to me considering the following:
                        1. Battery was inserted in the laptop, whereas new laptop has battery is in separate packing.
                        2. The warranty on the website is showing from 27.12.2016 whereas the same was invoiced on 25.03.2017 and warranty is upto 24.02.2017 less than one...

                                    Iam ordered g shock watch in flipkart which costs ₹8000 they sent me a sonata watch which costs ₹1400 i contacted them but they canceled my return request and blocked my account they are saying unrelated reasons like your did so many returns in our site so we are blocking your account but i requested for return only one time. This is the issue please help me regarding the issue.

                                    Our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in customer purchase history hence return request was cancelled and account is freeze.

                                      Worst experience ever expected from flipkart.

                                      I have ordered for moto e3 power mobile (rs 7999.00 /-) on march 24th 2017, it was supposed to be delivered by march 29th, 2017.

                                      And, this product was under offer rs 1250/- (500 rs off by flipkart & 10% off on sbi credit card). i have received a message on march 25th 2017 regarding my order from flipkar, that the order was cancelled and refund will be processed.

                                      I called flipkart toll free number and spoke to customer care executive. on phone after checking my order customer care executive said your order was cancelled and refund will be processed, you will get amount in 5 business days. i asked him without my permission why should you cancel my order, he said that it was done at our office as the seller is not willing to deliver. i asked him to send the same mobile with offer if it is available in another two three days. but he said i cannot do that you can book another and said mail to our customer care. without thinking about my inconvenience he said that they can refund the cost of the phone and also no compensation for the inconvenience i faced.

                                      I mailed the same to [protected]@flipkart.com and got the reply as below.
                                      “hello prasad,

                                      We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. this would mean that any new order you attempt to place will also get cancelled.”

                                      On the same day they blocked my flipkart account. is this the way flipkart is working now a days, i feel cheated by flipkart.

                                      I have been a loyal customer with them and thinking about this trust i booked the product with them but will ensure if my problem is not addressed in the right way will have to take this as high i can.

                                      I have no option but to raise the complaint in the consumer court for the same.
