Myself VEENA, I purchased a Panasonic eluga phone from flipkart and my email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com...product got delivered on Monday..since then I'm calling customer care but they are not responding...I received a faulty product...its touch is not working, very slowly getting charged and battery is draining very fast..Its getting hanged every time, very slow in processing...Touch of phone is aso not working...Team is not helping..I urged to return the product for refund..however they are responding..since one week I'm calling customer care ...I have written too many mails but no one is responding...plz help

    Hello,
    I have purchased mobile with Order ID:OD[protected] online from flipkart. There where some issue in the hardware from day one i have bought this, display was fading, fluctuating on regular period l. I have already made a complain to flipkart as well as Le eco customer care regarding this. Flipkart refused to replace that product and now Leeco has also stopped their services .
    Flipkart has delivered me defected product and now they are denying from this.

    It a humble request to you that please look into this matter as soon as possible. It would be a great help for me.Here i m attaching snapshots ..please look into this..

      I have received one email from flipkart on 07.04.17 that the seller has refunded &#[[#]]#8377; rs. 404.00 to my icici debit card on 24th march under the reference number : arn: 85215227083711081871777, this amount will be credited to my account in 6 business days and &#[[#]]#8377; rs. 404.00 to my icici debit card on 30th march under the reference number : arn: 85215227089712468343129. This amount will be credited to my account in 8 business days.

      They have also given me the email id of icici grievance to raise a complaint with the bank’s grievance cell. I have done that and not got any reply from my bank.

      I have not received both, the total amount of rs.808.00 till now.

        Received replacement of my Nike fission perfume today as I believed the last one was a fake one but to my dismay the same fake product was delivered to me again. 609 rs not big deal but wasted my time with you people. It would have been better if you didn't agree in the first place that a fake product was delivered and arrange for replacement than doing the same fraud again.

              I had purchased one hearing aid from flipkart worth 899.00. On the day item was delivered, I checked and found material was of very poor quality and no benefit using this device. So I requested for return and refund.

              Executive called me to clarify and confirmed the amount would be refunded in 5 working days. When I checked my flipkart account, then saw refund was cancelled by Flipkart without any reason.

              Now flipkart is just making customers fool and keeping money from them just showing their return policy. I will purchase no item from flipkart now.

                    I ordered this product on 17/03/2017 and receive the same on 23/03/2017. Unfortunately i was out of station for some period of time when i come back to my place and i use the product first time i didnt noticed that this is not original product because of hurry. Than i again use the shampoo i find something wrong but i take it lightly. After using it two to three time i realized that my hair got rough and dry and than i confirmed by a professional beautician about the product they confirmed the same. I brought two bottle of this shampoo because of offer but indeed i waste my money and my hair to got damage.
                    I want my money back.

                      I ordered this product on 27th February 2017and i received this on 3rd march 2017, but the phone was having battery issue so i created a replacement of this product which took 25 days to get it to me . 28th march 2017 i got the replacement product but the touch was faulty of this product, i tried to troubleshoot shoot the problem myself but it didn't work so i again created refund of my product on 28th march itself .
                      But till the date 10th april 2017 pickup has not been made and i was promised on call that I will get my refund if the pickup doesn't take place before 5th april 2017. But when i complained them regarding this thing they deactivated my flipkart account and cancelled my pickup and told me that i will never get to return my product and i am bound to keep that product as they are not responsible for this. Please help me regarding this just refund my amount thats all i want

                      Now a days Flipkart are doing the such kind of activities. If the customer asked Replacement / Refund for their defective purchased product means they would block the buyer and wont help them from issue. So again call them for replacement of defective product if they deny against your request means go for legal action with documentary proof which you have. But before making legal action through consumer court / RTI inform them about your move.

                        I purchased lenovo a7000-a mobile invoice number is on 8th April the product which was delivered is an used mobile and accessories were missed I file an complaint 9th April to flipkart about this problem the customer care replied that u better exchange the mobile or I'll refund the amount
                        I answered to refund it the customer care of flipkart accepted it
                        Today the delivery boy came to replace the mobile and he said the imei number is changed it is not our mobile which is delivered
                        How it is possible to change the imei number flipkart have cheated us

                        I am going to file a complaint in consumer court

                        I checked the imei number which is printed in invoice is belongs to the honor mobile

                          I wanted to buy Asus Zenfone Max through your app. but I couldn't able to buy. Even I couldn't able to log in. I have tried several times.                             I bought a mobile through flipkart. This mobile has so many problems like over heating, Spot on screen etc. As this product is in warranty period so I go to sony India service centre and I know about the mobile. I know that this mobile is out of India(Singapore). So sony India service centre can't solve the problem of it. So I want to replace this mobile from flipkart.

                            Why electronic items and mobiles are not available in patna? Even many things are not available in patna (800023). Snapdeal and Amazon are delivering products in my village also which is very far from city. Availability service is very poor. Products are not coming in Patna also then where it will come?                                     I ordered few products including micromab tab micromax canvas tab p70221 16 gb 7 inch with wi-fi+3g on 18th mar 2017. The order id is od[protected]. I got all the products in few days from fiipkart.

                                    I got micromax tab on 21st march 2017.. I faced a problem in micromax tab which is not charged and the tab is not switched on. When i plugged into charger, it is showing 100% in 10 minutes, when i plugged out it is showing 0% and got switched off. I tried with another charger also and the tab is not charging. Hence i am not satisfied with the product and raised a return request on 27th march 2017. My wife got a call from flipkart executive on 30th march 2017 (Which is a first delay from flipkart) and he asked details of issue. My wife told about the battery problem and he told that he couldn't replace as flipkart doesn't have a replacement product. Then he asked for a account details to refund the money. But my wife told him that she will check with me and update him. That executive told that he will call tomorrow (31st march 2017) and get the bank details.

                                    But we didnot get any call from that executive, so i called flipkart customer care number on 2nd apr 2017 and informed about the issue and other updates. Immediately i got a call from a flipkart executive (Girl) and she asked about the bank details. I have shared my bank details and she got that and told their team will respond by 4th april 2.30pm.

                                    But till today (8th april, 2017), i didnot get any response/refund from flipkart. I have called flipkart today (8th april, 2017) and talked to one guy saying all my story and he didnot respond properly for more than 10min and call disconnected.

                                    Then again i called flipkart and call connected to associate (Reena). Again i told all the stories to her, she told that i have to service center to repair the product since 10 days replacement warranty has been over. I told that i have raised a request in 6 days, your executive called and got the bank details, then why did you say suddenly the request can not be processed. I told her that i wanted to talk to you senior to discuss on the same. Reena told that senior is not available and asked me to call later.

                                    The concern here is worst experience with flipkart customer care that they does not understand customer experience and pains. They are only about to close the tickets.. Very worst service.

                                    Flipkart now a days become a worst platform to sell unquality products and cheating customers 2 out of 5 products.

                                    I am very much disappointed with this kind of online bad experiences and not happy to buy online.

                                    I just either want my replacement product or my money back..

                                    I request to help at the earliest.

                                        Dear sir/mam, I had purchased one Lenovo battery from Flipkart which got delivered on 1st April and the same day while charging it got burst, luckily we are safe but one of our bedsheet as well as my father hand got injured. We are following for this issue with Flipkart from 2nd April and till now they have not resolved the issue. Everytime we will receive message from Flipkart as well as their delivery partner EKART which snapshot I m attaching below.they only fix the timing to receive parcel and again they only will cancel. It's happening from past 10 days. Please help me out to come out from this issue.
