I ordered the product on 8th Dec and delivered by 12th Dec. as I got the product it was unfit for the toilet because of the size issue. i place this product in return to get another one. on 13th Dec agent came to take back this product but he was not able to see the product pictures on his receiving application Flipkart app. I called Flipkart many times and they said, your problem would be solved very soon but still my problem is pending. until now 3 agents come to take this product but they also said your product picture is not showing...
I request that you take this product as soon as possible and refund my money
...I would keep one condition showing a picture on their app then I would back the product otherwise am very perplexed.

    My Flipkart account has been hacked and that hacker had ordered an iPhone 11 and it's charger with the EMI option and Flipkart pay later amount respectively, The delivery address of the products are Vinay, Front On SS Jewellers, 396/12, New Railway Road, Gurugram, Haryana, and the number is not traced yet police are trying to trace the location.

    On 19/12/22 my Flipkart account has been hacked and logged out of all my devices I tried logging in but it shows multiple attempts please try logging in after 24 hrs So I again tried logging in on 20/12/22 morning then it shows my account is inactive so I contacted Flipkart customer care service executive they said try logging in web using desktop site and reactivate your account So I tried and successfully logged in and there I found that in My orders there are some orders that I didn't placed, they were placed using my pay later amount and EMI options So I call Flipkart customer care executive and raised a complaint, they said they will forward to the backend team, they will contact you and resolve your issue by 22/12/22.As they said they resolved my issue

      I have ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart.com website. I made a UPI payment. But while doing so, I made the payment twice for the same order. Both the payments are successful. In the 'my orders' section on Flipkart, I can see only one order and one item though the payment is done twice.

      I want a refund for the second payment.

        Order pending and the payment deducted from my account

        I placed an order for LG Refrigerator on 11/12/2022 at 7:40 Pm. The amount of the product 19885 Rs. (after all adjustment ) has already deducted from my debit card account at the same time. But the order has been showing pending on my order history. Even I am unable to see the latest status of my order. Also I Cannot place another orders on Flipkart.         2. IFB 7 kg 5 Star Aqua Energie, Hard Water Wash Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver (Serena Aqua Sx LDT 7.0 KG)

        3.WESTIDO Cyrus Leatherette 3 + 1 + 1 Sofa Set (Brown Cream, Knock Down)) were ordered for an amount of 68, 429 rupees

        Order status seems to be in pending. it has been 15 days order is not cancelled. and refund is not initiated. From 15 days i.e( from 5th December to 20th December I placed roughly round 60 calls to the flipkart customer care people. But I haven't received any proper resolution from the team or else from the higher authorities.

        I am accepting the initiation to this account is:[protected]
        Federal Bank credit card.

        I need my principal amount back within 24 hours. and also interest to be paid by the seller for the tension and pressure I took from 15 days.

        I request you to kindly help me for initiation of refund back to my credit card( One card) through which I made my transaction.

            This mail is to inform you that i have received FAKE AIRPODS PRO WITH WIRELESS CHARGING CASE from FLIPKART worth rs 22, 400/-rs only
            Online purchase date[protected] at 1:54 am IST item received on[protected]:00pm IST.
            So i have order APPLE AIRPODS PRO WITH WIRELESS CHARGING CASE ON[protected] from Flipkart i was out of station which is why my mother had to receive the product but sadly she couldn’t differentiate between the original and the fake product, i just landed today in mumbai then proofs of which i will attach along with this mail.
            So the moment i open the box i came to know that the product is fake it has got plastic surface plate (which is against the policies of APPLE inc. ) with absolutely no covering and infact the box itself looks tempered with.
            Overall the product is FAKE
            So, now flipkart is not responding. No one is entertaining my concerns.
            They have delivered FAKE PRODUCT.

            Please help me out i want to my money back or a replacement with the original product.
            This is my humble request to help me in this matter and do the needful.

                I had ordered 2 shoes from Flipkart mobile app. both of the shoes had different order id but when the delivery boy came to deliver my product he gave only 1 shoes and asked for the OTP AND I gave the OTP thinking that it was for the adidas shoes (order id-OD[protected].
                but when I checked the app its showing that both my products have been delivered and I have been contacting the customer care but are not solving the issue.

