i was just about to checkout and phone went out of stock within 1 minute of being added to cart

Now complaint is

Flipkart Company should allow at least 2 minute to checkout product after it being getting added successfully to cart.

    Sir/Ma'm I purchased the Sennheiser earphone from your website on[protected] which were under the guarantee of 2 years but product started misbehaving within that time limit. So, I sent the product for claiming the guarantee to Sennheiser and they found out that the product is fake. So my request to you is that please replace the fake product and I hope you'll assist me with this problem so I could trust Flipkart in future.

      I ordered moto g5 plus, i was supposed to receive it on 18 march. There were many delivery attempts but i never received a phone call from the delivery guy. I contacted customer care but they told me that they don't have delivery guys number, and its not showing on the system. I contacted customer care many time now i call them they don't call back only.

            It’s being almost a month following up with this people writing several mails but no response.when i called customer care services they said it will deliver 3 business days, but till now i didn't ..

              Refund not process, flipkart blame courier service, I am the customer of flipkart not an courier partner.

              I have ordered Carrier 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC on 9th march, and it should have delivered on 15th march. But the product was not delivered on 15th march, when I contact the flipkart they told me that they ill raise the complain and ask the courier partner to deliver the product soon.

              After that when I was not get any proper response from flipkar, after that i have contacted the courier partner(safe express), they told me that it ill deliver 16th march or 17th march, after that when ever i call them they told me that it will deliver tomorrow, then tomorrow because of the untrustable answers i have canceled the product( delay in delivery form the courier partner) on 19th march.

              Today(21st march) when i call flipkart the executive told me that the refund will be initate after the product come to the warehouse, and he told me that it ill be deliver to warehouse on 28th march after that only they will initiate the refund( for every minute he told me that we are following the process, and it is normal process)

              I dont know where is the problem because of the useless service i have cancelled the product and i have wasted nearly 30 rs for calling and my time. Because of this cancelation i am going to loose another 150 to 200 for EMI cancelation. and i have to wait for another 10 days to get my amount.

              What kind of process is this, If you cannt able to delivery the product on time then why u r giving the fake promise to misuse the customer trust. I dont want any story i want my refund imidiatly and flipkar have to repay somthing for this issue.

                Item received on 12th march. Opened the item on 18th march and found out that wrong item is received. Called up flipkart customer service. Asked her to file a return. She said i will file the return request then and there. Waited till today for a reply and found out that product cannot be returned, when i called flipkart customer service. He the transfered me to his senior and he said that the product cannot be returned under any circumstances under no return policy. I asked what should i do if i get the wrong item? He said, should inform within 72 hrs. I asked where is that mentioned and how am I supposed to know that. He said its not in company policies but is applied generally. I hung up. I have all the recordings of the conversation if needed.

                  This is regarding my order OD[protected]

                  I got the first out for delivery sms and call on 11/3/2017, but as my office was off on Saturdays i dint collect the courier.I got another sms immediately saying the product is undelivered and will try again on Monday 13/03/2017

                  But nothing happened on Monday and the entire week ie 13/03/2017 - 18/03/2017

                  Again I got an sms on 19/03/2017 (Sunday)saying that the product is out for delivery.But didn't receive any call from the courier boy .I dont know why ekart is trying a product delivery for a shipment which is in office address on Sundays.Later I got an sms saying delivery unsuccessful and will try again tomorrow.

                  I didnt receive the product till now.

                  Why it is taking so much time to deliver a product which is reached the nearest hub
                  Does the product missed from the courier partner?

                      I have ordered the mogo g5 plus phone on 16th March, 17 and selected the 2 days delivery service and paid delivery charge for the same. On 18th March I got the message that My product will be delivered till 9 PM. and I also contacted to the field person he told me the he is on the way and he will reach me with one hour. But on 10 PM I tried to call that person many times and he didn't pickup my phone. After that I contacted to the customer support. and there are very funny and frustrating reply form them that my product will be delivered within next 2 working days, very funny. I select the 2 days delivery service just because of I would be go out of station but due to flipkart I waste my time and money. I compaint to flipkart but I never got any response from them.

                        I ordered Resmi Note 4 32gb mobile on flash sale .

                        I received empty box with charger .

                        I complained to costumer care and they said before 19th 9pm problem will resolve.

                        But still I didn't get any response from flipkart.

                        Just before I called to customer care again and now they are telling me it will take more time to resolve issue.

                        Again they are asking 24 hr time to resolve issue

                        I asked him to transfer my call to higher escalation department finally they transferred. This new person again asking time to till 24th march.

                        What is this fraud company.

                        It is cheating cheating cheating.

                        Each person telling different story.

                          I had ordered a MOTO G5 Plus through flipkart:
                          order date : 16/03/2017
                          ekart Logistics : FMPP[protected] .
                          This product had been showing as delivered to me even though I did not get the product, it was supposed to be delivered on my office address and I was not available in my office as it was a Sunday. I did not even got a call from the delivery person asking about my availability or informing about my product availability.

                          Issue has been addressed and product has been delivered to customer.
                          Flipkart is saying, they have refunded the amount( without any proof)and its an issue at the banks end but the bank is saying if they got refund the same will be reflected in my statement. I am in a big trouble beacuse of these corporate beacuse of their ignorance of these issues.

                            This is to inform that i have purchased mobile from Flipkart.com Lenovo K6 Power is not working properly & showing less Ram memory compare to 4gb Ram. I have with me compare to my 2gb Ram Mobile your Lenovo Mobile running slower. GPS location of mobile is also not working. requesting refund the amount.

                            Even when ever i am calling to flipkart customer care center they are not giving much response what i am complaining about mobile.

