Hi,

I placed two different orders on flipkart on 16th and 17th october respectively.

Order id :

1. Od[protected]
2. Od[protected]

Though these two items were placed separately and on exchange of two different phone then also these two were shipped together.

On the day of delivery though #1 exchange phone was available but the courier person denied the delivery saying i cannot get the delivery if i am not taking both of them together.

I immediately called up the (30th oct around 2 - 3 pm) flipkart helpdesk and requested them to deliver #1 product and for the other one if they can hold for a day or two for delivery.


But in the evening time all of sudden i got two messages/email saying both my order cancelled and refund initiate.

I again called up customer care, this time the person told me "mam don't worry we will try to deliver the same again tomorrow i. E. On 31st which was the actual delivery date). But when i asked why both the item delivery was initiated 1 day before and i was no way informed that it could be deliver earlier. He was unable to answer me and while i forced him to explain the thing he simple disconnected the call.

One more time i called them up and now this guy... Wow.. Firstly he mentioned that there was a product mismatch that is why they cancelled it. But while i told him the delivery boy was there at my place but he refused delivery they he started saying a story... Bla.. Bla"

When i asked for the complain cell he said he does not have this information. He even was not ready to share his full name.

I am surprised to see such type of behavior from flipkart executive.

There are couple of things.

1. I lost the opportunity the get the product on lower price
2. If flipkart would have intimated that the product is going to be delivered one day prior i could have arrange the other phone as well
3. The guy could have been more polite and could have give me proper explanation other than lying to me multiple times.
4. If i would have known that this is what flipkart is going to do with my order i could have bought something from snapdeal or from some other site.

I am not sure if my voice will be even look after. But this is a very bad experience with flipkart. And i would make sure that neither me/friends/family is getting anything from flipkart.

One more request please do not give me a fake justification saying that big billion day has this condition. I have read all the conditions very minutely and it was nowhere mentioned that all my orders (Separate) will be cancelled if i fail to accept any one order.

    Flipkart has delivered me the faulty product 2 times and waiting for the working product from flipkart with the commitment of delivery in two days. 27th of oct 15, flipkart committed deliver in two days and as of now i am not able to track my product details. I spoke to customer care so many time but they are not able to give the any resolution and not bale to commit to deliver a proper product. They are saying they can not check the box packed product. So company is not responsible for that faulty product.

    Worst service of flipkart and ws retailer. Big lairs and making false commitments.

    As of now i have not received any product from flipkart, i do not know when i will get my product and in which condition.

      I ordered a mobile phone ( Lenovo A 6000 plus) from Flipkart on 14th September 2015. The order number is OD[protected]. The expected delivery was on or before 30th September 2015, as per their order confirmation mail. However, on 4th October 2015 I received a mail saying that my order has been cancelled due to problems relating with their logistics partner, and refund has been initiated. So I waited for the refund. But they took so long, so I called them reminding about the refund. And then I received a mail saying the problem will be resolved before 23rd October, 8:00pm. I didn't get the refund so I contact them again. Then received another mail saying the problem will be solved before 25th Oct. I didn't get the refund again. So I called them and their answer was same saying it will be solved by 30th Oct, asking me to give them this much time. Today is 30th Oct, I still didn't get the refund, however I received a mail again asking me to give them time till 1st November again. I don't know when will I get another message asking to give more time. This is so unbearable. I want the concerned authorities to look after the issue as soon as possible.

        I ordered product DMG Book Cover for Xiaomi Mi Pad light blue color on 16th October order id OD[protected] for which flipkart cheated me by delivered wrong product which was lowered and different product colour and for which price is also low they have taken almost 12 days product delivered on 27th Oct 2015 . What is control at yourend, how you are saying now that product is out of stock on who fault product is out of stock, you are cheated to customer, this type of service is not acceptable. very very slow and bad service of flipkart. now i am suffering by wasting my bandwidth for following up with you guys.

