Hi, flipkart is serious about business because customer service executive has frustrating to level that it can push customers away. I was happy flipkart customer few months back, recently I had such a bad experience with customer service. People sitting there don't know how to solve the problem, on asking to connect to manager I was put on hold.
i has had place order OD[protected] on 8th October. When this order was in transit, showing status at Chennai, this was cancelled on 13th October at 12.02 by calling customer care executive. despite that this order was on the way for deliver. and on 15 this order was out for delivery . when i was refuse it to accepting it by saying that this order was cancelled on 13th of October.
i would like to share one mail of customer care executive. that was written to me. i thing he reply me without knowing the fact.

We have been notified by our courier partner that your shipment is being returned to our warehouse (on 15 October, 2015) as they were unable to deliver it.
Once we receive the products in warehouse (It will take 4 business to get the item in warehouse from the date of return) we will refund the amount back to your debit card.

I have called Flipkart Customer Support34 times for the refund of a mobile purchased in the month of 4th October 2015, found wrong and returned back. The return process is complete on second week of October 2015. The return is accepted but he refund is not processed. So tired of making follow ups for this issue. No call backs as said or no response. Very bad experience with flipkart
