I have ordered Moto E3 power (order Id: OD[protected] on 18th Feb and cancelled on 22nd Feb.

Delivery boy tried to deliver on 24th and we refused to accept the product. The delivery boy has delivered on 25th when we were expecting some other delivery.

I ordered this item from USA for my father in India.

I asked my father not to break the seal of the product when I understood they have delivered the wrong product along with the other right products those I was expecting. Immediately I notified flipkart and an incident has been raised IN[protected]​3 to address this. I was told as it was not my fault so the amount would be refunded.

After that it seems flipkart has taken replacement request instead of refund. and customer care is now forcing me to accept the product that I cancelled 3 days before the delivery and because of the fault in their delivery system they can not force customer to accept something which was cancelled but delivered along with other right products.

Please note that the seal of the package is not even broken.

    Respected Sir/Madam

    I ordered a product from flipkart at 4 January 2017. The product name is unistuffed tempered glass garud for Le Eco Le 2
    Order id no. is OD[protected]
    And by fault I understood this is the name of glass garud company.
    So I ordered it for my micromax mobile. But when I saw it full specifications after some time so i found my fault for wrong order.
    I cancelled my order at 5 January 2017.
    And some hours later I found a confirmation sms for order cancellation and refund my amount till 16 January 17
    At that time all this going well but after 16 January I called the flipkart care at 18 January and she assured me for my refund in 4 to 5 days.
    But after that I called again this time also I found same suggestions to other care executive.
    After 15 February 2017 my call is not connecting with flipkart and a computer voice got "the all customer executive are busy now please call later or contact our email id.
    On March 20 I tried to contact with email .
    And found a reply email with the suggestions of auto call at 16.02.00
    But 0n 30 March I did not receive any call from flipkart for my refund

    So please help me for getting my refund.

      I have ordered a sandisk 8 gb pendrive from your site but the order delivered to me is 8gb sd card i have complaint on this and your executive told that it will be ecxhanged in 2 days but no issue resolved so i cancelled the order and asked for a return they said that it will be resolved by 29 march but when i called again then they are saying sorry and again a fake promise done by you that on 30 march it will be resolved but no progress at all .
      if like this you all are fooling customers than i will file a legal complaint against you...
      i want a sought out replyy so please stop talking buushits and speak clear

            Hi,
            I ordered a XOLO ERA 1X -4G with LTE (Black and Gun Metal, 8 GB) mobile (OD[protected] and it got delivered on 1st March. The mobile had several issues and hence I decided to return the item. But during the return initiation process I had to face several problems (not mentioning them all due to time limitation) and eventually the request was initiated after 15 days. I wanted to return the item and get the refund in lieu of that but the Flipkart executives convinced me for an replacement and assured me of return/refund if the new item was found to be defective.
            Now, a new device has been delivered on 19th and it has started giving following issues within 10 days of its delivery –
            i. Phone is heating up for a mare use 30-45 mins, becoming difficult to listen while keeping the speaker in contact with ear. Stopped using it in the fear of any disaster.
            ii. Touch is very poor, many a times it doesn't respond to a touch, particularly frustrating during keying...also lags too much while swiping. Now realizing it a faulty item, I made a return & refund request yesterday but now going through the annoying experiences like
            - all communications are going to my father (I gave my father’s no while purchasing the phone and changed that one to mine before making the return request) who is now out of station...don't understand why I am not being contacted directly when I changed the mobile no to my no.
            - came to know from my father that some product specialist would be visiting my place for checking the item while I was assured last time that I won’t have to face any delay or any other hurdle during return/refund if the replaced item found to be defective one this time.
            But, unfortunately again I am going through the same pain. In the afternoon, a Flipkart executive called me informing me of a technician’s visit which I refused to entertain. Because if the technician doesn’t suggest the issues to be serious enough the return process would be stuck and which I can’t afford to agree with since I paid the full amount for purchasing the item, hence can’t settle for a defective/ substandard product forced upon me. Also, I can’t take the risk o[censored]sing the hazardous device any more due to the heating issue which I have been observing for the last 2 days.
            While writing to you, just now, another technician called me and suggested rebooting the device in safe mode to solve the touch issue, heating issue which are clearly manufacturing defects.
            Now, hope you would understand the harassment that have been going through for the last one month and hence sincerely request you to put a permanent end to this pain by resolving the issue at the earliest.

