      I had ordered one Sansui Air conditioner for home and it was delivered to me on March 04. From the same date I am running behind flipkart to get it installed. They gave one number of installation engineer and his phone is always switched off. Today I have talk to Navas from flipkart and he told he will get it done before 15th of March. So again I am waiting and lets see what will happen.
      Flipkart service is very worst I would like to say. Better try some other ecommerce company instead o[censored]sing Flipkart as the services are very bad.

        Dear Team Flipkart..

        Sharing a feedback for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

        Had ordered 2 phones Lenovo Vibe K5 note on 25th of feb 2017 which costs me around 26, 998.Amount has been debited from my account instantly..Meanwhile just in FUN i tried to check what is the status of my order after half n hour of booking as your SITE was showing if you ordered before 1 PM you will get the delivery by 27th FEB 2017.
        Surprisingly i saw at the my orders TAB that my orders has been cancelled..i was amazed how come it is possible.didn't get any msg or email regarding the same, i was shocked.Upon inquire to your customer executive i came to know that there are some laid policy in which a USER can't buy 2 sets of any goods and if he does so then that order will get automatically cancelled.
        After that again i did one more transaction for the same phone for one unit quantity for rs 13499.this time it has done well but i didn't get the delivery till 1st march 2017 but as promised by FLIP KART TEAM if you will book it before 1:00 PM you will get this on delivery 27th mar 2017..again that didn't happen..Meanwhile i had been confirmed by the FLIP KART EXECUTIVE that you will get it refund within 8 Business day.

        From 25th feb 2017 to till 7th of march 2017 it would be 8 business days..but i didn't get any refund till date.
        On 8th march 2017 i.e. on 9th business day i had called FLIPKART customer Service Again., I had a word with the customer Executive and the way he respond it is totally confusing and very hilarious.
        "He was saying that you have to wait for another 4 business day to get your credit back and when i asked why this long delay is goingincurred he replied in the most EPIC way 'Sir Due to DEMONETIZATION' It has been incurred."
        Can someone from your team please elaborate me how these both things are inter- related i.e.DEMONETIZATION and credit back of my money???
        Can Someone from your team pls guide about the refund guidelines as when i asked your Executive about kindly provide the refund guidelines on my registered mail., he straightaway denied and told that we cant provide you this on mail.neither he provide me any reference number for my refund transaction.???
        It's been 10 working days now..i had not given my credit back in account

        Last but not the least when i trace out my balance on my CARD i got to know about that the MERCHANT i.e.FLIPKART has charged me TWICE for the one transaction which was then successfully placed on 25th FEB 2017.
        Meanwhile my bank has started the refund initiative ysday itself and i will be getting credit back by tomorrow but i don't understand if a BANK can process this within 2 days then why FLIPKART is taking it too long.
        It clearly shows that when you have to get it you will do it instantly but when you have to credit back you will show NO MERCY to your customer.

        Such a Lousy and pathetic service you are giving..Hats off to you guys!!!

        Now taking an OATH that i will not purchase anything from FLIPKART and educate others as well.

          This complaint is vide Order ID OD[protected] which I placed on 2 March 2017. I received the packet on 8 march. when I opened the packet, it only had a box with nothing inside it. Placed 3 complaints eveytime told to wait for 24 hours and nobody replies. Also, my phone is a bit malfunctioned at the moment so if Flipkart wishes to contact me, I request to contact me via email on [protected]@gmail.com I need a complete refund at the earliest. also this was my first time experience with a NON FLIPKART ASSURED Product. Will never trust again. Only buy from Retail Net and WS Retail.

            I bought Nikon 5200 Dslr on 8 March 2017 from Flipkart.com.when I open that package they fool me in that pack there was only demo camera is provided of Olympia Japan camera and there is no charger no lens in that.i have complain to Flipkart customer care and they are taking hands up.they are not giving my money back.they are saying we give you a original Nikon 5200 camera.i also send them pics of my packaging.i am fully get frustrated and I am in tension they really fooled me.what to do now I am not getting any proper resolution from Flipkart.they avoiding me please help me frnds

                  Hello All
                  I recieved a Flipkart Gift Voucher from my company Accenture. Now when i was trying to use it i see that this is expired by 3 days. when i called up the customer care guys they are not ready to renew it.
                  They just want me to forget my money without even using it.

                  I feel like cheated for no reason. This is not how it should be.
                  This is very bad response from Flipkart and i am submitting this complaint to you to please take serious actions againts these companies who first try to be very good with their offers and later once they establish their market take people and their money for granted.

                      TV Installation and demo is auto cancelled.
                      Is this some kind of Joke...Its been 4 days product delivered..no installation and now I am geeing message Installation cancelled.
                      Who told you to cancel this..? Have you reached the customer or customer cancelled from the website .?
                      You have missed the cut off date for installation . In what way your going to compensate it and I want an immediate response. Its really pathetic that just for TV installation some one will wait for 10 days.

