      Hello All
      I recieved a Flipkart Gift Voucher from my company Accenture. Now when i was trying to use it i see that this is expired by 3 days. when i called up the customer care guys they are not ready to renew it.
      They just want me to forget my money without even using it.

      I feel like cheated for no reason. This is not how it should be.
      This is very bad response from Flipkart and i am submitting this complaint to you to please take serious actions againts these companies who first try to be very good with their offers and later once they establish their market take people and their money for granted.

          TV Installation and demo is auto cancelled.
          Is this some kind of Joke...Its been 4 days product delivered..no installation and now I am geeing message Installation cancelled.
          Who told you to cancel this..? Have you reached the customer or customer cancelled from the website .?
          You have missed the cut off date for installation . In what way your going to compensate it and I want an immediate response. Its really pathetic that just for TV installation some one will wait for 10 days.

After i put return product thru app then they give pick up date. pickup date over still they can't pick up. After i make cal they told me give phone to service center i'm disappoint flip-kart service.

              I Ordered a product 'Syska Led Light 9W Pack of 3 With Free 5W LED (White, Pack of 3)' on '2 March 2017 10:03 PM' with the order ID: 'OD[protected]' Payment mode: Net banking.As per the schedule, order should have been completed processing and shipped by '6 March, 2017', March should deliver within '09 March 2017' to '14 March 2017' as processing didn't happen, I raised an incident with Flipkart, ID:'IN[protected]', To the reply for the incident, asked me to wait till the order is delivered.

              Today ( 09 March 2017) I got a mail saying as canceled:
              Message from Flipkart:
              We've just been informed that Syska Led Light 9W Pack of 3 With Free 5W LED in your order OD[protected] is unavailable with the seller. As there is no clear date when the Seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn't be ideal. So we've gone ahead and cancelled the item.

              I Waited for 7 Days and raised incidents but the order is canceled without my notice. My money is with the Flipkart for 7 days But no use for me.

                Hi,
                I ordered a XOLO ERA 1X -4G with LTE (Black and Gun Metal, 8 GB) mobile (OD[protected] and it got delivered on 1st March. The mobile has several issues –
                - calling functionality not working properly-sometimes opens and sometimes doesn’t
                - hanging issue-can’t call or receive call for hours
                - touch is very poor-lagging issue
                After experiencing all these issues, I realized that it’s a defective item and decided to return it (Flipkart has a 10 day return policy) the next day. But the delivery status in Track order section is showing as dispatched and not delivered till today making me unable to initiate the return (return option will remain disabled until the delivery status is updated by them) from my end. I called, mailed the Flipkart executives for return and they initially assured me of suitable resolution by 6th March. Now, today it is 9th and till now I haven’t received any resolution. Instead going through these painful experience while interacting with Flipkart –
                - Called them 10-15 times…every time have to explain the entire story to each customer care executive
                - Not even a single time got any call back from them regarding any resolution.
                - They are not answering anything about this absurd delay…only telling that there is some technical issue and they working on it
                - Not willing to transfer the call to the concerned dept and even if after several requests they transfer no one will pick up despite of waiting for several mins
                - Several times would disconnect the call midway when you are frustrated with ‘technical issue’ type reply and want to know specific reason for the delay
                - Will test your patience by suggesting you to restart the phone to solve the issue
                - Mailed several times to them but every time they are replying back by saying that they are working on that and would come back with a resolution…now they have stopped replying also
                Now, according to them, the status is showing delivered at their end. And hence, they are deliberately not updating the delivery status in track order for me so that I can’t initiate the return from my end and also the return policy time will get over by tomorrow.
                Being completely vexed and assured of their non-cooperation I am writing to you for your suggestion to solve the issue.
                Request you to please guide me how to get refund of my hard earned money from Flipkart.

                  I ordered a Selfie Stick Accessory Combo from Flipkart with Invoice date of[protected]. They claimed that the items are original, however, the Handsfree was found to be duplicate since it got damaged with in one month o[censored]se. I went to the Samsung Service Center & they did replace the Handsfree, however, it was again damaged within one month o[censored]se. Also, the Selfie stick is not working from day one & the third item I have not used till date.

                  I am not at all happy with the product quality that I received & would like to have my money back by returning all the items.

                  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY SUCH ITEMS FROM FLIPKART.

                    But when I got the product I was not satisfied with quality so I returned it .
                    But till then the gift voucher date was over now Flipkart customer care is saying they will return the amount in wallet but as soon as the money will come to my account it will get expired .
                    I wanted to buy another product but they dint help .
                    Seriously worst customer care .

