I am booking a product from Instracar, rajahmundry branch order no:ID FMPC[protected] but we cannot received a call from your rajahmundry staff and also i provide address also but we cannot receive the product your staff says that not call any customer without door no. when i went to your office to collect the product at 2:30pm then your staff says that not have much more time to search the product .     My flipkart order I'd is OD[protected], I Had ordered a jockey men's wear, but the product they delivered is duplicate, it is not my choice, not for my size.I had contacted flipkart customer care, they told me that the pick up facility in your area is not serviceable, and this is the second time that I am facing problem please do the fastest action.

      I purchased LED from flipkart with reference to subjected order id. During the time of purchase they offered 1 year company warranty plus 2 years additional warranty to total it would be 3 years. Now I am struggling to reach Flipkart to update my warranty to 3 years from 1 years but they are not responding. I tried to reach micromax customer care also but even they are not replying.       I called Micromax customer care no 1860 500 8899 . On these no earlier response I am unable to contact Customercare Executive but Now I am able to contact. I had explain my issue and they send one SMS containing EW no.

        I tried to book this product on[protected] at around 01:00am
        I booked it and proceed for payment.
        There was a delivery issue at my address as the product cannot be shipped at my home address although i have booked lots of stuffs before from flipkart at the same address.
        I tried 3 different locations in Bangalore.
        1st my home address in Benson town.
        2nd my office address in EGL Domlur.
        3rd My Relatives home address in Frazer Town.

        all address it was showing not deliverable.
        i refreshed my page just to make sure everything is ok.
        suddenly BOOOM..the price was increased by 5000 rupees and it was showing as 14, 990 rupees with 16% off..

        Now the most ridiculous thing was when i am going back to the list of items its still showing as 9999Rs - and when i am clicking on it then 14, 990 Rs.
        coz now flipkart knows that i am interested to buy the product so lets loot.

        I don't know what kind of technique is this for fetching money..
        after someone got interested to buy the product..
        How can the price increased by 50% in 5 minutes.
        and how couldn't it be delivered to the location which is not very tricky or remote area.
        Flipkart this has really upset me..
        I need explanation for this.
        kindly explain..

            Hi Dear consumer court, I want to report seller "WS retail" and CEO SACHIN and BINNY BANSAL for infringement they sold me faulty device after that they trolled me till one month i asked for replacement but they keep saying our engineer will visit your home but nobody visited and after i csll them again then they said your replacement policy of 30days replacement has been over after that i go to service centre B2X janak puri, new delhi-27 they commited that they will repair my phone with new parts as i told them and you will get your phone next day they told me that they will call me after 8 days i visited service centre without informing them then i find my phone there they said it is repaired when i trying to use i found it was like in old dusty condition they put scratches on my phone and cover was opened then i ask them what you have repaired in my phone its you have formatted my device only then they said from our side phone has been repaired and they said your satisfaction doesn't matter said by senior of that service centre i have lost my business and time infact my money just because of running to service centre so i request you to ban this website flipkart and motorola because both are saying now we are not responsible for your phone and we can't even arrange your phone parts please tell them to refund my whole money or replace my device with new one Thank You Regards, Tushar

              I have purchased Puma 917 Gr Lo DP Sneakers ( Size 8) dated 25/10/2015 which were delivered to me on time but with wrong size ( Size 11). I had made a request for exchange n same was accepted by company. It is showing expected time of delivery by 18/11/2015. Yesterday i called customer care for the help, but they asked to deliver goods to their warehouse and saying we are sorry we cant arrange delivery boy. Kindly resolve the matter.

                Dear Sir,

                Once I was a fan of this online store (Flipkart). However nowadays these people have became the worst. They don't care about the customer requirement / satisfaction. Guess, because, they have grown so big with the help of regular customers like me.

                This is the second time I am suffering from their proclaimed 'fastest service'. I think they are not happy in I am being a regular customer. Last time (a laptop) even though I paid extra (Rs.99.00) for fast delivery, they delayed the shipment and got the same after so many communications and phone calls.

                This time they themselves said the delivery date is on or before 20th Nov. Now when I called today (20th Nov) they are saying my issue will be resolved by 23rd Nov. I need the product delivered today itself as I am going out of station tomorrow first half. I swear, I won't buy a single thing hereafter from these buggers and I will inform this thing to all my friends and colleagues.

                            I had purchased 7.2 kg washing machine from flipkart which was defected piece, I had requested to flipkart for retun /replacement for which they told that tecnical person will visit your place instead of technical visit I got the msg that technical visit done and your return has been processed.

                            As per flipkart communication I have to send return by courier for which they will pay to me the courier charges in actual.
                            But I am facing the problem as the place where I am staying no courier company is ready to take this box and when I had contacted to Impaneled courier services (Safexpress) of flipkart they are not co-operating.

                            I had also contatced to flipkart customer care for the same but I am not getting any proper response .Just one answer "I am sorry you have to send product by your own"

                              I had ordered a product worth 2695 Rs and paid 100 Rs for its shipping.I have received a product costing 1900 Rs and after three times of replacement assurance from Flipkart they are sending me the same product worth 1900 instead of the product ordered and paid for.I have been writing mails to the customer support and the CEO Mr.Sachin Bansal. Truelly reckless behaviour towards prepaid orders. I definitely want a refund.But thought of making an effort so that others do not make the mistake of choosing Flipkart for prepaid orders.

                                    I had purchased a honor 4c from flipkart OD[protected] it had a defect in the product so i requested for replacement flikpkart told me to visit the service center and get a job sheet but the service center denied me the job sheet and said that that it is responsiblity of flipkart to replace the product so flipkart mailed me that they will solve the issue regarding the replacement by 9th of november then it was extended to 12th november then it was again extended to 15th november so i called the customer support they again told me that my replacement issue will be solved by 19th of november but again i got a mail stating till is extended to 21st november also flipkart are sending me same mail again and again regarding to provide details about the service center which i had already provided on 9th november and also another time.flipkart are just purposely delaying the issue so that my replacement policy ends which ends on 20th

                                        Worst Flipkart.. I had placed one order on 11th November 2015 and it will delivered to me on 21th November (As per flipkart delivery status). Today (On 19th November) i got mail from flipkart as "Cancellation of your order" I am speechless. It's 2nd bad experience of Flipkart. Seriously, i don't want any explanation on this from Flipkart team. From now, im never gonna buy anything from flipkart.
