I have order a Laptop during Big billion day offer at flipkart and pay of Rs. 44237/- by Debit card. when ordered on 16th oct 2015, it was shown that the item will be delivered on approx 31 oct, 2015. considering this I have placed order. But they have come to delivered the item on 20th oct. Unfortunately that time I am not present on my address. I got an email on 22th oct about return of my product and it will be cancelled too. I am contact with flipkart customer representative on 22th oct, they told me that the item was attempt for delivery thrice consecutive day. But the fact was, they have call me only once. After repeated discussion with flipkart, they assure me for reconsideration of delivery, and throw me a mail about it and took time upto 25th oct 2015, 4:00PM.. But till 26th I got no response from them about delivery. I again call customer care of flipkart and show them my regression about poor service. But on same day in night, they have cancelled my order, and telling that my payments will be refunded. But I have order the product for need of it, not for refund of money. I think, i may be wrong that, my order has cancelled due to it was ordered during big billion day offer. Now if flipkart refund me my money, then flipkart must be refund me my 44237/- alongwith applicable interest from 16th oct to the date of refund. First of all my complaint is for why flipkart cancelled my order without notifying me, and why they have not reconsider my item for delivery although i have paid full amount for it during order. If flipkart refund my money then they have to give me my interest too. Yesterday flipkart executive call me.And said that they will discuss with their team and let me know by 24hrs. Today, 30-10-15 is the time they took for discussion.I am waiting for their further feedback.

Today flipkart executive call me and he offer me to re-order the item.But for the offer which I have placed on 16th oct 2015, is different from the offer he told me today. previously the price of the product was 48990/-. after giving promotional discount of 3003/- and 1750/-, the product costing to Rs. 44237/-. Additionally extra 10% cash back was there if order placed by SBI debit card. Thats mean the product will costing of Rs 39813/- after getting cash back in my account. Thats why I paid of Rs 44237/- by SBI debit card. But in this time they will offer me to pay 48990/- and the product will cost 44237/-. The balance amount of Rs 4753/- will be credited in my flipkart account. That means this 4753/- amount can be utilised only if I purchase any other product from flipkart else it will be remain unutilised. Now my question is, why I will invest this 4753/- in flipkart account? Why I am not getting the product having the offer I booked on 16th oct? If flipkart not able to provide me the product in same offer, then flipkart have to pay my interest.

    I paid 200 by a voucher and rest 149 i paid through internet banking.
    I am not finding this item in my ordered list.

    Two days before i got a message that item is not available not able to deliver item.

    Are you guys cheating the users?????

      Hi, I ordered Moto x play from Flipkart on their big billion day i.e. on 16th of Oct. I bought the phone in exchange offer for my moto G 2nd gen. i also got other offers as discount of 1500 from Flipkart and 10% cash back from yes bank. along with that I also ordered nCase Shock Proof Case for Motorola M.. for moto x play I as well as one of my colleague clearly read the terms and condition. it was no where mentioned that broken screen cannot be accepted. They had only written the phone should be in working condition. while delivering they were not ready to accept the phone as phone screen was broken. also they sent me a message as product has been rejected by customer. I talked to their executives and they said that they cannot deliver my product. If they would have mentioned in their terms and condition that damaged screen will not be accepted i would have not orderd only. Here I feel cheated by Flipkart

        I had ordered a Studds helmet from Flipkart which is of L size it is too big with no option to return . If its not fit properly means how can we use and its worth of 1130 Rs . My request would be please don buy any helmets from Flipkart its worst and there will not be single notice regarding money back . Simply waste of your money and time any of you don't do this mistake .Please take any action regarding this atleast let them mention that money will not be refunded if there are such products. Its waste utter waste.

          I placed an order on 16th Oct on the big billion day for Nikon D3200 camera for Rs 19990. The status was showing could not be delivered to the address due to shipment damage. Later after 10 days I got a call from flipkart stating I need to cancel the order and re-order for the normal price. I did not accept and stated I need the product back instead of refund and they were not ready to accept. I called customer care and spoke with 5 different executives and heard different stories of their policy. Few disconnected the call stating they are unable to hear my voice. All that was a drama from Flipkart people. Now I got a message stating refund has been initiated for which I did not accept or did not give them approval. They kept my money in their account for 13 days and I even got the credit card statement for the amount debited from my account. Flipkart people are smart doing their fault business and earning money with a new concept of billion day sale. I will not accept or tolerate these kind of excuses and ready to esclate this issue to the judicial court of Law.

            I had purchased one product. i.e. VU LED tv. The product delivered was defective. Hence i requested for return and refund. The product was again packed by Flipkart but they have not yer picked up the product. Now i am following with them from last 20 days for pick up of the product and refund, but they are just sending me mail and requesting me to wait for 2 days. after waiting 2 days they again request for 2 days. The issue is still not resolved.

