My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com Flipkart has not resolved my issue since last 2 months I registered complaint on last week of july 2015 and today is 10-oct-2015 I want to return my dell external hard disk to flipkart and they keep on saying that they have mailed to dell and dell is not responding to their mail so they cant help me. Now they are saying that they did not made any promise in written so they cant help me. Complaint resolved on 15-0ct-2015 After putting complaint on Consumer Complaints forum they called me back and without any demand they took my hard disk and refund amount in my bank account. --------Statistics-------- Duration of issue was 82 days. total 5 complaint filed in written. Total 7 oral complaints filed at customer care. --------Suggestion------- (1) Don't buy any item from flipkart if they don't provide you any promise in written. It's consumer right to ask them their promise in written otherwise flipkart can deny your case at any time by simply saying you don't have anything in written. (2) Be ready to fight if you get call from flipkart support team because they try to dominate customers to end their issue by saying that they follow flipkart policy (3) Beware about brand policy which you are selecting, like Dell don't treat flipkart customers as direct customer so in my case they don't provide new hard disk to flipkart customers, repaired hard disk are provided in replacement to flipkart custormers

Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he was facing problem with the hard disc so he went to the service centre and they replace the product it was working but after few days the replacement product was also not working so he went to the service centre once again and they said that as it was a online purchase so the replacement product which was provided to you it was a repaired product so customer asked why the repairing product has been given to him the service centre peoples replied to him that as it was a online purchase so we used to provide the repaired product to the customer as they are not buying the products from dell as customer is stating that why should he suffered in between dell and Flipkart. He said that it has been informed to him that a mail has been sent to the Brand they are waiting for an update to get the update from the Brand.So informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders.

    Purchased asus zenfone 2 laser order no. OD[protected], phone is having proximity sensor issue and got replaced, same problem is still there in replaced phone also.. i am getting struggled with this issue and every time getting call from flipkart customer care and saying to check many thing and only data is getting watsed, almost 3 GB wasted for system updates. at last they are saying phone is ok and no issue, need to visit the asus store. issue facing is simple understanding and anybody can understand i.e. display is going blank whenever call is initated and as soon as keeping to ear but not getting back once you removed from ear which supposed to get back. but smart check it is getting pass. flipkart people not ready to recheck the issue with s/w and saying not possible,

    by checking in net and seen with my friend, problem is there in most of the phones. simple flipkart is hiding the issue. need my money back or need to solve the issue and need penalty and my data charge.

    Spoke with the customer as he said to call back tomorrow as he is busy now.
    I have purchased Asus zenfone 2laser 550kl on 2 Nov 2015. The problem was the power button was not working and hanging all the time even closing the camera it was articles and restarted automatically.
    When I send the returning my product to ware hose they cannot received my phone.the courier charges also waste of my money 450/- it's not usefully at my wallet only spent on ws retail products .
    There is no ws product available. and they told me send again with courier charges it wll refund to my wallet that is 450+450 totally waste of my time and money.
    They are selling defected products with the same problems
    Here the cost is 9999+1000+500 courier charges and also expenses but still my phone was not replaced nd not resolved. I'd. OD[protected]

    So guys don't waste your time to buy defected phones with 10 to 20 days replacement time and also stupid controls.

      Ordered asus zenfone 2 selfie on 2nd oct 2015 which is supposed to be delivered by 10th Oct.The product is pending at approval stage for last 7 days and flipkart is not providing resolution even after sending repeated mails, telephones, posting in facebook. I am not able to track the product and the company is only delaying it everyday by saying they are looking into it. I am first time this much frustrated with flipkart and I want to lodge complain and take it forward.       Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the shipment has not been delivered to him so customer had cancelled the order as he asking for the compensation so informed to customer that we would not be able to provide any compensation as per the policy as customer is stating that the amount has been given in his wallet so he wants the refund in his credit card so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue so that the refund gets initiated as customer wants a mail regarding the refund tat so informed to customer once the refund gets initiated we will send a mail regarding that.

