Ekart Logistics is just the worst logistics team i have ever heard about.

I mean no contact info. even so that we can talk to them about our offer? what the hell is this.

We believe that Flip kart is a good source to buy any Gadgets, please dont play with our trust.

Either you start communication with Ekart Logistics to become little more prompt or we will stop purchasing from Flip kart.

      I have received someone else delivery. I did not received what I ordered and when I called delivery person carelessly saying that your order is missing. Delivery person no-[protected] and flipkart people don't to send proper person for delivery and what the with flipkart and not responding properly also. My order no is OD[protected]. flipkart, if we order like mobile then if we don't get proper delivery then it is lost for us only flipkart

        I am writing this mail, because i made one of the biggest mistakes of my life by ordering a phone from Flipkart, so here is a brief summary of what happened- I ordered Moto X style from Flipkart on a product exchange offer, now when the delivery executive came to deliver the phone he checked the exchange phone's IMEI no and the phone status, after which he said tha he requires a charger also with the phone without which he cannot give my mother the new phone. As my mother was confused that the terms and condition do not mention charger as mandatory about this she called me and I put in her in a conference with customer support, the lady from Flipkart confirmed that charger is an optional accessory and we do not need to give any charger. The delivery executive still insisted that he needs a chager for delivery, now i requested for his manager's no and added him to the conference, he also was not willing to accept exchange phone without charger. After repeated requests from the customer care executive the manager got ready to accept the exchange phone, when my mother was giving the phone to delivery executive to confirm the same unfortunately while passing the phone the exchange phone dropped and the screen broke. Now here is where the actual suffering began, the delivery executive stated shouting that the phone has been broken by my mother and he is not responsible but according to my mother this was partially true as the phone broke when he snatched the phone to talk on conference. This whole incident was recorded by me on a call recorder app which i have on my phone by default. After this I was told to let the delivery executive go and another team will surely help me. The investigation team has confirmed to me that as courier partner is not ready to take responsibility for the damage to the phone Flipkart will not be able to help me in any possible way. Now i have been calling Flipkart to please give me my new phone since the past three days, and the final conclusion that Flipkart has come up with is that my mother was responsible for the damage to the phone. I do not agree to this and would challenge this decision in court also. I believe the investigation done by flipkart is biased towards courier partner. I am also attaching parts of recordings of conversations between customer care, delivery executive, his manager & us while and after the the phone broke, the next immediate step i am taking is i am sending this mail's content with recordings to all consumer experience websites & social media websites. I also have all the 10 other recordings in which customer care executives have kept me on hold for Hours, lied and said totally opposite versions of the same fact. Now i have two demands from you : 1) I have got my exchange phone repaired at my expense, please deliver my new phone and please make sure that same delivery executive does not deliver the phone. 2) Please confirm/ reply over mail what was the result of the investigation done from your end.Why was i responsible for damage to exchange phone, even though the damage happened after the delivery executive had checked the phone and the transaction in all terms was completed. Except Charger which according to customer care executive was not mandatory. I don't want to the delivery executive to suffer any repercussions, because he is not at fault these kind of mistakes can happen but the response received from flipkart has been terrible

            Hi All I have ordered lenovo p1 vibe on flipkart due to issues with the phone I had returned and requested for the refund from past 15 days the are telling that due to some technical issues the the refund was failed and this was repeated for 4 times but there no use and now also they said that after five days you will be receiving the amount for sure after returning the phone 2 days later I received a message stating that( Dear Shravan Kumar, you should have received the refund for Rs. 15999 against your order OD[protected] in your bank account provided to us.               I have purchased TV with having Order ID - OD[protected] on 2 Nov, 2015. They provided me 10 Nov as Delivery Date, But They delivered on 17 Nov after so many complaints. I had to call Courier Partner(Safexpress) myself several times for delivery.
              After delivery on 17 Nov, Courier parter did not updated delivery date at his website for 2 days. I had to call him for updating Delivery Date, and he updated as his end. But Flipkart did not updated till now.
              Flipkart did not updated my Delivery date till now (19 Nov). Installation is pending due to this Delivery date not updated.

                I am very unhappy about the service from flipkart. this is the first time I have ordered something online and the product was just returned without even calling me pathetic service. I ordered it well in advance for my birthday and its almost 8 days they just told me the order was returned when I have called them. Agents are not even well trained. Everytime I called I got the different response. They don't have the reship option though the address was correct and when I called i got a response the product the out of stock. HOW CAN THE PRODUCT BE OUT OF STOCK WHEN i SEE THE ORDER IS IN STOCK ONLINE. Really very unhappy with the service they have just spoiled my birthday. Agents should be trained and they should first check all the details before telling lies to the customer.

                  I have purchased subject mobile from Flipkart under order number OD[protected]. The mobile provided to me was defect and battery was not upto the mark. It is getting dried in 4 hours.

                  i spoke to flipkart customer complaint and they confirmed that it can be returned and not be refunded as they have no product in place. Refund takes 8 days and i have order new phone it seems.