              Hi, I got message from Flipkart that my Mi 4i product will receive today (on 20th Oct'15). Currier boy called me to get the product delivery. When I went to receive the product, he told that he lost it and asked me to cancel the product. I asked him to get the product anyhow, he told to give some time. Now its more than one week, I am trying his call but he is not picking up the call. I informed same situation to Flipkart Customer Care but they are just telling to wait for tomorrow and so on.                   I have been loyal customer of flip kart but this big billions days offers made me highly disheartened..I have issues with 1)The time and date of delivery of product is not fixed so one has to wait till it reaches.2)The way they carry fragile items.3)Product specification not matching like Bluetooth compatibility SD card support as mentioned on site .4)Price variation it always shows different price and % of discount..5)Product authenticity ..product is not mentioned in Philips official website.The worst part is I can't even return it.as I have gifted it to friend and its not working properly..and Philips customer care not even entertaining us.

                        I, I Naveen Kumar Madeti bought a Lenovo K3 Note on Flipkart on 15th October 2015 and got it delivered on 21st October 2015. As and when I opened the box I could see that the battery is physically not good I feel like there is some powder kind of thing is inside and it is not as good as how a new battery should look. I afraid that if keep charging and it burst's out...! who is going to take that responsibility. When I called Flipkart customer care from my number (+91-[protected]), people are just saying some or other thing and not resolving my issue. Please help me out with a resolution and provide me a replacement for this.

                        As per previous interaction, we see that the concerned team had interacted with customer today and confirmed that battery condition is good and hence we have re-directed him to visit the service center to double check if there is any other defect and get us for further assistance. Customer has agreed, So closing the case.
                        I made a call to flipkart customer care and the representative really frustrated me so I said that I will go to the service center to fix it. It's not flipkart executive skill set that convinced me to say so. I am feeling very bad that It's not even been one week and the flipkart is making me to walk into the service center and I am disappointed on flipkart in regards to this. As I clearly said that my battery is not physically good still they are saying to fix it with the service center... All the way I am worried is...if I keep the charging and battery burst's out who is going to bear the responsibility...? flipkart is more responsible about it's sales rather than it's customers safety and security...

                          This is whole information of one product available on flipkart website, I did not receive any call or any message that product is out for delivery. And you can also see above that out for delivery is not mentioned anywhere. Now flipkart is saying that they will not deliver the product and I need to cancel it first and place it again that is totally unfair. Also when I did not receive any call or message how would I know they try to deliver the product. I was not at all informed that they tried to deliver the product. I really want to escalate such non sense behavior.

                          I have attached screenshot of both flipkart and gojavas tracking details, And in both images there is some mismatch also. Please refer that also and take necessary action.

Also informed her that refund is already completed from our end and requested her to check with the bank and get back to us with bank statement from the date of purchase till date for further assistance.
                          You're foolish that you're relying on a worst courier like GoJava..better to send the consignments via Speed Post

                            Dear Sir/Mam I have complained in flipkart for mobile moto x play order no OD[protected] by call . and mailed recently. This order delivered on 27th sep 2015 But no proper response given me and provide the customer care number of Motorola is [protected](can't reachable) and [protected] (connect to college) and provide address in Allahabad that not found there but he is a camera service Centre and again given AGRA service center but I can't reachable. Actually. This phone have main problem is black display again and again so can't operate this and after switch on the network comes long period ND error message can't register on network. I have already informed flipkart within 30 days because flipkart provide 30 days replacement. So please. Help me for this issue and provide me solution this problem

                              Flipkart is trying to deliver the item since 20/10/2015 and today it's 25/10/2015. And it's so hilarious that it took more than 5 days to reach a destination of less than 2 km from the warehouse. When I mailed customer support they replied to me in a pathetic robotic mail with a grammatical mistake. My delivery is gone. Flipkart is doing too much.