After i put return product thru app then they give pick up date. pickup date over still they can't pick up.                           I Ordered a product 'Syska Led Light 9W Pack of 3 With Free 5W LED (White, Pack of 3)' on '2 March 2017 10:03 PM' with the order ID: 'OD[protected]' Payment mode: Net banking.As per the schedule, order should have been completed processing and shipped by '6 March, 2017', March should deliver within '09 March 2017' to '14 March 2017' as processing didn't happen, I raised an incident with Flipkart, ID:'IN[protected]', To the reply for the incident, asked me to wait till the order is delivered.

                          Today ( 09 March 2017) I got a mail saying as canceled:
                          Message from Flipkart:
                          We've just been informed that Syska Led Light 9W Pack of 3 With Free 5W LED in your order OD[protected] is unavailable with the seller. As there is no clear date when the Seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn't be ideal. So we've gone ahead and cancelled the item.

                          I Waited for 7 Days and raised incidents but the order is canceled without my notice. My money is with the Flipkart for 7 days But no use for me.

                            Hi,
                            I ordered a XOLO ERA 1X -4G with LTE (Black and Gun Metal, 8 GB) mobile (OD[protected] and it got delivered on 1st March. The mobile has several issues –
                            - calling functionality not working properly-sometimes opens and sometimes doesn’t
                            - hanging issue-can’t call or receive call for hours
                            - touch is very poor-lagging issue
                            After experiencing all these issues, I realized that it’s a defective item and decided to return it (Flipkart has a 10 day return policy) the next day. But the delivery status in Track order section is showing as dispatched and not delivered till today making me unable to initiate the return (return option will remain disabled until the delivery status is updated by them) from my end. I called, mailed the Flipkart executives for return and they initially assured me of suitable resolution by 6th March. Now, today it is 9th and till now I haven’t received any resolution. Instead going through these painful experience while interacting with Flipkart –
                            - Called them 10-15 times…every time have to explain the entire story to each customer care executive
                            - Not even a single time got any call back from them regarding any resolution.
                            - They are not answering anything about this absurd delay…only telling that there is some technical issue and they working on it
                            - Not willing to transfer the call to the concerned dept and even if after several requests they transfer no one will pick up despite of waiting for several mins
                            - Several times would disconnect the call midway when you are frustrated with ‘technical issue’ type reply and want to know specific reason for the delay
                            - Will test your patience by suggesting you to restart the phone to solve the issue
                            - Mailed several times to them but every time they are replying back by saying that they are working on that and would come back with a resolution…now they have stopped replying also
                            Now, according to them, the status is showing delivered at their end. And hence, they are deliberately not updating the delivery status in track order for me so that I can’t initiate the return from my end and also the return policy time will get over by tomorrow.
                            Being completely vexed and assured of their non-cooperation I am writing to you for your suggestion to solve the issue.
                            Request you to please guide me how to get refund of my hard earned money from Flipkart.

                              Hi,

                              I ordered a Selfie Stick Accessory Combo from Flipkart with Invoice date of[protected]. They claimed that the items are original, however, the Handsfree was found to be duplicate since it got damaged with in one month o[censored]se. I went to the Samsung Service Center & they did replace the Handsfree, however, it was again damaged within one month o[censored]se. Also, the Selfie stick is not working from day one & the third item I have not used till date.

                              I am not at all happy with the product quality that I received & would like to have my money back by returning all the items.

                              I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY SUCH ITEMS FROM FLIPKART.

                                I bought this product using gift voucher .
                                But when I got the product I was not satisfied with quality so I returned it .
                                But till then the gift voucher date was over now Flipkart customer care is saying they will return the amount in wallet but as soon as the money will come to my account it will get expired .
                                I wanted to buy another product but they dint help .
                                Seriously worst customer care .

                                  Ordered a Lenovo Ideapad 310 on 13th FEB but received a Lenovo Ideapad 110. Applied for replacement on 21st FEB but havent received the actual product till now. Technician visit was scheduled by 27th FEB but no Technician visit happened till now. They all are extending the receiving date saying the problem has not been solved. But it has come to be a MONTH. If they cant replace the WRONG product with the original one then it is requested to refund the money soon. We cant wait for any more days. It is a product of Rs 47000. So please do not try to cheat your customers. I havent thought that this type of problems will arise while shopping in flipkart before. So kindly investigate the problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                                  The same complaint has been filed before but they are not resolving the matter.

                                  Flipkart is cheating customers with the help of RetailNet.

                                  P.S.= Amazon.in is much better than Flipkart in solving this type of problems.

                                    Hello, I've ordered a Vega flat hair straightener on 29th of December, 2016, the guy who delivered the product on 31st of December.2013 didn't give my extra money back and escaped. I immediately informed the Flipkart service but there was no response which isn't at all usual and i really feel bad for it . I'm really disappointed and not satisfied at all .

                                        As per Flipkart's delivery Policy, the purchased product have to delivered in their mentioned address as to avoid some problems. Before dispatching consignment from seller we have to initiate the seller to ship the consignment to alternative address instead of ordered address. But u may notify the courier people to deliver the consignment to alternative address instead of ordered address before scheduling delivery. I[censored] informed before scheduling the delivery means they have to do the same. If not the would not do. But with mutual concern you both people may accept the delivery where ever you want.
