Before few days the flipkart and jabong in both if i place an order they accept the order immidiatly which order i have done with my credit card.but after some time they give me a massage that your order has cancelled and the refund amount will inisiate in 7-10 days in your account.flipkart has done this 12 times and jabong has atleast 10 times, means both have done at least 70 to 80 thousands have took the money from my debit card.suggest me please what should I do?
I have called them to much time, I have mailed them that I will complaints in consumer court but there was not any response from their side.
Please I humble request to you guys plz never shop anything from these two website. There clothes are never be original.I bought a Lee cooper shoes from jabong the shoes are damaged.
Before few days 3745 rs in my flipkart wallet but now it is showing zero.2124 rs is present in my jabong credit but i can not place any order from this jabong credit.
Good consumer court me application dalte hi turant response!

    I purchased moto g3 amounting to Rs. 13000 from flipkart order no. OD[protected] on my account badshah.[protected]@gmail.com on sep 15 via COD. In two days there were practically 16 + dead pixels showing on the screen. i immediatey ordered for replacement on flipkart but they not making any attempts to contact me and solve my problem.           I ordered a seagate back up plus external hard drive of 1TB worth Rs.6069/-...First of all it took time to reach the postal destination...and after having received it was found that the product delivered was wrong...the product which I did apply observing its display in website had special detachable feature...since presently I am employed in such a location where the services of flipkart is not available..so I gave my hometown Guwahati for postal address.. after the product being received by my family members, I had to go Guwahati to bring it amidst my busy schedule...having found it wrong made me feel angry as I have to return it wasting again some time...finally I placed my return and it will be returned from address in ghy...this is really not welcoming...we are doing job sincerely in a pvt org. and people like me want others to run their business properly...FYI for necessary action if, any or applicable

            I am a middle class person with a very limited pocket to meet my requirements. I purchased a Cell phone XOLO BLACK from Flipkart on 6th September 2015 for 13K Order ID: OD[protected]. Received the unit on 8th September 2015, the very next day when I received the unit it seems to be defective as the Touch screen auto works and is not functioning. I escalated the issue to Flipkart the same day but always received a Pending assistance, ie: Offered me a call back from 'Technical Support Team' The Technical support team keep on giving me stupid info like Format the phone, Check for updates, some how they delayed my request. when I got irate and asked for a team leader, they checked my phone with an application (smart check app) and within a few seconds the guy said the phone is all good as per there check and the return request is denied. Here I can not even unlock the Phone as its touch is completely not working and they said the return request has been cancelled and I need to check with the manufacturers ie: XOLO SERVICE CENTER and get in writing. I went to the Service center and got a JOB Sheet from XOLO service center, Emailed the info to flipkart, its 20th September 2015 and now again they are arranging a call back from technical support. I spoke with them almost 10 times or more, I am so disappointed and do not know what can be done on this. I need this Phone to be replaced or send my money back immediately. Than you.

                  I have purchased one mobile from Flikart by order no OD[protected]. Thsi was defective and after contacting customer care of Flipkart they only tried to pass the time by giving online solution . When it was not got rectified they agreed to refund. Then the took the mobile from me on 7th September. But till then they are not updating the same in their website that they have taken the mobile from me. Earlier they gave till 7day then mail to sove by 18th, Ten they gave date 20th now they have given mail that it will resolved that it will be solved by 21.

                    I bought Samsung Galaxy J7 from Flipkart for 1499 Rs. I had gone through reviews of the phone on you tube before buying it and after that only I bought it. When I got the phone, checked its camera quality, both the rear and front cameras are worst and this feature was the priority for me. The phone's back button also doesn't respond quickly. I followed multiple times with Flipkart but these people are not ready to return the phone and neither they are giving me any alternative as in if I can return this and buy another phone.
                    I have kept the phone as it is since I have got it, I didnt use it at all. I am really frustrated buying it from Flipkart.
                    If you guys are listening and if customers are important than your sellers then kindly return the phone or give me an alternative to buy another phone.

                      I have ordered one Moto e 2 nd generation OD[protected], when i recv the product, headphones are not working properly when i escalate this, flipkart provides me 500 rs amount on my wallet which can be only used through ws retailers, when i check headphone on ws retailer there on 3 things which can purchased saree, otg cable & cases of mobiles, there are no headphones available . when ask for some alternate solution the person say " SORRY YOU CAN USE THE WALLET ONLY ON WS RETAILER ONLY" I am a very old customer of flip kart & i even recomed flipkart to my friend but from today onward, i would never recomned any body to purchase any thing from flipkart .

