On 2-11-15 ordered Asus Zen mobile worth Rs. 22997 and paid through debit card. Flip cover worth 328 thro debit card. Cancelled the order. Amount not refunded inspite of repeated requests. Flipkart order No: OD[protected] for Rs 22997 2. Order OD[protected]. On their website it is showing that refund process is complete with refund ID 35195255. Repeatedly contacted flipkart customer care. They are registering a new complaint each time and extending the time of resolution.

    Dear Sir, I received a iBall Slide Octa A41 tablet from Flipkart with Invoice date 25-Feb-2015. Here are the oder details, Order ID = OD[protected] Order Date :[protected] The tablet got switched off all of a sudden and I am unable to switch it on. When I send it to iBall Service center, they informed me that IMEI number in the invoice does not match with Tablet's IMEI number. So, I requested for a corrected Invoice (14-Aug-2015) and they sent another invoice which also was not matched with the IMEI in the tablet. I requested once more for the corrected Invoice attaching the Image of the Tablet's IMEI. After that I have made 15-20 calls and every time they respond saying your request will be serviced in next 4 business day. It is more than 3 months and I do not have received the invoice. Every call, they give very inconsistent answers, 1. We have already sent you the invoice. I will take one more request 2. Please send us the Snap of the Table IMEI number 3. Our team will revert back to you in 24 hrs on your mobile number and so on.

I ordered Akira ZB-185 Liquid Screen Guard (pack of 2) on 17th nov. After 9 days I received the product and when I opened the courier I found that they delivered 1 screen guard for asus zenfone 2 and the other for asus laser 5.5..!! Also when I check the screen gaurd, one of the screen guard is missing. It is just 2 layers (no screen guard between the layers) are sticked together and just placed in the case. Someone used the screen guard and put the removed layers in it. This is worst experience with the flipkart...!!! Just cheating with the users. Not even verify their sellers what they are delivering also they are authorized or not..!!! Please take an appropriate action against them and the seller.

First time seller delivered the damaged product. Also the tempered glass is of some local company not of Nillkin. I complaint for this in flipkart and raised replacement request. I received the replaced product around 5 days later and this time also they delivered the same local company tempered glass and without any cleaning kit. Please take an appropriate action against flipkart and the seller also...!!!

          Spoke to customer and informed him regarding the replacement of the product and customer told he will send the snapshot of the product received. Hence closing the case until customer reverts.
          The flipkart executive told me that they had contacted the seller regarding this and the seller is saying that he had delivered the original product.

          I am attaching the snapshot of the product. Don't try to fool the customers.

          If you are adding the comment on the complaint please write the complete details as discussed. You haven't mentioned your words what seller told you about the product...!!!
          This is what they had delivered to me in the replacement...!!! Again the tempered glass is of local company... Also this time the screen guard is not of asus zenfone 2.

          They are just fooling the customers.

          Please help me to take action against them.

              I bought a Samsung galaxy On 7 from flipkart and it was delivered to me day before yesterday ie 25th of November. From the very first day I am facing network issues. When the mobile is not in use for about 1/2 an hour or so the network in both sim disappears and in order to get it back I have to restart the phone. Today since morning I had to restart my phone 6-7 times. When I called customer care, flipkart they told me to take my mobile to some Samsung service centre and get a certificate from them stating that the mobile really has some problem. I am seriously disappointed. I mean, I have spend my hard earned money on this mobile. The least they can do is tone replace the mobile or return it. It is clearly mentioned that it has 30 days replacement guarantee. Then what are they trying to do? Waiting for the 30 day period to get over?

              I repeatedly called flipkart and they finally agreed on refunding my money. Though they haven't refunded my money yet but they picked up the mobile on 21st and assured me that I will get my money back as soon as they receive the mobile.

              I contacted flipkart as the mobile Samsung Galaxy On7 they sent me had serious network issues and i had to restart the mobile as much as 15 times in a single day. I send them job sheet from samsung service centre on 7th of december. They told me that they are going to arrange for a pickup within 5 business days and after that they are going to start the process of sending a new mobile. I called them when even after 5 days nobody came to pick it. They told me that they will pick it up next day and since then i am calling them everyday and getting the same answer that they will pick it up the next day. I have lost my patience now. I just want my money back. Flipkart has worst customer service. Please think twice before buying anything from flipkart. And for Flipkart my order no is OD[protected]. They are not sending me a new mobile which i have already paid for neither are they refunding my money.

                My digiflip tablet went dead (I got it replaced twice during first two weeks which is a different story) and I gave it to service center prescribed by Flipkart two months ago.

                I have been reaching to service center and they point me to Flipkart customer care. Customer care forwarded it to some third party and the third party asks me to claim refund from Flipkart over phone but he doesn't keep that on mail.

                On net I am balled among the fraudsters.

                As a common man, I can just lodge a complaint against the so called giant. I can just curse their business.

                  I ordered one BPL LED TV (Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart, on 9th of November'15. But the product was not delivered at the expected date of 19th Nov'15. I complained to Flipkart regarding this, they kept on telling to wait for another 24 hours for one week. Now they are saying that they will not deliver it, so please cancel the order from my side. Please take the required action as if I cancel it now, there would be financial loss for me. So either I want compensation for the same or I want the Product delivered with penalty for Flipkart.

