I have ordered Samsung LED TV 40", OD[protected] on November 4th. The order was not delivered as per promise and I raised a concern first on November 12th. After 1 week of continuous follow up, I got a mail saying "as per your request the product has been cacelled" on nov 23rd. I called Flipkart customer care and they informed that, the product has been cancelled by seller. I have been insisting on delivering the same product by different seller with Flipkart at the same price, which Flipkart said, they will look into it. Even after 8 days, they neither refunded the money Nor delivered the product. On 30th Nov, I received a call from flipkart saying they will refund the amount, and do a price match if I order the same item by 1/12 11AM. Since I didn't receive any response / call from Flipkart today, I called the CS, I have asked to move my call to second level / third level, the senior executive now tells that the order is yet to be received to the origin, hence refund is on hold. As per them seller cancelled the order, now they are telling we are waiting for the return. When I look at the current status of the order on flipkart, its showing as item returned :( ) The most unfortunate thing is, none of their Customer support team keeps their promise, they keep changing the status / reasons why there is no refund. They try to take people as granted. It appears like just by not delivering the product and not returning the money with false excuses one can get a good interest in one month and which I believe they are doing the same... Interestingly they also say, we tried to reach you but your phone is engaged, when I ask if its engaged why can't u do a retry.. there is no answer. And when I ask what is the update you are trying to convey over phone to CS, they will say we don't know :( we will get your issue in 24 hours.. its almost a month Nov 4th to Dec 1st. This to me, appears like a clear ethical issues with flipkart team. Its very hard for me to trust Flipkart on any of those promises and commitments. Everytime you speak, you will hear a different story... such a shame... for claiming themselves a number 1 e-com company.
I am still following up with Flipkart, as the amount is big, each day for last 10 days. Few things that happened in past 4 days. I spoke to several people in flipkart, assistant manager to senior manager. All of them have promised me that issue will either resolve in 3 hrs or 6 hrs or 24 hours. and None of them never get back to me. The only time i received the call, the call got disconnected immediately and no call back update post that.
The worst part is even senior super visors doesn't look the issue fully and they just try to say a story, its only if i use an abusive language, they actually look into details of the issue and try to do something or at least act as if they are doing.

They kept the money for 1 month, credit card interest 2%, number of calls more than 1 each day, and each time i call, they keep me on hold for 20 mins ..

It is such a shame that flipkart is doing such a cheap tactics to make money by way of holding customer money and not delivering the product and not refunding immediately.
The worst thing about OD[protected], so far they have been telling they are waiting an update from Seller, today i did lot of research and able to found the exact seller and location. I contacted the seller directly, they told me clearly that they didn't receive money or they didn't deliver the product. When the order came, it was cancelled by someone (not sure who). I asked them if Flipkart contacted them in past 20 days either by email or Phone, They clearly told NO, NO NO. What is wrong with Flipkart? Why are they lying and cheating customers? Are these guys taking people for ransom

    I ordered a Kartuce Back Cover for Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 from flipkart, order no. OD[protected]. I returned the item on the very next day of delivery as it was a case of damaged product. The product has been picked up for return but I haven't received the refund money yet, in my account. Please refund my money back soon.

    Spoke to customer, he states on November 11, 2015 pick up has done. Still, no calls made to ask for bank details. Informed customer to share the acknowledgement copy of pick up done. Customer agreed. He will sent us by EOD. Hence, arranging for follow up.
    Refund and exchange from Flipkart is like dead body sent to graveyard.
    Customers will only have to cry and keep calling the irresponsive customer care - they can't provide any sensible answer.
    They will go on telling "give us 24 hours, every time".

    Its further waste of time and money calling these customer care.
    I have been trying for exchange/ refund for nearly a month. No success yet. Its becoming FLOP KART

      I have purchased HP 15-r249TU Notebook from flipkart against order number OD[protected] and they have delivered a defective latop to me. I have placed a return request to them and they have closed the same by saying you request is not approved. Again I have raised a request and they are not replacing the same.

      Spoke to customer and informed that the issue escalated to the concern brand.
      I have checked and came to know that laptop supplied to me was previously repaired 6 times, This is clear cheating that I have paid for new laptop but the supplied laptop was repaired one. I need my money back with interest and penalty for wasting my time.

