I purchased a motorola e3 power device (OD[protected] got delivered to me on 24th Feb 2017, as i was on an official tour i came back home just day before yesterday and since the time i am using this device all i am facing is issues, the device has a major hardware fault of not catching signals due to which i am unable to make or receive calls, i called the customer care on 13th march to report this issue and asked for the replacement of the device and they denied support upfront, they told me that as the device has crossed 10 days of replacement we request you to take this device to the nearest service center to get it repaired, i mean to say is this the way flipkart is generating and winning customer loyalty but selling the device tagging them as "FASSURED" which says that the device is thoroughly checked by flipkart and then delivered to the customer and the device has manufacturing fault, sir just tell me this who would like to submit the brand new device to service center for repair, i am just asking for a replacement device and flipkart is denying me, i mean if this is the way flipkart is going to provide customer support then i assure this that its going to hamper your business quite well, kindly provide me a resolution to my concern and it would be a great help.