            Dear sir/Madam I had purchased 2 sony powerbank from flipkart on 12th august 2015 order no-OD[protected] worth Rs 1290 which was delivered to me on 25th of august 2015 . When I used this powerbank the performance of those product were not as described on the website of the flipkart, facing this kind of problem I tried to contact the flipkart customer care but I am not getting any kind of response. Then i went to sony customer service centre and I was shocked to see the product the flipkart delivered to me. The battery inside the powerbank was of local company and small size fixed with iron rod.I am attaching the photographs of Bill of product and internal photographs of powerbank.             Dear Sir/Madam
            As per the customer care of Flipkart they told us that I should visit the sony care and provide the jobsheet number but when I went to sony care they said they cannot accept the product as it is fake product . Flipkart customer care service is pomising only words and i am roaming around Flipkart and sony care . I got frustrated and unable to think what should I do. I am student and purchased powerbank from my pocketmoney . After this kind of cheating, I can't trust Flipkart . Please do something in this matter seriously.

            From the day I register complaint to Forum Flipkart gives only condolence, instead of solving the issue they are playing with customer .They thought that we are illiterate person don't know what to do if we are being cheated please make them sure if they cannot take this matter serious I will move to the consumer court because I don't have plenty of time time to discuss this matter over phone and email.

              I ordered a laptop in Big Bang Sale exchange offer on 16th Oct 2015, but on 27th only it came for delivery, but delivery person didn't deliver the product because the one number in serial key of the old laptop is missing with the record of what they have. Finally I spoke to the customer care people and they told if one number is missing it is not an issue so he told the product will get delivered the next day. But the next day also the product did not get delivered, I spoke to the customer care people for more than 15 times but are always want to complete the call by saying within 24 hours the problem get resolved. Its very annoying and frustrating that daily I am receiving 3 to 4 msg to my mobile stating that your product will get delivered today by so n so person. I have already paid full amount for the laptop. Very bad.

                HOW can you deliver a product I've cancelled more than a week ago? And I don't even get to talk to the customer service without having an item being currently delivered to me (pathetic). So, all I'm asking for is to return the money my parents have payed during delivery (I was not home when it was delivered). Please.

                  I ordered the product on 13th OCT .The delivery was expected on 30 Oct but not delivered .When i call customer care, unsatisfactory response, that they will look into it and tell you after two days.

                  When you guys cant deliver on time, cant give quality then why you people start Big billion sale.

                    Dear Sir, I am a customer of flipkart and recently ordered two Lenevo note K3 mobile in exchange with other mobile, one mobile I have received on 26/10/2015 but other mobile with order number OD[protected] could not get received due to wrong IMEI number. Reason behind this is I have ordered two mobile Lenovo note K3 but by mistake IMEI number of both the exchange mobile either written by me got same or not matching to one of the exchange mobile, One which is not matching whose order number is OD[protected] is for exchange with Micromax canvas A110 with IMEI number is [protected] but mistakenly I wrote [protected].                       My name is Paul I am really unsatisfied customer with the kind of customer service that was provided to
                      me and hope the matter will be dealt on a serious note as well. I want all
                      the calls to be monitored and heard starting evening 18th Oct'15 . I spoke
                      with representative on 19th Oct'15 where the matter was escalated regarding
                      the product I ordered and was given an assurance it would be resolved soon.
                      However when I called today i.e. 28th Oct'15 around 1:44 PM and spoke with
                      Madura seems like the matter was never escalated the way she approached me
                      as I was given a fresh escalation no where the same was provided to me on
                      19th Oct as well and I did receive conformation email as well that it will
                      be resolved by 23rd Oct'15. I also spoke with Yashass as well who escalated
                      the matter immediately to his manager. I spoke with Robin Augustine who was
                      supposed to be the manager. I was really shocked and astonished to find the
                      way of his customer service. He never listened to me properly, muted the
                      call and then he hung up on me. Not really sure this is the way how
                      manager's should treat the customers. I called back again to have it
                      escalated spoke with Srinath and Nasim to escalate the matter. I am really
                      not satisfied with the service that was provided and I really want this
                      matter to be dealt in serious way and provide me with update. Else I would
                      like to further escalate the matter as I believe all the calls are being
                      monitored for quality purposes. Also hope this message is passed on to CEO
                      of the company as well so that the service would be much better in future
                      for all the customers.

