I purchased a hp laptop model no. W6t28pa from flipkart on 21 feb. It was delivered on 23 feb 2017. When i opened the laptop for first time i noticed a small black patch on right top corner . I asked from my friends n searched on net, it said was normal . Then gradually it started increasing but was unnoticeable then somedays ago it developed a huge lining on screen n everything got blurred . I want ur immediate action on this as i'm a college student, laptop is our primary source for doing all stuffs from projects to presentations. I request u to mend it as soon as possible .

      This is regarding the study table ordered on 18 dec 2016 ( order id :- OD[protected].
      Few planks were damaged when i had received the table .this was identified by the carpenter who visited for assembling on 28 th dec 2016.
      I requested for a replacement .
      But the replacement never happened even after following with the executives and sending pics of damaged planks.
      Then came a replacement pack with 4 planks and a lock.
      Again in that package one damaged plank " F3 " was missing, i kept on following with flipkart executives but even after two months the issue is still unresolved, finally the table was assembled with the damaged part .I had even posted on Flipkart FB page, now daily I get a call from a Flipkart executive saying that we are sorry for this and we are trying to resolve the issue .
      A simple issue is not being resolved in 2 and a half months .And when flipkart offers 10 days replacement while purchasing the product, why it is not fulfilling it .
      This is a type of harrasment for the customer.

      I Had purchased an AC 1.5 tonns carrier 5 star on 3 rd March, 2017 during the offer period for free installation worth ₹ 1500.
      But after the delivery of the product, the installation team called up and said to pay the amount for installation and when i told them about the offer, they said we have not been informed regarding it .
      When I told the issue to Flipkart customer care, they gave an excellent solution to pay the installation team and then they would refund the amount in flipkart wallet.
      First of all while purchasing nothing of this type was written in the product page and second even if i have to pay initially refund must happen in my bank account not Flipkart wallet.
      Earlier flipkart was giving very good customer service but nowadays, i had two issues in last two months .

        One of the most stupidiest online company. I have blacklisted flipkart.com and have switched to amazon.in. The reason was carelessness and height of irresponsibility due to which an MI PAD which was purchased from flipkart.com, almost after a year my invoice details could not be updated to the xiaomi service center and the xiaomi service centers denied to service my MI PAD.

        Its almost 2 months and my MI PAD is still lying with the vashi exclusive TVS service center and i have not got it repaired back to me.

        Flipkart on the other hand has raised its hands from looking into the issue and getting the issue resolved and insisted me to get in touch with xiaomi directly.

        This type of behavior is unacceptable from flipkart.com specially when the MI PAD was purchased from WS retail from flipkart and it was their duty to get my mi pad repaired back to me, they must have spoke to xiaomi directly but they lifted their hands and are of no use to me.

        This is humble request you to consumer courts and the authorities to ban such irresponsible online e com portal to sell any product so that in future no one might into trouble because of these guys as because of their carelessness the details of invoice was not updated and i couldnt get my MI PAD repaired to me.

          Sir i wanted to buy an lg front load fully automatic washing machine.. when i searched for the model ( LG FH496TDL23 ) its showing LOW PRICE in the websites. but as i open the flipkart and try to buy the washing machine or add it to cart the price is increasing significantly.. its showing some random price in flipkart and lower prices in websites. i even have proofs (the screen shots the different prices..
          the flipkart is showing fake prices.. we are attracted by the offer prices nd they are fluctuating the price for the same appliance while adding to cart..
          The price is shown as 35990 inr and its going upto 41211inr as i add to cart.

              Please find that attached file. I also attached Govt. identity proof (scan or image)
              I was returned a Flipkart product. and I got return confirmation mail also I got my money refund in my flipkart wallet.but when I tried to withdraw I'm unable to withdraw my money. I saw there is another number mentioned not my number and I don't know that number. At that time my flpkart account was already login in my system. I check my wallet I got my money. But when I tried to change that unknown number they need password to change that number. then I logout and tried again but unable to loing in my my flipkart account. its looking like someone enter in my flipkart account and put his details in my account and change my password.
              I called customer care they told me there is two phone number and two mail id registered in my account.
              the wrong person name is Bogu Das Email: B...[protected]@gmail.com and I saw his number but I forget that.