                            On 17th of March their technician has visited to my place to see fault in mobile but without checking gone from here that time also my weather GPS was not working now also not.

                            It is wastage of your money if we purchased any product from Flipkart, once we paid money to Flipkart you have to forgot about your money, they will refund any how.

                            their technician also always not taking your favour about your complaint of mobile, so you are requested to be aware while purchasing any product from flipkart.

                              Product delivery date is 20 feb 2017. order id : od[protected] very poor service and this is not there flipkart work as i trust. this is my product and Flipkart care don't solve this issue yet but server or officer just blocked flipkart account so he can't get refund or original product which he deserves and your care don't resolve it because Flipkart account was not connected with mail id only manage with mobile number so product update not receive via mail id and now customer care tell you cannot able to unlock your id and not we deliver product it's not our fault and you can't get refund without unlock your id. so who is responsible for this empty product this is all flipkart concerns we deserve original product.I already mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response. I tried many time to cstoer helpline but they finally they refued to help me and said we not help you coz we can not take responsible for this.I request to flipkart please don't hide it or ignores this and solve this issue.i share this video youtoube fb and all filbekart social handal ntill i get origanal produect.

                                I ordered two beds which were delivered on 14th March and my Installation was scheduled on 18th March by Jeeves.I kept on calling Jeeves and they provided me with different timings.But nobody turned up.One of the managers also promised that we will do the installation next day.
                                But today also noone has provided me with any update.What kind 0f service is this!!This is pathetic and disheartening when you guys are advertising about services.

                                All my calls are recorded and if the installation doesn't happen by today I will be forced to file a legal complaint against youbto consumer court.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  My Name is Subhash Kumar Mukherjee. I am resident of Flat No. 4RA-4/6, Purbachal, Phase-II, Sector-III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700097.

                                  I had ordered a Apple iPhone 7 Plus (Gold, 128 GB) on 16th March 2017 vide Order Id OD[protected]. Original value of the product was Rs.77, 900. I availed an Exchange offer against my existing iPhone 6 (Gold, 64 GB, IMEI No. XXXXXXXXXXXXX) for the same purchase and got a discount of Rs.21, 500. I also got a Promotional discount from you (flipkart) for upgradation from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 of Rs.4, 100. As I wanted to receive the new phone earliest so requested for a quicker delivery facility by paying Rs.90 extra. And there were a pickup charge for my exiting iPhone 6 i.e. Rs.100.

                                  After adjustment of all above mentioned amount a sum of Rs. 56, 590/- was due to confirm the order, which I paid through my Axis Bank Credit Card No. ending with XXXX. As it is a big amount I opted for 24 month EMI option and paid the money. After successful confirmation of the oder I got the information that my New iPhone 7 will be delivered to me on 18th march 2016 by Ekart Logistics vide AWB/Ref/Tracking No. FMPP[protected].

                                  The prime reason to describe the above is Today i.e 18th March 2016 I received a message at 13.20 hrs from AM-EKARTL that my shipment is out for delivery and it will be delivered on successful pickup of the exchange item before 9PM. I rushed home from office to received the shipment as Sector-V is very near to delivery address and was waiting for Delivery Executive.

                                  I received two messages one at 13.51 from DM-EKARTL and 2nd at 14.07 hrs from BH-EKARTL that "Sorry, our E-Kart executive was not able to reach you on phone for shipment FMPP[protected]. Please reach out to the executive on [protected] with pin 130 -valid only for today".

                                  I called the number mentioned in the message and talked to the executive. He said he knows the address and will reach my place within 10-15 minutes. The executive came to my address (Delivery Address) around 14.30 hrs.

                                  He asked me to hand over my old phone to him to check the IMEI number and the condition of the old phone. he checked the same thoroughly and handed over my new phone and asked me acknowledge the receipt of the shipment by signing into his device. I signed and completed the formality. I offer him the Box of my old phone but he said its not required and then he left.

                                  As it was afternoon time so I started my lunch at home after he left. At around 15.04 hrs I received a message from BZ-FLPKRT that "Our Delivery Executive is on the way to your location to deliver your product with Order Id OD[protected]. you can also track the status of your order at http://fkrt.it/cp7om!nnnn. Thank you!".

                                  soon after the above message the same Delivery Executive along with 3 guys came to my home and requested me to show the shipment they had delivered. When I asked them why? they said they need to note some details. On good faith I handed over the same to them. They took back the shipment and started discussion amongst themselves. I went inside to wash my hand as I just finished my lunch by that time.

                                  When I came back to them after washing my hand I was stunned and surprised that they were returning back my old phone with crack screen. They said that as the Old phone has a Crack Screen so they cannot pickup my old phone as exchange. When I tried to explain that at the time of hand over OLD PHONE SCREEN was OK. Not only they refused rather threatened me left.

                                  Now i would like to know from the authority of flipkart that "Now what should I do?

                                  After paying the entire amount to flipkart and completion of the entire formality not only I haven't received the New iPhone 7 plus (for which i was eagerly waiting) but also I have lost the fully functional old iPhone 6 (now i have the same with broken Screen).

                                  Will you please let me know what is my mistake? is it that i trusted your people?

                                  Please look into the matter with the utmost urgency and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      My redmi 3s is dead and not working even its not turning on from 5 days of purchasing and customer care services is not helping me n befooling me from from 2 weeks. i m contiunusly calling from last 2 weeks and they aare not giving me any report and result properly and even the technician report has been made of dead on arrival and sent to flipkart from last 3 days .they are not replacing my phone according to their policy even i have a diagonlize report of mi service centre report.
