I got a Blackberry Q10 from Flipkart on

My problem with this phone is with the charger not working and also BBM and BB protect not working. Rest of the apps like watsapp, facebook and mail works on the phone. I spoke to flipkart earlier they informed me that they have 10 days replacement policy and as my product has warranty for 1.5yrs i could speak to Blackberry customer care.
So I spoke to blackberry customer care, they suggested me to visit Blackberry service center, when I visited the official service center which is located at Thakkar Mall Borivli west on 3rd Nov 2016. The representative there informed me that the blackberry which I have received is not manufactured in India and so the software wont support the phone and so they cant service my phone anywhere in India.
I called up Flipkart customer care on 3rd Nov 2016, i explained the whole process which i followed also told them that I have bought almost 4-5 phones from flipkart and never expected that this problem would arise with the blackberry q10, also nowhere on the website it was mentioned that the phone has been manufactured abroad and blackberry India would not give support, they tell me that the complaint has been lodged and flipkart will get back to me in 24hours, the incident no. IM[protected], I dint receive any call from them. So i called them on 5th Nov 2016, i spoke there representative Dharmin, explained him the whole case. He tells me that I should speak to Blackberry customer care as they are not giving support, I told him the phone which is manufactured abroad is being sold by Flipkart is blackberry India doesnt support phones manufactured aboad why does Flipkart selling it and nowhere it is mentioned on the product page from where the product is and Blackberry India wont support. Then again he tells me that the matter has been forwarded to complaints dept and they will get back to me on 8th Nov 2016, the call reference no.[protected].
It is completely flipkarts fault as they dont know what they are selling, how could they sell blackberry products which are manufactured abroad and doesnt have support from Blackberry India. They should be held responsible for this fake deal as they are just minting money and giving wrong products to the customers.
Now when I go to my orders page on flipkart and click on Blackberry q10 page it says the following- Details currently unavailable
