Hello, i had placed an order on 24thoct (Order#: od[protected] during big billion day sale.. And my got confirmed and the item is shipped on the same day.. But on the next day when i got a message that your order got cancelled.. I immediately contracted customer service department but they are claiming that i had cancelled the order from my side as the product is so expensive... But really i had not done that and i begged customer service team to reinitiate my order but i am very disappointed with their answers.. I had called more than 50 times to customer service department... Every time they are telling "we can't do anything" please please please please please please reinitiate my order i want my order.. It is my first ever online purchase and i want it to be successful please do that immediately i am waiting from you.. I will be very very thankful if you do that

    I have order a asus zenfone 2 smartphone on 26/10/16, was ddelivered on 28/10/16. But found the phone is completely dead. I phone was not switching on, i have tried 3 to 4 time to switch on/ also i think the batter may completely drained, that's why not getting on. So i put it on charger for a period of 8 hr and then tried to on the phone, but not possible.
    The model is asus zenfone 2 ze551 ml (64 gb silver black).
    I have send a return request on 28/10/16, but till now no confirmation from flipkart.

      I order lenovo vive k5 plus phone order no- OD[protected] for 7599/- on offer price they did not deliver my product even I called so many times to customer care after expected dates they assure me 2 days to wait when I call as 3 times. Finally they cancelled the order without inform me tracks showing maximum reaching. No courier person contact me on my regd Phone. How they playing with customer & to fraud genuine customers.

      Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. So mail sent to customer regarding the cancellation of the order.

        I bought a above mentioned product from you.But unfortunately, when I got the product, I saw many problem.Next day I sent a mail to you.But your service provider told that it would be solved instantly.But still now mentioned problem have not solved, the I contaced many times Flipkart customer care, MI customer care, Jio customer care but still now they did not solve the matter.The major problem are again given bellow.

          I ordered samsung galaxy a7 mobile in flipkart to gift my brother's birthday. I received mobile two days before. I opened that box in bluedart courier office in that box there is mobile box but in that mobile box there is no mobile. The box is empty. I asked flipkart for refund they accepted and told me that they will refund amount with in 5 business days. After 5 business days again i called flipkart they said wait for 3 more days you will receive your refund i waited for 10 days i didn't received refund again i called flipkart they told me that they will arrange replacement. I rejected that replacement. They again accepted to refund my money again i waited for 8 days. Now they rejected refund. What should i do now. Should go for legal fight?

            Myself shishir kumar nayak & this is a complaint of flipkart.com

            I have ordered the samsung galaxy on 5 from their website on 14th october, 2016.
            Order id no- OD[protected]
            and it he delivery date was 20 oct. The associated courier is #bluedart dhl. But i was not deliver in that date so i call costumer care of flipkart, that said 26 oct. But still not i can't found my product. On the delivery date they increasing date and now the date was 28 oct. It was too late.
            After 15 days Flipkart cancelled the order and said the seller could not fulfil the order.
            Expected delivery date is[protected]. But it's is not deliver customer care executive say your it is cancelled on that day.
            But no one can call or come to delivery.
            The customer service guys are repetitive and say the same thing "please place a fresh order".
            But this seriously is a waste of time, effort and money to shop on Flipkart.
            Plesase avoided being fooloish. I requested you to not to order by flipkart. It is fake it delivere different item first than they not care for customers. Their is any problem with there system they say the request is noted and be a next date but there is no done of any work. They give you date to date.
            Their is very loose work. The company not provide a satisfaction to the customers.
            I m very disappointed to Flipkart. On 30 Oct I m going village. I want urgently samsung galaxy on5
            So, I say to my country people please avoided to being foolish..

