Product delivery date is 20 feb 2017. order id : od[protected] very poor service and this is not there flipkart work as i trust. this is my product and Flipkart care don't solve this issue yet but server or officer just blocked flipkart account so he can't get refund or original product which he deserves and your care don't resolve it because Flipkart account was not connected with mail id only manage with mobile number so product update not receive via mail id and now customer care tell you cannot able to unlock your id and not we deliver product it's not our fault and you can't get refund without unlock your id. so who is responsible for this empty product this is all flipkart concerns we deserve original product.I already mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response. I tried many time to cstoer helpline but they finally they refued to help me and said we not help you coz we can not take responsible for this.I request to flipkart please don't hide it or ignores this and solve this issue.i share this video youtoube fb and all filbekart social handal ntill i get origanal produect.

    I ordered two beds which were delivered on 14th March and my Installation was scheduled on 18th March by Jeeves.I kept on calling Jeeves and they provided me with different timings.But nobody turned up.One of the managers also promised that we will do the installation next day.
    But today also noone has provided me with any update.What kind 0f service is this!!This is pathetic and disheartening when you guys are advertising about services.

    All my calls are recorded and if the installation doesn't happen by today I will be forced to file a legal complaint against youbto consumer court.

      My Name is Subhash Kumar Mukherjee. I am resident of Flat No. 4RA-4/6, Purbachal, Phase-II, Sector-III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700097.

      I had ordered a Apple iPhone 7 Plus (Gold, 128 GB) on 16th March 2017 vide Order Id OD[protected]. Original value of the product was Rs.77, 900. I availed an Exchange offer against my existing iPhone 6 (Gold, 64 GB, IMEI No. XXXXXXXXXXXXX) for the same purchase and got a discount of Rs.21, 500. I also got a Promotional discount from you (flipkart) for upgradation from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 of Rs.4, 100. As I wanted to receive the new phone earliest so requested for a quicker delivery facility by paying Rs.90 extra. And there were a pickup charge for my exiting iPhone 6 i.e. Rs.100.

      After adjustment of all above mentioned amount a sum of Rs. 56, 590/- was due to confirm the order, which I paid through my Axis Bank Credit Card No. ending with XXXX. As it is a big amount I opted for 24 month EMI option and paid the money. After successful confirmation of the oder I got the information that my New iPhone 7 will be delivered to me on 18th march 2016 by Ekart Logistics vide AWB/Ref/Tracking No. FMPP[protected].

      The prime reason to describe the above is Today i.e 18th March 2016 I received a message at 13.20 hrs from AM-EKARTL that my shipment is out for delivery and it will be delivered on successful pickup of the exchange item before 9PM. I rushed home from office to received the shipment as Sector-V is very near to delivery address and was waiting for Delivery Executive.

      I received two messages one at 13.51 from DM-EKARTL and 2nd at 14.07 hrs from BH-EKARTL that "Sorry, our E-Kart executive was not able to reach you on phone for shipment FMPP[protected]. Please reach out to the executive on [protected] with pin 130 -valid only for today".

      I called the number mentioned in the message and talked to the executive. He said he knows the address and will reach my place within 10-15 minutes. The executive came to my address (Delivery Address) around 14.30 hrs.

      He asked me to hand over my old phone to him to check the IMEI number and the condition of the old phone. he checked the same thoroughly and handed over my new phone and asked me acknowledge the receipt of the shipment by signing into his device. I signed and completed the formality. I offer him the Box of my old phone but he said its not required and then he left.

      As it was afternoon time so I started my lunch at home after he left. At around 15.04 hrs I received a message from BZ-FLPKRT that "Our Delivery Executive is on the way to your location to deliver your product with Order Id OD[protected]. you can also track the status of your order at http://fkrt.it/cp7om!nnnn. Thank you!".

      soon after the above message the same Delivery Executive along with 3 guys came to my home and requested me to show the shipment they had delivered. When I asked them why? they said they need to note some details. On good faith I handed over the same to them. They took back the shipment and started discussion amongst themselves. I went inside to wash my hand as I just finished my lunch by that time.

