I ordered Samsung Galaxy S7 Gold on[protected] through Flipkart.com for INR 43400, but received box containing old garbage batteries.

Order ID: OD[protected]

I informed the same to Flipkart through mails and calls, on social networking sites also. But they are not providing any positive resolution to my issue till now and not refunding the amount also.
On website, they have shown it has 10-Day replacement policy, but it has become a 10-Day mentally harassment policy for their customers. I've paid the amount to them and currently holding no dues.

Flipkart, please refund my 43, 400 INR.

Please help me out and save my hard earned money.

    I've ordered a redmi note 4. Expected delivery date was today and the product on tracking has been lying with the budhigere facility for close to 36 hours [10am last morning]. None of the customer care executives want to help but just say we understand your issue while they don't. The phone has been shipped from the hub nearest to me to some place 25 kms away. Now they won't even let me change my shipping address owing to delay from their end. Unprofessional to the core..

So want to file complaint against them... They dnt stay on thereb commitments... Such that if no reply is given by them... Then i will file as case at consumer court

          I had placed an order for mobile skin(SK100071-BKLR/Skinnova BBPV BKLR BlackBerry PRIV Mobile skin) dated[protected], Order Id-OD[protected] & received it on[protected] Invoice No-F0383TN[protected] through cash on delivery. But I noticed that the product I received was a fake. I cancelled my order and gave my bank details for refund. Flipcart acknowledged my cancellation and approved my pickup of the said product on[protected]. But on the same day they sent me an SMS that my pickup was cancelled as I wanted to keep the product which is not true. This was my first & worst experience with Flipkart. Flipkart is a total cheat & I'm planning to run a online campaign against Flipkart.

            I have ordered Acer Aspire V3 Core i5 5th Gen - (8GB/1TB HDD/Windows 10), and received a cheap item of Acer Aspire E15 (4GB/Linpus OS). I have requested a return on the day i received the item, now it is 10 days. No action taken till now. What should i do now??
            Order delivered on 14th March 2017, and from very first day only i requested my return, and from that day on wards i started calling the customer care. They told me that by 17th March your problem will get solved, and nothing happened. when i call them again, they said on 22nd March they will resolve/ replace it. On 22nd March I received a message that they will resolve/replace it on 23rd March. Till this day no action taken.

I was recived only the charger inside mobile packet and when i raised the replacement complain on my account login within 24 hrs i got a mail my request dissapproved for unwanted no of returns and they also blocked my login id on flipkart i am not able to login there also the delivery boy abused on a call then disconnect without provid me right resolation .

                I have booked a redmi note 4 black 64gb /4 GB ram variant which comes under the flash sales every Wednesday and now they just randomly cancelled my order without even sending me a message, due to which I was not able to book it from mi.com as I thought that I have confirmed my order booking, and then I called their customer care and they are just wasting my time, they just wasted my half an hour and ended the call, then I called again there is no solution to my query. please look into this matter.

                  Dear sir/Madam,

                  I booked 4 badminton Racquets (Order no.[protected] last week dated[protected]. It was an advertisement in your website if we purchase two numbers 5% discount and book three numbers 10% discount like, however I booked 04 quantities since your website allowed to book. After billing amount is deducted from my Credit card Order is confirmed by flipkart. But immediately I got message from the Flipkart saying order cancelled.
                  I immediately called the customer care for the necessary action, they replied me such that, maximum allowed orders are three hence your order is cancelled like.
                  Post discussion with Customer care and verbal communication with executive I booked for three numbers of badminton racquets (order no. [protected]). However my order is again cancelled. Please look at this issue as a flipkart customer I suffered twice in a week. my billing amount is already deducted from my account. Even to get my amount back i have to wait 8 working days.

                    I have placed the order yesterday through phone pe app. My account have been debited but my order did not get placed yet. I was told that either it will get placed within 8hrs or the amount will be refunded within 8 hrs.. Still there have been no changes and all flipkart libes are busy.. Plz help. Flipkart is not responding my mails or in any way. All the lines of calls are always busy.

                            I have sent an application of RTI on 02/02/2017 with applicable fee and also reminder but there is no reply?

                            Is flipkart is out of the area of RTI prescribed by government in RTI act 2005?
                            Or it has become a regular procedure for flipkart that let the consumer make the complaint we will do nothing as it is showing a number of complaints more than 9000 and only 43% customer satisfaction.

                            Irrelevant in what sense? I had make a lot of complaints regarding installation of my product from December 2016 to last of January also tried to call customer care for refund of my amount and get back your delivery if your company is not able to make. Installation of queen size bed ordered after that I have make this complaints.Ok now tell me till today no installation has been done so how can I get refund of my amount and cancelled the ordered.

                            Because I have not received any mail or call or any other conversation regarding my complaint .neither installation has been done nor refund has been done?
                            So tell me how this complain has been resolved at flipkart end.
                            As position of product is as it was delivered in December 2016.

                                      As attached in the images, I made 2 separate orders today to purchase Red MI Note 4 through flipkart. Both my orders got confirmed firstly and then suddenly I received an email from flipkart stating that both the orders have got cancelled.

                                      When the orders were successfully placed, how can they be cancelled ? When I talked with the Flipkart people, they said that as you have placed bulk order it got cancelled.

                                      They have nothing mentioned on the product details page that the user cannot order more than one piece. Earlier when I had talked with the Flipkart people, they said that one can order more than one piece. Thats what I had done today when ordering Red MI Note 4 phone. And now these people saying that I cannot order more than one phone.

                                      I would really appreciate if you can take this matter upright and help me get my two orders confirmed. Its like a mental stress. I have been trying to purchase this phone since last 4 weeks. When I got confirmed, they cancelled the order without any notice and even not calling and asking me.
