I bought a sound bar with description " Soundlogic touchlight wireless colour changing speaker"
With description it's showing that it has FM but it hasn't. Though apart from FM it's good product but doesn't fulfill my requirement.
So very next day I lodged the return request.
As I receive call from representative he rudely talked to me and said that I have seen wrong specifications.
No further communication happened. The product is under warranty.
Is this the way Flipkart shall treat their customers?
When can I get refund?

      I have given my experience which iam facing in Flipkart and wrote a review about you in playstore.Because i completely lost trust in you.Earlier i like flipkart a lot but now it had changed to worst.You don't care about customer satisfaction.Customer is completely dissappointed with the services or quality from flipkart.I bought Redmi note4 trusting flipkart but they never fulfilled my expectations.Worst phone i have ever used.This is my experience after Usage of 5 days of my mobile.You don't care about customers.I haven't received a proper Resolution till date.You have been very Reckless and took anything as granted.Customers are pillars to any business but you don't show Politeness or minimum respect to customers.Customer support is very careless.They are meant only to pass our time by giving ridiculous answers which never provide Resolution.Iam the one who felt buying Unnecessarily from Flipkart.Flipkart seems like FakeKart and you are fulfilling that tag.In any business trust is important but you don't have minimum of it.Every penny from customers pocket which he had earned may be worthless to you, but We are of lot of Values.Businees is not playing cheap tricks or cheating customers, it is type of Reaching customer.R unning an online portal is possible with everyone but Happiness of customers is very important when you serve them.Stop stealing the money of customers by sending fake, defective and useless products.It doesn't mean business.It means cheating yourself.Dont think and underestimating the customers.you are here in a position because o[censored]s.Reach on [protected] for further information.Give Better services and Answer our concerns.Dont try to manipulate the customers.Flipkart became a chain business by cheating everyone.Run with values but don't give false information and fake Terms .

      I also order lenevo k 5 note 4 gb 32 gb varriant @9499 in a offer of flat 3000 off and paid by credit card (OD[protected] but the same was not dilevered on the due date that as 12 jul 17 and a msg received that delivery date extended for two days now it will deliver on 14 jul 17...but when I checked in flipkart my order I was surprised that the order was cancelled and blamming the customer that customer rejected...were no single msg or call given to me and no confirmation by flipkart before cancelling the order..now they had sent a message that sorry that your order is canceled by the seller by mistakely they listed the wrong price list.what to do...???? FLIPKART SHAME..?????

        Note 4 ब्लैक लिया है जिसमें माइक ख़राब होने के कारण आवाज ठीक से नहीं जाती। शिकायत के बाद मुझे दूसरा मोबाईल दिया गया । बदले गए मोबाइल में भी mic ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा। शिकायत के बाद चेक करने इंजीनियर आया उसने mic ख़राब होने की बात कह कर रिपोर्ट flipkart को भेज दिया, इसकी एक कॉपी मेरे पास भी है। अब flipkart मोबाईल बदलने से मना कर रहा है। जो करना है करे कह कर कोई आगे बात नहीं सुन रहा मैं आपने को ठगा हुआ महशूस कर रहा हूँ.।

        11 अपैल के के बाद हमारी कोई बात नहीं हुई।flipkart का कहना है हमारे इंजीनियर ने जो रिपोर्ट भेजी है उसके अनुसार mic को ठीक कर दिया गया है और ओके रिपोर्ट भेजा गया है। हमने कहा इंजीनियर ने जो रिपोर्ट भेजी है उसकी copy मेरे पास है तो filipkart nodal ऑफिसर ने उसकी कॉपी ईमेल करने को कहा मैं ने कॉपी send कर दी। बाद में जबाब आया आपने जो कॉपी भेजी है वो हमारे रिपोर्ट से मैच नहीं करता। इस लिए को मदद नहीं कर सकता। हमने कहा जो रिपोर्ट आपको भेजी गयी है उसकी कॉपी मुझे भेजिए तो filikart इंकार कर गया।जबकि इस दौरान मेरी बात उनके इंजीनियर से हुए उसका कहना है जो कॉपी आपके पास है वही रिपोर्ट भेजा हूँ । मेरे पास सभी सबुत सुरक्षित है।