      When I came back to them after washing my hand I was stunned and surprised that they were returning back my old phone with crack screen. They said that as the Old phone has a Crack Screen so they cannot pickup my old phone as exchange. When I tried to explain that at the time of hand over OLD PHONE SCREEN was OK. Not only they refused rather threatened me left.

      Now i would like to know from the authority of flipkart that "Now what should I do?

      After paying the entire amount to flipkart and completion of the entire formality not only I haven't received the New iPhone 7 plus (for which i was eagerly waiting) but also I have lost the fully functional old iPhone 6 (now i have the same with broken Screen).

      Will you please let me know what is my mistake? is it that i trusted your people?

      Please look into the matter with the utmost urgency and do the needful at the earliest.

              I received a damaged ifb dishwasher in 1st March and 4th March applied for replacement but couldn't processed it due to non availability of product then applied for refund but they are not doing anything on that matter today is 18th March I am really frustrated and my 28000 rupees is stuck in damaged product.please do something.

                My order is being rescheduled again and again while talking to customer care they said make a call from ur registered no ...now come on i have no balance in that sim...now first i have to rc my phone and then make a complaint...he heard all the story from me and atlast said sorry you have make call from that no...please just look into the matter ...i want my parcel as early as possible...enough of it

                  Recently buy a 2 days latter sumsang j5 first time charging problem and 2 nd time over heating problem... Flipkart can't refund my money... They called me and said one engineer will visit our home and resolve the issue... But no one can visit my home... They neither refund the money neither changed the different products. Only replace the same product

                    This is to save u all from the fraud that a bangalore based online shopping company named flipkart is playing with innocents customers. I am the flipkart customer got cheated the second time by this company by ordering product through online shopping. I received a product (Redmi note 4) which was a used one... The product i received has a dialed number of 1st jan... It has also photograph... When i saw the phone it has many applications already opened... I spoke to customer care they told they’ll replace the item but till today the item is not picked up back...
                    Spoke the different executive they all tell the same story but no shame! All lies! No truth! Past two weeks the game is going on the lies and the fraud, cheating, everyday a new executive a new excuse, it seems the company doesn’t care about its customers... The executives are so rash that they told me do whatever u want sir its your right... After all this i have sent them the legal notice... For which too they didn’t respond i am going to file the legal proceedings against the company and take my money back with interest whoever is reading this please be careful by shopping from flipkart i have become the victim of online fraud tomorrow you will be too for any query mail me at [protected]@gmail.com. Or join me on facebook to fight against the fraud flipkart company let’s stop this nonsense.

                        OD[protected] is cancelled with out my notice. when i called flipkart is saying that it is cancelled by seller.The reason I was told is, "it is a bulk order".but my order is not a bulk order . I have ordered only one mobile .This is cheating you are doing with customer. And other people who have placed the order have got the mobile .                         on 17th october, i ordered two things frm flipkart by cash on delivery method. the first item(a multiusable knife) was delivered in 4-5 days, but the 2nd item ( a flip cover whose promised delivery time was till 30 october 2017) created problems...today i got a message tht my order was cancelled by flipkart...hastily i checked d website in "my orders"...i saw tht the line said "delivery attempt failed" and "customer rejected the product"...neither i got a call frm delivery man...neither i cancelled it myself...how can ths happen...we trust on online shopping .. and thts why we order desired items...if these companies will do ths sort of low grade works...how can anyone trust thm !...I request the complaint board to solve the problem as fast as it can be solved.

                          I got a problem with my 5days old mobile.i had requested for a replacement than they said after 12 hrs their techinician will come and rectify the problem. After 12 hrs they made a call and said that the techinician had solved the problem ...No techinician came to me and I called them back and they are repeatedly saying the same thing that the techinician had solved my problem. But till now no techinician. Had approached me ...I had just 2 days to get my mobile replaced, after that mobile will be 10 days old and there will be no replacement.

