        I have been sending mail to the company no of time since from 31.10.16
        till date but i am not getting any positive rply from your end kindly look in it
        as what are the necessary step pls take an immediate action against it
        as i get call from the tellcaller but when i call their is no positive responce its only after marking a mail the company caller but no body wants to resolve the problem.

          The item was cancelled due to non compliance of specification. The cancellation was done on 18th Oct, till date material not collected. Flipkart is now explaining courier will not collect in 700034 area. This is not acceptable. It is flipkart responsibility to deliver and collection.
          Please enforce flipkart to engage their courier as customer will not take responsibility of courier.

          Action must be taken with in 24 hours.

            I got a Blackberry Q10 from Flipkart on
            Order date: 24th Sept 2016
            Delivery date: 30th Sept 2016.

            My problem with this phone is with the charger not working and also BBM and BB protect not working. Rest of the apps like watsapp, facebook and mail works on the phone. I spoke to flipkart earlier they informed me that they have 10 days replacement policy and as my product has warranty for 1.5yrs i could speak to Blackberry customer care.

            So I spoke to blackberry customer care, they suggested me to visit Blackberry service center, when I visited the official service center which is located at Thakkar Mall Borivli west on 3rd Nov 2016. The representative there informed me that the blackberry which I have received is not manufactured in India and so the software wont support the phone and so they cant service my phone anywhere in India.

            I called up Flipkart customer care on 3rd Nov 2016, i explained the whole process which i followed also told them that I have bought almost 4-5 phones from flipkart and never expected that this problem would arise with the blackberry q10, also nowhere on the website it was mentioned that the phone has been manufactured abroad and blackberry India would not give support, they tell me that the complaint has been lodged and flipkart will get back to me in 24hours, the incident no. IM[protected], I dint receive any call from them. So i called them on 5th Nov 2016, i spoke there representative Dharmin, explained him the whole case. He tells me that I should speak to Blackberry customer care as they are not giving support, I told him the phone which is manufactured abroad is being sold by Flipkart is blackberry India doesnt support phones manufactured aboad why does Flipkart selling it and nowhere it is mentioned on the product page from where the product is and Blackberry India wont support. Then again he tells me that the matter has been forwarded to complaints dept and they will get back to me on 8th Nov 2016, the call reference no.[protected].

            It is completely flipkarts fault as they dont know what they are selling, how could they sell blackberry products which are manufactured abroad and doesnt have support from Blackberry India. They should be held responsible for this fake deal as they are just minting money and giving wrong products to the customers.

            Now when I go to my orders page on flipkart and click on Blackberry q10 page it says the following- Details currently unavailable

                I have ordrered a micromax cell phone from flipkart .
                order id-OD[protected].The phone is in the worst working condition .Its heating upto 60 degree and the speakers and touch are not at all working. overall i recieved a piece of junk . I asked for a refund on the very same day and was assured for pickup of my mobile. Then flipkart automatically cancelled the refund. I have asked for refund for about ten times and after being assured my request automatically gets cancelled. now they say that its been more than 10 days and i should go to service center. even the people at service centre are not accepting the phone saying its a replica(chinese phone). i belong to lower middle class background and i have been saving money for the phone for about 2 years. please provide me refund if it''s possible.

                  I purchased Nike Training & Gym Shoes (Black) with order no OD[protected].
                  It has hardly been 6 months the shoes have worn out on the sides of forefoot/toe. When I wrote to them about this they reply me that the issue is resolved and that next time such thing will not happen. Selling such shoes for Rs 5000 is cheating. Very poor product quality and service even poorer.

                    I have booked the Product : Leveno vibe K5 note on 01 November 2016.

                    I have received the message that the product will be delivered to me on Saturday 05, 2016.

                    But, after tracking the order which got delayed and spoken to customer executive, i have been informed and e-mailed that my problem (delayed in delivery) will resolve by 09 November 2016.

