I ordered Samsung Galaxy S7 Gold on[protected] through Flipkart.com for INR 43400, but received box containing old garbage batteries.

I informed the same to Flipkart through mails and calls, on social networking sites also. But they are not providing any positive resolution to my issue till now and not refunding the amount also.
On website, they have shown it has 10-Day replacement policy, but it has become a 10-Day mentally harassment policy for their customers. I've paid the amount to them and currently holding no dues.
Flipkart, please refund my 43, 400 INR.
Please help me out and save my hard earned money.