                          I ordered “Lenovo Yoga 300 2-in-1 Laptop (1st Gen Pentium Quad Core/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win 8.1/ Intel HD Graphics)“ laptop for my sister on 10-Sep-2015, OrderID: OD[protected], price 29990 INR. I paid the amount through debit card option. Next day (11-Sep), I changed my mind and decided to buy something else. So, I cancelled the order within 16 hours of placing order. That time the order status was dispatched by supplier (WS Retail). My cancellation was accepted. But on 15-Sep my sister received the laptop against my cancelled order. I was utterly disappointed that flipkart deliver against the order which is cancelled 5 days back. When I called customer care, they assured me that it’s a mistake from their end and will be picked up the item soon to initiate the refund. Also advised me not to open the box. Till now nobody neither picked up the item nor contacted us. Whenever, I contacted flipkart they escalated my issue and promising me to resolve in 24 hours. Today 19-Sep was ultimate date from flipkart to resolve the issue but nothing happened today. When I contacted local currier company, they said all they need a mail from flipkart for pickup. When I called up customer care, they set up a new resolution date.. 23-Sep. It is getting extended like this every time. The fourth escalation done today. Different people from flipkart is responding different way but nobody has any trace on my previous communications. I sent multiple mail but no response from flipkart. It’s like I am in infinite loop. There is no escalation point where I can reach directly. Feeling like trapped and cheated by Flipkart. I live in different country and from here coordinating the whole thing is like a punishment for my trust towards Flipkart.. I had such a confidence on flipkart that I ordered the same laptop again as the price was a bit dropped which I received today. So now I have two product at home. I can understand mistake can be done by any company but when there is no corrective actions after repetitive follow up to resolve the problem that they created, then I must say something is going very wrong with flipkart. I am a regular customer of flipkart and never faced such poor customer service before. Please do something to resolve the issue that flipkart created.                           Thanks for you response. Yes, today I received a mail confirming that the pickup is scheduled and it will be completed by 29-Sep. Thanks for that...
                          But earlier the promised date was 19-Sep which was missed (Please refer the attached screen shot). So, I would like you to keep is case open till I get back my refund. This will help both o[censored]s to track the whole issue.

Its a laptop battery which has 6 months warrenty and i get on 17 may 2015 but this battery is not working no back up at all so i called flipkart customer care and they told me to talk to dell for this we dont have dell service centre in bikaner so i called dell customer care but they told that this battery is 2011 model and they cant help us in this. I called flipkart again and again every time a new person pick up phone again i repeat my problem to them and afetr a particular time call gets disconnected. Sir please solve my matter as soon as possible because if my 6 months period will expire then they will not do anything... They are harrasing me mentally thank you

                                Spoke with the customer as she is saying that he had ordered a laptop battery its not working it is having a 6 months warranty so she spoke with the dell customer service peoples and they informed that Flipkart has got this battery from Dell in the year 2011 so the warranty is already over and there is no service centre in Bikaner. So informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders and we will update you on this regard.

                                  Hi I have purchased a HP 15-af024AU APU Quad Core A8 - (4 GB DDR3/1 TB HDD/Windows 8.1) Notebook (15.59 inch, Turbo SIlver Color With Diamond & Cross Brush Pattern) form Flipkart on August 2nd 2015 vide Order IDOD[protected] . I have paid the complete amount through online. A offer for HP Laptop bag was bundled with this product which Flipkart haven't sent to me. On speaking to their customer care they are straight away denied of about the offer. And meanwhile they have even update their website without the offer.                                     I baught a lenovo K3 note from flipkart on 6th Sep my Order id is OD[protected] .I Got this phone on 8th Sep, I gifted this phone to my GF. She used it for a day and told me about the phone speaker issue. We ignored this saying network problem but finally we got to know this is the phone problem and flipkat gave me a defective product. I raised a request for the same and i got insured from them that this phone will be replaced and as per the replacement guarantee that flipkart gave on there website is (If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a replacement within 30 days of delivery from sellers with Flipkart Advantage or within 10 days of delivery from other Sellers.). But the fact is flipkart doesn't look back to the customer who paid them. They made me mentally harassed by telling me this will be get resolved asap, and made me feel poor telling me if you don't have internet connection we can't help you. Now i want my money back from flipkart along with the compensation.

                                      I have ordered 2 products from your website (2 lingerie) on 13th September. Order ID - OD[protected] & OD[protected]. I faced a size issue and wished to return it or exchange it, if the size is available. I called up the customer care on 17th Sep and asked for return of the item & the lady told me that it has been processed and I will get a mail soon. I didn't get any update on the same. On 18th Sep I called again & I was told that the return and as well as exchange is not possible for this item. That means its a sheer wastage of my money and Flipkart has nothing to do with its customer concern. So far I have been ordering & sometimes returning or exchanging items. But this is the first time I faced this issue and I am highly disappointed. I want my money back or exchange of the product. Else I will take this complaint to the highest level.

                                      As customer is stating that she had received a wrong size for the 2 lingerie so informed to customer that we would not be able to take the product return back as customer is saying that she can't make a loss of Rs 823/- and it has been informed to customer from the customer service team that we will initiate the refund as customer was very adamant about the exchange so informed to customer we would not be able to exchange the product on exceptional basis we will give you the refund.

                                        I got a faulty moto g 3rd generation mobile which have ordered[protected] from filpkart, from starting only it has started showing problem, when complained about it to flipkart they are not taking it seriously stating that you could have installed many apps and some crap where phone has only pre installed app, and there proper service center as well is not there, 1 is there called B2X, there service is also horrible, they don't have ph no as well to inquiry, daily i ll have to go 2 times personally, its has heating issue, sim slots have pin missing and software problem as well, after giving complain also 3 or 4 times Flipkart giving some dates and neither reverting back nor solving my problem.and now they are telling 30 days return policy is over, where as mistake is on their side.