            I ordered the product on[protected] and invoice date is[protected]. my order id is OD[protected] COMPUTER|dell|3542|ci5|8|1|2|win|red|dell inspiron 3542 notebook (4th gen ci5|8 gb|1 tb|win 8.1) The product's Express Service Code is [protected]. Issue: The product is getting restarted often (15 mins once). The hardware is of problem and keys are not stable. I called flipkart for replacement. They redirected me to go to nearest Dell showroom for free service. They said this product has 1 year hardware and software warranty. I called toll free number of Dell : +[protected] and spoke with the technical team. They spoke for 30 mins and finally said this product has no warranty details and service cant be done. Out of warranty service can be provided which has to be paid. I checked the Product's information Which said the product is shipped in month of may and it has no warranty. ​ Please see the image which says no information available. this is why dell refused to do service. I donot want a product which is of old stock or used. I want the refund back. Please take back the damaged product and give me the money back. I have spoke to Pooja ( flipkart phone assistant), I have the audio for proof. I will have to take server action if I am not getting my money back.               Yesterday i ordred this product but dut to some network problem the order placed twice... yesterday i cancled 2nd order and keep 1st order to diliver at given address. today i got call from flipkart and told same i order same product twice to recive both press 2 or to cancel 2nd order press 1 i press 1 and now when i track my order both the orders are cancled... date on placed order-Sun, 29th Nov'15 order id- OD[protected]

                I have bought a Onida LEO32HAIN 80 cm (32) LED TV with Order ID : OD[protected] through mobile and offer was there to provide free installation and demo, product received on 17th Nov, after delivery on 17 Nov, Courier partner updated delivery on 19th and flipkart was scheduled demo on 24th Nov, but it was not done after so many complaints flipkart again scheduled demo on 29th Nov and same was also not done. also they updated status are " your demo and installation done hope your enjoying your product", but still demo and installation not done by flipkart I have tried to reach out to flipkart over phone and mails many times and pretty disappointed the way hey responded, after raising many complaints they called and says your demo done by this this date. they are save one template for all customers i.e ''We apologies for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till this this date to get back to you. Thanks, Flipkart...'' Kindly look into this issue and take action against Flipkart

                  I purchased Motorola mobile from flipkart website, After got this mobile within 40 days mobile has problem. I have given Authorized Motorola service center date on[protected]. They checked mobile and finally said this mobile mother board has gone it will take 10 days time priority for repair. I said ok and taken serivice receipt and came back. After 15 days[protected] i called this service center, Who said with in a two days will ready. Then finally today[protected] again they said spare not came we unable to attend service, i got angry and asked them to replace new one, did not response properly.                   Escalate the issue to the concern team to check with MASC and inform the customer issue will be resolved within 24 - 48 hours. Customer agreed.
                  Flipkart people asked 48 hrs time date on 01-Dec-2015. Now date on 7th of December 2015, Still not yet solve my issue... At the same time parallely Motorola people also called me regarding this issue and asked time priority for same 48hrs, they are also not solved my issue. Finally i have lost my money.

                    I booked the fridge on 9th Nove 2015, The order number is Order ID: OD[protected] Item : LG GL-B205KSLN 190 L Single Door Refrigerator They have still not given me the product. Till date i have been given 8 dates to resolve my issue, but neither they are giving me my product nor are they refunding me.Till date I have called their customer care number as 17th Nov, 21st Nov, 23rd Nov, 26th Nov, 28th Nov, 30 Nov. Every time they eat my time as 20-25 minutes and bluff me that my issue will be resolved. It is effecting my health too..I want my money back

                      It’s been really a frustrating situation and shame to tell that FLIPKART is doing such mistakes AGAIN AND AGAIN and making customers life miserable. Initial Order which I have placed on NOV 17 for Racold Pronto 6 L Instant Water Geyser (OD[protected], instead of delivering the product that I have ordered, FLIPKART Seller has delivered different product which is Racold Pronto neo. I have requested for REPLACEMENT /refund. Instead of solving the issue, one of the FLIPKART escalation team executive ANKUR MANI Kalitha has misbehaved with me. I have raised a complaint for this and nothing has been done about his misbehave. I have raised a request for refund but I do not have any news and it is really taking long time for Flipkart to refund. A person by name PRAVEEN was following it up but no news till now. Second time I have placed the order for the same item which is Racold Pronto 6L-3KW on NOV 22nd 2015 for Cash on Delivery (OD[protected]. But again they have sent me the incorrect product which is Racold Pronto Neo. At the end what I would like to say is, any ways FLIPKART is not fulfilling the customer requirement, instead they just argue without any resolution and what I think is, it’s absolutely waste of time dealing with the flipkart. FLIPKART is least bothered about the customer concerns. I have ordered the Water geyser because o[censored]navailability at home, and there are aged people @ home who are 90+ and 3 older aged about 87, 70 & 65 respectively. I have been wasting my time with flipkart from past 15 days with out any resolution's. They really don't bother about customers time. Any ways these things FLIPKART cannot understand and they know only business and irresponsible way of behaving with the customers and not solving the issue. Finally I would like to say, they are behaving irresponsibly with the customers and not solving the queries and concerns timely and just WASTING THE TIME. I have been talking to the FLIPKART executives but none of them are ready to agree to solve the problem apart from eating my time. Consecutively THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME MISTAKE WITH THE SAME CUSTOMER BY DELIVERING THE WRONG PRODUCT WITH THE 2 CONSECUTIVE ORDERS. I Would really request you to forward or send to the team or person who can help in this case to solve the problem and ensure such mistakes doesn’t happened with any customer in the future. Payment failed while redirect from payment site and order did not generated which i have got an email of refund from flipkart but now they say order data does not exist or Wallat gft vouchar is already used.                               I asked for the replacement of my product from flipkart which I purchased in October 3rd week. They gave me the replacement of the same. But at the time of delivery I'm not available at my place to receive it so I asked them to hold it for 5 days. As every courier company holds the consignment for atleast 7 days, but they refused to do so and told me that the consignment will return. I want to complain about the same, That such e-commerce companies are not providing these facilities through their own channel and are harassing the consumers to take the consignmenton the promised date inspite of his instructions. Pl look into it and make it possible so that every consumer will not be harassed.