                      Ordered a Lenovo Ideapad 310 on 13th FEB but received a Lenovo Ideapad 110. Applied for replacement on 21st FEB but havent received the actual product till now. Technician visit was scheduled by 27th FEB but no Technician visit happened till now. They all are extending the receiving date saying the problem has not been solved. But it has come to be a MONTH. If they cant replace the WRONG product with the original one then it is requested to refund the money soon. We cant wait for any more days. It is a product of Rs 47000. So please do not try to cheat your customers. I havent thought that this type of problems will arise while shopping in flipkart before. So kindly investigate the problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                      The same complaint has been filed before but they are not resolving the matter.

                      Flipkart is cheating customers with the help of RetailNet.

                      P.S.= Amazon.in is much better than Flipkart in solving this type of problems.

                        Hello, I've ordered a Vega flat hair straightener on 29th of December, 2016, the guy who delivered the product on 31st of December.2013 didn't give my extra money back and escaped. I immediately informed the Flipkart service but there was no response which isn't at all usual and i really feel bad for it . I'm really disappointed and not satisfied at all .

                            As per Flipkart's delivery Policy, the purchased product have to delivered in their mentioned address as to avoid some problems. Before dispatching consignment from seller we have to initiate the seller to ship the consignment to alternative address instead of ordered address. But u may notify the courier people to deliver the consignment to alternative address instead of ordered address before scheduling delivery. I[censored] informed before scheduling the delivery means they have to do the same. If not the would not do. But with mutual concern you both people may accept the delivery where ever you want.

                              It's really annoying by this flash sale of redmi note 4 64gb.
                              I hav been trying to buy this product from last 4 weeks. Patiently I wait on the dates given n the time. Have tried being before 12pm but n exactly on that time. But suddenly it shows as out of stock.
                              Today I have been wait 15 mins before to buy this product n refreshing the page n also exactly login once agn at 12pm but without getting buy options suddenly it reflects as out of stock, it's completely misguidance n cheating Customers waiting as per the timelines u have given. N also completely dis satisfied by this n also this 4 th time I'm trying to buy.
                              All hod n other stacks look into it n dnt play with customers patience level with this kind of drama n cheating. I am planning never ever to buy or use this flipkart online shopping website henceforth.

                              Dear fraud team, my amount is gone ni information n no confirmation..

                              Hello Team, I got a call from your team member from noida named sanjeev.
                              I would be able to help on booking this product for me, told to pay n within 24 hrs it will b delivered. I requested for cod he told there is option to pay 1rs from paytm n get delivery of product for cod option. Then he asked for validation n security deposit purpose to do enter all ur bank details n cvv no. I questioned why should I give all this secure personal details n why it is so complicated. Then he told two times 4999 n 5000 rs would deducted n agn within seconds refunded n within 24hrs product will b delivered, all this he did on the call. I asked still amount is not refunded then it will b in seconds but might take 24hrs also later on. I told will see for 30 mins n call back to same number.. He told ya sure.
                              But till now amount is not refunded or got any msg on ordered product(redmi note 4 64gb). Eve 4pm agn called that no.its rnr.
                              It's really irritating n looks like something fraud bcs of no confirmation n refund of amount 10k not happened. Is flipkart cheating a customer with wrong commitment n misguiding the customer I'm confused.

                              Pls help on the same n do the needful

                              Its real problem from Flipkart that most of the buyers are facing the same in recent days. I also loyal customer of Flipkart. But they are some time do like this in FLASH Sale. Try to make it as in your cart before starting sale. And log in to your mobile with your account and try to buy at the time of flash sale. It will help you to do purchase will not give the disappointment.

                              My 10000 has been deducted from one of the flipkart guy who called me giving wrong or misguiding that within seconds it will n refunded for product( redmi note 4) n then u can go for cod.
                              It's almost 24hrs till nw I hav not the amount or any order msg which he told online booking.

