Bought online Philips food processor costing app. RS.4600/- Flipkart sent condemn product. On complaining about it Flipkart kept on giving different dates to follow the complaint. No action has taken yet it's been 15 days. Pathetic and hopeless service by Flipkart . Complete wastage of my time and money.

    I ordered a puma ceylon II DP running shoe worth Rs 1999 on 5th August via Order no. OD[protected]. I received it on 17th Aug but due to small fit I requested for an exchange ( one size larger). I received the exchange on 27th Aug but found out that the pair consisted of both right foot. Then I called up customer care to hear that the return request will be updated n they will contact me in few days.The update showed replacement request rejected. What am I to do with a shoe pair consisting of both right foot? Now they say THE ORDER NUMBER CANNOT BE TRACKED! ! Please contact me in this number [protected].

      I purchase Samsung A5 phone on line from Flipkart and compaly given deliver time on dat 14th Oct'15 evening . when not receive the phone today than call to call centre . he told me your phone delivery are getting delay and no confirmation about next delivery time . when asked from him about the delay of delivery he just simply repply . Please you drope your complaint we will repply on your complaint by 17th Oct'15 . i had deposited the full amount to coompany otherwise i will cancilled the order . please advise for solution .             I had given an order for boots Do Bhai Check-Boot-Cream Boots about 15 days back on 29 September, 2015 10:51 AM .My order no is OD[protected] .There was a delay in delivery but 15 days .On 12 th oct i got n sms from the courier service that the shipment is out for delivery .On the same day evening i got another message from courier service that the delivery could nt be done as the door was locked, which wasn't true .Now after a day on 13 i got a call from flip kart that my order has been cancelled .just because of all these mess i have lost my money of 549 . Flip kart is pathetic with its services

                  I was such a regular customer of flip kart but these days flip kart is turning pathetic. Most of the products is unavailable to most of the Pincodes in Bangalore so called metro politan city. When u can't make an effort to reach the products to Bangalore city thn how vl u reach small cities..

                  Saying it as "Big Billion day " plz make a arrangements to customer to reach the products...

Today i received a faulty Headphone. I never expected that I would get such an item from FlipKart, and this is the first time that I am getting it. I regularly buy from Flipkart.                         You order a product price rs500, flipkart send you the wrong product, then you regiester a complain at the same time flipkart system automatically give you a date it will be 1 - 2 weeks, in the mean time your money is stuck with the flipkart and now flipkart rotate the money with dfferent business, and make an additional profit with you money and what you got..."" banana"""""...
                        For n example, if every day 1000 customer's rs 500 each stuck to flipkart, it will be rs - 1000*500=rs 500000/ every day. So think is the no of customer is more that, so.. And they rotate the money in the different segment to earn the profit. But its you money.. You let them do that.. Think and take a step to stop shopping online...

                          I've ordered a RC helicopter in flipkart on 6th October 2015, for my son birthday. I promised for delivery on 17th October. But i didn't get any updates till today-12th October 2015. I raised a complaint on flipkart customer care and I was told that i'll get an update within next day. But on the same day evening, I got an mail and message that my order has been cancelled and the amount will be refund on 20th October 15. Really very very disappointed. I made a promise to my son for his birthday gift, based on flipkart's assurance on the delivery. They broke everything. I will sue them in the court.

