    I have ordered a Lenovo A2010 Phone form Flipkart. Order number for the same is OD[protected]. Phone got issue it get discharged in 15 minutes flat. I have raised a return request on 17th Oct. I was told return will be processed in 2 days. Then today (19th Oct) I got email the issue is being escalated we will get back to you by 30th Oct. Called Flipkart multiple call but customer case does not want to listen they are saying wait till 30th Oct. They are making fool of me just by giving dates. I have tried return from amazon they pick up the item in less then 24 hours. and here is Flipkart which need 15 days just to analyze if they can accept return or not. Flipkar is a fraud company.

        My name is shruti ravindran, since the past twenty-four hours, every purchase by a woman registered as "shruti shruti" in Mumbai has been forwarded to my email address, even after my deleting my account. This is annoying. It also makes me feel that if flipkart can't monitor such things, my contact details are not safe with the company.

          I purchase a mobile from flipkart in exchange offer i already read all the terms and condition of exchange offer but when suppplier came to my doorstep he told me that ur mobile is not include in exchange becouse its has a creack on touch pad (this condition is not mentioned in terms and condition ) when i ordered they accepted my old mobile and approve it i tried to contect from customer care but didn't rply (on the given number on website. and after cancellation of my my order i got a message thet we contect you soon about the order cancellation .but didn't get the call. this is really hope breaking services that one time they acceptd your old mobile and without and term or condition the delivery man rejected your exchange. i want this offer according to terms and condition. my order id and ither information are

            My complaint with Flipkart is ongoing. IN[protected] To my utter dismay, Flipkart is actually a cheater. I ignored all the negative reviews and decided to take Flipkart service during Big Billion Days. Only to see that the discounts and offers they were promising were not meant to be. They probably only want to increase traffic on the website and not serve customers. What they did to me is as follows: They took my order and so forth payment of over 5000, which included a Smartphone, mobile phone cover and a pair of sandals. I was eligible for cash back. Since I did not get the discount I was eligible for, I wrote E-Mails to the customer support team. At first they tried to justify with their stupid logics that the discount I received is correct. However when my calculations actually justified that they wrongly calculated actual payment, instead of giving me the extra cashback - they cancelled my entire order. And very happily just messaged me saying your order has been cancelled. I had ordered the phone for my mother as Diwali gift however Flipkart only knows how to deceive people. It is not bothered about customers' emotions, time and money. I don't know what is this hype for. When they are not capable of delivering products and offering discounts, then why this promotion and hype! They are big cheaters. Flipkart has done wrong not just to me but many others. Another friend of ours who ordered a phone during the same days, also told us yesterday that his order was cancelled. Flipkart is actually making a fool of people. In the name of heavy discounts, they are only minting money and do not know how to competitively stay in the business.

                I bought a Moto G3 and faced complaint on Touch Screen and Power Button. On raising replacement request your Execute gave trouble shooting for Hanging issue and rejected replacement. Even now the phone has issue and when I raised complaint no revert received and by completion of 30 Days I was given a mail saying request is rejected and cannot be replaced. Solve my issue and dont give these kind of fraud replacement promises. This is cheating from Flipkart

                  Earlier we ordered iBall Raaga Q9 Multimedia Speaker from flipkart. but these speakers are second hand clearly. firstly, a connecting wire is missing. second, sound is inaudible unless wire is pushed with a lot of effort. moreover, there seems to be a dent in the speakers plus the packing of speaker is horrible . unfortunately, the return period is out of date but we have been betrayed by flipkart. this was meant to be bday gift and it hurts when you sell product like this. I think Flipkart has lost at least 7-8 valuable customers.

                      Spoke to customer, informed that your account has been already freeze (blacklisted) in Flipkart. As our internal team has confirmed that customer is a re-seller, has owned electronic shop in the name of "RISHABH INFOTECH" in Bangalore. Hence, we are unable to entertain any request raised by the customer.
                      Flipkart Team has promises me to provide display offer and replace wrong product and they are taking long time to solve it. Now flipkart freeze my account unnecessary without solve my problem.

                      I have all the sufficient deviance to proof it. Flipkart cheating with me. Now they are telling that you are reseller, yes we are business man and doing chttp://www.consumercomplaints.in/flipkartcom-your-return-request-against-your-o... accessory business not of Laptop. So what???? They have to inform me before if that type issue. Why they are telling like this??? Now flipkart cheating me of Rs. 31, 000/- plus Offer for value of Rs. 42, 000/- approx. I have all the records to proof it.

                      If flipkart is genuine, then why they are allowing me all transaction for last 1 year. They must pay us Rs. 31, 000/- of wrong products and Rs. 42, 000/- of offer which they have given me before. Please check screen shot and update me on it without fail. I donot want to take any goods through flipkart.com if they have freeze my account. But fist they have to solve my issue as per my records. We will add image in next video.
                      Flipkart concern/back end team not doing work properly and adjusting all complaint without investigation. The suppler is 100% cheated me on it. And now seller is not showing in flipkart panel after I have inform them about register FIR against flipkart and seller. If seller are genuine then why they move from flipkart panel. I want clarification on my issue. We will not leave you in this issue. Flipkart team have to investigation on it. without investigation and resolve issue, how they freeze my account ???????? It is wrong. They must solve my issue.