                                I have purchased an washing machine through flipkart, but since after 15 days, havent heard anything from the courier partner. It was showing shipped on my status but that actually didnot happened. This is second time this is happening. please check with the courier partner and help me getting the product. I really not intended to put it here, but after all the strugles getting my product, i just visited here.

                                  Hi I have recd a gift voucher from my brother (Bhai Dooj gift) amounting to Rs. 10000/-. On 20th Nov (Friday), I purchased a power bank​ with 1199/-, Order ID - OD[protected]. Next I bought a Philips Ujjwal Mini LED Lantern Emergency Light (Blue) and at the time of purchase it was 799/-. I made payment through the voucher then the following comment appeared. "Something went wrong. In case you have made successful payment we will process your order. For more queries contact Customer Support with transaction id TX[protected] " Both the amounts (1199+799) = 1998/- has been deducted from the voucher and balance showing 8002/-. I called customer service on Friday and they assured that I will get a call on 21st Nov bu 5pm but nothing happened. Sent multiple mails with no revert.                                     I was purchasing Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile from flipkart and getting multiple defect product as well as raised the quirey to flipkart for this issue with SR IN[protected] and they told me once you visit service center and take job sheet with problem and send me.I will change your mobile or refund your amount. They are taking all bank details with me for refund. I was sent that sheet but write now they told me unable to do that. Mobile has multiple problems over heating, better charging and backup, touching, flash light not working. So I humble request you to please look into my issue asap and provide better resolution.                                       Order #: OD[protected] Phone was used just for 2 days, issue noted was immediate after the first boot. 1. Ear piece gives bad quality sound, wont be able to make calls with good voice quality. 2. Phone hangs randomly and gets restarted with phone reset. No data can be saved in there. Tried resetting phone to factory setting, disabled many apps that eats memory, updated android and other apps. Phone seems useless here. Wasted 8000 Rs in Flipkart. As per Buyer protection scheme, Flipkart was supposed to replace/refund. Return request was straightaway rejected after checking the phone remotely with their app called "Smartcheck". It just analyses hardware performace for that moment. They themself not sure whether it can catch typical hardware issues. Memory card was not present in the phone when they checked it remotely via the smartcheck app. Surprisingly they found my memory card is full and so it hangs. This clearly tells about the credibility of this troubleshooting app Flipkart is boasting of. Recorded the conversation with customer care as a proof for future proceedings. Customer care asked me to contact Lenovo Service centre to resolve the issue. Why should I go for it when there is a protection scheme in place and issue was reported immediately - on 2nd day of delivery. Bought the product with trust in Buyer protection scheme from Flipkart but in vain. Going to challenge the credibility of the app "Smartcheck", Buyer protection scheme & mental agony caused by this purchase.

                                        This complaint is related to my flipkart order id OD[protected]. I had purchased Eagle QQ155 Roti/Khakhra Maker on 14th October 2015 . A broken product was delivered to me few days later, I requested a replacement for the damaged product. The second time an unbranded and broken roti maker was delivered. I again complained to flipkart about the same and they suggested another replacement to which I agreed. In the third delivery that happen on 23rd November one and a half month after placing the order came with a product that was even more damaged and broken, completely useless. When I confronted Flipkart they could only say sorry and offer refund. I have purchased this item during the discounts at Flipkart and not the product is available at triple the cost on other sites. I do not want a refund I want the proper product. Flipkart says they cannot give me the product now. only refund. I have photos and damaged product with bills as evidence.