                            I have requested to return the product Swipe elite mobile on 13th of March due to its performance issues and a girl called me and spoke in Hindhi, asked her to arrange a callback from a Tamil speaking person and she said she will do, till 16th of March no calls were made, I called the hotline by around 4pm on 16th of March and spoke to 3 different people and they said that they have some technical issues due to that they could not initiate a request for return, the they said that me to callback after 48 hours so the tech issue will be resolved, since I had no time asked to raise a manual request, informed agent to transfer to supervisor and spoke to Jacob, Level 2 escalation and Atul, Level-3 escalation and highest level of escalation possible as he mentioned himself and he said that by using his powers he will arrange a callback for me from the concern team within 2 business hours and also said me to callback within an hour so tech issue will be resolved, he said that on the 20th minute of my call, then I asked for a resolution immediately or a confirmation email he said to email to the customer service and he could not send me an email, We spoke about the issue for 1 hour and 26 minutes, finally I asked its more than a hour please check if the issue resolved or not, informed Atul that he requested me to call back after 1 hour and even after 1 hour still the issue is not resolved, asked Atul for compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused, he said to send an email and he don't have any power to do that, he promised me to arrange a callback from the concern team and also from him within 2 business hours, he did not called me and I did not received any callback from the concern team either.

                            Again I called in asking for the same issue and spoke to a lady and her Supervisor, they said that I need to call from a registered mobile number with Flipkart, informed them that this was not mentioned in any part of the website and in the Return and Refund policy and they kept saying that I have to call from a registered mobile number, Supervisor placed me on hold for 15 long minutes and at 40th minute of my second call he disconnected and went away.

                            Third time I called again and spoke to an agent named Beevi, who is so rude to me, he said that I SHOULD call from my registered mobile number to Flipkart, I asked him a question that is that mentioned on the website as a mandatory thing, he said no and he again asked me in a rude way that is that mentioned on flipkart website that you can call us from any number, which is really sarcastic reply which I ever heard from a customer service representative. And his supervisor and his supervisor, they kept on saying the same this that I need to call from the registered mobile number, the call went around 70 minutes and 18 seconds and they placed me on hold for more than 40 minutes over the call and finally that senior supervisor hung up the phone again, I have no faith in the customer service department, I spoke to a Center in Indore and Pune and all agents and supervisors behave the same.

                            1) Call back requested on 13 March 2017 was not made, where it can be solved at the first place

                            2) I'm not responsible for your tech issues when I called on 16th of March 2017 the request was not being raised and callback request was not processed which lead to my second call on the same day

                            3) It is not mentioned anywhere in the Flipkart website that I have to give a call from my registered mobile number to inquire or return my product, they did not even bothered to say me where it was mentioned in the website and they said it is not mentioned in the website but we do need that.

                            Inconvenience caused is to the highest level and ignorance is at the peak, very horrible customer service, I will publish the same on all media and forums, If you have doubt, escalate to the highest person possible, listen to the 3 calls which I made to the Flipkart and 3 hours is simply wasted with these idiotic people who could not process my request, I'm in extreme level of frustration and upset with the whole Flipkart team, I need the issue to be resolved by tomorrow and some one from the higher management to call me who have access to do anything.I'm wasting all my time to write this and I need compensation for the time and money whichever you guys took out from me and for the ill treated service which you provided.

                            Look at all these failures and call me back with a proper reply to avoid my further actions.

                                  I booked a redmi note 4 64 gb gold colour on 23rd feb flash sale after such long awaiting it booked and order confirmed but after 3 min the order cancelled automatically . Now i m not being able to book it again in flash sale.They are making fool of consumers how can a person book a order within sec.the flash sale starts once in weak at 12.00pm and all the product got sold out at 12.04 pm . if they dont have enough product why to put it on sale they are promoting their sellers for black marketing.

