I have Received a product after 12 days of actual Delivery date, when i am asking to return they cant return the same.

Now they are giving me n nos of reason that they cant return the product, i have spent hours on phone with their call center which they didnt bother to address, no of call back promised not a single callback made.

Thats not the Solution, can some one pls call me back on [protected] to get it sorted, its more than a month now, I want the product to be returned, when you can deliver the product 15 days late then why can't to return the Product, as I have already bought different product in between...
I[censored] cant give the money back, Atleast give that as flipkart wallet. I can utilise the same in future.
Still No update from Flipkart, Can anyone fix this or not.
Its really not acceptable... Customer service is least satisfactory...
Even they can't give the money to wallet...
will anyone give me some update on this.

      In spite of paying and proactively following up 24 hours in advance, Flipkart executives show no sensitivity towards customer requests. We order items considering an occasion and when they breach it, they breach our trust. To make matters worse they donot even come up clarify the status.

        Hi, i had ordered for a micromax LED TV on 9th Nov and the same was due to be delivered at my address on sunday 15th nov., when the courier partner from flipkart called me on sunday i had rescheduled the delivery for Tuesday 17 NOv at 8 am, as i was out of town to which he happily agreed and confirmed. Today916 Nov ) around 130pm i received a call from the courier partner for delivery tomorrow and he confirmed, aftre his call i recieved a message from Flipkart conveying that the order has been cancelled. i wish to understand the rhyme and reason for the same secondly, when the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday why and how it has been cancelled? who would bear the loss of transaction?
        why should i understand there's no reason in the mail.. this is cheating...

              I ordered a lenovo k3 note on flipkart along with the exchange offers clubbed with 10% discount on my SBI debit card. But before the delivery, i misplaced the item which was to be exchanged. Now i am ready to pay the exchange amount thereby paying the exact amount of the product only clubbed with the SBI debit card discount. But the company now insists upon replacing the order. But now since that SBI offer is not available i would only end up paying 1000 bucks more.

                      Order no.-OD[protected] my ever worst experience with flipkart is this. i have purchased #lenovo k3 note with its convincing specification @ 10k. when i actually received the product in hand and used it for 3-4 days, i noticed that it has a major problem of heating and hanging. Even if i talked for 15-20 min, it heats badly. and you cannot even type a number without hanging...this phone hangs a lot. THEN THE WORST PART i click for return, they rejected my request for 4 times. 1. technical expert from flipkart called me...told me to troubleshoot. i did but no change in the performance temperature of the phone raised to 42c. 2.they told me to download their application 'smartchck' i did. i dnt get it, how they get to know the performance of whole day in 2 -3 mins 3.third time put the request. i was doing some work. i told them to call me in 2 min.. said yes.. but they actually called me next day.. they think they are the only busy people in this world. 4.now they are saying to go to the customer service center... and i m not the only one who is facing this problem, you can check the review of #lenovo k3 note on flipkart site/application please teach your experts to come up with good excuse for not taking phone back. flipkart showing their true color. 5th time i put the request to return. told me to call at 2.00pm let see what new excuse they will give me. F for #flipkart F for #fake you can buy from #amazon #snapdeal or even from #paytm.. but #flipkart(A BIG NO)

                        I ordered Moto G (3rd Generation) [IMEI/Serial No: [protected] on[protected]. I product was delivered on[protected]. I was happy with the delivery timeline. But Within one month the mobile handset turn out to be defective. The battery was not taking charge and with frequent restarts. I called flipkart on toll free customer care number:[protected] or[protected]. The executive told me that the due date to return has expired better to go and visit nearest motog service center in guwahati. I visited the same on date 28-Sep-2015. In between I was calling them for the updates but there was no positive response. Every time they were providing me false information that your mobile has been repaired. You can visit service center to pick up the same. On reaching office they denied that mobile part has not arrived yet. Thereafter I waited for another month and I received call from MotoG customer care that your mobile will be delivered on 11-Nov-2015 which turned out be Diwali day Holiday. Again I patiently waited for a call. And luckly this time they called me on[protected] but again a new delivery date 24-Nov-2015 giving excuses like Mobile part has arrived late due to custom checks and police verification etc. My only request to these High class companies please do take care of customer concerns rather than fooling them with such excuses. In my case it was a new handset that was hardly one month used so why not they replaced the entire handset with a new one. Why playing such mind games with customer like us. Please do take necessary steps who wherever is responsible.
                        Spoke to customer, he says that the service center has informed that the spare parts are not available with them.

                        Informed customer that we have escalated to the relevant team, asked customer to wait for 24hrs.