I was come earlier to Home before 2 hours. but jeeves Technician not come. Next Day I called "jeeves said today definitely send technician but not come. Next Day 22/10/2015 Early morning I was called jeeves services providing Vinod technician Number. So I called Vinod Technician " He Said I will coming at 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. that day 5:00PM to 11:00 PM Called 30 to 40 call but No Reply. Full day Waiting jeeves services Person, Our Traditional day but Not going anywhere? Full Waste. my all relatives waiting but waste my that day. Next day 23/10/2015 talk to jeeves proper person his arrange but his know only installation Only. Demo knowledge Zero. he said sir smart TV knowledge Zero, I will be arrange other technician on Sunday. Sunday 24/10/2015 at 1:15 PM One call received for jeeves technician. he said sir Monday will be Confirm come at 7:00 PM but not Come, another time Earlier come to home before 1 hour. Flipkart Customer Executive Every day called but Everytime said many procedures 1. Product deliver After 3 business installation and demo. 2.Every Executive said I follwup and your complaint on Priority basis but I said a Question You know Priority Meaning. 3. dear sir are you not available on phone, our service executive said. 4. flipkart send a mail please provide your contact no. and reachable time. Question :- 1. flikart last time called so I was call after 2hours on your no. 2.Flipkart Every day update my Installation and demo problem. 3.Flipkart Executive said last 2 times I talk to Your Senior but not transfer.                             [Incident:[protected]] [Incident: IN[protected]] Above mentioned are the complaint numbers and apart from those complaint numbers I have made several calls and sent several mails with detailed description and screen shots. Initial date of complaint registered was 12th Oct till now they haven't resolved the issue and they don't even bother about it. Customer satisfaction in the sense not delivering the products by CEO it is most important to respond to the issue effectively. It is just a simple problem where a child can understand now a days, that I'm unable to download the ebooks and some are not reflecting in my purchase section and for this reason I have explained so many times through mails, calls and even conveyed through screen shots. But the worst case is that at first they will assure that we understand the situation and later they will send a mail that what is the problem you are facing. At the time of purchase the books are very less and at this point of time it costs more. If they refund it won't benefit me in any way because for example one of the book which I have purchased was at 8₹ and now it costs 461 ₹. Each and every book which I have purchased costs more.

                            Today afternoon I got a cal from flipkart and they asked me about my free time and I told them in case if I'm in meeting, that time I won't lift the call apart from that you can cal me anytime and they scheduled cal at 3:00 clock I said ok. But till now no one turned on.

                            How negligence you are and how irritating your service is.

                            If you can't resolve the issue just tell me I will lodge a complaint against you in court.

                            You people don't have any kind of shame. How can you take salary when you can't do your job.

                            Just leave the organisation so that they can hire expert in that position.

                            Shame shame shame shame on part of you.
                            Yes i do know that you have called but at that point of time I was replacing the sim and the best thing is that you have tried only once and you left it off. You have not tried another time that is how you work towards customers complaint but we have to make several calls to follow up the issue.

                            When i got call from flipkart on Saturday afternoon you assured me that you will resolve the issue on Monday but again you have just postponed it to 3rd. This is what happening from oct 12th.

                            This is really pathetic and you should feel shame about yourself that "we are not unable to resolve the issue" and you should do a self inspection and recruit some professionals on board who can really solve this issue.

                            This screen shot is for customers who can get a better clarity on your service part.

