I ordered 2 set of Shahnaz Husain Diamond Skin Revival Kit under order no. OD[protected] from FLIPKART on[protected]. Item receiver on[protected]. After opening we found that there is only one Kit and same same was informed to FLIPKART customer service. For surity and confirmation, picture of product size, product packaging size etc was also forwarded to FLIPKART, as product package was just sufficient to store one Item only.
I got positive response from them and they told to deliver second Kit also.
After their response, when I remove transparent wrapper from Kit box and remove the all four creams, found that these are Duplicate items. This was confirmed when we compare the product packaging, sticker and other with original product which we were already using (Image attached).
Differences were
1: Picture of Shanaz hussen on original product and that on FLIPKART supplied product.
2: Sticker on both.
3: On bottom of original product, product packaging date, expiry date etc was mentioned, there was no such mentioned on FLIPKART supplied product.
I again contacted to FLIPKART with these details and they assure me, they will resolve the issue within 48 hrs.
When I did not get and response from them, I again contacted FLIPKART through mail on[protected].
On[protected], I got a mail stating your replacement order is cancelled, and since you have returned a lot of items, you will be no longer able to either place any order or return product.When I check the status of order it shows cancelled.
I contacted FLIPKART customer care executive and Mr. Dilip respond [protected]@12:58 on[protected]. As per him since I am unnecessary returning product “they will neither return product nor return money”., and I will have only one duplicate kit. When i insist him that delivered product is duplicate, that AUDACIOUS fellow argued that how you know this is duplicate product.I told him since this is a cosmetic product, we can not use than as this may produce allergic reaction etc., he was continuously arguing “we only sell duplicate product, and picture is not proper, sticker is not proper, no mfg expiry date mentioned, it does not means it is duplicate”.
I told him I can not go for lab test of product, since we are using the same for so many years we can differentiate between original and duplicate product just by seeing.
I am having doubt weather he was working for FLIPKART or some other rival site, as after his arrogant and audacious behavior neither me nor any of my friends going to purchase from FLIPKART.
In this time when other companies are focusing on good customer relation, this is very cheap response from FLIPKART.
After doing illegal act by delivering duplicate product, their response was like “Hum to yahi karege, jo karna hai wo kar lo”
Customer care associate was so impatient to listen issues which i am facing rather a problem to your end
so unsatisfied.
i know this single comment won't make any difference still will always say such a poor service you people are providing... Good luck for your hopeless service.
