I have received mitribe A500 mobile through flip cart, when I insert the SIM card it is not working & if I search the network it is not searching & both SIM slit is not wirking, Am struggling from yesterday, what happen in the mobile I could not found & I called customer care they are not responding properly, I have received on 27-Feb solve this issue.

    I ordered redmi note 4 on february 22 as cod and the delivery date supposed to be february 25.in the mean time i saw the option to make the payment and i made the e payment. I received the product and the courier guy asked us to pay the amount as it wasn't updated in their server. I called flipkart customer care and they promised it will be resolved in 24 hours. Still it didn't get resolved instead they extended the date of delivery. Useless service. When you can't keep up the promise please ask flipkart to # off from the market and not to irritate. They are capable to resolve the issues instead they extend the dates easily whereas they don't understand the value of a customer. I booked this phone for my wife and that special moment has gone. Will never use flipkart ever. I hate their service. They could have easily resolved by informing courier person to deliver and they will take responsibility ensuring status update in their server. Such a useless service from flipkart. Never expected such #ing service. (Pardon my language) i am so irritated. Will ensure to spoil their reputation as much as i can.

      I have made an order to flipkart with order number OD[protected] for a book which costs me Rs. 190+ Rs. 30(delivery charges) = Rs. 220. By receiving the product I can see it is labelled as Rs. 150 cost price.

      How a product labelled as Rs. 150 could be sold for Rs. 190 ?!

      I need immediate adjustment of my purchasing price.

        On 1st March, 2017, I ordered 2 sets of redmi note 4 from my flipkart account. Payment was successful and order was placed. I got confirmation message and email stating that my order will be delivered between 6 mar - 8 mar.

        After this when I checked my order in my account, i was surpriesed to see that the order status is cancelled. Reason is:
        Due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order with OD[protected].

        If seller has to meet this criteria, why was I even allowed to place the order in first place. Also, this condition is no where mentioned in flipkart site or in seller/product profile.

        My amount is refunded but when I tried to place the order again, it was out of stock. the problem is, I have to wait for 1 more week now to order this product and I am not sure that next time also same thing will not happen.

        I tried to reach out to Flipkart Grievance Officer number which is provided in the site. however, I keep getting message that this extension is not available. This shows that they do not care about the issues faces by their customers.
        Also, mote than half of the complains against flipkart are still unattended.

              This phone never worked for me, from day one it hangs and freezes, no option to hard boot, cant take the battery out to restart, i had to wait till the batter drains out, it is too hot to touch, cant put in pocket, cant hold in hand, too slippery, drops out of hands very often. overall its total waste of 6, 999/- there are better phones available in that price range.

                    I bought office chairs from flipkart for Rs14000 (Order #OD[protected] and the one of the chair got damaged within two days. Two wheels of the chair came out. I requested for the replacement by sending an email to flipkart and a person came to repair the chair. He stated that if any damage happens to the chair this time the same will be returned and our money will be refunded. We trusted him & kept the chairs. The very next day the same wheel again came out.

                    The chairs are made of bad quality material. I have called and sent email to flipkart for return & refund. I always get a response that flipkart team will get back to us which has never happened. And now instead of returning the product, I am being asked to get in touch with the seller.

                    I bought the product from flipkart and not the seller directly, it is flipkart's responsibility to get the issue fixed. Pathetic customer service and cheap products sold on flipkart. I want the product to be picked up and need my money back.

                        I ordered Redmi Note 4 on Feb 22 and flipkart assured me delivery on or before Feb 27. Today is Feb 28 still my order is not yet shipped, it is in approved state only. Flipkart agent is telling the issue will be resolved by March 1 which is effective next sale date for Redmi note 4. I had an option to buy the phone from mi.com directly but I wanted the phone on or before 1 March so I choose flipkart. I wanted this to be a gift for my sister’s anniversary, this will be delayed. What is the use of assurance if that cannot be fulfilled? Everytime I have to follow-up for updates, I am not receiving any updates about delay in the product. I am cancelling my order and don’t even claim you will assure customer satisfaction. IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL PLEASE DON'T GIVE ASSURANCE.

                          What a pathetic service Flipkart is providing. I placed an order for Motorola E3 power on 21st Feb 17 but today is 28 Feb 17 & I am still without handset.
                          Mean while the order is out for delivery in Sector -110 noida & presently it is Ghaziabad Hub, What a great Automation & service Flipkart while order should be come in Noida sector 11.
                          These guys really sucks.
                          Today I call to the CCE & ask the status of my order, the same thing they repeat-It will deliver to you in 2 working days & when i asked them to transfer the call to the senior then after after holding 15 to 20 minutes call hanged up automatically.
                          I am attaching some screenshot for all the status of my order.
                          Please check that & let me know when will i received the order .

                          I recommend all the customer please go to any other E-commerce portal like Amazon India or Snapdeal instead of Flipkart if you want faster & on time delivery.

                            Sir, I ordered a smart watch(Maya DZ09) on 3rd February 2017 through my Net banking.. I received in 7th and I raised a return request Bcz o[censored]sed product, and product is picked on 9th feb2017 . As per there rules when product received then 4working days refund has to made but after called 4times then but not satisfied reply and on 22nd showing refunded on app but my account not created ...When I call and telling my problem they r telling from my side we refunded successful.. and they r telling to me to go bank and rise complement not get refund!!!

                            I don't know when I made payment successful then I received a reference no. Regarding Debit on my account right?! When flipkart is refunded then they get reference no na...

                            Y should I go bank ?! And put complent not get refund?!!!

                            Flipkart very bad with customers like this type of suggestions...

                              One day mobile deliver and after delivery when I start the mobile he continuing heating. But CO. Not replace. Flipcart customer service check the mobile through his software link smartchek, problem found but they tell me it's small problem but that small problem today make for me a big problem. Battery decrease in 30 minute and handset heating after 10 to 20 minute.

                              Smart check done in 5 min usage the batter drain for 2% and heating is 36 Temperature this is not above threshold hence we cant process with return as per policy.

                                I had 664 rs in my flipkart wallet. When I was to withdraw my money it told that please link it with phone pay so I did it.But when I linked with phone pay wallet all my money are gone, it shows 0 rs wallet balance...                                       I have requested flip kart to provide me refund for the product because of the delay in delivery and they have not initiated any refund regarding this.

                                      Purchase initiated by me was on -08 feb 2017 09 PM, I have paid online. After I escalated the matter on 23rd feb and then changed the status to delay in delivery, no tracking id was also provided before this not even now.
                                      They didn’t even bother to check if customer received product or not.

                                      Delivery still says - pending even after I escalated issue thrice from 24 to 26th nobody bothered to provide me any details. And they are not interested in providing me refund I have mentioned that I have already purchased somewhere else, still no refund initiated.
                                      Also I want to bring this to your notice they didn’t pick my call when tried calling again on my flip kart registered mobile number they didn’t pick my call they hung up.
