Flipkart Cheating people buy delivering cheap quality of product while festival season !


I have purchased Sansui LED TV from Flipkart.com OD[protected] @25000/- on 04 November 2015, delivered tv has many issues regarding quality and features.


This Full HD TV has low quality of resolution like cheap led. i can't connect my home theater with this Tv, some video formats doesn't support with it like MKV and Divx.

while watching led tv i can see so many snow and patches over screen that doesn't give Full Hd tv's output.

i request for return/exchange but they denied.

we trusted on flipkart that they will deliver us to a genuine and best product but now i am very disappointed they have cheated us.


if i would have purchased this tv from market it could exchanged with another TV but flipkart does't return or exchange.


Now I don't know what to do with this TV.

    I have ordered a recliner (OD[protected] on oct 16th. The delivery date promised was 3rd nov because of hign demand, which I am fine with. The product is not delivered till today and the shipping details are not updated too. The repobse I get from the pathetic customer care team is 'we have escaled this to the concerned team and we will try to resolve on priority' . I heard this reponse 5+ times from past 8 days. They are simply buying in time with the standard responses. Till date am not sure of the product is shipped or not and in between, I got couple of messages that they tried to deliver the product and I am not available in the house. When I called the custoner care immediately after receiving the message, they say that it is erroneously triggered. I have been shopping online for more than 5 years for now and everytime I faced an issue, it was only with flipkart. This is very frustrating .

      I have pre-ordered ASUS Zenfone laser cost 10, 000 INR. Unfortunately there are problems with the battery like battery draining, hanging up and switch off intermittently. I have raised a replacement request . But the flipkart has rejected saying reboot the phone. That is not proper resolution. After reboot still the problem exists and i raised the replacement request again. Again flipkart rejected stating that i have t go and check with the asus service center and have to get a confirmation that mobile is having a problem. In the mean while one day, i charged my mobile, a small blast happened and the mobile fell down from chair and nothing has happened to the mobile glass and panel but my battery got dents and bends. I have raised to service center, they said it is a physical damage. But my concern is flipkart has rejected my replacement twice and that blast has happened after that only. If flipkart has taken my replacement issue, then i might have got the new mobile and also there wont be any blast.

      Now asus has denied that is is a physical damage. To replace the parts, i have to pay more than the mobile. And mobile falling from a 2 feet height has damaged all the parts which means the product is quality less and flipkart is selling them and making customers fools even we raise the replacement requests.

      I claim that flipkart is responsible for my battery blast as they have not given the replacement. Because of that physical damage happened and asus has denied that. Flipkart literally sold me a defective quality less product.

      They are not even responding to the customers properly. I have raised issues thrice but i dint get any call. SImply they closed it with a mail saying that is a physical damage. Now i am the one lost the money and not having the money.

      I want my refund or replacement.
      No Proper reponses from Flipkart csc. They dont even know what the problem is and they are denying the requests. They are providing 30 days replacement. Even we raise the issue also, they are not giving the proper resolution. Service has to be given properly. But that is not being given.
      DO i get any response or not. There is no any update on the complaint.

        I ordered Mi4i and paid through my credit card as it was a gift for someone.
        I wanted to get it delivered to the person so I put her address as delivery address.
        The product was never delivered. I contacted customer care via email. They delayed the resolution. They are harassing the person who's name is on the order, in spite of mentioning in the 1st email that the person shall not be bothered. Instead of resolving my issue, they are more interested to prove that I am lying. I have still not got any resolution so I wanted to complaint about this incident. I have been a regular customer with them and have been purchasing from them. I want either refund or the product to be delivered.

          I have ordered a Lenovo K3 Note against Order ID No. OD[protected]. Expected date of delivery was 5th Nov.2015 at my Chakala office address. I have been checking with flipkart customer care executives & online status till today i.e.[protected] but only receiving messages & mail informing "WE ARE CONTINUING TO LOOK INTO YOUR ISSUE AND WE REASSURE YOU THAT WE WILL RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM BY XYZ DATE @ __ AM" The above message changes with new date & time They also state that, "You will be receiving a call starting with +9180679" which never comes.

          As I have order cash on delivery I was carrying the amount of Rs.10, 000/- in my valet since last 5 days. Today I lost my valet in train leading to loss of 10, 000. Flipkart is responsible for this loss as I was not aware of it's worst service. Would request all never ever purchase anything through filpkart.