                  I ma really not happy with the service provided by flipkart.

                    I have ordered "out of box beeone milk sensitive wax" from flipkart. The mrp they reflected on the site was RS.999 and were offereing 60% discount on the mrp. I paid RS.380 for the product. But when I received the product, the mrp of the product is given as RS.225 only. I immediately contacted the customer service department and the reply I received was that the seller is not responding to the matter. as a token of apology they have added RS 155 in my flipkart wallet which can be used for the products provided by the same seller only. This complaint is against Flipkart for neglecting what is being sold on their site and the seller for cheating.
                    I have ordered "cello dry brush" from flipkart. The mrp they reflected on the site was RS.299. I paid RS.284 for the product. But when I received the product, the mrp of the product is given as RS.183 only. I immediately contacted the customer service department but marked resolved every time without resolved the issue. Really bad that no relevant action taken n making fool consumer.

                      Half a month back i ordered a MDR XB 450 sony headphones from flipkart i received it a few days ago since i was not in town during the delivery i couldn't check the product hence the return date also expired. The product which i have received seems to be a replica of the headphones and not the original ones. A lot of features are missing in the headphone i received when compared with the original one like the left and right indications are not provided the ear padding is not very soft, very uncomfortable. Kindly look into this issue and please do the needful.
                      I have received realme buds 2 faulty, duplicate as well as miserable brand packing and now I am unable to return even after having the 7 days replacement guarantee by realme and flipkart, . And I also want to inform that I purchased the product from authorised flipkart assured page, the product had 1.5lac + ratings

                            Hello sir/ma'am, there is a problem, i don't order the item and flipkart(online store) sending it to me, i'm stay at that address as paying guest, i wasn't present at home that day so delivery boy give it to my neighbor and my neighbour give him cash and received it. i'm totally confused. and the big matter is that i still haven't an account on flipkart and the item which they send to me is not displayed in my order history, so i haven't option of return that item, they send me the messages of process like 1) your order id OD[protected] is confirmed the item is reached to you by 16 the nov. 2)your item is delivered to your neighbor hitesh i captured this sms screenshots and i also attach the image that show my account haven't any order since last 6 months

                              I have bought a LG 43 inch TV [43UF7707] through mobile and offer was there to provide free installation and demo .I have tried to reach out to flipkart over phobe many times and pretty disappointed the way hey responded.Its clearly called it out in the website that installation and demo are free.                                 I am facing a problem with lenovo k3 note mobile. The battery charging is getting down very quickly. The memory slot is also not working. Phone struck also. When we click on the Restart button the mobile it is not restarted, we have to remove the battery and placed once then only it is opening. I recognize these problems with in 3 days only after product delivered. I kept a return request with in 3 days only. But till i can't get correct solution for this problem. The flipkart people also not providing solution.

Quality of the products is too much bad, worst quality, after replace the product they send again same quality and it stritch. I want to raise a dispute again the seller.

                                      Hi I had Placed my order for "3nh Self Design Bollywood Handloom Georgette Sari" having original order ID OD[protected] in starting days of last month. On 29th OCT Flipkart delivered me the product "very very cheap Kurti" inside the parcel On the name of "3nh Self Design Bollywood Handloom Georgette Sari". On the same day I requsted for "wrong Order". and requested to give me original product or return my cash back. But You rejected my request to return money according to Flipkart Return Policy with Refund ID (Return ID: [protected] and Agreed for Replacement of the same Product with ID Replacement (Return ID:[protected].. Diwali is already gone... You agreed for Replaced item and also given due date for my purchased item as 11/11/2015.. But you was unable to fulfill it. and on the last day you are informing us that you will not able to deliver my item instead of you will refund my amount with return ID Refund (Return ID: 35400293 . Today it has been around more than 8 days..Even I have not got my amount... What the hell Is this !!! This is my last warning to you to refund me as soon as possible otherwise you will force me to do some further actions against you... This is not the issue of just money but also of time and trust... Informed customer to fill the same and revert back with the photo proof for which we can process refund, customer agreed hence till he reverts closing the case.

                                        Hi, I requested flipkart to replace my order of Bajaj Panther 3 blade ceiling fan as the fan had several issues, I requested the return on 10th Oct, 15 till today i didn't receive the replacement, several time i called up flipkart team and even spoke with supervisors and managers available on the floor, every time i spoke with them they end up telling a complaint has been lodged and escalated to the higher team, finally on 6th of Nov, they informed me that the product has been delivered to a different address, apologized for the inconvenience, its 18th of Nov i got a call from Flipkart about the complaint, informed me they still need time to fix this, apologized for the inconvenience, i have complained and spoke with managers, still nothing worked, managers guaranteed me things would be sorted out within 24 hours, still waiting.. registered mobile:-[protected] registered email id:[protected]@gmail.com Mobile:-[protected](official) Thanks & Regards, Abir Samanta