              Hello sir i bought a moto g5 plus mobile from fipkart i received a defective handset and then i placed return request but they cancelled my return request automatically without any reason they arrange q technician for me and he also face same issue in this handset but flipkart doesn't give me a replacement and they said that we can't give you a replacement of this product you contact service centre and then i contact service centre they said that your phone has a issue and ot takes 20 days for repaired but why i wait 20 days i already paid a full payment to flipkart and i bought a new handset not old and flipkart has a 10 days replacement gaurantee thats why people​ bought a online product pls help me i want my money back or replacement

                    I am trying to order a redmi note4 4 GB Ram, 64 GB internal fron flipkart i have added the product in the basket and was waiting from 4 weeks and tofay from 15 minutes for the sale so i was successfully able to add the product to my cart n while doing the payment i got a message there are no products in the cart and re direct the page to cart but in the cart the phone was showing the same thing happen 3 4 times then it showed Phone out of stock which is really pathetic b cos if some product is added for the customer it should be only for him for 15 minutes if he doesn't make the payment in 15 minutes then it should be removed from the cart. N flipkart is seriously playing with the customers time.

                          I had ordered a Ambrane Powerbank 13000mah worth Rs.949 from flipkart.com.
                          when I received the order, I found it was Not of the Brand Ambrane the PowerBank I have received is of the brand Sony.
                          when I told this to the Flipkart customer care they arranged a pick up after 4-5 days and Picked up the Product.
                          After that next day the person from EKART who picked up my Product is telling me to take back my product from their EKART Center (Karond, Bhopal, MP) which is 14Km away from my home, On asking him what's the matter he replied that it should be of the brand Ambrane not of Sony, I told him that I received this PowerBank on ordering Ambrane 13000mah, that's why I'm asking for Refund. But he told me to just pickup from their EKART Center (Karond, Bhopal, MP).
                          When I told this to the Flipkart Customer care executive they told me that the product isn't picked up according to their information.
                          What Should I do to get my money back ? Was it my Fault to Order a product from such a reputed Theif Ecommerce service?

                            Ordered 2 Ram Sticks From Flipkart on 26th March 2017, 2*4GB Corsair 1600mhz ddr3 sticks, opened the packaged which was tightly packed and of length in which i dont think anyone can fit a ram, but the rams were tightly packed and flexed in the packet.

                            Opened the packet just to find 1*idk what gb, no sticker, ram which was broken(the chip was scratched) and a cheap and fake corsair sticker was placed diagnally, on the backside of the ram (its placed on the front and straight) .

                            The Second Ram Was A 512MB dusty ddr2 used ram(these can be found for 200rs in the market)

                            Made A Return Request 5 Mins after the delivery, flipkart customer care firstly declined from taking the product back as it was non-returnable (its non returnable if you get what you asked for, not that you ask for an iphone and get a nokia 1100 and then say its non refundable), straight up scam.

                            After 20-30mins of Stressfull talking he agreed to take the ram sticks back, next day the delivery boy came to pickup the sticks, he accepted the 1st stick and said "oh this looks like the one i saw on the site, and said ok this one's fine, idk on what merit does flipkart employees its delivery personnel, he took the 2nd stick and said, it doesnt look like the on the site" i replied "if it would, then wouldn't i use it, the seller gave me fake and duplicate ram sticks", but he seemed to have no brains and kept repeating that sir "please give the site like the one on the site", after feeding the data into his minuscule brain, he called someone and said "mam the customer is giving a ram which doesn't look like the one on the site" and kept repeating the same line for 10-15 times wasting my time (maybe he was using free jio voice plan), this all happened on 27th, a day after i received the ram sticks

                            Now, on 28th another person comes to my home and says sir 1 ram stick got accepted and take this, the 2nd ram stick and please make a return request for it again, i said ok and took the 2nd stick back, made a request again for 2nd stick pickup, 10:19 return request created, 6:22 return request cancelled due to "Product Mismatch", he didn't even come to my house to collect the ram stick.