          Message: dear sir/madam i have booked a moto x play from flipkart on 21st sept 2015 and made the payment of 19, 999 then and there and i was also promised to get the product by 5th oct 2015. Howevr due to unavailablity of the product they cancelled the product on 8 th october. Meanwhile one of my friend booked the order on 1st oct 2015 and got it by yesterday i.e. 9th oct 2015 so i dont understand y they did such disprepency with my order also i havent recieved any refund till now and i also tried contacting them in wvry possible way but no resolution provided. Prayer: i request you to kindly investigate and help me to get the phone also since they have wasted my time and energy i want compensation on the product.

            I purchased a lumia 1020 on big billion day last year that is 2014, recently due to some problem i went to the service center and came to know that my warrant has been expired since 19 of November 2014 but i had bought the item on 13 of October 2014. Further when i mailed to flipkart regarding this they kept on delaying and finally no reply from their side. I mailed them again and still no solution.

              I have bought ASUS Zenfone Selfie with the Order No.OD[protected], when bought online via APP on 25th Sep 2015. On APP there was an offer of Rs.3000/- of Goibibo gift voucher, however it was never delivered. Nor there were clear terms and conditions for the same on the APP. I had launched a complain regarding this on 29th Sep with Flipkart customer care and I got reply after 8 days with 18 points terms and conditions via email, which was never shown while procuring online. I must receive the voucher. I would like to lodge a complaint with consumer forum due to such irregularities with Flipkart.

              flipkart denies to the fact that they really offered this offer in sep 2015.

                      I have purchased around 4493 worth of eBook from flipkart. earlier it was opening from ebook ios app and from desktop but from last month they have stop support for ebook. When i called them and inform them that ebooks were not opening through app and from their website they just take one complaint and told me to wait for 24 hour and told that soon they will get back to me with an update but till no one had called me. I have called several time but every time same fake promise with no solution. Then i have mailed them for refund but they are not responding. My simple question if you people unable to solve my issue then refund my money but they haven't reply from past week.                           I have ordered moto x play mobile last thursday, dated on 1st october 2015 and it was suppose to be delivered on or before 7pm on 8th october 2015 and same message was been sent from flipkart directory to me a day before from the delivery date and it has been not delivered, till now nor a customer's priorities are taken care when called over phone to the customer care centre. Its been where embarassing to see the current situation which was supposed to be gifted and so is the worst service provided by flipkart nor a call from their team of logistics has contacted me on the delay and sends me the message after six hours of delay stating that the delivery has been redirected by the flipkart and if that does not gets delivered today i.E., 9th october 2015 then this order would get cancelled by them, its so shameless behaviour of convey to a customer that even if the delay is caused by them (flipkart) even then the order seems to get cancelled. Has any of flipkart team been insane to send so meaning less points of their to a n customer after the payment is done previously to the delivery.

                          i am facing the same issue with moto x play.I was promised to deliver moto x play by 5th dec and now the date has been shifted to 10th dec.The status for my order id-OD[protected] is still in approved status.Had it been on Cash on deliver process i am pretty sure the order would have arrived by now.As i am writing this complaint, i have a gut feeling that flipkart will fail to deliver my product on time or worse they would not even deliver it.And whoever is responding to the comments above, mind it --DO NOT GIVE FALSE REASSURANCE regarding the delivery.its better to SUE you all than writing this whole lot of things which wouldnt get to your brains.

                            Ever since I have bought the Acer Iconia W4 820 Tab on Flipkart, it has been a nightmare for me.
                            The tab has a manufacturing defect and does not work appropriately.

                            I bought the product on 3rd April and ever since have taken it to the service centre twice.

                            They replaced the motherboard and the sound port on the second occasion and the OTG cable port on the first.

                            The telephone executives have such a strong accent that half the time i cannot understand what they are saying.

                            It is needless to say the staff at the outsourced service centre are extremely rude and give a pathetic experience. They do not even allow time for the customer to check if things are fixed.If i complain about something that does look good, they dismiss my claim stating its fine.

