I have ordered a book Order ID - OD[protected] Product - Cambridge Igcse Economics Workbook (English) through FLIPKART, the cost of the book was Rs299/-. FLIPKART asked me if I want delivery by Nov 5th I have to pay rs100/- extra. I did not made the request. I thought by paying more, I get faster delivery and paid the money. Now the company has not delivered on NOV 5th and says it can deliver by NOV19th. hence I wanted FLIPKART to refund my additional charges as they have NOT kept their word and wrongly charged me extra which I did not request but offered by them and by they breaching the trust.

      We have booked this laptop in offer price of Rs. 21, 240/- but flipkart not ready to give this product in same price and cancelling this order again and again. Flipkart cancelling my order themselves and wasting my time. Flipkart is now cheating too much with public and public are not satisfied with flipkart.

      Above email from flipkart and flipkart wrong updating here... We are always following to get this product but flipkart cancelled this order both time by flipkart themselves and now here they are mentioned no response from customer end. It is wrong. I can proof of this line.

      I am requesting to flipkart team that not to update any wrong information for save company reputation. It is not correct.
      This is not true...
      Flipkart Team still not resolve my issue and we are still awaiting.

        my order no is od [protected] for above product. Which was to be delivered by 12.11.2015. On3.11.2015 courier person called me around 10.00 am and said he wants to deliver the parcel. I requested him that i am in office and it is not possible for me to come home and i requested him to deliver the parcel after 6.00 pm. He agreed. I waited for him till 7.00pm but he did not turn up. I called him, he said he will come in the morning. I requested him to deliver the same in the evening. Again on 4.11.2015 and 5.11.2015 courier person called me at around 10, 15 am and to take delivery of the parcel, which was not possible for me as i was in office. On 6.11.2015 i received a mail from flipkart that my order is cancelled. I spoke to customer care person who told me that they will try for only 3 times and they wl cancel the order. Pls let me know after my requesting the person to deliver the parcel after 6.00 pm, there is no use calling again and again at the same time i.E. 10.15 am and cancelling my order. It is my kind request that while taking order pls write in your web page itself that office goers need not purchse from your site since it is not possible to deliver the parcel in the evening or they can place order on when they are ready to take leave from office . I think your delivery time is between 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. So if i am requesting to deliver the parcel within the office time, then there should not be any problem. If it is a problem pls do not take any orders from working people. I hope you wl understand the problem of working people. This is not the good customer service your are giving. My rating will be zero and i wl definitely convey to my friends and office people the way yr orgainisation has behaved.

            OD[protected] I had ordered lenovo A 6000 plus on Oct 15th in flipkart and I had paid for it through credit card . Order was sent by flipkart through their courier partner Delhivery, I was tracking the product in their website closely - Delhivery had updated the tracking status as consignee not available for delivery multiple times though we were available at hoem all the tie . ONce I mentioned this to Flipkart, flipkart sends me delivery confirmation note that product was delivered already and Delhivery shows as it is delivered . none of my family members have received this product. The issue is not resolved by Flipkart even today - they are just reassuring the different dates, from Nov 1st to 3rd then 5th, 7th and now they have assured 10th .. Their customer care sucks .

              I have placed an order for tv and the order Id :OD[protected], it is shipped through safexpress and tracking id is :84072783 with which we are unable to track and when called to customer care of Flipkart & they don't have any info when it will be deliverd actual delivery date is of 25-Oct-2015, and later in when i raised a complaint they informed it will resolve bt 27-Oct-2015 but it is not happened informed me that is will be completed by 29-Oct-2015 that too when i called the customer care still i waited as i thought every company will face these kind of issues, but later on it not completed and without the confirmation from my end the order got canclled, informed by one of the customer care executive that i have given cancellation, then i have recieved a mail stating as the order shipment status is not confirmed by safe xpress flipkart itself canceled the order, refund is intiated will get the amount in 4 business day, this is the final update recieved on 1-Nov-2015, it is 06-Nov-2015 it is not yet credited when i wrote a mail the reply is we are facing a technical problem to intiate the refund the complaint has been registered it will take 48hrs to respond kindly wait.

                    Flipkart, this is really upsetting. I am supposed to receive my order number OD[protected] today and I have no updates. I got in touch with flipkart executive and they say they have no information on tracking and they can't contact the courier either. Your team is so pathetic. I called up the courier from their website number and guess what they say 'don't trust the delivery date provided by the onsite vendor. It doesn't work that way'. These are the kind of guys you hire to courier your products? It's pathetic! I am not in the city starting tomorrow, so if the product is not delivered to me today I will have to cancel it. And by the way, your courier partner is completely fine with me cancelling it. They say that yeah, go ahead and cancel it. I don't know who amongst you actually cares about the customer. I had been waiting for two weeks for this order and trusting flipkart and never said anything but this is utter nonesense. May be 15.5K is not a big amount for you but if you'd have any sense then you'd know it will cost you much more than just an order, it will cost you a customer!