                            i keep calling the flipkart support but either they put me on hold for eternity, or they keep saying that, senior executives will contact you by 30th march.

                            Also the delivery date keeps changing on the flipkart site, ram was delivered on 26th then on 27th and then on 28th, like what the hell, is this an e-commerce giant or a local shop??

                            What I Need To Understand Is How The Hell Does A Return Takes More than 2 return request and 4-5 days, when you can just pick them up and give the refund??

                            the seller packs junk and sells it to the consumer and flipkart wont even bat an eye to see whats inside the package, but now when i want to return that junk, they will check inside every detail and say "hey this is junk, this is not what we are selling on the website"

                            and thats literally what i am trying to say, if you are selling 4gigs of ram on your site and that too orignal, then why are you giving me 200rs junk ?

                            i paid 4700rs for this.

                            1 More Thing, i Bought the items from the seller Revoox, Then The Shipment says Acme Technologies, now if i try to go to the order page and review revoox it says "not from this seller" and if i try to rate RetailNet(i brought other items from this seller) it says you bought "Corsair DDR3 ram from this seller", what kind of product takes 3 sellers ?

                            I Want An Answer, And I Am Not Going To let It Go easily, consumer courts will make flipkart pay more than the ram price, and they are going to regret the kind of behavior they are doing.

After that i reieved a text from SBI THAT YOUR AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED & TRANSFERED TO FLIPCART ACCOUNT. reference no. PZT[protected]IGABAMOER0. After that i got a sms from flipcart that we are checking our account if your payment will show we will proceed further to dispatch your order & if not we will refund your amount automatically in your account for more info check mail. BUT STILL I HAVENT GOT MY AMOUNT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AND NO EMAIL HAS BEEN COME INTO MY GMAIL ACCOUNT FROM THEIR SIDE.                                       I have placed an order for the HP Pro Book on the 15th of March the 1st promised delivery was on the 19th of March which later got extended to 24th March and now to 29th March and yet there is no sign of it being delivered on the promised date as there is no movement of the shipment on the tracking system. The status since the 15th till dates dhows as "Approved"

                                      I have been in touch with the Flipkart Customer Support team however neither are they able to resolve the problem nor are they able to provide me with an explanation for the delay..

                                      One I would really like to know the reason for delay rather then the standard answer and also finally when can i expect to finally have this product delivered if at all.

                                        On 22nd March I have purchased Lenovo P2 from Flipkart website... Then 23rd March I got this product... After that I have informed Flipkart it's FM and GPS not working... Flipkart told me to update the mobile software and I have done that. Still facing that issue so called Flipkart yesterday regarding replacement or refund... Now I cannot even login to my FlipKart account... And my mobile is restating randomly... Seriously I want my refund and please unblock my account... What kind of behaviour is this blocking customer account?

                                        Just now I have received a call from Flipkart and I do have the recorded call aswell with me... The guy over phone telling me my account got blocked due to reselling products from Flipkart... And I asked for proof and they told me that proof is for internal use only... And replacement for my mobile is not possible...

                                        FlipKart just called me and acknowledged that it's there fault and they will replace my mobile and reactivated my FlipKart account... Now let's see what happens next...

                                        Replacement has been approved as per the process.
                                        This is completely lame. Blocking someones account on purpose and not letting them access their own account is not acceptable and inappropriate. If your products and services are so pathetic, improve them instead of simply shutting the users out.

                                        @Flipkart: thanks for the valuable lesson. You are definitely not going to be in the trust zone for your consumers very long