                    I have a Ordered Refrigerator to my family on 8th of NOV. Flipkart accepted the order even it was an village and on 8th evening I got a confirmation saying your item has been shipped.
                    On 12th i have called to the customer care saying, sir I am not able to track the order, could you please check. They replied " sir May be it was not updated, dont worry by 15th you will receive your product.
                    On 13th I have got a message from the courier people saying " we have picked up your item and will reach you by 19th" Again i called up the Flipkart customer care and said the same. Again I have got reply saying " By 15th you receive the product."
                    The same happened till 20th. Mean time I have given 3-5 Complaints. Every time I have lodged a compliant I have got an answer wait for another 2 days sir. sorry for in convince.

                      I ordered Pepe jeans Jacket from flipkart.com vai order ID OD[protected] . When I opened the product I judged that the product has been used for atleast one year. I requested for refund which they accepted but they dont pay any attention to the matter as this is the 12 day although they were supposed to take back the product within 3 - 5 days.

                          I bought a Lenovo A600 plus mobile through flipkart. It was having various issues like battery charging, draining, no signal.
                          Mr. Suhas RM of Flipkart called me and informed me that the pickup is not available in your area so kindly send the product to our Warehouse via courier.
                          I too sent it on Saturday 21 November 2015 and as per the courier status it has reached the Warehouse on 23 November 2015.
                          As per the return policy mentioned money will be added to the wallet in 48 hours after reaching the Warehouse.

                          Mr. Suhas also confirmed me over phone that once the product reaches the warehouse the amount will be available in the wallet within 24 hours.

                          WHY DO THEY WANT TO GIVE A FALSE PROMISES.


                          As of today 27 November 2015 I have not received the money in Wallet. When I contact the customer care they always ask for 24 hrs time.

                          I shall wait till today if i don't get money in my Wallet the issue will be escalated to Top Managements and let them know how their company works.
                          This is really pathetic to hear . I think hereafter we should not think about flipkart and now I am going to uninstall my App.

                              I ordered Lenovo P1m for Rs 7999. Order no. - OD[protected]
                              On 18th Nov 2015 and the delivery was expected on 23rd Nov 2015. On the day of delivery they cancelled my order without my consent. And when i reported the problem they asked me 1 week to refund my money. Flipkart customer care is really responding well, but day by day im losing the trust in them
                              I want to contact it's retailer (WS retail, Bangalore) but i searched for their contact id and phone no. All over the internet, but i didn't get any results. I'm now doubtful of the retailer and Flipkart. I'm totally disappointed with the service as it was my first purchase from flipkart.
                              I want money to get refunded asap.
                              I also want to sue the retailer for cancelling my order without my consent. And if Flipkart would refund my money soon, I'm ready to buy the same from you again.

That he said correctly because I've already mentioned rhat in my complaint. But when i aaked him my complaint no. he said he can't because of security reasons. And suddenly he cut the call.
                              People please be aware of this. Dont attend the call from them

                                Hello i have a online order of a mobile xiaomi 4i order no.OD[protected] through mail [protected]@gmail.com from flipkart and my registered no. And contact no. Is [protected] and the product received has software issues as well as heating issues, the product is damaged from many ways and to return the handset till now i have placed 4 return request and they have rejected all simply by a call where they are guiding for some nonsense troubleshooting which is not fair on their part as it is not a used mobile its a brand new one, why should i repair it or update the phone and use it, if the new handset has so much defect. Updating the phone is not a major issue, issue is if now they have like this worst after sale service after 30 days (as this product has 30 days return policy) they will treat me as dog. Finally sir i want a new handset in next 3 days as they have already wasted 10days and also my so much or i want to sue against them for my phone as well as time. Please look upon this matter. . A message to flipkart have baught around 6-7 phones this year and many different orders, 3 times needed your help for some issues 2 times you were not their to solve it though i contacted you through mail and call, and 3rd time i had to write here.. Great after sale service great behaviour keep going, good for long run.. Next time though a bit expensive will look some other website. Sir please look upon this matter as soon as possible.

                                Just now (after 5mins of submission of complaint) i received a call from flipkart executive throught this number [protected] who asked me my card details and everything from which i paid for the order to reimburse the money, atlast when he asked the OTP i doubted its a spam and disconnected the call. So for flipkart and for his worst services i have to lose my money time and so much mental harassment.. Shopping through flipkart is next to waste of wealth and health.

                                  I had boooked a keyboard which came in broken pack and delivered when i was not home in which there is no function button, loose spacebar and the quality isn't good enough for what i'm paying.
                                  i tried for cancellation and return and nothing happened ye even after the specified date by flipkart .

                                      Respected sir it is kindly brought to your notice that i had booked an item flipped round neck stripped men pullover on 25-NOV-2015 near about 6.15 pm.As i made myself through online payment Rs 1044- had been deducted from my vijaya bank a/c.([protected]) but no message or e mail of confirming my booking is not being received by me from your side.And when i inquired about my bank account no refund of my money was being credited to my account. kindly take this matter seriously and help to get me my booking order or make arrangement of refunding my amount which was deducted.                                         I had purchased a UCB - Womens Top three months ago through my debit card.The company had sent me a rejected quality product where there is a hole in it.I had requested for refund back.They had refunded it back also but my payment is still due from three months.whenever i called them they had just given me a fake 20 digit trans Id which i had checked it from bank they had said a trans Id can never be of 20 digit it should be of 10 digit.After calling several time they had said that they please send the bank statement bt verifying it they said sorry its our fault we will refund back you in 24 hrs.Many 24 hrs gone they say same thing.What a Rubbish Company Is it.Really!!! I had taken a legal step too.Had made a complain of fraud in Consumer Court Also.Let it be...You have to pay for your rudest behaviour.Specially a gentlemen name Tushar Suresh Kamalik Had rudely behaved with me. Had also attached his name as i had recorded the call also.