            I had ordered a moto g 3rd gen. mobile phone with flipkart...i got a message that it will be delivered before 7p.m...but actually i didnt receive it..when i called the customer care they say that coordinate with the field executive..the phone number of the executive displayed in the message is wrong...the customer care exec. says that this is the fault of courier department..i dont understand that why do they tie up with suchn inefficient courier services and hope some action be taken against such inefficient managing systems Arunabh Madan [protected]

                  Hello my name is Abhilash I purchased the product from Flipkart I am complaining from 15days.the phone is over heated but if I call nd complaint they r telling to download some app but it is not der there is a error but they are telling if it is not downloading go to service outlet why the hell they have given 30days replacement policy if I ask them they tell (we don't no all those ) so (please help me in dis froud website.                           Give me the explanation for this, as you have told me that my promise date to deliver the product is 10 of Nov, but still the status of delivery is pending, you guys taken customers as for granted, i am very sure that i would never recommend this daam flipkart to anybody in my relation ship & even i willl pay by my self to send bulk sms & through bulk email to every person who is in touch with me that not to buy product anything from flipkart, this is the second time from flipkart that i have served worst experience, to trust you guys means fooling yourself intentionaly

                            Replacement TV not yet deliverd, this is pending from almoist one month and there is no resolution on this every time they are saying you will get the update from team with in 24hrs time but TV is not delivering, this is second compliant on this portal but till now issue not resolved, Kindly help me on this ASAP.

                              I have purchase asus Zenfone 2 ze551ml model on 3 Nov 2015 my order no- OD[protected] i received my product when i open it phone was faulty i have received complete dead phone after that i compliant regarding same issue to asus company toll free number they also given me compliant number - A[protected] regarding dead phone after i call many times for same issue to flipkart first they told me i will get replacement i also got mail regarding replacement after few day i got mail that your order of replacement as being cancel that second time i got call from flipkart technical support to check my phone while on call they told me to install there smart app to check phone but i received dead phone how can i install app on that phone after charging phone completely for 2 hours then also phone was not turn on. then i called customer care they told we will provide you refund then i got mail regarding refund after few days i my refund request was also cancel now the company is not giving refund and replacement for product
                              the phone i received is completely faulty only once it was turn on after turning on there was problem in battery, camera. after that to check the phone properly once i switch off it after that phone was not turning on and now flipkart is not providing any replacement nor refund I have also mail to sachin bansal on sachin.[protected]@flipkart.com from there also i have not received any reply i have send 10-15 mail regarding same issue but no one is helping me out i have also uploaded images regarding mails please check that

                                I purchased Full HD Sansui Led tv "OD[protected] " from Flipkart and received very low quality product. Screen output does't seems Full HD but very cheap led display.

                                I am very disappointed with delivered product from Flipkart and they are not accepting return or exchange with other brand. i purchased this LED on festival sale offer by trusting on flipkart.

                                led can't play some popular video formats and can't connect my home theatre with it.

                                I made a big mistake buy purchasing from FLIPKART.

                                they are making fool to people by festival sale and sailing chap products, be aware from online shopping such a websites.

                                  I had purchased "Vu 40D6575 102 cm (40) LED TV" from flipkart on 16/10/2015, the product was delivered very late. But after delivery when i inquired about the demo and installation, i found that in their record the product is still in transport. I told them that delivery has been done on 27/10/2015. They took my complaint and assured me that the demo and installation will be done within 3 days.But nothing happened. I mailed them and regularly called them regarding the same but every time they mailed a new date and a new time for installation. each time when the given date expires, they used to give a new date without any explanation. on 1st nov 2015 i got a email that i have cancelled the order, when i called them and inquired for the same then they cancelled the cancellation request stating a technical error. On two occasions i was informed that the installation has been completed but in actual no one came. when i inquired about it then they told me its a technical error again. Finally they updated in the records that they have delivered the TV on 6.11.2015 instead of 27.10.2015. After many correspondence by me they installed the TV on 9/11/2015 that too is not showing in their records. Due to this type of misleading information and delay in service i suffered a lot. If they would have communicated about the delay in detail then i would had no problem but they keep on giving misleading information and commitment so i want to make a complaint against them.

                                    I've ordered a lenovo A6000+ mobile. The back button, when I press it for the 5th or 6th time it is not sensing my touch and I've talked to the customer care. They asked me to install an app and they said they will check it and they asked me to tap the back key. I tapped it for 3 times the test wizard got closed and they said there is no problem with the mobile. But the problem of sensing is when i tap it for more than 5 times continuously it doesnt sense my touch. But till that time the test wizard is not waiting. They said me to visit a service centre. But I want to return the mobile

                                      I purchased the Bajaj Solo Microwave Oven. And as it came first of all there was a delay in demo. and as the demo man came they did not gave any satisfactory demo. Then I am told by flipkart that we cannot take back the product. I am unsatisfied with the product and did complained this to flipkart within 2 days. They told that they cannot do anything and cannot take it back. This is totally forgery. This is order number OD[protected] I order this product last month of 14th or 16th and got this product delivered on 19th. and worst demo of that product was given me on 23rd. Two times i got a feedback from Bajaj representative. and was told that this product can bake and grill. and the Flipkart person is saying that name itself suggest that it is Solo Microwave Oven. and solo microwave is only for heating. I asked then what oven means. they were silent on it and says whatever you do we wont take back this product. So please help on this

                                        I ordered Kurtha from Flipcart. Shipment of items in order OD[protected] by Flipkart.com. They promised me it will be delivered by 9 Nov 2015. I called customer care twice on 9 Nov they too told me it will be delivered today i.e 9 nov 2015. Later at 05.00Pm when i called they told they will deliver on 12 nov . No intimation was given on this. Worst service from flipcart.