                              I buy philips htd1510/94 home theatre but flipkart ws retail sent me a spa6600 speakar + dvp3618 dvd player. this both product offer value is 2500+ 1500 = 4000 but htd1510 mrp is 13392 and he offering in 6990. its mrp create by flipkart.. flipkart giving a big bilion day offer. but where is offer. he fraud with me. i waant replacement. if this model not available give me a other higher 13000 mrp value other orignal home theatre. order id:OD[protected] mob. OD[protected] he sent me fake product. after complaint flipkart care call me and told me after return we rs 6990 transfer to your account and rs 4435 we credit to your flipkart wallet account. but wallet not credited till date. when i call to flipkart customer care he will not respons my call. 1 st he givee date 1 nov.. after 3 nov.. after 6 nov after 9 nov.. but wallet not crediited till date. hello freind dont buy any product from flipkart. he 1st send fake product after return he not give refund. very bad company. i think flipkart dont have any other way for earn money so he fraud with customer.

                                I had ordered a phone mi 4i on 17th October and its not yet delivered although showing me the status as delivered. After contacting the customer executive, they were extending the date everyday and telling me to wait but not a single response from them. The payment is also done through credit card.

                                  I ordered a Moto X play on flipkart on 15th October. and it was supposed to be delivered today. They automatically cancelled my order today. It was out for delivery but the didn't call me. They didn't explain why my order is cancelled. I had a discount of 1500 rupees.

                                      This is a complaint regarding order no OD[protected] of Everything Imported Laptop Table . A faulty product was received, and on contacting flipkart support, they refused to give warranty information for the product which they had advertised on the site. Please see attached images . After writing multiple mails to flipkart support and they promising me resolution by a fixed date which they kept on extending .Finally i received a call from flipkart saying they can initiate a replacement for the faulty product . I got message from flipkart that the replacement is packed and shipped by seller on Oct 9, however this replacement was never delivered to me and no one came to pick up the item as well .After following up numerous complaints flipkart called me and promised me a pickup and accepted the refund request for which i got a message on Oct 16, however as usual no one came to pick up the item and it seems that the request just vanished like the previous requests. After waiting for a week for the pickup, i called flipkart support again who again assured me that they would escalate my case. Finally on 24th Oct i got a call from someone at the escalation desk who again promised me that pickup will be done, i requested her to tell me what action i should take in case no one comes to pickup like the last 2 times, but she assured that she is from escalation desk and pickup will be done . Since 24th Oct, everyday i get a message saying that pickup will be done in the morning and at the end i get a message that pickup could not be completed. I have attached all these screenshots for the reference. I do not know whether my requests are hitting a wall, or flipkart is just sending me messages and not actually sending anyone to pickup .It has been 3 weeks since my request for pickup was accepted and till date no one has come to pick up the order. It is highly disappointing that flipkart is doing this to a customer whose first destination for online buying is flipkart . I plead with flipkart to not harass me like this, i needed the laptop table for my neck problem while using the laptop and now my money is stuck with them and the faulty laptop table has been with me for 3 weeks now, with flipkart promising to pickup the item and not showing up for a week until i remind them after which they take a new request completely disregarding the fact that the older request is still no completed and no pickup is done.

                                      I ordered Redmi Note 4 on 16.10.17, order id-OD[protected].It reached on 07.11.17 & package was found torn.I didn't receive it.The order was cancelled, my refund status shows, "Refund 6 days after PICKUP IS COMPLETE.Why PICKUP clause when order is cancelled? Please escalate my issue.

                                        Hi, I have ordered 2 times Moto X play from flipkart. first time they returned the money in flipkart wallet. Second time when I recived the Moto X play next day I faced the screen issue with phone. I called to cutomer care. I request them to replace my phone. or refund the money. they are saying you have to go customer care for this . I told him that I cant to service center as I am very busy with my work. they said very rudely that it's upto you. this is totally nonsense. now I am totally fedup with flipkart and online shopping kindly suggest. Now I will fight for refund money to get in my account not in wallet. They make customer fool. Wallet means they refund the money to wallet. Means money will keep to the vendor not to flipkart. Whatever you have to buy. Buy from the same mobile vendor which from you got the mobile. OD[protected] OD[protected]