                                  Order no.- OD[protected] The above order was placed by me on 8th March 2015 for flats of the size 38. As there was a size problem so I went for an exchange for size 36 on 10th March. I was delivered the package with the size 36 on 22nd March which had a sandal of the size 41 instead of 36 which was given on the invoice and what I had ordered for. I lodged a complaint for the same on 22nd March. Since 22nd March I have made them several calls, have written enormous e-mails but neither they have delivered me the right product nor returned me my money. And infact when I explicitly wrote them that if they did not resolve the issue I would go to consumer forum against then they dared me do that which obviously shows that the company doesn’t have any fear of law or of any action against them. I was harassed so much by these people that I stopped using the site altogether. They have kept my money since then, have wasted my enormous time & resources, have harassed me mentally. I am still keeping the product with me. Although Rs.700/- are not a big deal but its not about money only but about ethics. I have been cheated and I want justice. Since 22nd March I have made you several calls, have written you enormous e-mails but neither you have delivered me the right product nor have you returned me my money. As you can browse the history from my registered mobile number & the order number so I am not repeating it all here. I have following queries in the matter: 1. You deliver the fresh product in two working days but it took you 12 days to deliver the exchange product which means there is a deliberate delay of services and you kept the money with you for longer period unnecessarily. Why so? 2. I ordered for 36, got 41 & then I was told that 36 size was out of stock. So either you took exchange request for a product which was not available in your stock & then you delivered a wrong product for cover-up or else if it was not deliberate then the right size product should have been there in the stock as wrong size was delivered. What among above was the situation? 3. You said that the fault was with your seller. So what are the steps you have taken against this seller? 4. When after a month it was decided that my money would be refunded then I was asked for a declaration form along with my id proof for refunding the money. Now firstly you refunded one of my COD order previously in the same account number but did not asked for any declaration then (ref order no.- OD[protected]. This product was returned at the same time so there was no policy change. Now again, either you did not follow the policy while returning quoted order or this time you were harassing me deliberately as I had lodged a complaint or you might have refunded the money of the quoted order to some wrong account as you did not ask for the declaration. Kindly explain your stand on the same, i.e. whether you committed a mistake in the quoted order or you are troubling me deliberately in present order. 5. If a product can be paid on COD basis, the return should also take place on ‘Cash at Door’ basis. Why do I have to provide my bank account details for any COD returns. 6. One day out of the blue I got a message from you that there would be someone at my doorstep to pick-up the return, when there was no intimation from your side about the mode of refund then how could you decide on your own, without consulting me about the return. Also wwhen I sent you a mail regarding the same rather than getting a clarification I got another message of cancellation of the return, obviously again without any intimation or consent. So do you decide everything related to my order on your own without your customer’s consent? 7. In total its almost 40 days now, neither you have returned me my money nor have you delivered me the desired product. So firstly, are you going to pay me any interest on the money that you have kept with you for so long unduly? Secondly, is this money being used for some illicit unaccounted purposes as I must not be the only consumer who is facing this, there might be thousands like me whose money is lying with you and this sum might be being used for some illegal purposes? 8. I have wasted money on the several phone calls that I made to your customer care for getting my money back and of course my precious time on writing e-mails and making phone calls as well, what is the compensation you are offering me for the mental & financial trouble/harassment inflicted upon me? I would also like to mention that I never expected flipkart’s services can be of so poor standards. You spend so much on your advertisements but its your services that publicize you. Your complain resolving mechanism is very poor and apparently you do not have any control on your sellers. The executive to whom the complaint was assigned was absolutely rude in her dealings, so obviously you do not spend on the training as well. Kindly respond to above in writing as I want a written evidence of your explanations. Rather I hope this time you would be able to spare your precious time and respond to me. And last but not least your another executive gave me [protected]@flipkart.com for writing the above complain on which there is a delivery failure so obviously another cheating. You have no transparency, no complain resolving mechanism, moreover you do not want to resolve any complain that's why you do not even have any e-mail id's for the escalation of any complain so you are fraudulent too.                                     I regret to state the followings: Refer to my orders Power Cell 7W LED 6500K Order ID OD[protected] & OD[protected] both dated 14 Oct 2015. Instead of Power Cell and 7W LED 6500K, I was delivered Mr Sourav Tapadar's Order Apparel VL05105 / Puma [8:[protected](1)] on 18 Oct 2015. The matter was immediately referred to M/S Flipkart Customer support service E-mail ID [protected]@flipkart.com. on 18 Oct 2015. It was promised that my issue will be resolved on 20 Oct 2015. On 19 Oct 2015 I got another mail from M/S Flipkart Customer support service that my issue will be resolved by 21 Oct 2015. I got another mail from M/S Flipkart Customer support service that the issue will be resolved by 23 Oct 5.00pm. I am getting daily getting computerized message from 19 Oct onward as under: The return pickup of the order Power Cell 7W LED 6500 would be done before 7PM by Mr Ankur Rothagi ([protected]). Request you keep the item ready for return with all in the box shipped accessories. I informed your local rep Mr Ankur Rothagi ([protected]) to hand over Mr Sourav Tapadar's Order to him and raise a fresh request for my order. He never bother to discuss about my order. I informed the matter at your Toll free number[protected] from 19 Oct to 23 Oct 2015. But no body seems to be interested to solve my problem. Further there is no link between computer and local person. Mr Sourav Tapadar's Invoice is attached herewith. My order has still not been delivered and I do not even know its status.                                         I have ordered a MI 4 mobile on Flipkart on 16 October 2015. I have paid the amount desired through my debit card and the product is not delivered yet. Periodical calls to customer care did not help. They keep on repeating the same answer and promise it would ship the following day since 1 week as i was stating i was in urgency to go out of station and i was postponing my trip for sake of mobile delivery as i fear i would not be available to take delivery. Its almost 2 weeks and its not yet shipped also, Pathetic service. I request concerned people to take action on this frauds
