    Hi I had Placed my order for "3nh Self Design Bollywood Handloom Georgette Sari" having original order ID OD[protected] in starting days of last month. On 29th OCT Flipkart delivered me the product "very very cheap Kurti" inside the parcel On the name of "3nh Self Design Bollywood Handloom Georgette Sari". On the same day I requsted for "wrong Order". and requested to give me original product or return my cash back. But You rejected my request to return money according to Flipkart Return Policy with Refund ID (Return ID: [protected] and Agreed for Replacement of the same Product with ID Replacement (Return ID:[protected].. Diwali is already gone... You agreed for Replaced item and also given due date for my purchased item as 11/11/2015.. But you was unable to fulfill it. and on the last day you are informing us that you will not able to deliver my item instead of you will refund my amount with return ID Refund (Return ID: 35400293 . Today it has been around more than 8 days..Even I have not got my amount... What the hell Is this !!! This is my last warning to you to refund me as soon as possible otherwise you will force me to do some further actions against you... This is not the issue of just money but also of time and trust...     Spoke to customer, informed customer to check the declaration form which is sent from our end on 19th November, 2015 . Informed customer to fill the same and revert back with the photo proof for which we can process refund, customer agreed hence till he reverts closing the case.

      Hi, I requested flipkart to replace my order of Bajaj Panther 3 blade ceiling fan as the fan had several issues, I requested the return on 10th Oct, 15 till today i didn't receive the replacement, several time i called up flipkart team and even spoke with supervisors and managers available on the floor, every time i spoke with them they end up telling a complaint has been lodged and escalated to the higher team, finally on 6th of Nov, they informed me that the product has been delivered to a different address, apologized for the inconvenience, its 18th of Nov i got a call from Flipkart about the complaint, informed me they still need time to fix this, apologized for the inconvenience, i have complained and spoke with managers, still nothing worked, managers guaranteed me things would be sorted out within 24 hours, still waiting.. registered mobile:-[protected] registered email id:[protected]@gmail.com Mobile:-[protected](official) Thanks & Regards, Abir Samanta

        On 16/10/15 I placed an order for a double bed with Flipkart sold by Hometown Order ID - OD[protected] Flipkart harassed and tortured me mentally by intimating me couple of times within the delivery time frame records that I will be receiving my order following day.I took leave from work and lost my wages in order to receive the order but nobody turned up. On bringing this issue to customer service all I got was to be patient and wait till delivery due date which was 16.11.15 To my horror when I check my account on 15.11.15 it indicates that the item has been delivered. I bring this up with Flipkart customer service. They ask me to wait for 48 hrs promising me a prompt resolution. Within this time I receive another email mentioning that my product has been installed which has never been delivered to me in the first place. I sent them a reminder email questioning on their promise for prompt resolution but they did not bother to reply. And when I called them later on at 5pm they made me wait for 15 mins on phone and than manager comes on line and disconnects me. Flipkart has cheated me of my money by falsifying records on my account as delivered and also installed. So as of now I haven no other option but to initiate a legal course of action against Flipkart.

            I ordered a mobile phone Moto X play to flipkart on[protected] via order no OD[protected] and received it on[protected], but it was damaged so I raised a return request and replaced on[protected]. Unfortunately product received again was not in good condition, scrathed on border screen guard was not proper, it seems that this product was bein returned by someone and they sent to me as it is. I again requested for replacement and they accepted it and processed the replacement. But on[protected] I received a message that your product will be delivered today, but I could not able te receive the product due to some work. I called the concerned delivery person for same, he said that it will be delivered to you next day which was our OFF from office and I told him about this then he said they will be delivering it on[protected] which was my working day and I was present, but no-one came up with delivery and I received a message that re-attempt for delivery is unsuccessful and will try for[protected] and it delivery fails then order will be cancelled for failure of delivery. I called customer care and told that[protected] is our weekly off, they confirmed that its fine and product will be delivered on Monday i.e.[protected] and the order will be not be cancelled. But I tracked the consignment it states that order cancelled due to failure in delivery attempt on[protected]. Again taled to costumer care executive and they assured it will be delivered within 24 hrs, which could not happen. Again talked to customer care and they said that delivery attemps has been made several time dated 09th, 10th, 12 th, 13th and 14th. But I gor intimation for delivery on 10th only and failure intimation on 13th and 14th. I humbly request you to resolve the issue, flipkart is making fool o[censored]s by delivering old and faulty product.
            No action being taken, neither by consumer forum nor by flipkart.
            I am waiting for response.

                I have a complaint regarding my order OD[protected].
                Today after 5 days of dispatch of MI4i mobile phone I got a message/mail
                saying order has been cancelled.
                I immediately call the customer care and asked to raise a complaint (IN[protected] and
                change the delivery address and same has been done.
                after 5 hours I again got a mail saying refund has been initiated. Without
                my concern and prior information how order can be cancelled and refund
                initiated.
                I have exchanged my Nexus 4 mobile in exchange offer. I want my Google
                Nexus 4 back otherwise please deliver new MI4i phone to new address.

                I am ready to pay the amount which is going to be credited to my account
                soon (Rs 4494 - refund amount).

                Please take this on priority and respond because I need clarity for the
                Google Nexus 4 mobile which i gave to you in exchange offer.

                I am too sure that i don't need exchange amount(5000 for nexus 4), I need
                my phone back else deliver new phone (Xiaomi MI4i) to the new address

                  I have bought this Micromax 42C0050UHD 106 cm led tv form flipkart on 8th of Nov 2015 and it got delivered on 10th of November. However this "Flopkart" company cheated me by delivering a defective piece. I immediately looged one request of replacing the tv with a new one. But they kept my request on hold till the technician visits my home for check-up.
                  it's been now 8 days and nobody came to my house, these cheats just keep on assuring me that my solution will be provided and keep extending the deadlines.