                          Dear Sachin Bansal, Binny Bansal & So Called Customer Care (?) FlipKart Team, Order ID : OD[protected] Order ID : OD[protected] Product : Mi4i This is not at all customer centric approach. I have already explained the entire situation over & over to all of your executives and floor managers. And Moreover I want to tell you this is the SECOND time the same thing happening with me. First of all, why do you provide exchange offers if you are not able to fulfill it. If it was the courier constraints, then that wasn’t my problem and also I have told you repeatedly that the order was not cancelled from my end. If its cancelled due to courier constraints then it’s definitely and completely your fault for which I had to suffer for. And now on top of that you are saying I won’t get the same deal for which I had spent time and put the order. Also as suggested by you, I again placed the order on 4th November, and this time I just got 1 call from the Courier guy whom I had specifically told to deliver the same to me on Monday (16th November) and again the order got cancelled. If I have paid my entire money before the product’s delivery then with whose permission is the order getting cancelled?????????? I am really not at all satisfied by the way you are handling the your customers. I am also listing down the inconveniences caused to me because of you services. 1) First of all we wait for the Big Billion day Sale, so that I could utilize the benefits. 2) It was a gift for my wife which I was not able to make it. 3) The date given for delivery for 02 Nov 2015 that is a weekday and so it was supposed to get delivered on my office address. 4) I got a call from courier guy on Saturday, in which I feel the person himself was not intending to give me my courier. Even after telling him to contact me back on Monday he again made a call on Sunday, where literally the courier executive was forcing us to cancel the order. But same I said earlier, I did not tell him to cancel whereas asked him to deliver the same on Monday. It’s my strong belief that the guy wasn’t willing to give me the product, I don’t know the reason. I want you to please listen to the recordings of the courier person done to me. I hope you keep a track of that. 5) Also, as the offer was available only on SBI ATM cards, I had borrowed the same from one of my distant relatives and after the order was placed I also paid him the money in cash, which now I don’t know how to ask him back. 6) I also ordered a Mobile case cover for Mi4i, which I have already received. I don’t know what use it is now, I also want to return the cover. 7) Now after all of this, I again placed the order and am seriously very much dissatisfied in the way our orders are being handled. 8) And also, why every time my Mi4i order is only being cancelled. With whose permissions are these orders being cancelled?????? If I have paid complete money for my product before its delivery, then without my permission how this products gets cancelled. Also I am worried as how come all orders gets cancelled at 11PM at night and not during the day time. 9) I have several others items in my list which also I wasn’t able to take as I was out of town for Diwali vacations, then why these items did not get cancelled and only MI4 gets cancelled. I don’t find all this user friendly. I would like to tell you, all the things or the solutions your executives are giving on the call are not that easy from a customer point of view. I also had some emotions attached to the gift. I don’t know whether flipkart is really concerned about its customer. Also, please stop answering the queries in 24 hours clock system, as your customer care takes almost 23 hours to reply and that also is not of the customer benefit.

                            I had ordered a Moto G 3rd generation phone on Flipkart during their Diwali sale and paid through Sbi CC and got a deal for Rs.9269 under exchange of my old phone. Normally it is sold at Rs.12999 without sale. My order got processed, mobile shipped from Chennai as flipkart is a sole distributor for moto G and it showed it reached Mumbai, it was just a 1 km away in their hub, i was excited as i was expecting phone any day now. And totally notoious thing happens my order is cancelled by Flipkart, inquiring them they said due to unforseen circumstances seller cancelled the order you will be refunded Rs.9269 we are sorry you can please reorder at Rs.12999. They keep on saying sorry it is our mistake we are sorry... why such a big company like Flipkart do such thing i feel as if i am cheated. Why should I reorder at Rs12999 when my order for Rs.9269 was cancelled by them not because it was error it was their well advertised offer. They are not keeping their promise, I am very frustrated more than money its their attitude and my excitement turned into disgust which makes me frustrated.                               I had ordered Canon EOS 700D on 10/11/2015 night and did an online payment. Then I realized that the items mentioned are available only Flipkart app. Within half an hour I cancelled the order. I was told the amount will be credit to my account immediately. Now 4 day have passed the amount is not credited to my account and in my Flipkart account it shows the the item is cancelled and "Refund successful! Rs.33999 has been remitted through original payment mode" which is false and misrepresentation of the facts. (photo attached). Call center representatives say that the refund is initiated and it could take 7 business days. Again refund statement says "Refunded successful" and representative says its initiated. Total mismatch of facts. Secondly, when I buy products from Flipkart my bank account gets debit instantly and the amount is credited to Flipkart account. But its not the same when I cancel the order. Now 4 day have passed and still there is No refund. My question is, as a customer if It had to take 7 business days to complete a transaction do you'll think e-commerce/ online shopping businesses would have be a success stories. NO. Its instant online transaction that makes the online shopping businesses thieve. They don't practice the same when it comes refund. [protected]@yahoo.com