              I got my refund, and all thanks goes to PhonePe customer support team. When I mailed them they replied me as soon as possible.
              But still one issue remaining, I'm unable to login in flipkart account. when i click on forgot password they send two otp at same time, 1 otp I receive in my phone number and another one goes to another mail id, and I don't know that mail id(that is not my mail id).

                I purchased a motorola e3 power device (OD[protected] got delivered to me on 24th Feb 2017, as i was on an official tour i came back home just day before yesterday and since the time i am using this device all i am facing is issues, the device has a major hardware fault of not catching signals due to which i am unable to make or receive calls, i called the customer care on 13th march to report this issue and asked for the replacement of the device and they denied support upfront, they told me that as the device has crossed 10 days of replacement we request you to take this device to the nearest service center to get it repaired, i mean to say is this the way flipkart is generating and winning customer loyalty but selling the device tagging them as "FASSURED" which says that the device is thoroughly checked by flipkart and then delivered to the customer and the device has manufacturing fault, sir just tell me this who would like to submit the brand new device to service center for repair, i am just asking for a replacement device and flipkart is denying me, i mean if this is the way flipkart is going to provide customer support then i assure this that its going to hamper your business quite well, kindly provide me a resolution to my concern and it would be a great help.

                "that is not a policy with seller and customers"
                If I went in seller shop they are return policy for product and told please purchased another product

                  I have ordered lancer shoes, from flipkart.
                  I got the product on 21/feb/2017.But the product I received was totaly different from the product which i have ordered.
                  I requested the return for the same on 21/feb /2017.
                  But got the message "your return request has been cancelled "on 23/feb/2017.
                  I tried again by calling their customer support executive, but with no good response from them.
                  Till now they have not picked up their products and indicated the refund.

                      I have purchased vu tv on march 2nd and it was delivered on 6 of march and installed on the same day.
                      But on tuesday night it was not working. I raised a return request on the wednesday and i was told it will be replaced within 2 business days that is 10 march i dint have any update on that and got a call from flipkart customer support on the service then i raised the concern for which they responded that the technician has falsely informed that i was unavailable. Then i raised the alarm i was again told on friday the eta would be sunday 4:30 but when i called sunday i was told eta is monday.

                      When i called monday 13 march they told it will take another 24 hours to check the complaint and i may get the new product only in next 5 business days.

                      When i called customer care they say they would need 2 more days to uninstall and after uninstallation they will initiate delivery may be 2 days after uninstallation i. E on march 17

                      I have paid for a product and have to wait 15 atleast days to recieve the product for which i have paid.

                      Importantly when i asked the customer care to connect to the concern team they are not ready to do that

                      Ignorance!!!

                            Hello,

                            I have ordered "1haze SATA USB Casing 3.5 inch Hard Disk Case" on 27-Feb-2017. Order ID: OD[protected]. Flipkart Delivery Boy delivered Wrong defective product(Ranz brand name) on 2-March-2017. After that I have submitted RETURN request on 3-March-2017. They accepted that request but their delivery boy refused for replacement. Then I have called FLIPKART customer care & one lady executive ensures me that REFUND will be processed after pick up the product from my end. But today(12-March-2017) they messaged me that my REFUND will not be processed. After that I have mailed them so many times but they are not acknowledging my mail.

                            It's totally Customer Harrasment. At First they provided me WRONG[ Brand: I have ordered 1Haze & provided Ranz ] DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & now neglecting.

                            I need REFUND with compensation.

                            Can you pls look into this matter ASAP. It's already too late for me.

