    Really disappointed with your SPF team.
    i am a seller on flipkart.

    I had lost my 6 products out of 9. ie. customer returned only 3 products.
    and your executive i.e. Nitesh speaking so rudly that the images of 3 products received not match with the images of SKUs, So we should not provide you the claim, so do it what you can do.

    And they are not ready to hear about the theft or lost products, they are just discussing only on 3 products.

    I respect fully ask you 1 question if your product has been theft by any one so how you feel with that.
    Its simply that you are encouraging the internal corruption,
    that order so many product and returned few products to the seller, and you had not checked while receiving from the customer,
    and no action has been taken from your side regarding the lost and no action has been taken against the internal corruption, whether it has been kept by customer, or your eturn collection team.

    Really disappointed FIipkart.
    No will trust you, if these activities has been taken.

      Hi there,

      I'm Naman, a frequent buyer form Flipkart.com from my different accounts. One linked with my mobile number +91-[protected] and other linked with my e-mail ID [protected]@gmail.com.

      I've recently ordered an iPhone 6s (Space Grey, 16GB), Order number: OD[protected], from Flipkart at No Cost EMI and exchange of my old device (which I ordered from Flipkart only).

      To my unexpected belief, after buying 4 phones and a lot of other things from Flipkart, I received a duplicate accessory along with my Apple iPhone 6s. The charger along with my iPhone is duplicate, since it doesn't have any Serial number on it (which Apple uses to authenticate the accessory and covers under warranty). After I learnt that it's a duplicate, I immediately launched a Replacement Request on Flipkart.

      Concerning to my Replacement request, I received a call form one of the executives to whom I explained my case and was awaiting a confirmation regarding the next steps. But again, shockingly I received another notification message that my replacement request is now a "Return Request" since the seller has denied the replacement.

      Now, ideally, if it were to be returned, only my charger was to be returned and given a new one. But, to my disbelief, I was told to pack my device as it came, along with all accessories, because it was to picked by one of the eKart executive, for which I will receive the total refund of the product.

      Now, I bought this phone on a price of INR 41, 999 on which I was given INR 6, 000 of my old device and the remaining amount was to become the EMI of INR 3, 000 for 12 months (since it was a no cost EMI).

      I'm being told, that I will get the amount which I paid through Credit Card (INR 33, 457), on my card itself, amount of device exchanged - INR 6, 000 will be credited to my Flipkart Wallet. Which, the amount INR 2, 600 promotion off, which was to be added in my EMIs I got from Flipkart against my no cost EMI, I will loose that amount. Also, the amount in my Flipkart Wallet will be useless for me too, since if this is the service quality I'll get after spending about INR 1 Lac on Flipkart, I will never look back to buy from Flipkart ever, anyday!

      So, in all, I will loose an amount of INR 8, 000, just because Flipkart didn't authenticate the product before shipping it to the customer. Really ? And why do you think, your customer will bear the lose without his/her fault ?

      This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and I'm deeply SADDENED & DISAPPOINTED with the way Flipkart has started dealing with their customers.

      I'm definitely going to write a good heavy letter to Apple and escalate this matter against duplicacy of products sold over one of the giant e-commerce company with the consumer forum and against my seller, who shipped the duplicate product, if my matter doesn't solves here.

        Dear sir,

        I have purchased samsung on7 mobile online through flipkart. But said product is not to the upto mark. I have made the online refund request through flipkart site. Technician of flipkart have visited for checking it. I have shown the problem of this mobile to him and given remark on his sheet. I have not hampered the mobile. It is fitting in all the terms and conditions of flipkart for refund.

        But they are refusing to refund me back my money. Please look into the matter and register my complaint against flipkart for not refunding the money.

          I've ordered a samsung 80cm hd ready led tv on oct 3rd and it was delivered on 24th of oct . on 25th of oct samsung had provided me a free installation service but when the service boy came and he opened the box tv adopter was missing in that box i had filed complaint 2-3 times on flipkart but there was no any revert still i am having no use of that tv its been above 1 month and over but still i dont got that adopter ... i had talked to the samsung care too who were giving me the installation services for free are now charging 2400 for the adopter and it was mistake of flipkart so i'm not gonna bear that at all..kindly help me out of it as soon as possible or i will take further action upon it

              Order no OD[protected] i had ordered flying machine canvas shoes and after 4to 5 days sole came out of the shoe and i ordered a replacement, but the delivery and flipkart personalls refused to take the shoe saying its fully used and nothing can be done no refund no replacement.Worst experience flipkart needs to understand the problem. They can shove the shoe in your ass, just good in troubling customers, even the delivery person are rude.

