    I received TV delivery on 20/10/2016 till date no installation and demo had done.And today i received 1 call from engineer who was there in vashim means another district so whats going on dear flipkart do u have any answer for that please provide mee installer number who currently present here in roha raigad .this is 7th day but till date no conclusion from u r side

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      This is regarding two purchases from Flipkart under order ID: ‘OD[protected]’ and ‘OD[protected]’. I had purchased shoes under the above-mentioned order IDs. After the purchase, I didn’t find the shoes fitting to my shoes. So, I made a request on Flipkart website to get the items returned and refund me my money. As per Flipkart's return policy, it should have been returned within 2-3 days, as usually happens in almost all the cases. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks, almost 20 times a day. But Flipkart is not helping me in getting the items returned and not refunding me my money. Also, during most of the time, it is not possible to connect to Flipkart customer service via telephone. Almost all of the time, it says that Flipkart customer service is busy in attending other customers. Also, there is not any option to connect via chat to Flipkart customer service. I also told many times that I will file the case in consumer forum. Still, Flipkart is not helping me in this case. I am really frustrated with such kind of behavior from Flipkart. In this regard, I request here to please look into this matter and help me to get the above-mentioned two items returned and refund me my money.

          Plesase avoided being fooloish. I requested you to not to order by flipkart. It is fake it delivere different item first than they not care for customers. Their is any problem with there system they say the request is noted and b be a next date but there is no done of any work. They give you date to date.
          Their is very loose work. The company not provide a satisfaction to the customers.
          So, I say to my country people please avoided to being foolish.

            Sir i ordered for the above mentioned item on 7th oct 2016 and paid from my debit card. and after that i cancelled the order on 7th october, 2016..but till now i have not recieved refunded amount. i have sent email to flipkart so many times, they say we have refunded the amount and amount is lying with the bank. you can contact to your card issuing bank. when i asked to the bank they said if someone credit amount in your account, it would be credited immediately. not follow the procedure-fisrtly it will come to the bank and then goes to your account. it will directly credited into your account. but amount has not been credited in my account till now. Even i have sent last transactions details of paying account from 7th oct to lastest datee. but it only shows debited amount of 2199 rs but not showing credited amount. i have suffered a lot.
            please sir take some strict action.

            sir.. i am really suffering from flipkart's poor service. I really reuested them and had gone to bank 2-3 times. but refund is not recieved. please support me. and resolve my problem

              We would like to say that... Flipkart start cheating with costumers.
              I have placed the 2pcs Lenovo Ideapad 100 Core i3 - (4 GB/500 GB HDD/DOS) 80QQ001XIH IP 100- 15IBD Notebook above order id mentioned in subject at Rs. 21898/- and order was successful placed by successful payment and citi bank cash back offer of rs. 3000/- each card but flipkart cancelled both order themselves. My amount also debited into my both city bank credit card and now flipkart process for refund the same. But I want to clarify about citi bank cash back rs. 3000/-. We will get cash back into citi bank card or not???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? We have again tried to book after cancelled but there is no citi bank cash back offer because this offer is one time for each card. I need to clarify about my offer.

              Please revert me on it.

                  I bought a Giordano watch which arrived in dead condition. FLIPKART said they will arrange pick up. We have been waiting for the pick up. Msg came pickup attempted but not successful. We again put a request. Ditto pattern. How come deliveries are successful n pickups are not?

                      I have ordered a Moto E3 Power mobile from Flipkart on 19th Oct and have received the same on 20th Oct but it was a Dead on Arrival product. The phone is not turning on and despite sending numerous complaints/notification to Flipkart they are not even replying to my requests. It is a clear case of cheating as i had paid the full amount in advance through a prepaid payment method and i am getting runarounds now. Please help.

                        It has been about 2 weeks and yet i have not recieved the refund.
                        Seller: retailnet.
                        This is my last purchase from flipkart and i am fed up with them. no responses from customer care too.
                        Plz find a solution to my problem.
                        But they told that they will refund within 8 days excluding bank holidays but now it has been about 2 weeks.
                        The seller has got flipkart assured badge but he is a fraud.

                          This is regarding damaged Micromax Smart TV I have received at my home.

                          I received TV on 13th Oct. in damaged condition. Since last 10 days I constantly following up with Customer Care Team for resolution of my complain but till now there is no response on this.

                          Each and every time I am provided with fake promise date for resolution. As per the trailing mail, I was promised for resolution by today but it looks like Flipkart believes in harassing the customer after taking their hard earned money and supplying them damaged products.

                          Today I talked with Mr. Binod and he promised me to take away the return product by 27th Oct.

                          I don't understand why such type of typical harassment of customer is done or it looks like tradition of Flipkart to do. I am very much unhappy and upset with your kind of service and behavior with customer. 3 Times your technician has visited my home and took the snaps of damaged TV. Your Team says they have not received any feedback for him.

                          Please request to not make such excuses and resolve the issue.

                            I had ordered Redmi 3 S Prime gold ( Mobile ) on 18th October and received it on 20th October.
                            But when I had found the Mobile with faulty display (A straight blue line was appearing in the display screen ) within an hour i had requested flipkart to return/replace my order .
                            What was shocking was that they had sent their Executiive on 25th October i.e today and on 25 th October only I've got two emails stating that I will get my item by 27th October or on 02nd November .

                            It's my humble request to the company to deliver the item at the earliest as I don't want to wait for so long.

                            Please note that I have already waited for almost a week just to know that the item will be replaced in another weeks time ( upto ).

                                I had ordered a t shirt and paid for it. After 21 days Flipkart cancelled the order and said that the seller is unable to fulfill the order. The money has been refunded.
                                The customer service guys are repetitive and say the same thing "please place a fresh order".
                                But this seriously is a waste of time, effort and money to shop on Flipkart.

                                  It's been almost 1month that i booked the tv and they r pushing the delivery date everything when i call. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th october 2016. The escalation department promised me that it will be delivered on 24th october 2016 they said i need not to call back. I din receive the product. They r tell they don't know when it will be delivered. I am going to consumer court today. Everytime when i call they have put me on hold for hours. I will show u ppl what a customer can do.

                                    I have received llyod tv in faulty condition. So i raised complain to flipkart. They said service engg. Will visit my place and tell about the status. But service engg didnt filled complain card saying tv was purchased online. I said the mail forwaded by service engg. To flipkart. They said problem will resolve in 3 days. Now its been 45 days and flipkart has failed on there promise. They increase time period or replacement and send mail, saving problem will get solve in another 3 days. Now flipkart has blocked my mobile no. On there customer care list so that i cannot get connected with them. Kindly look into matter.

                                      Very dis pointed with the service as i am regular customer for flipkart but this time had a trouble for me. As i place order from my account [protected] for Austin Klein Shoulder Bag which i received but i requested for returned as due to quality issue even returned as been done but same product delivered in replacement so raised issue with customer care team and asked for refund so they took a compliant and say will arrange refund once product pick up and still no one as turn up to collect product and not get the money in my bank.

                                        What is wrong with Flipkart?
                                        I am Husain and I was a very loyal and satisfied customer of Flipkart but yesterday they did what makes most of the people afraid of online shopping. I ordered a Bosch Dremel Rotary tool, order id OD[protected] worth Rs 3499, got 10%discount while paying through Axis bank credit card. And I received the product badly packed and surprisingly dirty and used with spare parts shattering. I immediately ordered replacement, I always preferred Indian company over MNC but it seems its hard for them to cop up with this giants. Deep discounts have been the biggest attraction of Indian e-retailers over the last few years, but cheating with customers will always lead to destruction.
