    I would like to inform you that day by day your service is becoming worst than ever. Please find below the status of shipment below, where you can find that Shipments are coming from Mumbai and the same shipment reached to Pune on 25th of March 17 but I am still waiting for the parcel.. Horrible experience with Ekart logistics.. I never recommend anybody to make any bussiness with you guys...

    Apart from this what I got your number from your website and other portals is out of service, what the hell you guys here for.. Please stop your BS services..

      This is regarding my below order:

      Ordered on 23th March 1:35 pm

      I was suppose to get the order delivered by 29th March, however flipkart's delivery parter : Gati courier failed to deliver it to correct Address (Gondia, MH) and took it to (Bhandara, MH). To my surprise when I received cancellation message on 31st March 2017. I had called to Gati and they promised they will get it delivered then I called to flipkart and they opened INC # Flipkart Customer Service for IN[protected]​6 and promised that backend team will look into this and assured that product will get delivered by 4th april. I was keep following and keep hearing Sorry and next is promise to get this delivered.

      Even we called flipkart and update that we will go and pickup the order though it was 120 km was away from home and they promised that we don’t need to go they will get this delivered. This promise were never kept and they never called back to tell the status. Simply saying sorry and keep telling that my money will be refunded, now holding my money for 15-16 days and returning. May be new way of making money that flipkart found. It is very easy for them to keep blaming the delivery partner however degrading quality is owned by them. I am looking for resolution here so no more can be fooled by them.

      Issue has been addressed the order was cancelled from the courier partner, customer asked for the compensation and request cannot be accepted .
      I have ordered LG 6.2 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (T72CMG22P) on 26th march 2017 . Money have been deducted from my bank a/c but on flipkart order page order is not place. pls do needful, either refund the money or else place the order.

        I order a redmi note 4 on march 29 from my flipkart account [protected]@gmail.com. It comes out of delivery on april 1. I didn't buy the product till 3 pm but i received a message it is delivered. I called the flipkart customer service and complaint they told you can purchase in next week the delivery person give that item to another one. So i didn't get the item on time i need my mobile.

          Am cheated and i loss my 4days salary due to flipkart wrong delivery information... From 28march to 1 april i took leave my company for the wrong product delivery information sent from flipkart and ekart (Flipkart courier partner).. Both team sent sms and mails to my mobile that the item will deliver on 28 march... It repeats on the next 3 days... Till now i didnt get my product.. I lost my 4 days salary which around 4000.. Flipkart is the reason for that loss.. They were cheated me.. I asked them to provide courier company detail and courier executive details.. They didn't provide anything.. So pls look in to this issue and force them to provide my loss salary.. Am attaching some sms which they sent to me... So pls do necessary..

                I ordered LYF Water 10 (16 GB) which was cash on delivery but when I got my product the product is defective like display is not working properly, charger is not working, sometimes touch also not working literally it's so irritating I am not satisfied with your servicing because your product delivery was also delay by two days.

                  I talk to customers care via telephonic and emails but not satisfactory answer by flipkart.. He every time said that your area pin not cover this product..                         We bought a game on 18th December through Flipkart (Order No : OD[protected]. The piece turned out to be defective and we asked for a replacement. The third-party seller would ask for 20-30 days for replacement and cancel replacement in the last week. This has happened twice.

                        We wrote to Flipkart in February for a refund - clearly informing them via email that the refund is to sent to our bank account as the credit card had expired in January 2017. They agreed but have refunded the money to the defunct credit card.

                        Refund amount is Rs. 2484.

                        Their customer service executive is never available when we try to contact them on toll free number. Last when we talked to him, he was very unsupportive and passed the ball in our court.

                            Hello I m nadira Ahmad a lawyer I purchase Lenovo k6 power and after using it one day ifound that it's camera is worse and the phone already have around 300 photos of someone who already used tis phone initially the Flipkart providers sold me a used worse phone it's a froud site they gave me a worse used phone in packed condition so that we can't blame them they are the worse online providers I have ever seen I usually use Amazon and they are best online sellers I requested Flipkart to refund my money I don't believe in them anymore on Monday I file case against them worst worst worst and froud sellers
                            Ye to new packing me old products sell kr rhe hain intact it's touch not working properly and phone started hanging in one half day yuk bkwas everyone should file case against Flipkart who all want to file case plz contact me

                              IMEI number not matching in Invoice I received from Flipkart.
                              I brought Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime 3 month back from Flipkart, I am facing headphone issue in that mobile. So I went to Xiaomi service center along with the print of the invoice that I received from Flipkart, there I found that IMEI number in mobile is different from the IMEI number mentioned in the invoice.
                              I called Flipkart care to resolve issue.
                              I never thought this kind of mistake could happen, so please check your invoice properly as soon as you received from any online retailers.

                              Recently from 6-7 months i am trying to exchange my nokia 3 mobile on flipkart. But there are issue with my iemi number i am providing correct iemi number but that says your iemi number not matching with your nokia 3 device...

                              But if i exchange other online shopping app like amazon there are successfully match iemi and device...

                              From last 2 months i am trying to contact with consumer care but they don't have enough information about this topic...

                              Please solve this problem immediately and informed me..

                                I ordered a pair of shoes online from Flipkart of size 8. And paid money in advance. Flipkart delivered me the wrong sized shoes(ie 9). Its a fault from the company's side and now they are denying the reversal of the product despite of several request. Now Flipkart customer care executives are mentioning that refund of money cant be provided while i raised the reversal within 2 days of delivery.

I followed up with Gati courier since last 2 days they r just buch passing the issue. I ws informed it wil b delivered the same day i.e. 31st march.then i was infrmed it wil b delivered today now today i got a call they are saying it wil be delivered on monday as your order is too heavy and we dont hav a vehicle to carry it. Wow such a good courier services you have hired which doesnt even has a vehicle to deliver my product.
                                    Hats off..i m desperately waiting fr the order n hav to face all this..calling up customer care wasting my precious time as well money on all the calls.
                                    I need a resolution to this..do u hire such a bad courier?

                                      My Name is Sripal Reddy and I have purchased moto G5 plus mobile on March 20 2017. Delivered Product is having severe overheating issues. I have raised for an immediate replacement request next day it self. Flipkart made 10 days time pass and rejeced the request. Now I am unable to raise return request again because 10 days completed. Flipkart cheating the customers here.

                                      Flipkart is only responsible for me if I had anything with this overheating phone.

                                      Now I need to replace the phone.
