This is about OD[protected] order number.There is a problem with flash and camera.I have complained from the first day while opening the product. It was not working from that time i have raised a complain but still customer people are not responding at all.I dont know why Flipkart is harassing customer like this.CAn I know what is the meaning of 30 days return which you have shown in the website.but still harasing the customers.I...One of the worst service from flipkart.They are fooling by not replacing or not refunding money.I want my money back.

I have contacted to customer care 20 times but no-one is solving or returning the product.
Very Bad service from flipkart

    Dear Sir/Madam I placed on Order on 10th through Flipkart whirlpool double door 245 L fridge. the schedule date was 18th to Deliver the product. But till date not received the status of the product and no body is ready to give the exact delivery date. My waybill no[protected] BLR to HBL. I feel this is letting down the image of the company.

      10 Nov I get registered, 18 nov i placed order after recd flipkart verification number,
      20 nov recd mail the product is available so reply same day to dispatch agaist Rs.7999/-on delivery.
      failed to understand why mail sent to me, if available why order/delivery is confirmed.

      No clarification /explanation as when i will get product and complaint is showing resolved.
      no body is responsible there.
      please eeplain /resolve and close my complaint.
      If you inform me the product is available by your 20 nov mail & i confim you on the same day to despatch
      ready to pay on delivery Rs7999/ then how this automatically showing resolved as I have still not received the product.

        I have purchased two no of vu 32" FHD television during this Diwali offers and found the packing piece itself defective as the the images are appearing on the screen is having no continuous hence I have interacted with Flip kart as well as vu customer care but the people have no capable to acknowledge the complaint until the technician is witnessed but I have received the call from vu technical team as they suggested to go for replacement since the television is having panel defect.
        However there is no response for immediate refund / replacement other than demanding for 20 days for uninstallation/transportation/Ware house receipt . Now I cannot trust flipkart due to their substandard service

        Requesting you to assist for replacement / refund. Also requesting you to suggest for provision to escalate under legal firm/clause to save the customers from this type of eCommerce platforms.

            I bought pigeon Kadai on Flipkart App When i received a item I found that Kadai is smaller in size what i expected So I Filled return request the day after its delivered But my request has been cancelled stating refer return policy and according to Flipkart policy my request is genuine and when i called to customer care I received no response from their side

              Product - LG W100 Smartwatch want to return this order, kindly refund my money. I want to report seller "iDigital" and CEO SACHIN and BINNY BANSAL for infringement they sold me faulty device after that they trolled me till one month i asked for replacement but they keep saying our engineer will visit your home but nobody visited and after i csll them again then they said your replacement policy of 30days replacement please tell them to refund my whole money or replace my device with new one Thank You Regards, HARISH VAISHNAV

                I have received the Mobile redmi2 mobile from flipkart, the delivered name was michal. Even though the swiping was working he insist me to pay by cash. After paying by cash to him, he was insisting me to pay the bribe at least 50Rs. The delivery Boy name was Michale and his Contact number is [protected]. my order id is-OD[protected]

                The courier guy was Michale and his Mobile is 09108950804. He was demanding the bribe from me while giving the mobile phone to be. This never expected from Flip kart and i really feel bad for it

                  I have order one shoe on 23rd October 2015 and I have received the wrong shoe and I was supposed to receive the shoe by 19th November 2015.
                  It’s being almost a month following up with this people writing several mails but no response. Despite this people knowing that I have received the wrong shoe this people didn’t have the courtesy to call and explain their mistake. As they have spoiled my diwali for which I have ordered the shoe. If I would have not requested on a mail to call them. Then I don’t think till date this people would have bothered to call me.

                  If flipkart is not able to give us the services then stop fooling people with “BIG BILLION DAY SALE”.

                  I have submitted the shoe to their collection center at french bridge opp parmanad building opera house mumbai.

                  As per my call with Sudhir & Akshay on 15th Nov 2015 at 3.04pm for my shoe which I had order on 23rd October 2015 also i received another call on 15th Nov 2015 at 5.03pm that flipkart is not able to replace the wrong shoe as the vendor is not having the stock. Is that my problem Bull service?

                  I would like to donate the money I spent on buying the shoe to flipkart for betterment of the services which I am glad that I have received such horrible services from flipkart.

                    I ordered Panasonic Th32c400d led T.V through flipkart on 7th November 2015 (paid full amount by debit card) and it suppose to be delivered on (14th nov'15). However I haven't received anything from flipkart side and after calling 20 times to flipkart customer care then I came to know that my query will be resolved by 16th nov'15, 9:30am then another date 17th Nov’15, 18th Nov’15 and now 20th Nov’15. Moreover, I have not received single call from flipkart side for resolution of my TV. I called flipkart customer care (call ref no - IN[protected], IN[protected] and IN[protected] and haven’t received call from flipkart and no resolution I received it.
                    When I called to flipkart for follow up the detail then they told me that I received my T.V on 18th Nov’15. However, I have not received any product from flipkart side and I paid the amount too through Debit Card.

                    After chasing lot of time today they told me my query resolved by 23rd Nov'15 but i haven't received any call from flipkart team(Call ref No- IN[protected] and ).
                    Please let me know when will you deliver the T.V and return my money back. Otherwise I’ll report the complaint and put the case against flipkart and also go to the media which can hamper flipkart goodwill in the market.