              I have purchased Samsung On Nxt smartphone through flipkart app against exchanging my old samsung mobile grand neo 19060.
              while purchasing through app, I have not entered any details manually but the app has captured the details automatically.
              now when the delivery boy comes with actual new mobile, he found invoice with mobile name Samsung Grand instead of Samsung Grand Neo and because of same he has refused to delivered the same.
              I called up your tollfree spoken with Umang Gupta and Hemangi Vajpayi from excalation team, but those were not in mood to listen and believe me that i have not entered any details manually. if you can check you, there are 2 options comes while exchanging the mobile, one where the user using mobile details are captured automatically and second where user has to entered details manually.
              in my case the EMIE no also matching, but just because the mobile hand set name differ, your customer executives think I am lying and I have entered wrong information. being Diwali season, I was eagerly waiting for mobile handset, but just because of internal manual error happened while generating the invoice, you have scrured up my Diwali season.
              your tagg line "Ab har wish hogi puri", is not suits to you.
              Please confirm the direct email id of Mukesh Bansal, if you are not able to resolve my issue, so that I can share my "ab har wish hogi puri" experience.
              This is not first time I have ordered from flipkart, so being one of the existing customer your customer support team should respect and listen and not to make him false or liar.

                  Till date flipkart did not return my money back in my Bank account for the product I returned. The order is OD[protected] of amount Rs 792/- They have received the product. I think they are fraud. I am totally at the loose point as I don't have the product and I don't have that product money. And Flipkart is enjoying both the thing. Non of the person from Flipkart is replying to my mails. I am sure that it is the last item from flipkart I have purchased and I will never buy any thing from flipkart again.

                    I had received yerday evening said placed order delivery but order phone recived in damage condition. phone screen was damaged. photos already shared on email yesterday. after that i am rugulary calling to them but no one is picking phone and call is moving on ivr only and on email they are responding that they will call me on 29.1016 around 2 pm. this services and product quality was not expected from flipkart. i purhcased this phone to gift some one on diwali day but as per flipkart services and behaviour may be this could not be possible. pls help.

                    Dear flipkart please look into your services and product quality checks to do not repeat such incidence again with any one. you are also requested to call me today ([protected] and [protected]) and replace the same by 28.10.16 (before 7.00 pm) or else refund money into my card account.

                    I have just received call from the Flipkart (Mobile no. [protected]) and now they are saying mobile phone/product could not be replaced due to some problem with Vendor or either you have to wait for 2-3 months for replacement or they will refund money into bank account only. It’s totally unacceptable services and communication or commitment from professional company like Flipkart after a 4-5 days from the order placement or payment we are getting this services from Flipkart and I have also lost my 4-5 days as well as scheme with Flipkart which they committed for purchasing on these days. Now, I feel it’s better to use other online company for purchasing if anyone want buy anything.

                    Please do the replacement by 29.10.16 or 30.10.16 instead of 05.11.16 as its delayed from your end. I have also disucssed this yesteday 2-3 times with your customer care no. Pls look the note on the order from your end which for I had forced to do.

                    In addtion to this.

                    Yesterday I have received one call from [protected] on 11.40 am (dt. 28.10.16) where he said his name is Aashish (emp id no. 1214592) and calling from Flipkart and he asked my card no for verification to refund my amount 9000/- into my credit card which I had transacted on dt. 26.10.16 for purchasing of mobile vide order no. OD[protected].

                    While he was doing this verification on the phone he asked for card expiry and CVV no. also and then asked for my OTP no (11.47 am) which has generated but this OTP was for Rs. 35000/- (Retail_ccavenues_com) when I checked the SMS completely till then transaction was done.

                    Then immediately I called to Citi Bank phone customer care[protected] for blocking/reversal of the said transaction they had registered my complaint as well as they had blocked my credit card and where bank person has also confirmed that till this time merchant has not claimed for Rs. 35000/- till the time of my complaint and bank executive has also suggest that I have to logged FIR for the same.

                    Even after that again I have also received call from different nos. who were claiming they are calling from Flipkart ([protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) but I had avoided their calls. I dont who were thay why they were saying that they are employee of Flipkart and also sharing employee no. as mentioned above.

                      I m very much disappointed by ur service. No one is doing anything on my issue neither the are escalating my problem. Only I hv given dates n dates. I just want that either my problem to be solved today. Otherwise I m going to consumer court bcuz no other way is left to me. I want either my product or payment today. Otherwise I will claim the amount with intreast of such a delay.

                      My product was picked up from my address on 17th of October. After that I hv not got any mail or msg about the further process. On the time of booking they call n msg me hundred of times but at the time of refund meant or replacement their service is just poorer to poorest. Only the coustomer Care is there to say just sorry. He/she can not do any help not even transfer their call to their senior. I m just got fed up of this by calling n enquiring my product status so this time I m going to take some serious action. And one thing I want to say to the Flipkart team that from now onwards I m not going to Be ur customer and also ensure that neither of my colleague should.

