Hi,
I have ordered Lenovo K3 note yellow mobile (order# OD[protected] and its out for delivery on 19th Oct'2015 @ 12:30 PM, but I requested delivery boy to visit my home after 3:00 PM on the same day as no one is available to collect the shipment, but he rejected and told me that the item will be delivered next day at the same time (12:30 PM). I agreed that too.

From next day when they supposed to deliver the item, the eKart Logistics (Courier) guys started saying that the mobile is lost (not traceable at their end).

The question is, suddenly how the product will be missed when delivery boy tried delivering the item on previous day.

I called Flipkart customer care for the same and they promised me that the issue will be resolved on or before 25th Oct’2015.

On 25th Oct’2015 morning I got a message from Flipkart saying that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded. I never cancelled my order and without my knowledge they did it.

The actual cost of the mobile is Rs. 9999 but during offer period for old mobile exchange they offered Rs. 7424 and paid full amount.

Flipkart kept my money with them for 10 days and returning back. There is no reliable delivery on the products with Flipkart. This is how the Flipkart is doing online business.

    Your valuable customer have ordered a shoe before and that of fadvantage filled product delivry boy didn't came with swiping machine and over all this afternoon tried to speak with your associate to[protected]
    that lady associate was busy educating me instead of doing her job properly.
    i have asked for a re attempt of that product delivery don't know if i can get it or not so poor management i ever sceen cause i also am an associate difference is you guys work for flipkart and i work for hp.
    cannot rate for this poor service provided by flipkart now a day cause i was really a satisfied customer of flipkart till today now i lost all my hope reguarding your poor service and managing abilities
    Customer care associate was so impatient to listen issues which i am facing rather a problem to your end
    so unsatisfied.
    i know this single comment won't make any difference still will always say such a poor service you people are providing... Good luck for your hopeless service.

          This is the first and last time i am ordering from flipkart. itz a sheer fraud. I ordered 2 mobile phones on 17th oct 2015. And on the delivery day they cancelled my order, without any instructions. When i contacted them they said its their mistake but they can do nothing about it. I request people don't believe in this discount myth. I am waiting for my refund. And obviously going to take a legal action on this.

          We had the same experience during the big billion days . we ordered a hand bag and they informed that the product is dispatched . after 1 week, they informed that the order has been cancelled and we can place a new order at increased price (as big billion days were over). we didn't leave it; called to the customer care, they informed it's due to the courier problem. we are no way related to the courier and it is flipkart's responsibility. we took up the matter, lodged complaint with the flipkart division heads and immediately they responded. Finally I received the bag with the same offer price. so don't lose heart, take up the issue, flipkart has to respond, b'cos without customers, they will not exist. Good Luck

I had ordered Sony Xperia phone for my parents anniversary in my hometown (Bilaspur). It has been delivered to my office address (Mumbai) today. When I called in the customer care no. the first guy cut my phone after keeping me wait for 15 minutes. I tried again, the lady of your department says that in our portal it is showing that it is not yet delivered after keeping me at hold for 20 more minutes. I said ok can you track and tell where the phon is right now, so she says VASHI hub. I asked why will it go to vashi hub if it is going to Bilaspur when the expected delivery was 23rd Oct. She says madam you have to call us after 7 pm if it is updated at that time that it is delivered to the customer. Pathetic delivery system, Senseless answers, Painful customer [protected]@ Flipkart.

              On one hand the order status shows delivered on 22nd october, 2015.
              and on the other hand it shows unsuccessful delivery attempt on 24th october, 2015 at 3:35 am IN THE NIGHT.

              The pre-paid product has not been delivered to me. After i contacted the customer support they were not able to help me and took a complaint.

              I have received no follow-up on the complaint. Hence before spreading the word about the kind of service on social media websites. I decided to file a complaint here.