                    Please note, if the product will not delivered to me by today i.e. 05 November 16 as promised to me in that case for very disappointing service i have no choice other than cancel my order.

                          I had placed an order for LG G4 Mobile through flipkart. When I opened the package to my shock I see that the seal of the cellphone box was broken. And to my horror when I opened the box I see a big Stone in the Mobile Phone Box. There was No Mobile Phone in it in it.

                          Its shocking to see this kind of fraud happening at Flipkart. When I called the customer care, they say they will send a replacement and their seniors will get in touch with me. Until now i havent received any call back from Flipkart.

                          This is highly unethical and unprofessional attitude by flipkart. It is the duty of Flipkart to ensure that genuine products are sold to customers and not stones in the package instead of the Mobile.

                          I want my new LG G4 Mobile and I want serious action to be taken against Flipkart and this Seller RK Enterprise Meerut Registered with Flipkart.

                          I have attached the pictures of the fraud that has taken place as proof.

                          I request Stern action to be taken and a new LG G4 Mobile phone be delivered to me at the earliest.

                          Looks like My complain is on deaf ears. Its more than 12 hours now. Not a single response or call back from Flipkart. I have been calling them continuously since morning and the only reply I get is please wait. We will try to resolve your problem by Nov 7th. They do not even assure of what steps are they taking to resolve the matter.

                          Its ridiculous response, as I have paid full amount of Rs.26000 almost 12 days back and Flipkart has delivered Stone in a box instead of sending the product I purchased from them.

                          Hope someone is reading this message and some action is taken.

                          flipkart is offering fake products like shop clues.even i received lumia 550 with a tampered seal.when i contacted the seller they were saying that seal has been tampered due to demonestation and as per government orders.i contacted the customer care and they said that it is not possible and they have refunded my amount.so think twice before ordering from flipkart..better go to snapdeal and amazon