                      Note: Flipkart cheating with me but we cannot bear my lost. If they again ignore it, this issue will go in public through public advocate and media channel. I will expansing more on it but finally i will proof it. It my promise.

                            I have placed an order for purchase of samsung j7 mobile on 17/10/15 vide order no od[protected] . At that time disc. Thru sbi card payment is @10%, but on making payment thru sbi credit card i recd. Actual disc. Of only 5%. On purchase of rs.14999 i hav to receive disc. Of rs.1500 but i recd disc. Of only rs.750 and my a/c is debited with rs.14249, so i have to cancel my order . I dont know when i recieve my amt. Rs.14249 deducted from my sbi credit card . I feel shocked about this and want to lodge a complaint about this error in payment system of flipkart.

                                I have this order on 05 october 2015. I have order double stand tv. flipkart had updated double stand tv on online site. I have booked arround 12.30 AM, date - 05.10.2015 and they have delivered arround 10am on 05.10.2015. Actually I have orderd double stand tv but they delivered single stand tv at my door step. after 2 or 3 business day i have called them and complaint that this is not my order. then flipkart told me that no problem sir we will exchange your tv. today 18.10.2015 i got a new tv same brand but new is same as a old. after replacement flipkart send me a again single stand tv.                                     Hi, flipkart is serious about business because customer service executive has frustrating to level that it can push customers away. I was happy flipkart customer few months back, recently I had such a bad experience with customer service. People sitting there don't know how to solve the problem, on asking to connect to manager I was put on hold. i has had place order OD[protected] on 8th October. When this order was in transit, showing status at Chennai, this was cancelled on 13th October at 12.02 by calling customer care executive. despite that this order was on the way for deliver. and on 15 this order was out for delivery . when i was refuse it to accepting it by saying that this order was cancelled on 13th of October. i would like to share one mail of customer care executive. that was written to me. i thing he reply me without knowing the fact. [protected]@flipkart.com via dynect.net Oct 16 (1 day ago) to me Hello, Thank you for taking your time to write to us. Order ID - OD[protected] Product - Mi 4i First and foremost please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. I can understand the frustration due to cancellation of your above order and it was not our intention to create such an awkward and embarrassing situation for you. I realize how important this product was for you and I am sorry to inform you that as per the records due to some unforeseen circumstances, your consignment is being returned to us by our courier partner. Unfortunately, we are unable to reinstate it and process it from our end. Kindly place a fresh order for the product as per your requirement and rest assured, we’ll have it delivered to you without any hassles. Trust me if there was any option with me, I would have taken the ownership and have processed your request as per your requirement.                                       Why flipkart are not replaceing my mobile when it's under flipkat one month warranty and pleace tell me is mobile is heating more then 45% or 50% then it is not hardware issue your customer care compare moto X play to mi phone and told me red-me phone is also heating please clarify is i have purchase mi phone you are using smart check app and calculate the temperature of phone when mobile is ideal and even you are not ready to make a call same time when you are performing test and i have captured some screen shot with cpu temperature with application clean master you can also check the property of image sothat you can make sure that images are captured same phone or not and please remove the review options of your website because your employee have no faith on customer and they are not feeling shame full to say that customer review are not correct .i have all ready perform smart check on phone and i am able to see the result your service man told that mobile is heating 40 degree when i am not using a mobile so tack a legal action against my complain and relace my mobile or refund my money if you can . my order no OD[protected]

                                      Spoke to customer, he has facing an heating issue with the Moto X play mobile and from our side done with yonyx trouble shooting steps and Smart check has done but we are not found any defective so we request customer to visit the authorized service center as per the internal update (RMT). But, he refused to visit nearest ASC in the meanwhile he disconnected the call also customer ask us to sent a mail from Flipkart stating that he want to visit ASC with details. Hence, we send out the same to customer and closing the case.

                                        I had purchased One Plus paying Rs.19999 (that is no small money) on 29th June 2015 (Order No. WFLD[protected]) Immediately on receipt I lodged a complaint as the charger was not working. It was replced promptly But after a week of receipt of the mobile, I placed a request for solution as the battery was draining down fast. I was told, there will be a call to address the issue. Strangely, the call comes in and before the call is picked up, they hang up the other end.This compelled me to make multiple request. All of this were done within the stipulated period of return policy.Now I am told that the return request is rejected. I think they got confused with the replacement done with the charger and mobile phone issue. Now I am sitting with a dud phone and charging it all the time and looking stupid. There are no service centres in Chennai, Tamilnadu where I can go and get this corrected. Rejecting a request is the easiest thing that can be done, and thus proving that One Plus One and Flipkart are in the game of Sell Once and Forget I need a serious explanation for this and an immediate action.