                I buoght Motorola moto g 3rd generation on 17 October 2015. The payment was made from IDBI bank debit card or rupees 12999.00 on the 18th of cotober, i cancelled that item and still waiting for refund.                   Hello, I bought a HTC Desire 326G Dual sim hanset from Flipkart on bill dated 26.07.2015. After couple of months the problem started with the battery and it never took full charge and I also faced that the UI(touch screen) was sticking and it wasn't smooth. So, I went to the Authorized service center of HTC and they told it was a software problem and upgraded the OS but it never resolved the battery problem. They denied to change my battery or service it and they claimed that they won't provide any warranty for any mobile purchased from Flipkart. Currently, my battery don't provide me any backup and it seems my money is wasted on a faulty phone. I am trying to attract Flipkart's attention here to address my problem ASAP and provide refund or free service under product's warranty clause.                       I have purchased Lenevo K3 note on 7th Oct 2015. After use of 4-5 days mic stopped working. The exact Problem was, when I called someone then he did't get my voice. At the same call when I connected to the headphone, other person got my voice clear. I have restarted my phone multiple times, then it started working fine. I requested for Return to Flipkart, they called me and suggest some steps to follow and cancel my request. I followed the steps and the problem remains continue. Again I Requested for return and they call me and suggested to reset the phone and cancel my request. I did it but the Problem remains continue. Third time, again I requested for return, they called me and diagnose my phone with their tool(Smart Check). They said phone is OK and there is no defect. And cancel my return request AGAIN. I am just feeling cheated by Flipkart and forced to use defected phone. Flipkart return policy is a white elephant, you can only got cheated by them. I will again request to return. And if they denies, I will not purchase any product from flipkart and will tell anyone about this cheat.

                        They are all thinking that we are fool here to be back o[censored] all. Is this the way u treat the customer. Everyday am calling u all and u all are saying it will be done today night today night and so on.. When do this will get resolved, is that after we die it is going to get resolved. This is all ur mistakes and is that we need to be back o[censored] all. Atleat u guys should have humanity. Very cheap behaviour.

                        I required some should call me or esle defintely this is will be taken in different manner.

                        Very worst customer service. No proper response and the damaged product is still with us and even we didnt get our money back and we daily call back to ur customer services.


                        Very irritated to be back o[censored] all. Very worst customer service and irresponsible guys

                        Guys who responded to me that it will get resolved in 24 hours from past 20 days - ravitha, rahul, chaitanya.

                          I have purchased a west coat o[censored]nited colors of beneton order ID- OD[protected] by online shopping from flipkart.com on 15 october2015 and the expcted date of delivery was 24th october 2015. But it has not been delivered on the commited date. I have gifted this item to my elder brother as it was his brother on 25th of october.                             I am Swapnil G. Thaware from last few years I was regular customer of Flipkart. But now days I am hearing about more and more people experiencing issues with Flipkart service. Now this time happned with me. On date[protected] I ordered Noise back cover HTC of 449/- Rs. Having black and blue combination but I got totally black cover so I returned that product to your office. And requested my refund of money but no one is taking this problem whenever I was calling to Flipkart each time I was getting reply like “Sorry sir within 24 hrs our backend team will call you...”This happened on 12thOct, !6th Oct and 23rd Oct this fourth time happened with me. Now I am not interested in my refund of money I want compensation of this. Flipart wasted too much time for this small problem you taken completely one month for resolve... Is that type of services are FK providing to their customers. FK has to take this complaint at higher level. And if they not paid my compensation I will make this big issue in MEDIA. Even this mail will send to all TV channels. I don’t care what happens to me in this case. No matter of 449/- Rs. But problems I faced because of this is too much.                                 I ordered 2 set of Shahnaz Husain Diamond Skin Revival Kit under order no. OD[protected] from FLIPKART on[protected]. Item receiver on[protected]. After opening we found that there is only one Kit and same same was informed to FLIPKART customer service. For surity and confirmation, picture of product size, product packaging size etc was also forwarded to FLIPKART, as product package was just sufficient to store one Item only. I got positive response from them and they told to deliver second Kit also. After their response, when I remove transparent wrapper from Kit box and remove the all four creams, found that these are Duplicate items. This was confirmed when we compare the product packaging, sticker and other with original product which we were already using (Image attached). Differences were 1: Picture of Shanaz hussen on original product and that on FLIPKART supplied product. 2: Sticker on both. 3: On bottom of original product, product packaging date, expiry date etc was mentioned, there was no such mentioned on FLIPKART supplied product. I again contacted to FLIPKART with these details and they assure me, they will resolve the issue within 48 hrs. When I did not get and response from them, I again contacted FLIPKART through mail on[protected]. On[protected], I got a mail stating your replacement order is cancelled, and since you have returned a lot of items, you will be no longer able to either place any order or return product.When I check the status of order it shows cancelled. I contacted FLIPKART customer care executive and Mr. Dilip respond [protected]@12:58 on[protected]. As per him since I am unnecessary returning product “they will neither return product nor return money”., and I will have only one duplicate kit. When i insist him that delivered product is duplicate, that AUDACIOUS fellow argued that how you know this is duplicate product.I told him since this is a cosmetic product, we can not use than as this may produce allergic reaction etc., he was continuously arguing “we only sell duplicate product, and picture is not proper, sticker is not proper, no mfg expiry date mentioned, it does not means it is duplicate”. I told him I can not go for lab test of product, since we are using the same for so many years we can differentiate between original and duplicate product just by seeing. I am having doubt weather he was working for FLIPKART or some other rival site, as after his arrogant and audacious behavior neither me nor any of my friends going to purchase from FLIPKART. In this time when other companies are focusing on good customer relation, this is very cheap response from FLIPKART. After doing illegal act by delivering duplicate product, their response was like “Hum to yahi karege, jo karna hai wo kar lo”