                They are asking me for my aadhar card to verify my identity and I provided them with it and still they are telling me that they are not able to validate it.
                I have given them my original Aadhaar card photo but still they are not refunded my money
                Pls help me
                They are just doing scam and fraud with people

                      Hi Have, I have ordered the hp laptop in Flipkart and in invoice it's dated as 2nd Dec 2022 and Received the product on 7th December.

                      Product: HP 15s Intel Core i5 12th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) 15s-fq5111TU Thin and Light Laptop.

                      On same day I have registered the product in HP portal and found the laptop warranty is registered on sep-26-2022 hence created the ticket with HP and they said Health Happiness Pvt. Limited is not the authorized seller of Flipkart, and they said cant able to make you product warranty correction. Please reach Flip kart.
                      I reached Flipkart and doing the continues follow-up but nonresponse, Without any intimation they simply closing the ticket.

                        This is regarding the Order ID - OD[protected] which was placed on 15th December'22. I have bought a 50"inch LED TV on Flipkart with 10 days Replacement policy and received the product on 17th December'22. Installation person of Flipkart(Jeevas Expert) arrived on 18th December'22 and opened the packing, found out that the TV Display panel was damaged and he raised a return request on this side from this mobile app. As per Flipkart policy, I am supposed to get a Replacement for the product as it is within the 10 days Replacement policy.

                        Issue here I'm facing is, system is automatically processing a refund request instead of 10 days Replacement option.

                        I would like to get a replacement for the product as it is within my 10 days Replacement policy. Attaching some photos for your reference.

                        I have spoken to lot of Customer care executive, escalation officers and final escalation supervisors who are saying that this item cannot be replaced, as the seller is not having stock for my pin code and they are not in a position to help me on replacement for the product. But as per My purchase policy of 10 days Replacement, I'm requesting Flipkart to ask it's Vendor who is under Flipkart control for replacement rather than refund. Also I could see this same product is available in some other locations which can be provided as replacement to me. As a Flipkart Plus member, Need your support on this !

                            For almost 4 years I've been shopping from flipkart, but this year 2022 many items are not deliverable to our location pin 793003 or to any other locations such as delhi bangalore kolkata, and this happens when flipkart gives a very good discount then those items are not deliverable except when the product is at market price, I even tried the deliver the item to flipkart office itself in bangalore but it keeps showing seller not available tried so many times to call customer executive but they keep giving excuses saying we cannot do anything on our end

                              On 6 December, 2022, I found some text messages on my registered phone number and email ID regarding some orders being made and returned I found such activity a bit suspicious so I just opened the Flipkart app and interestingly I found myself to be logged out. When I tried to login it should that I am blocked or the email id or phone number that I was using was blocked. Now unable to interpret what the actual issue is I checked my mail and I found that orders were being made and returned from an unknown address (Patna, Bihar) which totally shocked me. On my mail I found a contact number that was enclosed with the order (made maliciously and returned), I reached out to the person using the contact number and the same person concluded that the activity was not done by him and even his account was blocked by Flipkart. Right from that day onwards I have been connecting with the Flipkart customer service every 3 days but response is not at all clear. They have been raising the issue and every now and then I receive the mail that my account has got several unusual returns and hence blocked. Now, how is that being done!!? Is that a scam Flipkart??

                                  Hi, I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 1st december and received the same on 3rd december. The laptop has an issue with the audio headphone jack where the audio gives intermittent static noise and also a very jarring crackling noise. I tried to resolve it on my own thinking it to be a software issue but no use. Then I put a return/replace request on 7th dec and flipkart gave me the date of 17th december to wait for MSI technician visit. There has been no contact from the technician and I am stuck with this defective product. I have paid full amount for an expensive laptop and can't even use it to its fullest. I have again been told to wait till 21st december when its already been 10 days and no response. I am not going to wait in this forever loop where I have to follow up with this issue.
