I had placed order for Apple iPad Air with Flipkart.com on 26/09/2022 subsequently I made the payment through my credit card making a payment of ₹41240.00 after applicable discounts. The order was not delivered (for reasons known to the company) instead cancelled on 12/10/2022 and reordered by the company on its own without consulting me.
After reordering the product was still not delivered which I continuously took up with the company and finally the company on its own processed refund. I received the refund in my credit card. The company did not provide any satisfactory reason for cancelling the order. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with Customer Care of the Company.

I had to purchase the product from local apple store for ₹54500.00 i.e. I suffered a loss of ₹13260.00 for no fault of mine. I request yourself to intervene and ask the company to compensate my loss of ₹13260.00 alongwith compensation at overdraft rate of interest on ₹41240.00 from date of first payment.

      Dear team
      This is to request you to kindly take appropriate actions on my refund problem.Its been almost more than a month that i am suffering due to flipkart's very casual support system and highly disappointed being a plus member i have been given only hopes .
      The problem is as follows:
      I received my refund confirmation from the grievance team at 5:40pm on 11th of nov 22( please find attached audio of confirmation) after calling several times and giving sufficient proof against that request.
      After that I received a call from the escalation team on 11th of Nov 6:37 pm where I clearly stated about my product imei(The International Mobile Equipment Identity) issue and flipkart assured me that they will mention everything this time and refund will be initiated.

      Seems like no executive has any credibility for their words, just says things loosely even after mentioning all the problem and given assurance by the executive, still wish master was not aware of imei issue on 12th nov, 2022 and didn't pick up phone, after that i received a call from flipkart stating that this time clearly we are mentioning imei number is different and new refund request will be initiated within 4 hours of this call after cancelling the previous request.

      Then flipkart executive cancelled the request that was raised by the grievance team stating that he will re raise with proper comments and i will receive a call to confirm that. But no such thing has happened and after contacting flipkart several times they tell me only the grievance team can re raise the request and just ask me to wait for 24 hrs. I have waited for 4*24 days i.e.96 hours and still received no confirmation from the grievance team.Also please revert on mail, this kind of attitude from flipkart is not at all acceptable that they say we will drop a mail regarding my issue but they don't.

      I have high hopes from flipkart and do not want to drop out of flipkart future association (Me, my family member or any friend of mine will not place any single order in future from your site if solution is not given immediately).I am feeling mentally drained and not able to focus on my work due this. My health is also deteriorating.

      Please act on this issue.

        I has availed a Flipkart Smart Upgrade plan last year. I was supposed to Pay an EMI which I missed, now without an intimation of it Flipkart has logged me out of Phone for last 12 hours. I do not stay with Family and have a job in kinda a kinda remote area.

        Also, how do they expect me to pay if my phone isn't unlocked ?

            My pay later accounts showing 0 outstanding but my CIBIL statement showing an outstanding amount of 2675/- which was overdue from the last 4 months and it impacted my CIBIL score badly. Flipkart customer care not responding on this and saying to contact IDFC bank.

              Flipkart delivered the damaged and not working product on 17 Nov 2022. I immediately raised an issue with Flipkart and they said to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours I got a call on 18 Nov 2022 again they said to wait for 24 hours. I am not able to return the product. I ordered on Flipkart as I am getting this earlier than other e-commerce sites.
              Now I cannot use it and even lost money as I cannot return it and get a new one on other sites.
              Flipkart totally fooled customers.

                I ordered a product on Nov 14 (order id OD[protected], but it's now cancelled on Nov 18 saying product is out of stock but it is still available in stock.
                It was a great deal.
                I want the product at the same price or compensation.

                        Sir,
                        This is regarding my Order ID OD[protected] vide which KENT Ace 8 L RO + UV + UF + TDS Water Purifier with Mineral ROTM Technology, In-tank UV Disinfection (White) has been delivered to me.

                        In this regard, Authorized Representative from KENT has come to my home for installation and told me that Rs 1750/- is required for installation. As there is no mention of installation charges in that order, the same was not installed.

                        Again I raised a complaint with Flipkart and Flipkart Customer Care person told me to install the same through a local vendor and will reimburse the amount for installation upon submission of the bill. However, when I tried to email the invoice the said email is not working( rejecting mail) ( copy attached).

                        it is requested to resolve my issue.

                            Hi,

                            I have sold a mobile phone on Flipkart. The product name is sell back thank you card of my phone mi A1 of amount 2800. I sell phone on the 23rd of September of INR 2800 and the pickup date of phone was the 30 of September . And the product is pickup on 30 th September. And the amount of my phone which is not credited to my account. Flipkart had taken 35 days but still they haven't credit my amount of 2800.

                            I have waited till now 3rd November to get the amount of my sell back thanks you card but they didn't credit my in my account of my product on the promised date. I have contact multiples times to support team to solve the problem but they didn't give the resolution neither he had given any amount of my product to till date. They always make me a fool promise that they will solve problems and credit my amount of sell back thank you card on 7th, 9th, 10th, 12th 13th 17th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 26th 30th, 31th Oct and 1 of November but amount is not received.

                            I would like to mention that they have picked up my phone already done on 30 September and delivery my sell back thanks you card on 30 September and according to you amount of sell back thank you card will be created within 24 hrs. of pick up the phone. I have attached the snapshot of the sell-back thanks card and invoice and cover of the packet for your better understanding. Please consider it.

                            I would like to file a case for the following purpose:
                            - Mental harassment from 35 days
                            - Loss of phone backup data worth 5 lakhs (official data).
                            - Loss of official works from last 35 days (worth 80k)
                            - Amount not received for the sold phone (INR. 2800)
                            - Waste of time from 35 days (INR 100000)

                            I look forward to your cooperation so Flipkart will never do again with another people from India.

                                I ordered a brand new Redmi note 11s from flipkart.But I received a used product with the seal opened already.I raised a request to return the same.Its been more than a week and my request is getting rejected repeatedly due to unwanted reasons.I want flipkart to either replace it with a new one or refund me at the earliest.

                                    I had recently purchased Blaupunkt TV (40 INCH) through flipkart (Order ID- OD[protected]. The product has been delivered but the issue I'm facing is that I accidentally placed an order for 40 inches instead of 50 inches due to oversight and lag with the website.
                                    I want to return the same because as a customer I'm not satisfied with the size of the TV and get a replacement of the present 40 inches with 50 inches TV. I'm also ready to pay the extra balance amount too. I did raise this very concern with the Flipkart customer care services as I did not find any suitable option to either return or get a replacement as such through the app. A complaint has been initiated (Complaint Number- IN[protected]) through Flipkart.
                                    I was asked to contact Blaupunkt executives to consult on this issue over the contract between Flipkart and Blaupunkt. Upon such instruction, I did contact said, executives to which they replied they are not involved in direct sales Flipkart is solely responsible. when such reply was notified to the Flipkart executives they again denied returning the product quoting policy terms.
                                    (Note: such query was raised before the spefied date for either return or replacement i.e. 15 days. In my case 18th Nov was the last date, its been four days since I've been contacting and silenced every time).
                                    As a customer, I feel like such a practice is forceful upon consumers, and cannot seek any remedy. THE CONSUMER GOODS (RIGHT TO FREE RETURN) BILL, 2015 (Chapter III), provides for such protection but in practice e-commerce companies like Flipkart cleverly escape such liability by tampering with consumers. Flipkart in a very smart way does not provide an option for return nor state clearly mention of no return on the website confusing or putting innocents ina place of dark.
                                    Please take some action against such practice so that such silent deceiving would help consumers like me.
