When i perches a Letv 1s on 24.11.2016 by filpkart, Last three months mobile is ok, but last 10 days when the mobile charge is less then 60% the mobile will get suddenly switched off, and the display is get pealed out from body, and then we called to service center they told this is not in warranty and not approved by the company and he cannot response me, please rectify the problem or replace the mobile, please do the needful as soon as possible, THIS MOBILE LAUNCHED BY THE FLIP KART ONLY, SO U ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ISSUE, PLEASE CLEAR THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS.

    I had placed return of this item on the day product was delivered to me. It was unsealed and already used product.
    I received a call from flipkart executive saying that we will be canceling your current request and raising a new refund request. The time (15th april) on which pickup of the item was scheduled i told the guy to come after some time as i was not available then. I was assured he will pick up the product next day. But havent recieved anything from flipkart yet and to my surprise my return request has been cancelled without even informing me??
    And when i am trying to raise the refund again its getting rejected.
    What kind of service is this? First you deliver a second hand product and then even refuse to take it back??

      Flipkart and Ekart has a broken relationship due to which my product is not delivered . We have spoken to their escalation team and nothing is working. We made 25 calls and it is not looking good and they say they have technical problem. The problem is that flipkart says I made the payment but Ekart courier boy is asking for for the money. It won't be looking good am tired of flipkart.

      I want to consumer court that redmi note is only sold in flipkart as a flash sale. If this is the flash sale, redmi is playing with customers emotions which is not at all looking good.

        Respected flip kart,
        I ordered for a godavari marvel Georgette (OD[protected] 12 th April then delivery date is between 16 to 18 april so I waited .Then I got mail on 18 april from flip kart that your order was cancelled by seller, they did not given any proper reason actually I want to gift it to my friend, I mentioned address clearly now how can I show my face to my friend

        OK it was cancelled now I want to give one more order but for they sent message that the money will be refunded by 27 April I.e I should wait for 10 more days, what is this I am not getting, I don't have money also now if you give refund early means I can order early

        Kindly help me in this why it was cancelled and refund my amount as earlier as possible

            I received empty box instead of lenevo mobile phone worth rs.11, 999. & when i asked them for refund they tell too many return from your side so your request has been rejected. But that was the only one first order from me in flipkart. Even after lot of requests same response i got so i am putting complaint against flipkart.

                I having problem with the skull candy head that i bought in 1st august 2016
                which has the warranty of 1 year and within 1 year the one side of the head is not working properly for that i had gone to the skull candy center in mumbai
                but they said if your buying any product of skull candy through online you have to courier it to our head office to noida, for which i have to pay the courier charges, then too i thought its fine but i now i am not getting any reply from Noida skullcandy center whether its received or not or anything.
                And if i am trying to call them nor they are receiving nor they are calling back to me from 1 month i m trying to call them

                  Vide order ID OD[protected] dated 11/04/2017 I had placed order for two Vimal printed basic shorts, however I have been delivered only one shorts. The shortage was noticed after the packet was opened. Invoice mentions cost of two pants but the sealed package contained only one piece. This seems to be very irresponsible act on the part of the company and hope for a immediate remedy.
                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I want to ask that epresent gt08 smart watch is 4g sim supported yes or no
                  New Lenovo k6 power was purchased in online in Flipkart.com and Thier is a problem with microphone .Flipkart is not providing a help for the customer ... And not satisfyingly doing the process and no any further sentences for our need.

                    I had ordered a brown boots from :flipkart https://www.flipkart.com/stepee-boots/p/itmedzzgvx9nzn8j?pid=SHOEDZZGU7GHVS7K at the price of 699.When i recived the product the boots were black colour and that to damaged .When i complained to flipkart the only reply i got was appologies but no action taken .this is not the first time i am facing this problem .Last two of my orders were also delivered in the same way .flipkart is cheating their customers by putting a product on the site for a medium range price.But not delivering the same product to the customer when ordered by them .And when we complain to them they say we can not replace the product as it is now out off stock .But when you check the site after a day you will find the same product in stock but at double the price.Thus one is cheated by the seller as well as by flipkart .They give you offer price to clear their damaged products which is a pathetic way of selling .
                    As you can see in the photos attached of selling the same product at diffrent price .
                    Aslo attaching the photo of the damaged product without the loops for the lase .

                        I bought a moto g5 plus which has damage with it's display and have been trying to return it ever since. The technician visit was supposed to be yesterday 17th april. When i call the technician he says to raise a call if he has to come. I don't understand. I think it is his mistake. Kindly do the needful as i need my return.

                            I bought my iPhone 5s in July 2016 from flipkart under 2 year warranty. One week back I removed my phone from charging but it wasn't switching on, later on after 5-6 mins it started working but the touch wasn't working then later on it started working on its own. This continued for 4-5 days .Next thing I see is there is a black spot on my screen and green patches on my screen. Took my phone to the maple showroom and they said that, "Mam sometimes when we keep the cellphones in our pocket something goes wrong internally and this is expected, we don't cover such problems in our policy. Please pay 16000(inr) for repairs or for a replacement pay 22000(inr)." This is pathetic .The services as well as the quality of apple are extremely poor and incompetent. I really need a solution for this because there is no way I am paying so much money for a mistake which I didn't do. So either it's flipkart who has to repair my iPhone or the company. (Reminder my phone is under two year warranty)

                            I am jos, with registered phone no [protected] with flipkart successfully added redmi note 4 on flash sale date 12/4/2017, 12 O clock but after adding it to kart it shows out of stock...if it can go out of stock even after 5 second of adding to kart what is the point of kart... disappointed.
                            My phone is getting heated up..after charging battery and also during taking selfies. It often heats up very much, not even any heavy usage.
                            My order was delivered on 5th April, 2017.
                            I want to ask that epresent gt08 smart watch is 4g sim supported yes or no

                                I purchased gear fit 2 black from flipkart, that gear fit was very fastly drining battery..am not satisfied with that product..than i return that product but, there was no responce my return by flipkart...i call to flipkart care but there is no propre response given to me...i have waste of 10000...orderd fit 2 watch...it s a second hand prouct...when i was returned ...the return was rejected by flipkart ...2 times ...worest custamar satisfcation by flipkart...i want refund my money...flipkart was buying all faking products...very bad custamar services

                                  This product I bought it in the month of November. For some personal reasons I didn't use that and when I opened it few days ago it was unable to connect to my phone and was not charging also. So, I went through the Sony service centre and came to know that this is a duplicate product. Kindly check my issue or else I will go to any extent. This type of service is unbelievable for me.

                                      Faulty product
                                      I had ordered loreal paris x-tenso care shampoo and masque on sat, mar 25th '17 and got it delivered on diffrenet dates as follows :
                                      L'oreal paris x-tenso care straight serum new (50 ml)-delivered on thu, mar 30th '17, l'oreal paris x-tenso care masque (490 g)-delivered on sat, apr 1st '17 and l'oreal professionel x-tenso care straight shampoo (1500 ml).
                                      Despite getting message for early delivery the products got delivered late and when asked the ekart wish master ([protected]) who delivered the product the reason which i received for late delivery was due to a fire incident in flipkart store.
                                      Now, after using the product i have observed a bad hair condition and hair fall plus the product quality doesn't seem original (As i have purchased the same product earlier from my saloon).

                                      The product quality appears faulty.
                                      Please provide an explanation for it and/or refund after the required investigation against the product and the delivery person as well.