                        I ordered hometown Utsav Solid Wood Free Standing Wardrobe on 14th October 2015 for Rs 12510. I was assured by customer care that I would get a product made of Solid Wood as primary material and secondary material would be Engineered wood. I have phone call record as a proof. However upon delivery I was shocked to see a product made of Engineered wood completely was delivered. Even the person who assembled the product from hometown confirmed that the product is completely made of Engineered wood. When I called & emailed them that they delivered a wrong product, flipkart said that someone will come to inspect the product however no one showed up to check the product till date. I immediately lodged a complaint at flipkart since its installation. The last reply I got from them was on 17th November 2015 where they promised to resolve the issue by 19th November 2015 and after that they stopped replying me. They repeatedly kept asking for time to resolve the issue. I have documented all email, phone call records where they extended the time to resolve and failed to meet all deadlines set by them. My valuable time & money was wasted by flipkart. I was not even given compensation for it. A company like that behaving like this is completely unacceptable. I am humiliated & traumatized by this behavior. I hope you will resolve this issue and make sure I am compensated properly.

                          Flipkart - We are happy to let you know that the refund of Rs.791 was initiated on 07 Nov 2015 and will be credited to your bank account/card within 6-8 business days. You may get in touch with your bank with reference number #'74332745312531197102859 in case of any delay. ME- I have contacted my bank regarding the same. But i haven't got the refund back. Its been 16 days since i have returned the product and such huge delay is unacceptable. I am totally dissatisfied with your service now. I would recommend my friends and others to stop transacting with Flipkart. Refund the money asap!!

                                I've ordered Sony Bravia 32" LED TV through Flipkart on Nov 7, 2015. I received the product on Nov 8, 2015. It's a defective product and I've requested for replacement on Nov 12, 2015. They arranged for Sony Technician visit and he visited and confirmed it's defective product. I got a mail from Flipkart that my issue will be resolved by Nov 20, 2015. Issue was not resolved till Nov 20, 2015 and I got a mail stating that they need tine till Nov 22, 2015. I gave call to Flipkart on Nov 21, 2015 and asked them reason for delay. He told he is not aware and it's taken care by back-end team. I asked him to connect to them but he said he can't do so. I asked him to arrange for call back with back end guys. He told he'll arrange call back by Nov 22, 2015. I didn't get any call from Flipkart and second time the deadline (Nov 22, 2015) given by then is missed. I gave a call to Filpkart customer care on night of Nov 22, 2015. The customer support person told that she'll schedule for return pickup. I asked her why it was not scheduled till date and asked for reason for not meeting deadline. Then she put on mute and didn't talk to me further. Never expected this kind of manners from Flipkart customer support team. Now again I got a mail that my issue will be resolved by Nov 23, 2015. God only knows still how many deadlines will they give and when I'll get product replacement.

                                  I ordered 4 trousers from flipkart, amount paid via debit card, received "sms order placed successfully" and amount detected from my debit card, but within a minute, my order cancelled. i tried on early morning to select product and added in cart and paid successfully, but they cancelled my order without any notification, if i contact customer care they only saying"sorry for inconvenience" "try next time""seller and our service is different", like this only saying, very worst and bad service.
                                  if there is problem in amazon or paytm, they will give me rs.500 gift card or paytm cash, or they give me same product with same offer price.
                                  but flipkart is really worst
                                  i need the product what i ordered, i don't need refund.help me

                                  now they sending mail, like
                                  "We want to inform you that your recent order(s) have been cancelled since our systems observed that you have been buying items in quantities beyond one can use for personal usage and these might be for re-selling. This goes against our principles and policies."
                                  before i purchased only 3 mobiles
                                  now in every middle class home there is 5 mobile
                                  so i can buy 3 mobile, there is no problem.

                                  but i know the reason why they sending mail like this because my last purchase in lenevo k3 note, i asked to make return for new mobile, because of battery fixture problem, but still they sending me return request, but nobody came and return the mobile, around 3 months over

The payment gateway was Tech Process Solutions Limited. My account was debited for the amount. However no order confirmation received from Flipcart so far. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                                        I placed an order with flipkart in order to avail a mobile phone on 12th nov, 2015. The seller for the product resides at the same city where i live. The product was initially set to be delivered on 16th nov, 2015 but it does not happen, again the delivery was set for 19th nov, 2015 only after too many remainders from my end over phone with flipkart and they did not do any initiative from their end. Even on 19th nov, 2015 it product was not delivered, after i call regarding the same they told e that the product will be delivered within 23rd nov, 2015. All of a sudden on 21st nov, 2015 i received the text stating that order has been cancelled and refund will happen in 4 - 7 working days. After that i called and asked about it (Alnasir customer care senior agent), they told me that the order was getting cancelled due to cyclone in tamil nadu. Also they told me that they will not be able to place the order from their end and also they will not provide any compensation. I have been waiting for the product so long time after placing the order, even the amount was debited but i did not get the product at the same time for the failure that flipkart did, there was no information or intimation made from their end, each and every time i need to call for the status.

                                        Thereby i was depressed a lot because of flipkart and i need compensation for it.