                            [protected]-Beware Of FlipKart[protected]- I have bought a Moto X Play through Flipkart on Sep 15th by Cash On Delivery option worth of 19999/-. There was 8 offers for those who bought inbetween Sep15th-20th. I have recieved the product on Sep 18th and paid the amount by Debit card. One of the offer was 100% Cash back for 100 lucky customers. On Sep20th, I have received a mail that 19999/- will be refunded to my account. I was very much happy about being one of the 100 lucky customers and so I got refunded. As Sep 20th was Sunday, I called Flipkart Customer care on Sep 21st for enquiry about refund. Here comes the actual problem: Flipkart Customer care told me that I have called them and told that I have received an Empty box and it doesn't contain a product and asked for Refund. Flipkart customer care also told me that I have given an account details over phone to which Flipkart transferred the amount of 19999/-. I was shocked when I heard that my account got hacked. I made them clear that I haven't called flipkart customer care and I have received the product and using it. Then Flipkart took a complaint and I was asked to wait till investigation gets over. All I was asking was 2 assured offers out of 8 which are 1. 1000/- Flipkart Voucher 2. 500/- worth BookMyShow tickets 3. Compensation for other offers as I was no more considered for lucky draw due to the status of order is in Returned. They have done some investigation but at the end they told me as the refund is already done I will be not be eligible for any of the offers. Are you thinking How Flipkart transferred money to someother account just like that? Here it is: As I mentioned, I recieved the product on Sep 18th. On Sep 19th, I was worrying about the offers which I did not recieve as part of the product. Hence, I saw Flipkart fan page in Facebook where many people use to post their Order IDs and enquire about their issues. So I decided to post on Flipkart fan page in a same manner. All I did mistake was posting a Order number on Public forum. As part of investigation, one Flipkart guy (Suresh) came to meet me in person that is when I got to know how Flipkart was tricked to refund money to his account. Suresh showed me from which Flipkart got call from for refund. [protected] [protected] These numbers belongs to UP West. I got to know this by searching these numbers in True Caller. Suresh asked me to listen the call recordings as well. First, the person from UP (Let's call him X) got to know order number and my name from Flipkart facebook page. First, he called Flipkart and claimed that he is Kranthi and that he did not recieve the invoice and asked for another copy of invoice over his mail id and flipkart sent the invoice to him. Now X has all the product related information, my phone number, address etc. He called Flipkart again and now he told he did not recieve the product and received only an empty box and given the account details for refund. Somehow X was able to convince the Flipkart customer care and got refunded. Suresh told me that he will put a police complaint to know the details of that particular account and revert back to me in 3 days time. 4 days over and I did not get any call from him and I decided to call him, He told me that Bangalore police cannot take this complaint and its not flipkart issue. Consumer has to give a complaint in Narora. OMG!!! And that's it investigation over!!! The Flipkart Refund process is so naive that they did not receive the call from Registered number and taken the bank account details over phone without any verification and refunded the amount. I have been followingup with Flipkart till 20th Sep, explaining this story for half an hour as everytime a new customer care executive will pick the call and I got nothing out of it.                                 NO NEW HARD DISK IN REPLACEMENT TO FLIPKART CUSTOMERS I buyed DELL 1TB External hard disk from flipkart and it stops working without any physical damage When I ask Dell for replacement they told that I buyed hard disk from flipkart so they will not provide new hard disk, they will give those hard disk to flipkart customers which come for repairing So i suggest not to buy it from Flipkart I registered complaint in august to flipkart but till 12-oct it is unresolved below is description July Month[protected] Registered Complaint August Month ----- They did not responded keep on giving time September[protected] Flipkart waited for reply from dell for 1 month October[protected] They didn't answered my question keeping issue unresolved without any further progress they disconnected my call twice Flipkart Strategy 1) They don't commit and answer questions by saying that "We dont give false commitment" 2) They never mail you anything in written what ever they promise 3) Their Bangalore head told me his false name Ashwanth R but their is no person by this name 4) If they don't have answer they can repeat same line thousand times and your question will remain unanswered 5) After knowing that dell differentiated flipkart customer they did not took any action against dell which clarify that flipkart has nothing to do with customer once customer make payment Suggestion Don't buy any electronics or computer product from flipkart if you try other sites ask they to commit their promise in written. I lost my money and data I don't want it to happen again with someone

                                Complaint resolved on 15-0ct-2015 After putting complaint on Consumer Complaints forum they called me back and without any demand they took my hard disk and refund amount in my bank account. --------Statistics-------- Duration of issue was 82 days. total 5 complaint filed in written. Total 7 oral complaints filed at customer care. --------Suggestion------- (1) Don't buy any item from flipkart if they don't provide you any promise in written. It's consumer right to ask them their promise in written otherwise flipkart can deny your case at any time by simply saying you don't have anything in written. (2) Be ready to fight if you get call from flipkart support team because they try to dominate customers to end their issue by saying that they follow flipkart policy (3) Beware about brand policy which you are selecting, like Dell don't treat flipkart customers as direct customer so in my case they don't provide new hard disk to flipkart customers, repaired hard disk are provided in replacement to flipkart custormers

                                  Flipkart over charge users. Now to avoid price comparison its Big Billion sales are APP only. It is just because they don't want users to be able to compare prices easily. There are many good Google chrome Extensions which help is purchasing the item by knowing the item of the price in all popular websites. For example: DesiDeals [https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/desideals/hpigbplglgfpijbfoegjmdkffnj... Flipkat want to avoid being in this situation that's why it's making all deals app only.

                                    I've had 4 bedsheet products returned with Fake Products and Flipkart isn't giving a full refund. One of the Product returns happened on 6th October 2105 but Flipkart claims it was delivered on 2nd September 2015. Genuine product is being replaced by fake/ duplicate products on return. Full on cheating, so best to avoid Flipkart for selling. Have filed SPF claims and support Ticket but no response yet..

                                      We are awaiting for last 12-13 months but still not got any response from flipkart. We are loosing my whole amount of product and offer's. Please take any action on it.
