          Hi,
          i have a complaint against Flipkart for its return policies. they are making fool to their customers. i had placed buying order of a mobile phone with order id OD[protected] Sony Xperia Xa Dual) with flip-kart through its online platform on dated 23/03/2017 and got the delivery of phone within 3 days i.e. 26/03/17. Overall packing was good and phone was looking actual as shown in their website .when i went through its specification the front camera was 13mp and 8 mp of rear camera but when clicked a photo the pic quality was worst and looking like a 3mp pic. i had also checked other specification like Battery backup, sound quality and all of these were not as expected when compared to other phone in the same range(Oppo F1s). i had bought this phone seeing the review on its website and overall the reviews was good. but when i got the actual phone and saw its quality it was not as per my expectations so i had decided to place its return request on the same day. i was shocked that they don't have any policies to return the product. they are only providing only 10 days replacement policy that mean they don, t refund or exchange the item even on the same day i.e. delivery day even you got a worst quality product. i had also contacted their customer care team but nothing got positive from their side. they only replied that we are sorry we cannot help you out. we can only provide you the replacement. i had erge them that after replacement would i get the 13 mp camera quality ? good sound speaker?. how i would get as the defects is not in the particular product. if anyone order a product and want to exchange, there is nothing in their policies which provide the option of exchange or refund. They are eating people's hard earned money with their worst policies.
          also i would like to aware the people that dont buy anything through these **** online companies they will eat your all money. also please read their return policies carefully. before ordering the goods

          i would like to raise this issue through your platform. request you to ask their their Policy makers to change its return policies which are against the customer rights and eating people's money. also please aware the people about these fraud companies so that they don't get trapped.

              I bought a device redmi note 4 from flipkart on 22nd March and received on 24th march and when I use the device it is defective performing random reboots means device is running hangs and reboots and this is happening again and again i request a replacement policy as per flipkart they rejected once and again i requested a technician visit me and try to solve the issue in 5 mins he didn't get the problem he is not able to understand and he updates the flipkart that phone does not have any issue and rejected again the request and then i call customer care he said they will not be able to replace because your phone does not have any issue and talked to me rudely and didn't disclose his full name and employee id and disconnected the call
              The employee name is Anshul
              Just Anshul is only provided to us not anything else and now I want replacement of my device and they rejected my replacement .

                I am Ratna kumar, I have bought a Lenovo Laptop (80TR0034IH Ideapad 110 Notebook)from Flipkart on 19th of March 2017. What I got was a defect piece, which does not have a battery backup. Hardly would last for 90 to 100 minutes, when fully charged and the screen brightness does not change. I have contacted the Flipkart Customer care, they have arranged a tech visit and a replacement. As I am working, I have told them my feasible timings very specifically multiple times. But they did not heed to my request and made the tech visit in my working hours where I can not even take the calls. So I again called up the Customer care guys and asked to raise a TICKET so that my issue would be solved with a high priority as they are having the 10 days of replacement policy. When I asked them to raise the ticket they said that they need to transfer the call to their superiors and what they did was they disconnected my call after few minutes. This has happened 2 times. When they finally transfered the call to their superiors, this guy said that "I am raising a ticket, and would solve the issue in 24 hours" but what actually happened is he did not raise a ticket and issue is still pending, If they have raised a ticket I should have got the TICKET NUMBER to my registered Mobile number and email address, which I haven't. Earlier tech visit happened a day before the scheduled date and submitted the report saying "the customer is not answering the call and hence the replacement is cancelled". And now when I asked for a concerned date that is on 24 of march (friday). They said that they cannot do that as the visit is scheduled on 26 of march 2017 and that too on SUNDAY. So by 29th of March 2017 the 10 days of replacement policy will complete. And when I ask them, they will simply say that they cannot do anything as their policy of 10 days of replacement has been completed. This Flipkart has made me buy a Defect piece for 25999/-. And made me Loose my Money. Shame on you Flipkart. This amount might not be nothing for you, but it costs me a lot. So you made me realize that Online shopping on Flipkart is the worst thing to do in my Life. Regretting.

                  I bought this power bank from flipkart and it got delivered to me on 12 th march, 2017
                  After trying it since then i found the power bank is giving only 50% of output. It a 20800 mah power bank which is charging my phone of 3400 mah battery just 2 times.
                  I contacted them after 12 days and they refused to refund as the 10 day replacement warranty is over and asked me to get in touch with ambrane.
                  There is no service center around where i live and there contact center is as pathetic as flipkart callback system is.
                  I would like to file a complaint against the harassment that flipkart has done to me and want the complete refund.

                    I ordered a phone which is not working fine. I asked for return and not replacement which call advisor agreed. she asked me to perform a couple of troubleshoot before arranging the return. I contacted again after doing troubleshoot and the advisor denied the return and said only replacement. I told them the return was agreed but neither he nor complaint dept. ready to return and they are also not ready to listen the call which I had with the first advisor. complaint rep directly denied to listen anything.                       i ordered a shirt from flipkart.com whose cost is 1444.When the product was delivered i found that the product is different from original product the colours of delivered product was faded logo did not match from the original product as shown in company website (Add the photos of original and delivered product).
                      After that i requested for the return of product then 3 different times the courier boy told that the tag of the product is not matching to the original product then i told the same issue to the flipkart costumer care person then he do something (i don't know what he did at their end) and told this time the courier boy will definitely take the product but this time no one comes for pickup and the status in web site automatically updated as COSTUMER IS HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT (attached the screen shot of it).
                      Now i am requesting you to take a strict action against flipkart.

                            I have booked more than 6 product from the flipkart but i didn't get even a single product.The Ekart logistics who are responsible to deliver the product they are careless and not giving response to the customer and the flipkart too they stats that my order was returned due to incorrect address and pin code but my address and pin code where correct.Then why should they do like this.Its not an first time this is 6th time my order get returned without giving the information to me.Therefore you should take serious action on both the flipkart and logistics.my last order number is OD[protected]. i booked on 21.3.2017 and they said it will be deliver on 25.3.2017.but on 24.3.17 i received the message that i will get my product on tomorrow i.e 25.7.2017.On 25.3.2017 while i checking on flipkart website its shows the out of delivery area but no intimation was given to me .So i called to customer care they are js say that my address and pin ode was wrong but both the address and pin code where correct, While other services like amazon, snap deal for those also i provide this same address they given my product on the door step.Then how they say it was wrong.While checkind in he flipkart website with my pin code its say the product can be delivered to my area.So please take an serious action on the flipkart and logistics

                                  I recently buy a redmi note 4 from flipkart site order id - OD[protected], which not work properly, I have use Airtel, so I contact with airtel, they said that no airtel sim is work with your redmi note 4 handset. I talk to mi customer service also, but they said that their handset has no problem, and flipkart also said that they can't return it.

                                  So, I asked to the flipkart can I paid rupees 12999/- for charities ?
                                  Airtel also said to me that their SIM not work with this phone.
                                  So, flipkart I want my money back, and please take back your phone.

                                    I ordered one charger and the box i received was empty. After that i have contacted them 2 times and each time they assured that i will be given the new product. But each time they cancelled the request and told it was a technical issue. I have attached a picture with this complaint showing that both the replacement requests were cancelled.