                                I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi 3s from Flipkart on 31/9/16 and received it on 3/9/16.
                                Order no-OD[protected]
                                On 27/9/16 it suddenly went dead for no reason. I was not able to switch it on or charge it or do anything else as the phones cover is non-user removable. The phone had full charge. But it switched on again after 6 hours. I ignored it thinking it was a normal smartphone problem.
                                Then on 19/10/16 it happened again. This time it was irresponsive for 24 hours. I ignored it again.
                                Then finally on 22/10/16 it happened again. This time it was completely gone. No charging. Power key does not respond. Completely dead.
                                There was no damage to the phone in my ownership. I even spent extra 700 rs for cover and tempered glass. I took very good care of it.
                                This is a case of fraud where the phones back cover was opened and new hardware replaced with old or fake hardware before coming to customers ownership. The phone stopped working after one month. It is completely dead. It does not recharge. It does not switch on at all.
                                On 24/10/16 I took it to authorised Mi service centre in Indiranagar, 100 ft road Bangalore. There they opened the phone for the first time ever in my ownership. They said warranty was invalid as the IMEI sticker on the back and the small MI stickers on the screws on the back are both missing!! Under my ownership the phone was never opened except in the authorised Mi service centre at Indiranagar 100 ft road. I never gave the phone for third party service. So where did the stickers go? Why is my phone not working? Obviously someone had tampered with the device before it came to me and replaced the new hardware with old ones. In that process the stickers would have gone missing. So this is Flipkarts responsibility as the phone was tampered with before it came to me. The IMEI sticker is supposed to be on the battery on this phone model. But it was not there the first time the phone was opened. The Mi service centre is not able to give free service or give a job sheet or any other statement as this IMEI sticker is missing. They even showed me another Redmi 3s which had the IMEI sticker on the battery but my redmi 3s does not have it.
                                The MI service centre won’t give free service due to those IMEI sticker and MI stickers on the screws missing. They are asking for 150Rs for checking itself. And if the motherboard is not working then they will charge more which may go upto thousands of rupees. I received the phone with proper packaging and the box seal was not broken but the phone was tampered somehow before it came to me.
                                I already made complaints to Flipkart many times but they are not giving satisfactory response. I as the customer am not responsible for receiving a tampered product. Flipkart should take complete responsibity for this and replace the device or refund me.
                                I sent a complaint to Flipkart on 24/10/16 itself. On 28/10/16 someone from Flipkart called asking for a jobsheet from MI service centre. The same day I went for that. The service centre refused to give a jobsheet as the phones IMEI sticker is not there. It is the MI company policy. Even the phone does not switch on at all so it is completely not possible to get IMEI proof on the phone. They did not accept the box or the bill at all. They again asked me to complain to Flipkart. Even the manager spoke with me this time with and stressed that I keep complaining to Flipkart and even he told that this is a case of replacement fraud.
                                On 31/10/16 someone from MI called me and asked to visit the service centre again and that he’ll call at that time to talk with the people in the service centre. He never called again and I’m not able to call him back!
                                Then on 3/11/16 someone from Flipkart called me and gave some number which he said was customer complaint no. I went to service center again hoping for a solution but But the service centre people again said they are completely helpless as the IMEI sticker is not there in the back!!!
                                STOP SENDING ME TO THE MI SERVICE CENTER!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT???? THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP AT ALL AS THE IMEI STICKER IS NOT THERE IN THE BACK AND THE PHONE IS NOT SWITCHING ON!!! HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU GUYS??? THIS IS A PURE FRAUD CASE OF SOMEONE REPLACING NEW HARDWARE AND TAMPERING WITH THE PHONE BEFORE IT CAME TO ME!!! FLIPKART SHOULD TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR THIS!!
                                IT HAS BEEN 12 DAYS SINCE I COMPLAINED FOR THE FIRST TIME! I HAVE GONE TO THE MI SERVICE CENTER FOR 4 TIMES TILL NOW. YOU HAVE MADE ME ROAM AROUND AND WASTE MY TIME!! YOU PEOPLE ARE TESTING MY PATIENCE! IS THIS A JOKE TO YOU? IT’S NOT MY FAULT I RECEVED A FRAUD TAMPERED DEVICE!! I DON’T CARE WHETHER THE 10 DAY REPLACEMENT TIME IS OVER!!! SELLING A TAMPERED FRAUD PHONE AND THEN TELLING ME THAT TIME IS OVER IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR.
                                IF YOU THINK THE PHONE STOPPED WORKING BECAUSE OF ME THEN WHERE ARE THE STICKERS? THE PHONE NEVER EVER GOT DAMAGED IN MY POSSESION AND IT WAS NEVER GIVEN FOR THIRD PARTY REPAIRING! I TOOK IT STRAIGHT TO THAT AUTHORISED MI SERVICE CENTER AFTER IT STOPPED WORKING!!!
                                IF I COMLPAIN TO FLIPKART I GET SENT TO MI SERVICE CENTER AND WHEN I GO TO MI SERVICE CENTER THEY ASK ME TO COMPLAIN TO FLIPKART AGAIN!!! ARE YOU GUYS PLAYING WITH ME?
                                THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM YOU OR ANY ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE! YEAH THAT’S RIGHT!!! FIRST TIME!!! AND YOU GUYS DO THIS!! I SWEAR I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM YOU FLIPKART!!! I PURCHASED ALL MY PHONES FROM SMALL SHOPS AND I THEY SERVED ME FOR YEARS!!!
                                PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY AND TAKE THE PHONE AWAY OR AT LEAST REPLACE THE PHONE WITH A NEW ONE!!!

                                  I had order this le 2 phone on 2nd november and got this on 3rd november. As i started phone it automatically starts getting restarting again and again. Cant even go to menu tray.
                                  I had to give for replacement order within 10mins of purchasing the phone.
                                  This was a biggest mistake of my life to buy a phone from flipkart which don't even try to do a qaulity check of the product they are selling..
                                  I am really disappointed with flipkart and le-eco for such kind of device
                                  i am worried if the replaced product is also of the same cheap quality

                                    I'm apurba goswami a gd buyer in this site and last week bought a powerbank of SYSKA 10, 000 mah in your site dated 24th october but after 4 or 5 day's letter powerbank is not working properly .That time this power bank rating was good so that's why i bought but now 2 or 3 day's it's not working .so i'm launch a complaint .
                                    please replace this product.