                  I have Purchased this Nexian- NV45 with Flipkart 11 month ago. I never found services center. It was diffult for me to go with small baby on earlier complaint in march time.

                  Last 2 day again facing network issue a d it doesnt show network. I m not able to use the phone. I month is left under warranty.

                  I call so many time in may for below issue not received anyy response.

                  Which is spice customer center earlier also contact filpkart and spice center but they failed to deliver services.

                  1)Battery Run out Very quickly without using internet.
                  2) Phone Hang up on call.
                  3) Ram work Slowly. If download App it is take time.
                  4) while Taking call Hangup.
                  5) While taking other (Dialer)person can not hear the Voice
                  6)No Extra application added than phone.
                  7) Network Also Goes while on calling
                  8) Once Hangup Can not Redial phone.
                  9) other people calling are saying that your phone seems switch off or not connect.

                  Please Provide me the solution. I am Located at Bangalore- 560100Provide services center or replace by picking up.

                  I m not sure that i will received services only one month left for warranty.

                  What to do next. While for exchange it is not an option available to sale it. It cost me 3799. I have all bill box and accessories

                  I have complaints against both filpkart and spice both are failed to provide services. Waste of money. Flipkart it is not accept in exchange offer. How come other web will accept. 3799 is now 0 in last 6 months.while first time complanit raised. Also flipkart has started providing m8bile under warranty repair services. It was also not happen. While my complaint arised within 3 months after phone purchased.

                  As per conversation I will visit the store. As I mention you if they don't repair and give my handset as it than ?I have already write flip-kart in March 2016 about the issue.

                  I am worried that if they do formalities and warranty get over than what to do ?. I have not used much phone because of this issue. or they said we will repair and than again same issue come than what to do?

                  only few days left for warranty.

                  I have noticed this point because at the end of the day I will be suffering. who will help. will you help me than... you will also says warranty is over we can not do anything.

                  Please write me back for solution. I am facing this issue from long time. SMobility has not response by email or them number also not working. I have mailed same issue and complaint to them. but no response received from smobility. please note this issue in your mind.

                  on issue of moblie sevices and instument. i went with my little baby to the services center and service center people denied to do services. i have already spoke to amol das as well as on on denied on services. customer representative at 15.39.

                  i am attaching services center visiting card which I have asked from them during visit.

                  Please provide me solutions for this.

                  I hope you can understand the difficulties. About this phone issueI have alredy email you and spice smobilty service center. Where i am unable to get services. Now warranty also runing out. I have already disccued with elscation team member amoldas as well as other rep.

                  where I have to Rome for services and job sheet. the services center people can not provide services. where I have to call. one of your colleague call me and rudely speaking to me about polices and terms. I am not getting services what can I do. Without provide services how can service center can create a job sheet and complaint number? I have call flipkart care while on services center that day they not asking me for jobsheet and now something new come up. it is not easy for me to go all services center with little baby.

                  I have already sent visiting card as a proff and call to center as well as emails.

                  this is something you are not going to help? Consumer @ smobilty email I am not getting response? are you asking me to go the nexian factory to get new phone or repair ?

                    I ordered an apple iPhone 7 on 24th Nov 2016. My product was delivered on 25th Nov 2016. After receiving the order when I opened the upper box I found the seal of iPhone box was open. Then I saw the phone was missing from the box. Then and there I called flipkart. They told me their investigation team would look into it and will contact me regarding the same in 48 hours. I called them after 24hours. In fact I was worried. They they assured me will contact me in 48 hours. Then I called them after 48 hours they again told me to wait for 24hours more. They are repeating the same thing after every 24hours. Today is 30th. They are saying they can not do anything I have to wait after paying 60000. I was thinking to take the help of law. But before that I thought I should try online help.

                        I paid ₹ 500 for flipkart first subscription to get Reed from cancellations of my order on THU, SEP 15, 2016 by order no.OD[protected], but the day I registered for it, order status showing delay in delivery. I wait for some days but status not changed then afterwards I am continuely writing & talking to either get me registered for the subscription or cancel my request & refund my money.

                        But till with all my efforts, I am failed to do any of it. It's because of all bad customer care of Flipkart. It must be get punished.

                          this is regarding my order OD[protected] and OD[protected] i have got some used product and they are not arranging reverse pickup for the product. As i am buying so many things from flipkart and if i dont like the quality of product i have returned the prducts before also .But now they have declined all my orders and return for the products also.