                  Now I'm really frustrated with these guys, please tak enecessary action against these cheats . they sell defective second hand products to customer in the name of new one's and cheat customers.

                    Dear sir, I have ordered apple iphone 6 16gb amounting Rs. 45000 from flipkart Oder no. OD[protected]. I recieved a call from flipkart couriour parther ( Delivery ) that you parcel has come plese come and colllect i said okay i will come at same day i.e. diwali I went to couriour for collecting my parcel i paid them 45k den after that they have given me the parcel i went to home actually i have orderd this phone for my sister i gifted to her she opened the parcel infront of me and we both were in shock that we have'nt recived the phone! A stone was wrapped under the polytine instead of my iphone 6! I have immediately taken an action i have called them and told all the issue they said sir this happen sometime i am excalating your complain you will get the revert shortly.! I was soo woried that i have paid them 45k isn't joke and now they have send me the email that seller has dissaproved your return req! sir i havent created any return req! i have compllained him that your havent sent me the product now my last hope is you please help me! i have paid 45k please help me so that i can get my money back from that company who has cheated me

                      Dear Team,

                      It was really pathetic & bad experience with flipkart for delivery which took more than 1 months & after delivery i have to wait for next 3 days for installation.

                      Earlier the delivery duration was 1 week while placing the order on 17 Oct. & by the time order booked it change to 25 days & finally it took more 2 days delay after giving the commitment by FLIPKART, which was done on 14th Nov.15.

                      On 16th Nov received SMS that product has been installed but non of call person came for installation.

                      I am the frequent user of FLIPKART but this time it bad experience even with customer care

                        Flipkart is not delivered the product which was booked on 17-10-15 and gave me a delivery date of 31-10-15 and till today they are just simply keep on extending the date to delivery... keep on giving date to resolve the problem not to deliver the product...
                        And also i have booked the shoes for brother marriage occasion and these people have sent different size of shoes in single pair of shoes...
                        am really frustrated of your resolving the problem dates please any one clearly mention that what possible i can do now...

                              I purchased a T-shirt online from flipkart and i requested to return it back because of the duplicate product. I called customer care for changing my address to take it back. Customer care representatives suggested me to write a email to [protected]@flipkart.com for changing your address. I sent the email 3 times but pickup came to my previous address to take my product back..I dialed the customer care again they told me that it will done within 24 hrs however the product is still not been changed and the pickup guy has visited to my old address again. I want to make a request through this website this is a like a scam for us, i want nobody can be treated like this again in the future that's why i am writing this to you guys to take a legal action on this

                                I bought a Moto G3 (order# OD[protected] from Flipkart that was delivered on Aug 12, 2015. A day later I locked a complaint as I wasn't satisfied with my phone's performance. The first time, their technical representative rejected my complaint without even hearing my problem and was very adamant about her 'facts'! I was not at satisfied with the call about which I complained again. I got another call from another of their technical representative who argued illogically giving a stupid reason. He asked me to go to Motorola service centre in Noida Sector 18, get it in written from them that there is issue with my phone and then they will lock a return complaint and process it. I was surprised by his rebuttal and reminded him that eCommerce companies operate on customer satisfaction, which they have been gravely missing. I was really let down by them. A few day's ago, one of my friends bought a phone (Infocus m810) from Snapdeal and faced the same issue wherein he wasn't satisfied with product performance. He locked in his complain with Snapdeal and they immediately issued a refund to his account. This is what we call servicing! No matter how the product is, if the customer is not satisfied, it has to be returned! No one is so idle that they will keep on playing this game of ordering and returning even if the product is fine. Flipkart is the worst site in terms of CSAT.

                                  I got my new phone Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 from flipcart but none of the sim slot are working. First two days i waited to get my new micro sim to get started but even after getting micro sim for the new phone, it is not working and showing a message as unable to find the network neither in manual mode nor in automatic mode. I tried my new sim in other phone, it is working but it is not working in the phone i ordered from flipcart.

                                    I placed the order for the product ASUS Zenfone Laser 5.5(Red, With 3 GB RAM, With 16 GB), with the exchange offer. The product that I want to exchange is Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro GT-I8552. Now in the available list (of the product that can be exchanged) has Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro I8550. But if you would check then there is no product with same combination of product name and number available in the market. There is a product called Samsung Galaxy Win (I8550), which is a single SIM product. For the product name Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro product number is I8552. Clearly this is a typo error which can happen. So I requested your team to take not of this and correct the error so that I can place the order again, which was cancelled earlier for this reason only. But after multiple rounds of calls (to be exact 4) at you customer care and two mails (1 reminder), I get a call from you technical team (possibly). Here I would like to mention that the guy who called me had not read the mail so have to explain the issue all over again. Now after that this guy tries to explain me as below There are two product Samsung galaxy Grand Quattro I8550 and Samsung galaxy Grand Quattro GT I8552. The former being the single sim and latter being dual. When I told him to check on internet he came up with some bizarre explanations/ reason. He even tried to tell me that there are two product Samsung galaxy Grand Quattro I8550 and Samsung Galaxy win I8550 without realizing that there can be two product with same product number

I have been following up since 3rd Nov and there is no proper status when I'll get product. Keep getting messages that they are working on it but it has no meaning.                                         This is to bring to your notice that customers are being cheated in the name of this company. Once the payment is received, it seems that no-one is bothered to see the challenges/issues customer is facing. I have never seen such casual behavior by any company towards customers. First of all, they send me a miss-shipment. I registered my complaint to them many times through online and by call. The courier came twice but did not take the product back. There is no response from Flipkart to provide any resolution. Now they are not repaying my money back also.
