Hi sir..I purchased redmi 3s prime mobile by flip cart and I got it on 8th Oct 16..it is good mobile I'm satisfied to this handset but I found one major problem in this handset when I using mobile phone sometimes it's restarting automatically.. It's automatically getting off and on..what should I do please give me guidelines for further action.my mobile is in guarantee period...

I called to your customer care centre. Your flipkart exectuive though listen and understand my problem but not reacted or not taken any action on it.
Basically my problem was i entered wrong mobile number by mistake in making my final order. So as i want updates on my phone instead of mails and also i want that your delivery Boy give me a call if he not found me on my address as the parcel was already paid. So i dont want to take risk...

This is Venkatesh working as Assistant Professor at Manipal University Jaipur. I have placed an order no: OD[protected] on dated 3rd October 2016.. As per date 13th Oct 2016 on the given logistic service ( ekart logistics) shows “Received at Jaipur Hub”. But no one come for the delivery, when I contacted the customer care they said delivery date is 15th Oct 2016 so wait till then.

I booked, iPhone 7 on 5th Oct, They promised to deliver on 14th Oct.

I follow up to flipkart customer care on before 14th Oct. Executive responded that we assure you that your order will surely deliver on 14th Oct.

On 14th Oct, checked on Flipkart track order, no progress and finally they cancelled my order.

They are using my money since 5th Oct, not paying interest, returning...

Very poor customer satisfaction.i have launch a return request to flipkart and they confirm my return.they told me that the pick up of my product will be processed on 13th oct but the respected pickup man arrive on 11th oct and without picking up my product he returns and update the status that we have decided to keep the product with us.