                                Hi my name is priti . have ordered 1 vu 40 inches led TV from Flipkart on 7 Nov 2015 and initially it was showing that I will get the delivery on 13 Nov 2015 at 7 pm but till today I did not get the TV .I spoke with customer care now they are saying that you will get the delivery on 16 Nov 2015 at 7 pm . I wasted my time on 13 Nov as I was waiting for my TV and I spoke with customer care team multiple times but I am not getting solution .I want my product on Sunday 15 Nov any how .                                   Order id: OD[protected], I had paid through EMI and now I had to contact bank to cancel the EMI bank is asking for refund, which flipkart initiated but it will take time to be credited, due to the application issue, instead of 700054, I selected 700091 which was coming as a pop up on my mobile screen. They have cancelled the order, atleast 7-8 times called the customer care, spoke with zaidi shadiq, he has given me a complaint id: IN[protected], spoke with Abhay on the same day 13/11/2015, told it should be delivered, today 14/11/2015, around 1 PM they called and told they can not deliver the product as pin code is wrong. When I called Flipkart first time, they did not confirm the same and they hang up the call, I did not get any SMS or phone regarding the order during the shipment time, it is still near by hub, the address is well known Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, 58, canal circular road, saltlake. The pincode should be 700054, instead of 700091. However, they do not bother to provide the information at the first time. I do not know whether my EMI will be cancelled or not, flipkart is cheating.

                                    OD[protected] Product : Sandisk Ultra Dual USB Drive 32 GB Pendrive Date: 4 oct 2015 I have been cheated by sending wrong item twice and lastly the broken packet (without item )in properly sealed courier.It seems very disappointing for not providing the solution with this theft/cheating either by Flipkart or the courier company . I understand that Flipkart is ready to refund the money. In fact, it is a policy of Flipkart to refund the money in any of the case if customer does not like the product or the item does not meet the correct specifications. But here, the matter is related to cheating by sending broken packet in properly sealed courier packet (without item)and that comes under the section IPC 420 etc. I received few calls from your concerned department after my complaint, but couldn't get proper answer. I suggested them to solve this matter with symbolic compensation against this cheating and mental harassment. I reiterate that refunding the money is not the solution in this matter. I just want the surety with some symbolic penalty so that Flipkart should not repeat this type of cheating again in future. Thanks & Regards Manoj varshney

                                        So, i ordered a Samsung Galaxy S5(Copper Gold) Order ID: OD[protected], and the order was delivered on 24th October 2015 when i ordered it on 15 October 2015. 1.Issue with Order Delivery:- So, the delivery executive calls(Around 3:00PM) me and asks when it will be possible to collects it, i requested him i am at the office and will be reaching home at 4:30PM so please wait for 10 minutes extra, he agrees to it.I rush home from my office (which 23kms away from my home) and reach there 10 minutes late and when i call the executive HIS PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF! I had clearly mentioned that i will be going out of town and need to collect the new phone the same day itself.So now i call the Flipkart support, he say's we do not have any contact with the delivery team(eKart).I understood there was no use talking to the support team, AS FLIPKART DOES NOT HAVE CONTACT WITH THE EKART TEAM.! 2.Issue with the Product Received:- So, after all that i finally received the phone on 24 October 2015.Started using the phone, initially it was working fine.After 2 days the actual issue started. While i normally send text messages or use watsapp, i got a message "SAMSUNG KEYBOARD HAS STOPPED WORKING", and i have to close the application and then type again. Worked fine for a day and then happened again and again and again!Now, there was something else happening, the phone started to hang.The only way to make it work again was to remove the battery and then power it ON again. All this was happening with a 5 days old phone. 3:-Issue with Getting the phone replaced:- I call the Flipkart support and tell them the issue and on November 10th 201, they reply back to me with some troubleshooting steps and i would not expect them to email me but to call me back ! I send emails again to flipkart and finally an executive call's me and states we would have to run a smartcheck app which will diagnose the problem.I agreed and said alright and when the test was completed the phone failed the test and there was some issue with it and said he would arrange a replacement.Agreed to it. Later i realized i took the initiative and contacted them continuously for almost a week and then they agree for a replacement?? I Sent out an email again and said i don't want a replacement but i want you to cancel the order and refund the money. So, the executive from Flipkart calls back and says alright sir we will cancel the order and refund it. --Later i remembered i had given my old phone Samsung Galaxy Nexus as an exchange for this phone.So, i contacted them again and a lady takes the call and she is giggling continuously and then asks my details and puts me on mute and then said ok sir we will refund it to your Flipkart wallet, i requested i want it to be refunded to my bank account not Flipkart wallet, the executive said its not possible so i insisted here to check with her supervisor or get him on the call and now she puts me on hold for almost 6 minutes and then comes back and says ok sir after you have got the refund to you Flipkart wallet you will have to call us and we will take 4 business days and transfer that money to your bank account. So, for this she initially said NO as money cannot be transferred to the bank account but only to Flipkart wallet as its a policy and then in 6 minute's all the policy changed and it can be transferred to the bank account?? It was either the executive who was new hire or my time was being wasted.No customer would expect the support executive to laugh when he is going through all this??! --After all this i finally gave phone back and got the message for refund as 17999 rupees which should have been 18049, so i send email again and then get a reply that 50 rupees will be deposited to you Flipkart wallet as pormotional balance. --So finally i had to keep working with the FLIPKART TEAM to get my money refunded. --THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE.Had the best shopping experience of my life.
