Despite Flipkart having a policy of Customer First, here is a harrowing experience I have been subjected to by Flipkart Customer care team.
1. I purchased Mivi DuoPods M30 earbuds with 42 hours of playtime with order no OD[protected] delivered to me on 27th Nov 2022
2. The item was faulty and immediately booked a return with id[protected] dated 28th Dec 2022.
3. Flipkart customer care person came to pick up the ‘return’ product on 28th Dec 2022 and met the ladies of the house-hold in my absence at the return pick up address and returned without accepting the product, misbehaved with ladies and noted on the incident IN[protected]. This incident was closed without my consent.
4. I again booked a return with flipkart[protected] on 2nd Dec which has not been acted upon till the i, e of this communication. Surprisingly, I received a message on 3rd Dec, 9:21 PM Mentioning that the return has been cancelled by me(image attached) . This unilateral action by CS team is baffling and tantamount to customer harassment on purpose. Please note no one from flipkart came to the address for the return.
5. Today morning, subsequent to the above incident, after request, I got a call from Flipkart and the person calling has demonstrated absolutely unprofessional and demeaning behaviour in handling this issue and abruptly terminated the call.
I do not have any recourse but to take up the legal option as it is not a question of bad behaviour, unethical practice but it is depriving me of the right to fair trade practices so much talked about by Flipkart.
My request to you is simply takeup with flipkart to arrange pickup by 6th Dec.