                        Hope everything is fine. I have one issue with flipkart. I ordered one gift for my wife which was cell phone of vivo from flipkart, order number is OD[protected]. When I received the product, the product was not there inside, I tried to stop courier boy also but he was gone till that time. Immediately I called customer service one of the associate said me that, replacement will be arranged the first message I got from flipkart was

                        Replacement Arranged: The seller has arranged the replacement for your order OD[protected] and it will be delivered by 21-Oct-2016. Please check your email for more details.

                        After some days I received a message from flipkart was

                        Return Update: Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfill your return request for VIVO V3... with order id OD[protected]. Please check your email for more details.

                        I called customer care service department again, I said i want to talk to your team lead the associate transferred the call to team lead her name was mahek, she kept me on hold for sometime, after unhold she said we have escalated the issue to our so and so team will be resolved within 48hours. I said her iam getting a mails from flipkart that there are unusual return from your end so our system is cancelling the request, I informed her I have never returned any product or even raised a complaint in flipkart, she said let me check. She checked and informed me that I can see that you have never return any product in flipkart or even raise a complaint then too you are getting such emails from our email team it means that it's our fault your history is very clean in flipkart, it's fault of our back end or email team which sends such messages, and she promised me that either you will get a replacement or a refund of your product, I called customer service after 48hours again as issue was not solved even after commitment given by senior, I spoke to team lead same thing he did and informed me the same and said to reply on [protected]@flipkart.com . I did that also, after emailing I called customer service again they promised me within 24-48hours it will be solved but still same thing going on. I tweeted to Sachin Bansal and binny Bansal on Twitter so that they come to now and they would help but no in reply iam getting a response of flipkart support on Twitter with same commitment. Iam really really frustrated what to do, for people like us 15, 000 is very big amount. I saved money from last three months for this gift, but never expected this from flipkart.
                        I watch your show everytime, iam big fan of your, you are the last hope for us. Flipkart people are not at all helpful. Will be very very grateful if you help me in this matter.

                            I m buying redmi note 3 on aug 9 delieverd by 24aug... Silver color 16gb 2gb varaint price 9999rs.. My problem is display not showing colors properly.. Led light blowing out of side also navigation button are blowing outside... Other all mobile have good clearity of redmi note 3, my redmi not 3 mobile have no clear showing videos etc...                               In spite of specific directions & ur commitment through email / sms (Order no - od[protected] consignment will be supplied on 27th october 2016) till this time (17.10.2016- 11.00 p. M) you failed to supply the ordered consignment, if the same will not be delivered by 18.10.2016 10.00 a. M, you will be liable for the damages as well as we are not to order any article in future, take this most urgent.
                              You are also advice to take strict action against the courier service company for their negligence if any?
                              Also note the consignment is a gift to my dears on the occasion of dhan teras

                                1. The delivery rep came to my house at 1430hrs today on 27 Oct 16. My house is on First floor .I saw the delivery boy and told him to wait for 2 minutes. He responded. However as I went downstairs he had already left without delivering the mobile. Despite my no of complaints thereafter till evening there was no response.
                                2. At 1945hrs I receive an SMS that your rep was trying and get in touch with me and there is no response from me. How ridiculous is this. If you do wish to deliver items like this. Why trade. This kind of response is totally unacceptable and not expected from a reputed coy like flipkart.

                                    And i have ordered two order from flipkart one is (numero uno slim men's blue jeans) and other is (lee skinny men's blue jeans). and cost of these two products is rs. 3265 rupees.

                                    When i received these two products the i saw there is no brand tag and no price tag on these two products. and products are totally diffrent that i ordered means duplicate product is delivered to me. then i generated a return for these two product but when the courier boy come then he said that sir i can't accept this product for return because there is no brand tag and no price tag.

                                    And said now you have to call to flipkart customer care for generating return then i call to flipkart the and flipkart executive generate the return for product. and next time again also delivery buy refuse to accept the product and said there is no brand and price tag. and many time i have generated the return pickup by calling at toll fee no. but always delivery boy refuse to accept the product and always said that there is no price tags and brand tag.
