    I ordered few products from Flipcart selecting card on delivery. I received few paying with card and few they gave it to Ecom logistics and they don't have card acceptance and they cancelled my orders when I said I only pay by card. Now they are asking me to place the order again. The Ecom people spoke to me very rudely and in local language they also said, get lost we will reject your shipment before disconnecting the line

      I place an order of apple watch series 2 38 mm gold watch on date 18/11/2016. The product was covered under "f-assured", means flipkart is fully responsible for the quality of the product.
      In such product when i open the box, it was empty. Just a apple watch box. Nothing else.
      Immediately i call the person who delivered the product and inform the issue. He guided me to call flipkart customer care and registered the complain and i did too.
      In evening i was thinking of the same and worried coz i was in loss of rs.32900/-. Suddenly my mind got an alert and i again open the box and took out the empty box of apple watch. I search for serial number mention on box and send the same to apple india via e-mail.
      They provide me the support link where i suppose to put that serial number of watch. I did the same and what i got is horrible. The product got activated on 05/11/2016. It means before the date of my order.
      It clearly visible that the seller has done something wrong.
      How can a new product get registered without sale?

        Total 5 times I have order a product I haven't got, 1st 4 times I have order cash on delivery, for that I didn't even get the call, the order has been cancelled without my knowledge, 1) OD[protected]OD[protected] OD[protected]
        4) OD[protected] . please note order ID's

        The one product which I have already paid OD[protected]. Bcoz the reason whenever I do COD I won't get call the order will be cancelled automatically so I have paid in advance even though I got the reply I didn't get the call order on 18th estimated given time 21th still the product not got.

        May be third party vendor with whom you are making the contract they are not doing the proper job dont exactly wer ur lacking. I have all call recordings, for proof every time I receive the same answering same field executive tried to reach me and the number was not reachable, Believe guts every time this BS reason doesn't workout.

              I had ordered a obidos printed mens mandarin collar blue t-shirt. I had recd a message that the same would be delivered by 23 nov. But today itself delivery boy had arrived and he was continuously ringing the door bell and banging the door very badly. This type of rowdy delivery boy you send. You have loosed your valued customer. I want this too be cleared. The contact number of your delivery boy is [protected]. Its really shocking.
              Such kind of pathetic behaviour was not expected from flipkart. As you have lost your valued customer, because i will have to think thousand times before ordering from flipkart. I want an urgent action to be taken by flipkart.

                I ordered two sarees from Flipkart but when I received the product, I found that the quality isn't satisfactory. I filed a complaint to Flipkart and requested for return and they even agreed. They promised to pick up the product from my doorstep and they asked me to mail the other one to them to their warehouse address and so I did. But it has has been more than 30 days they have neither picked up the product nor received my courier. I have literally called them every day and they kept on saying the same thing that they will pick up the product, This is really embarrassing and annoying. Where is the consumer security? Is that the kind of deal they provide?

                  I had ordered IFB fully automated front loaded washing machine from Flipkart 23 days back. Delivery was to be done in Saharanpur, UP. Despite the product being shipped to the city, we did not get it. We did not know where it was because being asked by customer care executive, we got to hear that they themselves were unable to contact the logistics team.Not only this, in these 23 days I had called their office many times and every time they asked us to wait for 2 more days. Then 1 day suddenly, they cancelled the order themselves.

                  My 2 main concerns here are :
                  1) Why no one came to deliver after providing the full address and 2 phone numbers?
                  2) How can they put a notification which said "Delivery not done because customer refused" without even contacting us?
                  3) Why did they make fool o[censored]s for 23 days and then cancelled it themselves because they failed to deliver but have shown as if we cancelled?

                  I should get a compensation because :

                  a) I wasted my time and energy for 23 days calling them and explaining them again and again.

                  b) I am in a loss because it was the time when I could have got the product for much lower cost from market as well as it was festival season whereas now I will get it for a much higher cost.

