I was issued Flipkart Gift Voucher worth Rs 2000 by my friend. I spent about Rs1250 from that card and the balance got expired as Flipkart say that the validity of the Gift card is 1 year from the date of issue. I requested Flipkart to extend the validity which they denied. So, I asked for Re-fund of my money that is NOT used from the Gift card. That also they denied.

    My order id OD[protected]. of Redmi note 4 32gb Grey fore return . Ekart Logistics executive pick up my parcel 25th Feb.2017 in morning at 11.55am. He checked the phone emi no. both sim. and all things was ok. at 4 pm i recd call from courier company that phone was not on. But executive checked phone at my home at that time phone was on and ok. On your site 4 pm showed that my return request was approved and refund will be return with in 2 working days. But Now on flipkart site is showing ph was not pick up.
    . i m sending you return receiving of courier company . please do needful as soon as possible. Please refund my amount.

      Greetings!!!

      Please would like to complain you about the Flipkart, that we buy on AC in an offer (Offer was free installation). But when they come to install they asked an amount of 2100/- INR.

      Now from last 7 days, we are in contact with Flipkart customer support and they are doing nothing only scheduling the installation and cancelling it. And this shows that they are forcing us to pay the amount they want and the offer was just a fake.

      Will be very thankful to you if you can look into the matter. My order number with Flipkart is - OD[protected]

        A hoverboard was purchased by us. Amount paid was inr 23, 999. The product delivered was different than what was booked (Inferior quality and changed colour). Additionally the product does not perform as expected and the battery has already failed. Repeated approach to the supplier directly has not resulted in any outcome, except delays and false promises.

        We request you to kindly get the product replaced or money refunded. Presented below is the log of communication with the supplier which will prove our position.

          My name is Santosh Devtale I had ordered a Redmi note 4 mobile online from flipkart. I received my order on 27/02/2017 but the mobile which i get is a defective mobile because it automatically gets shutdown. On 5/03/2017 I requested on flipkart for replacement. They rejected my request and said their technician was calling me but my mobile was not reachable. On 06/03/2017 again i called to flipkart complaint no [protected] for replacement they are saying me to send a return/ replacement request to them form my flipkart account. I think they not in mood to change my mobile. Now i am feeling that they cheated with me. My order no is OD[protected].

              On 4th march i got the dilivery of the product, in the morning when i opened the box and switched on the phone so its fluctuating and phone got shutdown after 10 minutes. I called to your customer care and had a word with mr mukesh (Senior floor manager) who said to visit apple store, my question is why i am going apple store on very first day, and second he said we dont have any other solution. If i am that much free so obvious i had bought it from local market only, i ordered this item from you just for convinience and u are denying to help me.

              I am pretty sure this is used phone which you have delivered to me and you have pathetic customer support team who dont have any resolution. Kindly take back this phone from my adress and refund the full amount on priority.

                  Date of the incident- 28/02/2017.
                  Flipkart has blocked my account and when I contacted the customer support over email they told me that I have an unusually high number of returns and so I will not be able to login to my account. This is totally false since I haven't even made a single return over my purchase history with flipkart. They are giving me the same reason again and again even when I am telling them that I haven't made any return requests. Then I contacted the customer support over phone and they told me they will call me in 2days and when I haven't got the call after 2days I called them again and they keep telling to me wait for two more days which is quite frustrating.

                        Recently I had received a Swipe Elite Plus mobile, and I have a battery backup issue and mobile becomes hot while charging and I had given a request to return the same, within a few minute a got a call from ur call centre, the person name Shankar Nath from Bangalore, he is telling, aap ko Samaj me nhi aa rha, Zara suno, samjo, I told him that I'm recording ur call, then he replying me aapko record karo jo karna hai karo, me naam Shankar hai spell karo, mobile raat ko charge kiye toh subah utar jaegi, what is this, really guys this flipkart service is pathetic, he is teaching me, wow great

                        I brought this speaker under flipkart assured (they say it's genuine seller-verified by flipkart) for 17000 rs, within 1 week of time it's started working like Chinese product.

                        An Indian company and they deliver fake product to Indian itself to get good revenue.

                            I had ordered a book - living and dying and instead received an old phone book with some contacts . It's consumer harassment . I have talked to my friend who is in Times of India and given the details for the same . I want proper investigation to be taken place why this happened .                                   My prepaid order from FLIPKART of 999 rupees which was shipped by DELHIVERY was out for delivery on 4 th of march, 2017.Not received any call from any delivery person.Around 7.30 got mail from flipkart regarding order delivered.immediately called flipkart customer representives.they was imformed me we are taking your complain and it will be solved by 9 th of march. What the hell is wrong with flipkart. after that i called them.n again they told me the same thing. Shut down your website if you cant track down whats wrong with your system even after 8 hours of complaining for a prepaid order. This is totally disguisting.hope flipkart will look into this matter soon.this is totally against customer rights.please deliver my product as soon as possible or give my money back now.

                                  Spoke to customer and resolved the issue...Refund already initiated..
                                  Order No.OD[protected] Product Cups & Sa/VV86434- Quantity- Six Cups and Six Saucers- Addressed to R. Jagada Bai, Advocate. sold by Unravel India, One cup is broken, the color of all the cups are faded on their ridge and there appears decolorised scars on all of the handles. The item broken is to be replaced urgently.

                                    Just 10 days back i have added Rs.5000 gift card in wallet to purchase something and it was added successfully. Once it gets added after that i was unable to use that so I have email to flipkart and they replied below:

                                    "Hello ASHISH,

                                    We'd like to let you know that your recent return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                                    I am receiving same response all the time whenever i asked for my refund of Rs.5000. I contacted over phone as well and they could not help me in this.
                                    Please help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    "This is really weird that I am asking about my refund of Rs.5000 and you replying me same answer all the time.
                                    I got you answer and will not use your portal for any purchase in future, even I will tell this problem to my friend, family etc. to don not use flipkart for any purchase."

                                    Just let me know how will refund my Rs.5000 which I have added in my account on 28 Feb 2017 asap.

                                      I ordered a san disk ultra 64 gb microsdxc class 10 48 mb/s memory card from flipkart (Seller: supercomnet) by using my debit card on mon, feb 27th '17 and in 1st delivery attampt (03mar) its failed and 2nd attampt the delivery boy call me 4 and 5 times due to i am in office i can not pick the call but 4th mar 4:20pm i frecived a messege from courior boy your item is succesfully delivered to you