          I took leeco le2 mobile from flipkart on 29 Oct 2016 and it got stopped getting charged on January 2017. past 3 months it not working n there r no service centre to repair it I have a warranty for it n flipkart it no giving me replacement or returning my cash. I have spend 13000 on it and I am not getting any feedback from them. Flipkart telling to contact brand n when I contacted brand customer care they are telling me to wait for 4 months as there are no service centre presently. If now also flipkart not returned my money than I wil go to consumer court.

                Thanks for sharing your email address. This is a long letter; just want to
                make sure I am communicating everything. Though there is gist at bottom, if
                you would rather skip.

                I bought a laptop and few other things in 23rd March, 2017 with 10 days
                return policy and clearly was mentioned in product description that
                supported operating system windows 7 64 bit. After receiving laptop we
                tried to install Windows 7 64 bit through different -2 bootable OS 7 USB/CD
                ROM, I realized that laptop does not support windows 7. I investigated the
                problem at my end and also talked to Lenovo service center found that this
                model Lenovo laptop does not support windows 7.

                I reported this problem for refund within 10 days as per policy and talked
                to customer support. but always rejected my return request just saying go
                to Lenovo service center as we can?t do anything, just let us know if
                flipkart can?t do anything then why you placed 10 days return policy even
                we placed return request for right reason as flipkart not delivered correct
                product which not match product description.

                I am also an IT engineer working Ministry of Home affairs, I Know all the
                way to install windows operating system which is our regular task, I tried
                all way to install windows 7 operating system with your delivered laptop
                seems always does not support.

                Please tell me what is my mistake that I will not get return/refund if you
                delivering faulty/wrong products to us, should I go through all legal and
                media process to get it resolve?

                Flipkart is good name in market and I am also regular buyer from flipkart,
                I have also seller account on flipkart, first time feeling very ridiculous
                response from flipkart, which rise question to flipkart
                reputation/commitments?

                I decided that enough is enough and now I want to be compensated. If
                flipkart is giving ?return guarantee?, it has to honor it. And I decided to
                not co-operate no more with you guys, I need my refund and pick up the
                laptop soon, I don?t want more question/answer session on that.

                There is no way I can trust an organization like that. I understand this
                can be one of case, but there is no way you can affect someone like that
                and still not ready to compensate appropriately.

                In a gist ?

                1. Flipkart guaranteed 10 day return/replacement, which it did not honor.

                2. Customer staff kept giving me incorrect information, on purpose

                3. All in all it wasted more than 20 days of my computing time.

                I am an entrepreneur/service man, like you. You can understand how much
                precious computing time is when you are about to start a new venture. I
                wasted 20 days. I am completely snowed under now, late with all necessary
                business stuff. My reputation is down the drains, as I have not been able
                to keep up with promises. And that?s a huge huge opportunity loss.

                Tell me what I should do? Should I just take the refund and go away? Or
                isn?t it my duty as a consumer to make sure businesses is penalized when
                they do something like this and fight for that?

                      I bought a mobile phone on 28.02.2017, They Send the product other than the colour what i had orderd, and after some time Mobile got some problem then the service center says that ptoduct is used and warranty peroid is over. Now flipkart is not taking any action and totally denied.
                      They are saying that we give only 10 days replacement policy but that policy is only for geninune products but in my case product is already used and warranty period is already elapsed. This is very much disgressful that i paid for new phone and i got used product more than 1 year used product. now my faith is totally ruined from flipkart, i shall never buy any thing from this platform.

                          I have received a feather baby bath from flipkart on friday. As i opened it was damaged and is different from how it looks while purchasing the product. I received the product damaged and has scretches al over his body... When i contact them they said they will exchange the pdoduct and then msg came that seller is not able to provide the exchanged product. Neither they are exchanging it nor refunding my money.