                        Respected Team, I am a seller with flipkart, (ALL DEALS DONE 24X7), since may 2015. On 24 July 2015, I found that the company is charging one of my product under higher weight category of 2-2.5kg whereas actually product weighs 300 gms. On filing a complaint the company took no action and just since then they are saying that they are following the issue but in actual zero work is going on. they every time respond that the issue is escalated to higher team and then no reverts are provided to me. I am fed up with such malpractice of company. I filed a complaint under CORE also (194975.3.2015), last month but there also they mentioned they are following the case and then no action or response has been received from CORE or from flipkart. they called 2 times and said that issue has been escalated as usual. Please help me and provide me justice and a lesson to flipkart so that they should stop doing such practice. Regards Neha Kajla

                          Hi team, This is really sad that after waiting so much time i am being informed that the product which was in confirmed status on 16th October 2015 will not be able to be delivered due to unavailability How do i be compensated for this is the question ? why was i not informed about it before when i was making calls and escalations since last week. i needed this product because i needed to wear this on occasion but now Flipkart has put me in jeopardy by not delivering me the product on time and more over telling me that the product will not be delivered to me at all. In this case why was the product confirmed at first when it is was not available . is it because my money was with Flipkart account for these days and i have lost the interest of and lost the chance to buy anything else at that time This questions the very root of Flipkart's process and how it works . i will have to raise a grievance and report this to consumer affairs so that such mis leading activities does not take place.                             I bought a MI4I and faced complaint on Touch Screen . On raising replacement request and rejected replacement again i raising replacement request . Even now the phone has issue and when I raised complaint no revert received and by completion of 30 Days I was given a mail saying request is rejected and cannot be replaced.                               I had purchased a HOMETOWN Premier 2 door Engineered Wood free standing wardrobe with order id OD[protected]. This order was made more than 15~20 days back and payment is also made. i received a call from Hometown end on 2nd November from contact number[protected] and i was informed that it will be delivered next day. next day i received cell from [protected] for address conformation after almost an hr when i calleb bcak on same number i was told that by mistake they bought incorrect consignment so they will come next day with correct consignment. Nobody called or came to me next day, when called i was informed that they will come once they receive correct consignment. Today nobody called even not answering call also. When caled Flipkart CC they were not ready to register any complaint and when forced they took complaint but did not provide any complaint ID. I was promised cll back in 24 hrs but same also did not happened. When called back i as told that my issue will get resolved by 8th November 2 PM. Such un professional services re not acceptable from professional company like flipkart. Need resolution or my money back

                                I bought a mobile phone from Flipkart and after few days of working just put on charge and its not even getting started. Flipkart Sellers cheated me even submitted replacement request but these people rejected the replacement for no reason.

                                I owe a response and yet waiting for a response neither need a refund.

                                  Terrible service by Flipkart, I waited for 18 days after placing the order - OD[protected], when i asked for the status they told me to wait for 2 more days for the delivery as there was some issue in the transport but after 2 days they simply cancelled it without any reason. when i asked for compensation for wasting my time and money, they simply said reorder the product and the balance will be credited to wallet..In what world this is named as compensation. flipkart service is the worst ever i came across my life and i'll never ever recommend flipkart to anyone no matter what discount they give if they can't service a customer properly. This is wakening call not only for me and for the entire people in India that flipkart is pathetic, idiotic and provide nothing but stupidest service.

                                  I've had similar issues with Amazon, Snapdeal and Paytm but they are way better than flipkart as they compensated me for the time/money and called me to make sure the issue is addressed without further hassle. They are keen not to loose a customer for someone else's mistake.

                                  Flipkart agents never apologize, they aren't ready to compensate for wasting my time/money, no service agents are ready to take the ownership of the issue, they simply make you more frustrating and gives a feeling Off and they aren't bothered to call either.

                                  I'm sure there will plenty o[censored]nhappy customers like me, flipkart will soon have to face a Sunset if this kind of issues not address in timely manner.

                                  The CEO and flipkart management thinks this is negligible and will not be noticed, actually its not i'll make sure this is reached to the maximum people to make sure that Unfriendly E-Commerce business(flipkart) like this shouldn't be encouraged and ditched.

I got the nexus india replacement warrenty of one year.Now my watch stops working from last week.I tried the customer care number given at the back of the box of my watch. but I didn't get any response from that number.And after trying hundred times and getting no response I finally contacted the flipkart customer service and told them about my problem.But I got surprised by listening this from them that they can't do any help regarding this as the warrenty is given my Nexus India.I told them that I was trying to contact them but I am not getting any help.And I also asked the flipkart to provide me the seller information so that I can contact them regarding my warrenty issue.But the flipkart team told me to search online and I also tried this. But the only thing which I am getting online is regarding nexus phones and I got nothing regarding nexus watches.Please tell me what can I do to get my warrenty.
