We have placed an order for Mobile in return for One Plus which was picked and broken by your logistic guy. we made the payment took the delivery shown the actual peiece working to your logistic guy.
Shame on flipcart who claims to be indian MNC with ethics has shown no respect for regular customer and damage done by their person not even ackonwldged.
we stopped buying therein afterwards from Flipcartbr...

I have received defect redmi note 3 from flipkart (Order id : od[protected] and then raised replacement request but the jeeves (Vendor) rejected the request without properly analyzing the phone. They have the recorded videos which shows that the phone was having a network issues and also internet issues. Refused to provide the videos to me. If a customer is clearly saying that he is not satisfied with the product and wants the replacement/refund,...

I am hymavathi, i had made an order for lenovo vibe k5 note Rs.11999 on 15th dec 2016 afterwards i cancelled the the item on 17th dec 2016. i received a message refunding of money will be done in 8 working days. But in my flipkart profile it is showing that "Refund successful! Rs.11999 has been remitted through original payment mode"and my order ID is OD[protected], but i haven't received any money from flipkart. Thank you...

Talking about Flipkart monopoly and unethical behavior towards seller.
Flipkart permitted to sell in the brand name aadtail. As a new seller I dont have any TM Certificate with me and even though flipkart allowed me to sell mobile accessories.
After 45 days flipkart support team blocked my listings immediately without informing anything to me. While asked they told me TM Certificate is required. At least they didnt give any...

I ordered nutty cashews online it was supposed to come between 31-5 january and they tried to deliver it on 5 january but we were not here and rhey talked to some random person near our house and they said they did not order anything.
The delivery guy assumed that he is the one that lives on this adress and returned the package.
We called to ask about the delivery status because the flipkart site was not making anything clear....

I purchased letv 1s moblie from flipkart, Even after 100% charging, the phone suddenly gets switched off, When the battery completely discharges and the phone is plugged in using its original charger, even after several hours of charging( charging light is on throughout), it does not switch on.
Currently, I am not able to switch it on, and the charging light is showing on, even when it is not connected to power...

We already informed about heating issue(abnormal heating) on phone and we are asking to replace that phone but we received no response.