                          customer satisfaction is their main motive but i[censored]ser is not satisfied with qulaity he /she can return the product at any movement.but now they are not following customer satisfaction.

                            I Ordered A Moto 360 2nd gen watch i ordered it on 18 Nov and it got
                            delivered on 23 nov 2016 after opening the outer box/safety box, not moto
                            watch box, i found asus power bank..replacement request would be accepted
                            and company promise me your issue will be resolved on 25 nov 2016.but that
                            ..they again promise me yow will get a final approval on 26nov 2016 .what
                            is happening with you..customer believe you but you always destroy it..very
                            poor service...today i again called to customer service they promise me
                            again that they give it 28 nov 2016.but now I m not got this .I want only
                            refund..if you not do this I will take legal action against flipkart..

                              First of all, pl. Be reminded that i have not ordered any lava iris atom mobile phone. So plz correct yourself and send a proper link.

                              Secondly, i have ordered the product 'toyhouse adjustable scooter' through flipkart for which delivery was scheduled for 22 nov. But inspite of my repeated reminders and follow-ups and numerous sorrys and assurances by flipkart for product delieverence, the flipkart has not delivered the ordered product.

                              To my dismay, instead of solving flipkart issue with the flipkart collaborated pickup centre, the flipkart has single handedly cancelled my order without even asking me???

                              Now the flipkart is asking me to place a new order. But why should i now buy the same product by paying 100 inr more (Ie. The current price on flipkart) when i have booked the product order on inr 989 on 14 nov itself??

                              This seems that flipkart is just cheating the customers by promising them products at one price and later on cancelling their orders sighting delivery issues with its own courier logistics!!

                              My whole efforts and time got wasted and the wait period of 14 days ie. From 14 nov to 28 nov was just ridiculous. It's a pathetic customer service experience from flipkart especially it's customer service team which are clueless of orders and are of no use. I will certainly share this experience of mine with my friends and with public to the max so that the people will be aware of the so called hospitality of the flipkart customer centric services.

                                I have ordered SAMSUNG GALAXY ON NXT on 4th November 2016 from Flipkart.com and received pacakge on 6th november 2016.

                                Packaging was good but on the second day after delivery...
                                1.My device just started lagging..
                                2.My phone screen icons was swiping automatically...
                                3.Touch was also stopped working

                                Phone was Defective, so I had requested for replacement and i follow all the procedure of flipkart technical team. and After a 10 days i got a new package of SAMSUNG GALAXY ON NXT on 14th November 2016

                                After receiving the Another device,

                                My phone battery had just started to increase automatically on the first night. (** i have shared some screen shots with battery percentage, Please Do check all the dates in the screenshots too**) and it happened too many times with me.

                                Now i have requested for refund on 24th November 2016 and now they are denying my refund and Rejected my Refund Process.

                                Today on 28th November 2016,
                                Technician visit was scheduled as per flipkart Authority and after technician visit i have just received a mail which i have also attached with this Complaint. ** Please Do check that***

                                I have also attached the Service Report During technician visit today with this complaint (** Please Do check**)

                                I have also attached invoice of my phone, and Rejected Process of my Refund please kindly check that too.

                                I am filing a complaint against Flipkart.com for Rejecting My Refund worth of Eighteen thousands four hundred and ninety Rupees ( INR 18490 ) and I urge Consumer Forum to help me out in this issue

                                      It is purchased through flipcart but now this mobile is not working no "power on".

                                        Sir, i have an order on flipker OD:[protected] on 28/10/2016 for LLOYED LED TV (model L32FHD ) but flipkert to me model L32FBC. So i have place order for return and after lot of difficulty or conversation it was approverd on 16/11/2016by his techenical team and he was promissed me that my product deliver till 22/11/2016. but 17/11/2016 i have received an message from JEEVS for instollation of product, then i was call to flopkert that this type message i have received while my product not deliverd to me then customer executive convey to me that due to system falior this type message you have received so don' t worry your product deliver till 22/11/2016. but sir i am regulerly asking what happen & what working on my complaint than alway all team member suggestd for wait wait or wait till 24 hours or 48 hours, but sir not able to convey to me actual date of delivery. and i not able to trust of his commitment because all commitment date was fallls till date.

                                        so sir i am requesting to you please deliver to my actual product and take legal & hard action against chitter or fraud person or company "taki future mai koi mere tarah dukhi na ho or kisi ke trust ke saath dhokha na ho"

                                        NOTE: this is my 2nd complaint for same order, 1st i was placed on 11/12/2016.