                            This time my Tab wont start and i am not willing to take it to the service centre again.

                            Please give me my money back.

                                Hi, I ordered one phone Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart through online shopping. I received this product on 10th Sptember. Order ID : OD[protected] after 4-5 days, its key doest work properly. I called to flipkart and ask to do a check . They send me one smart check application to test the device and they found the issue in the device. post this check I asked them to initiate refund according to flipkart 30days replacement warranty. The Refund Id was : 30369798. But I didnt get my refund, and when i cross checked it was cancelled. Its date was 24th September 2015. I again call to the customer care and raise the refund request, its Id was : 30432535. I created this request on 25th of September. From 25th September to 5 September, I every date got the mesaage, today your refund is scheduled, I use to wait for the whole day, no body comes to pick the defective product and finally at the end of the day I use to get message "We we unable to pick your product." It happends till 2nd October, from second to 5th Oct I continiously call to Flipkart customer care regarding my pickup and refund. and all the time they assure me regarding resolution of issue. Finally on 5th Oct I got a call from pickup guy, and he asked me to drop defective product in Flipkart's warehouse. When I reached flipkart warehouse, after a long wait, they told me we cannot pick your product, as your pick has been cancelled. I again call to flipkart customer care and explain them entire case, they started the entire process from the beginning .Meanwhile I also get one call where flipkart told me, if your pickup doesnt complete before 10th Oct, you wont be eligible for refund. I have become frustrated, these guys are doing bluff from last 15 Days. I have all the mails and Ids, which they used to initiate my refund, and finally they cancelled such request by without proper justification.

                                Spoke with the customer as he is saying that there was delay in pick for which the refund was not done as he was saying that it was a loss of time so informed to customer that we apologies for the same and we will look into it that such mishaps does not get repeats again in future.

                                    They called me after my complaint and told me that they r giving me Rs1500 in my wallet and I can buy any bag with it. When I tried to buy a bag from flipkartby using wallet amount, I came to know that I could buy only from wsr. They r not transfering amount to my bank also because they gave me money in my promotional account. I had been cheated.

                                      I am George Stephenson from Chennai my nightmare with FLIPKARTstarted on 27 August, 2015 7:25 AM
                                      I ordered D-Lite 12 W LED Bulb(Pack of 5) order number OD[protected] for Rupees 402
                                      FLIPKART was unable to deliver the order OD[protected]
                                      I called FLIPKART the agent forced me to get a refund and asked me to make another order with a different seller
                                      So I ordered D-Lite 12 W LED Bulb(White, Pack of 9) order number OD[protected] on 1 September, 2015 11:57 AM with the seller SKYCANDLE
                                      They sent me a fake product named LEOMEN 12W 9 bulbs
                                      so I returned it asked them specifically for D-Lite bulb which i trust
                                      In spite of insisting them to send me D-Lite Bulb they repeatedly sent the LEOMEN bulbs again and again and again
                                      I called FLIPKART and told them that i was cheated several times by sending a fake product repeatedly
                                      But the agent again forced me to get a refund
                                      But I asked for a proper replacement
                                      I requested the agent that i need to talk to a supervisor the agent refused my request
                                      The FLIPKART agent was harsh
                                      FLIPKART is so bad still I didn't get my product which i asked for
                                      FLIPKART finally called me on 8th october and apologized for their bad customer service and fraudulent behaviour
                                      FLIPKART said they blocked the seller SKYCANDLE from selling any products in FLIPKART
                                      But i checked their website still SKYCANDLE is selling lot of products FLIPKART
                                      FLIPKART is also forcing me to get a refund they are so rude to me on this
                                      FLIPKART is serving and saving their sellers and not their customers
                                      FLIPKART is not ready to serve people
                                      Nobody in FLIPKART is interested in serving the customers
                                      People in FLIPKART is like employees in government office nobody wants to serve people

                                        Spoke with the customer as he said that he had visited twice to the service centre but the issue is not resolved as he had got the job sheet also from the service centre that the product is defective so informed to customer that we will arrange for the replacement .