                                      I had ordered two Moto G Turbo Edition (White, 16 GB) on 28th october 2016.
                                      but i got only one product, . one is automatically cancelled and returned by themselves on 1st November and another one is delivered on 3rd november. i ordered it on an offer price and i won't get it for that price now. I need the returned product too or they should provide me that offer again.

                                        I was a regular customer of flipkart from long back and was very satisfied with the service up to my last purchase of Asus Zenfone 2 (silver, 32GB) that I ordered on 3/10/2016 the order number being OD[protected].

                                        The item was delivered on 6 Oct. 2016, I reside in Noida and since the delivery of the item was not open for the Noida I had to order it at my friend's place in Parpatganj New delhi.

                                        I picked it up from Parpatganj on 8 Oct and checked it by inserting the SIM I was using at that moment, the phone could not detect the SIM in its primary slot and I thought that there is a problem with the SIM so in took one day to get the new SIM card. After inserting the new SIM the results were same and after that I checked the phone with various SIM cards of my known people but everytime there was no signal found or if the signal came it was only for few minutes.

                                        The second issue was that on dialing any number the screen got totally blacked out and took much waiting period before it started to act.

                                        I finally decided to return the ASUS Zenfone as it was a defective piece and I posted the refund request on 11/10/2016 which was within the return request valid time period of 10 days.

                                        That was the day[protected] and up till today, each day I am corresponding with the customer care of flipkart for resolving my issue but the condition remains the same.

                                        I simply want to to return the phone and get the refund in my account for the defective phone.

                                        Return request posted on 11/10/2016:For the first time the technician visit was scheduled and we mentioned our Noida address in the place which gave us the option to change the address for the return scheduling through the website.

                                        The technician visit was scheduled on 14/10/2016 but he did not turn up denied to attend us just because the address was different from the delivery address.

                                        I received a mail on 16/10 that technician visit was completed and refund is initiated and the matter will be solved latest by 22/10, then the date extended to 24/10 later when we again reminded on 24/10 we were told that it will be done till 27/10.

                                        Suddenly, I received a mail telling that they could not arrange the things at our Noida address so we will have to make the phone available at the delivery address and the return request was cancelled.

                                        So, left without any option we dropped the phone at the Parpatganj address and informed the customer care executive to proceed on our case, no action took place only we got fake assurance of action being taken each new day.

                                        Again and again we reminded for the pickup and everytime we told the CS people that phone has been dropped at the delivery address.

                                        Finally the return request was once again accepted by flipkart and again the process started on 3/11/2016 that is yesterday (after whole one month of purchase) and the technician visit was scheduled for 5/11/2016.

                                        Still the unfortune did not leave us and in the evening yesterday we received a message that the technician visit has been cancelled and I received SMS on my no.[protected] that the technician visit has been cancelled and the next SMS saying that the pickup has been cancelled "since we want to keep the phone".

                                        Do you think I am mad that after whole one month of mental torture that I had to bear I will say that I want to keep the defective phone with me, please show me a single text or audio clip where I have said that I want to keep the phone.

                                        Is this is the credibility of Flipkart? is this how you people have started harassing your customer, may be for you this is a joke but for me Rs.9, 999.00 is a big amount and I seriously need my money back.

                                        Please take a quick action to resolve this matter at the earliest.

                                        Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. On checking the records we found that the refund has been given.

                                        So closing the case.
                                        I have ordered a mobile phone on 23rd Oct 2016. The phone received os not as per specification given on net. There is no battery backup. I just want to return the phone. I am calling customer service from 5 days but there is no positive response from the people.