                                    I have requested to return the product Swipe elite mobile on 13th of March due to its performance issues and a girl called me and spoke in Hindhi, asked her to arrange a callback from a Tamil speaking person and she said she will do, till 16th of March no calls were made, I called the hotline by around 4pm on 16th of March and spoke to 3 different people and they said that they have some technical issues due to that they could not initiate a request for return, the they said that me to callback after 48 hours so the tech issue will be resolved, since I had no time asked to raise a manual request, informed agent to transfer to supervisor and spoke to Jacob, Level 2 escalation and Atul, Level-3 escalation and highest level of escalation possible as he mentioned himself and he said that by using his powers he will arrange a callback for me from the concern team within 2 business hours and also said me to callback within an hour so tech issue will be resolved, he said that on the 20th minute of my call, then I asked for a resolution immediately or a confirmation email he said to email to the customer service and he could not send me an email, We spoke about the issue for 1 hour and 26 minutes, finally I asked its more than a hour please check if the issue resolved or not, informed Atul that he requested me to call back after 1 hour and even after 1 hour still the issue is not resolved, asked Atul for compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused, he said to send an email and he don't have any power to do that, he promised me to arrange a callback from the concern team and also from him within 2 business hours, he did not called me and I did not received any callback from the concern team either.

                                    Again I called in asking for the same issue and spoke to a lady and her Supervisor, they said that I need to call from a registered mobile number with Flipkart, informed them that this was not mentioned in any part of the website and in the Return and Refund policy and they kept saying that I have to call from a registered mobile number, Supervisor placed me on hold for 15 long minutes and at 40th minute of my second call he disconnected and went away.

                                    Third time I called again and spoke to an agent named Beevi, who is so rude to me, he said that I SHOULD call from my registered mobile number to Flipkart, I asked him a question that is that mentioned on the website as a mandatory thing, he said no and he again asked me in a rude way that is that mentioned on flipkart website that you can call us from any number, which is really sarcastic reply which I ever heard from a customer service representative. And his supervisor and his supervisor, they kept on saying the same this that I need to call from the registered mobile number, the call went around 70 minutes and 18 seconds and they placed me on hold for more than 40 minutes over the call and finally that senior supervisor hung up the phone again, I have no faith in the customer service department, I spoke to a Center in Indore and Pune and all agents and supervisors behave the same.

                                    1) Call back requested on 13 March 2017 was not made, where it can be solved at the first place

                                    2) I'm not responsible for your tech issues when I called on 16th of March 2017 the request was not being raised and callback request was not processed which lead to my second call on the same day

                                    3) It is not mentioned anywhere in the Flipkart website that I have to give a call from my registered mobile number to inquire or return my product, they did not even bothered to say me where it was mentioned in the website and they said it is not mentioned in the website but we do need that.

                                    Inconvenience caused is to the highest level and ignorance is at the peak, very horrible customer service, I will publish the same on all media and forums, If you have doubt, escalate to the highest person possible, listen to the 3 calls which I made to the Flipkart and 3 hours is simply wasted with these idiotic people who could not process my request, I'm in extreme level of frustration and upset with the whole Flipkart team, I need the issue to be resolved by tomorrow and some one from the higher management to call me who have access to do anything.I'm wasting all my time to write this and I need compensation for the time and money whichever you guys took out from me and for the ill treated service which you provided.

                                    Look at all these failures and call me back with a proper reply to avoid my further actions.

                                      8 months back I bought Letv eco mobile from flipkart, now the Mobile is not switching on. I tried many source to switch on my mobile but I m not able to solve this issue. Finally I decided to service the Mobile by authorized center and contacted them.

                                      They asked the bill copy, but my bill copy was lost. I have only the order confirmation messages and delivery message with tracking I'd.

                                      Some one called and introduced he was from flipkart regarding my complaint. After few discussion, he asked the item Booked card number and details. I gave one my expired card details with new Vaild date, then he asked the CVV number. I denied to provide the detail and told him it's my privacy, then he suddenly drop the call.

                                        I have purchased a Samsung a5 mobile from flipkart site on[protected]. but today I went to samsung care for a mobile issue they told me it is out of warraty. but according to invoice it shows under warranty. Kindly take a serious action asap.
