Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding two purchases from Flipkart under order ID: ‘OD[protected]’ and ‘OD[protected]’. I had purchased shoes under the above-mentioned order IDs. After the purchase, I didn’t find the shoes fitting to my shoes. So, I made a request on Flipkart website to get the items returned and refund me my money. As per Flipkart's return policy, it should have been returned within 2-3 days, as usually happens in almost all the cases. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks, almost 20 times a day. But Flipkart is not helping me in getting the items returned and not refunding me my money. Also, during most of the time, it is not possible to connect to Flipkart customer service via telephone. Almost all of the time, it says that Flipkart customer service is busy in attending other customers. Also, there is not any option to connect via chat to Flipkart customer service. I also told many times that I will file the case in consumer forum. Still, Flipkart is not helping me in this case. I am really frustrated with such kind of behavior from Flipkart. In this regard, I request here to please look into this matter and help me to get the above-mentioned two items returned and refund me my money.