                            PS: I have proof of their lady executive call records in my Phone, as she assured me that I will receive My REFUND & Compensation ASAP.

                                I had ordered Volta's 180 cy ac from RD MOBILE SHOP in anand vihar .the seller called up the second day and confirm ed that they cannot deliver the mentioned product and are ready to give an alternative.i then cancelled my order and asked refund with immediate effect stating the reason.To my surprise my money of rs 25000 is still not refunded and flipkart is harassing me again n again by rescheduling the delivery n not confirming my refund status.it has been more than 10 to 12 days and they are manhandling by giving false information that seller hasent updated the status or they will confirm from seller n refund.on the other hand seller says that flipkart asks them to deliver the order with immediate effect.
                                Please help..demand ur intervention and help in blacklisting flipkart n the seller

                                I am in receipt of several threatening calls from the anonymous nos claiming to be director refunds rohan bhatnagar claiming that details to process refunds and asked for all the bank details viz card no account no and cvv no.they are threatening and passing vulgar obscene comments and also not refunding the amount.plz help and blacklist flipkart

                                  Hi all,

                                  I'm here to share my worst experience with flipkart. I ordered redmi note 4 on feb 22 and was assured it would be delivered on feb 25 or 27 but they took time and delivered by march 2. I had to call several times for an update. When i opened the product. I saw the charger adapter and cable. Phone was missing. So i contacted flipkart and i have been told to wait for 24 hrs everyday but no one gave me solution. Now i received the below reply from them.

                                  We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I would like to complain you about Flipkart, that we bought an AC in an offer (Offer was free installation) on Feb 27, 2017. But when they came to install they asked an amount of 250/- INR and they were not carrying enough tools to carry out the installation and on top of that they were also reluctant to take up some of the work which was required for installation. Also their behavior was not appropriate.
                                    Please also note that it means that flipkart is not transparent in terms of providing the details at their website/app.

                                    Now from last 10 days, we are in contact with Flipkart customer support and they are doing nothing but only scheduling the installation and cancelling it. And this shows that they are forcing us to pay the amount they want and the offer was just a fake.

                                    Will be very thankful to you if you can look into the matter. My order number with Flipkart is - OD[protected].

                                      Hi All,

                                      Greetings !!

                                      I had ordered a Moto M mobile and initially had a bit of heating issues initially but that was not permanent (only the 2 days)
                                      But when I checked the front camera quality, it was very poor even though it was 8MP . I could easily make out the defect when I compared with the 5MP MotoG4 phone.

                                      I requested to get the phone returned ; they said that it is not possible.
                                      Then I said to get the phone replaced atleast ; They sent a technician to check the mobile instead of getting it replaced.

                                      The technician was so irresponsible that he did not even listen to the query completely and agreed to us that the yes there is a problem and inturn reported the flipkart that there is no issue.

                                      It took almost 3 days to send the technician and 1 whole day to update that it is been rejected.
                                      By then it was already 10 days and they are now saying to go to the service center and get the phone serviced.

                                      My question to them was why would I run behind the service station people for a brand new phone without any of my faults. They have not responded to this on email and when called they disconnect the calls.

                                      Desirable resolution would be that if I could get the mobile replaced if not return.
                                      The phone is a medium priced phone .

                                      I have tried 20+ times to contact and get a replacement done and 10+ email conversations. But no resolution.At last seeking some assistance.

                                        The Order i placed with flipkart via no- OD[protected] is being tossed between courier agent GATI at their presscolony office and Avinashi Road office.

                                        Despite waiting over 2 weeks and not being delivered by GATI, flipkart sends mails which falsely says that i was not available for delivery. Since i have been speaking to GATI people at both offices i am completely aware that there is enormous delay in delivery.

                                        Flipkart now is not delivering as committed by its customer care executives or its team lead Mr.Rajeev nor taking up my cancellation request. I need a confirmation of cancellation since i am frustrated by GATI's services and flipkart"s carelessness, through which i paid around 11000/-