                                As per customer care man Mr. Dilip either I should use the product or get lab test report for them to proof it is duplicate.How can they be so arrogant after wrongdoing.
                                FLIPKART's seller DEALSASTA (For same above mentioned item) is selling duplicate product and FLIPKART'Sseller review page is full of review against DEALSASTA. Inspite of that they are taking no action against such seller, it shows that FLIPKART is well aware of these fraud sellers.Still why they are neither returning my money for one missing product nor returning other product.
                                If you people show same pathetic behavior than downfall is not ahead FLIPKART.

                                  I ordered Asus Zenfone-2 with order id OD[protected] during the big billion day sales. I also opted for the xchange of the old phone which was purchased year back from the flipkard order id Moto G (2nd Gen) - OD[protected].
                                  Order get delevered to the final hub and went back without any information. I wonder when i saw update saying your order is return due to invalid address.
                                  Old phone was shipped to same address and even the website shows that address falls under their delevery limits.
                                  Main points to observer here are
                                  1) They did not delever the product to the same address on which they provided service last year.
                                  2) If it was an invalid address they did not even made an attempt to call me.
                                  3) They sent back the product without my notice.
                                  4) Customer care is playing fool on this issue without proper response.
                                  Poor customer service, they have some problem in their online software it seems.

                                    I had ordered Xiaomi Mi4i smartphone (White 16GB) through Flipkart on 15th Oct 2015 (Order No. OD[protected] . I got a message that phone will be delivered on 26th Oct 2015. I was not in a hurry, so decided to go for standard delivery option only. I got three offers: 1) Flat 3000/- discount 2) Exchange Price of my old smartphone (1500/-) 3) 10% discount on credit card payment Final amount came to 7694/- I kept on checking the status regularly, on 21st I saw it delivered to New Delhi Hub. I was happy that the product will be delivered to my place soon. As I was expecting the delivery anytime, I kept the phone for exchange at my home. On 23rd Oct, I got a call from my family member that the delivery executive was at my place. There was a problem. I had a word with executive, the IMEI number of phone to be exchange did not match with the number he was carrying. I immediately, checked my order on flipkart website. Yes the numbers did not match. The number mentioned on flipkart was [protected] which was wrong. Hence, the delivery executive left my place. I cross checked the numbers. I remember it very clearly that the IMEI number was entered correctly by me. IMEI number is a 15 digit unique number to identify a mobile phone. IMEI number shown in flipkart website is 14 digit with one last digit changed from 2 to 3. Flipkart website does not accept a 14 digit number in first case. I called up the customer service, but to my despair they put all the blame on me stating I entered a wrong number & system cannot be wrong. I requested to crosscheck if the problem was from software end but their reply left me disappointed. On my insistence, my call was transferred to Supervisor. He gave me an assurance that the case will be re-opened & there will be some positive action in next 24 hours. I took this assurance & waited. In few hours, I got an sms from flipkart stating that my order is marked customer rejected. I immediately called up the customer service number stating that the order was not rejected from my end & stated the facts. I was asked to place another order without any discounts, which was very disturbing. I bought books from Flipkart when flipkart was only a online bookstore & carry a regard for this company. But with latest incident that image is tarnished. I work in a bank & see numbers getting changed/ misplaced but have never seen this approach where a customer is not heard at all & he is asked to pay full amount & enter a new order. This is sheer UN-professionalism & harassment of the customer.