                              I tried to make payment of ₹11549 to flipcart on 5 april using my debit card.
                              I received single OTP on my number but when i entered it then my account was debited twice for the transaction.
                              After that i contracted hdfc bank regarding the issue but they said that amount has been transferred to flipcart successfully.
                              After that i called flipcart and they promised to solve this case within 24 hours but a week has been passed but still flipcart is saying that issue will take 24 more hours and are falsely promising me.
                              I request you to please solve my issue otherwise i will be forced to take a legal action.

                                this product(mobile) has lots of issues in it.I raised return request on the next day of I received the product itself.Executive told me that only replacement is possible.I agreed.When I call after 2days, again executive frm flipkart said that from the seller side itself they cancelled replacement option.only return is possible.even i agreed for that. In ease of doing return, i provided my account details.and person confirmed of vocally for return of the product.
                                still nobody didnt come to pick up the product, again i called to flipkart. this time they said that they cancelled the return now. and replacement s activated. and the same person advised me to cancel the replacement request that moment. so that i will be avail of the return of the product.
                                Finally, today when i call and ask, very good irresponsible executive says that both the options are unavailable for me. so if I want i need to go service center of the product which I bought and do it by myself.
                                when I call second time in the same day today, one more executive says my product will be avail for replacement after 4days. so again I need to call them back on 15th April.

                                What is the solution for this?
                                Why each person is giving different information?
                                its loss of my money and my time.
                                I need right answer from the flipkart team and also need my money to be refunded

                                  I ordered Envent livetune wireless earphone on 8 Apr 17, i got it next day but it was defective and accessories were missing from the box, i ordered replacement nd i got the replacement next day but again the earphone was broken and accessories as mentioned in the label were missing... finally i requested refund... This incident clearly indicates that Shreyas Pvt Ltd is not bothered about customer even when they replaced the product... STRICT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THE DEFAULTERS bcoz just coz of their negligence and Unprofessionalism i had to suffer lot of inconvenience...
                                  Such companies license should be seized coz they spoil the name of Flipkart.

                                  I request acknowledgement from Flipkart regarding the action taken for my complaint against shreyas pvt ltd, nashik.

                                    This is regarding worst service support by @flipkart support team on my flipkart account block issue which contains Rs. 4900 gift voucher. For this issue i am continuously trying to get in touch with [protected]@flipkart.com but they are not willing to revert any of my email. I always prefer flipkart just because of their customer support but in such matter how you could pull your hands also, without prior notice how could you block my account along with gift voucher.

                                    This is really a harassment from flipkart as you are not only reverting to emails but also giving lame excuses for blocking.
                                    I want the gift voucher refund to be processed ASAP.

                                      I ordered this product on 27th February 2017and i received this on 3rd march 2017, but the phone was having battery issue so i created a replacement of this product which took 25 days to get it to me . 28th march 2017 i got the replacement product but the touch was faulty of this product, i tried to troubleshoot shoot the problem myself but it didn't work so i again created refund of my product on 28th march itself .
                                      But till the date 10th april 2017 pickup has not been made and i was promised on call that I will get my refund if the pickup doesn't take place before 5th april 2017. But when i complained them regarding this thing they deactivated my flipkart account and cancelled my pickup and told me that i will never get to return my product and i am bound to keep that product as they are not responsible for this. Please help me regarding this, initiate my refund or reverse pickup my mobile

                                        I am Yash Jain having account on your flipkart.I have purchase a product named Beetle Solid Single Breasted Party Men's Blazer it Order ID: OD[protected]. But now i m not able to return it because on my account its metioned that it is already return.I m communication regarding this problem to your concerned team since 10 march, but didn't find any solution.The thing i able to understand after talking to filpkart is a missing complaint was filed on 23 feb but it wasn't me who have filed that complaint.
                                        And I am not getting on what basis you have refunded him.I am a customer who have purchased the product and now i have to return it and i am having a product with its invoice and all.
                                        I am not getting any solution from last month, so please reply as soon as possible.