                                flipkart uses unfair policies just to sell it's items

                                it doesn't matter to them that what the customer is feeling or what is the allover experience of trading with them
                                they just want to sell their items as soon as possible by whatever means they find suitable to them and them only

                                the issue is about the ongoing flash sales of xiaomi redmi note 4

                                as they say that it's a flash sale which means that its a come first and get first system

                                but this is where it all goes wrong

                                the procedure to buy the item is that you add it to your cart as soon as the item gets in stock which is merely 1 seconds yeah you heard me right just 1 second

                                but somehow i managed to get the item in my cart in that 1 second despite all odds

                                and the next thing i see on my screen is the item is added in my cart but the item is out of stock

                                that's the unfair thing i was talking about

                                their current system is that they show a limited quantity of an item to customers and they don't even mind snatching the item back from a customer's cart to give it to someone else

                                whereas the system should be like if someone by god's grace and by luck has managed to add an item to their cart then the customer has the right to claim it

                                the company should reserve that piece for that customer and give the customer apt time to complete the next steps of the procedures such as address filling and payment.

                                And if the customer fails to do so in the given amount of time
                                then and then only shall the company be allowed to snatch back the item from the customer so that they can sell it to someone else.
                                That would respect the international rule of 'fair trade policy'

                                but sadly the company is not following it.

                                Because that is not a solution but just an extension of the problem so that the same thing can be done over and over again to millions of customers in my country..

                                  I was ordering Redmi Note 4 on 8th Feb 2017 & 1st march 2017 at 12 pm. Both of the times I successfully added the redmi note 4 into my cart. But when I clicked place my order after typing the text which was told to type it showed me the product is out of stock within 2-3 minutes of placing my order at. This has happened with me 2 times now. How can they remove the product which is in cart in just 3 minutes & say out of stock. At least there should be 15 min window to place the order. If even after adding to our cart we cannot buy the product then why are they wasting our time and making these inhuman sales. How can we place order within 2-3 minutes after adding to cart. I think this is totally unfair & unethical. Very Disappointed as it happened 2 times with me.

                                  Again today on 8th march at 12 pm I tried to book redmi note 4. Now again for the 3rd time it has happened that the mobile is in my cart but when confirming the order it is showing out of stock. Whats going on??? Is is soe kind of joke they are doing.. How can we trust these sites if they do likes. I am attaching a snapshot here which will show that the product is in my cart but in 1 minute after the sale has started they are showing me out of stock. how can they a give away a mobile which is in my cart??? Dont I have the right do order it within 10 or 15 minutes. Only robots seem to book those mobiles within 1 minute what about humans.. or the sales are fake??

                                      I have purchased Redmi note-4 mobile from Flipkart online shopping and I ordered the product on[protected] & Order Id- OD[protected] and I have received aProduct on[protected].

                                      When I checking the mobile, the MIC is not working properly .So I have raised the return request (Return ID:[protected] to Flip kart within return policy period of 10 Days.

                                      Flipkart assigned an Engineer to check the mobile based on my return request having any problem. The Engineer Who checked the mobile and he did the functional test. He captured problem in service call report and he was shared customer copy to me as a receipt.

                                      I checked the status of my return request for the respective order ID(OD[protected], And I am surprised that Flipkart has cancelled my return request without any information to me. Again I have placed the return request (Return ID:[protected] on[protected] and also I have spoken to flipkart customer service person and I asked the reason for Cancellation of my return request ID[protected].

                                      As per the Flipkart update, there is no issue in mobile and they are asking me to check with service centre . But service call report by Flipkart service engineer stating that there is a issue in the mobile. There is Controversy between Flipkart Engineer report and the flipkart customer service team update.

                                      Further to have a call with flipkart team for this issue and they have asked the soft copy of report to check the report update and the same has been shared to [protected]@flipkart.com.

                                      Flipkart backend team promised it will resolve 24 hours, today my return request again cancelled without any information (Return ID:[protected].

                                      I am looking for positive approach for this issue of my mobile replacement.

                                      As per the MI providing the Hardware Test application testing is not passing in mobile, Flipkart is assuring the mobile not having any problem .

                                      But Flipkart assigned engineer and checked the mobile and providing the report stating that mobile having issue .

                                      But i don't relay how the Flipkart Tech People is reject the return request and updating like report with there is no seal in report and there is no issue in mobile .

                                        Resolution: Spoke to the customer, he said that the specification mention in product page is Width x Height: 7.5 cm x 30 cm. But customer said that the product is almost 20-22cms in width, in spite he has received small in size, because the box which he received during delivery was smaller in size so the product inside will also be smaller. Hence, said the customer to wait for 24-48hrs of time to have a check with internal team so that we can check if the specification mentioned in the product page is wrong or the product sent to the customer is wrong. Customer had asked for replacement and after replacement also he received same sized product. Keeping the case for follow up and waiting for update from the team.