                  I request you to look into the matter seriously.

                  Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. So mail sent to customer informing that our courier partner failed to deliver the shipment due to some issues.

                    This is to bring to your notice that my paytm order with awb number[protected] & order no [protected] was about to delivered de by 21.11.2011 as per sms received. but a delivery boy from flipkart named sandesh penkar mob - [protected] misbehaved with using harsh words and rude tone on mobile (my no [protected]). as the security guard was not allowed him to enter the premises, but i told him that i will speak security & he will allow him to enter. but he refused to do so and shouted at me.
                    I have been a regular and loyal customer of flipkart but this kind of behaviour is not tolerable. hence i have cancelled my order.
                    This is to make the company aware so that no other person suffer the same harm

                    My brother has refunded items[protected]) to your vendors and your vendor is not providing any sort of slip or letter from your company that I am returning this item or vendor is accepting that item . So, what will I do if I need to claim in the case my money is not refunded to me .

                      I ordered a clock mention bove but the clock is not similar to the photo also to the brand name. It has only a guitar with broken parts it is no match to the clock that i ordered. Very poor service.
                      I ordered it on 16 nov 2016 and it is delivered on today (21 nov 2016).
                      Totally unsatisfactory service.
                      They send us defective and damage piece.
                      Its second time happened to me.

                        Well I really don't know what's up with you packing cause this the second time we are getting displaced gem from one of the earrings and I am being forced to take this issue with you. Either you fix this packaging stuff which eventually leads to dismantling of the jewellery or we're giving up you. We're putting hard earned money and valuable time into this, you should have some respect for them.

                          The order is delayed by more than 15 days.I have sent a request mail mentioning all the discomforts through which am going through as well as but no improvement. flipkart is calling me every now and then seeking if I still want that item but not been delivered even after completion of all the formalities incl. payment.

                            I had not received my product after many times complained in Flipkart and continues call to customer care and payment was deducted my account on date 15/11/16 and promise to deliver my product on dated 17/11/16 and after complained on 17 Nov they promise to solve my problem on dated 19/Nov but after that date they do not solve my problem and after we again complained in Flipkart they again promise to solve my problem but till date we have not received any positive response from Flipkart.

                              Sir I purchased leeco le1 smartphone by flipkart, when i used this smartphone then found much heating problem. so after three days i gave replacement order to flipkart where rules are available for 10 days replacement this product. but my replacement request canceled three times and not give me any response. sir i am very disturb this product due to overheating problem. sir today i contacted to flipkart customer care then he said i can not do anything...

                                As per order id: od[protected] item) dated 6 october, 2016 i have placed a purchase order for mc afee anti virus software and the amount paid is rs. 649 through credit card. instead of the mc afee anti virus software i have ordered for, i have received 2 pieces of hdmi a/v cable in the package. the cover mentions mcafee software but the large package contains two cables. i have reported the matter repeatedly using the available facility in their site. i had given the details to the persons also over phone when they contacted me back. a funny reply i got stated that the item does not come under returning category, as if i was supplied the item. to add insult to the injury i was repeatedly requested to give the feedback for the product?!
                                Please send me the package i have ordered for, immediately, as my system suffers the risk of virus infection. otherwise refund the money i have paid and take back the mis-sent item.
                                A reasonable reply is expected by a long time customer. pl remember only drops make an ocean
                                .

                                    Bought a wood wardrobe from flipkart during the big billion sale on 5th october 16. Product is arrived on 3rd november after a month approximately. To my surprise after unpakaging the package, i found it damaged and of poor quality. I placed a return request on 8th nov. Then i was told that it will be actioned in 10 days. 10 days time frame was also over today.

                                    No reverse pick-up and refund of my money. It was further postponed to 24 november. I paid the money for the product around 50 days ago, still not able to use the product.

                                    Damn service in terms of big ticket purchase like furniture. Flipkart people are dependent on the seller. They remained clueless on the status.
