I have ordered an item on[protected]. The order was cancelled by flipkart on the same day. But didn't refund the amount till now. When I write about this on E-mail on[protected], they first lied to me that the refund was initiated on[protected] and asking me to wait for 8 working days. After 8 working days, on[protected], again I asked about the refund not credited. This time they told me that refund was initiated on[protected] and It shouwd have credited within 8 working days. How they are time ppassng and lying???? And then gave me a refund reference number and asking me to ask my bank officials?... If I made an order, and the amount not reached to shop/flipkart, then will he send the item? He won't initiate until the amount credited to his account. In the same case it is his responsibility until the funds deposit in my account. Refund is not credited to my account till now. Please help me. The order id is OD[protected].

    Respected sir, I ordered mobile phone in flipkart.com with order no: OD[protected]. I paid money and I waited for one weak for delivery of product.On delivery date, they sent a message to me that my order is cancelled and wait for money refund like that.I called to them through their costomercare number but they are not responding in correct way.It is just like cheating me.please take necessary action against flipkart and make them to pay penalty for this.     Tried calling the customer but unable to reach as there were no response so mail sent to customer informing that the shipment didn't get delivered due to non serviceable area.
    Almost same issue with me...
    My order was cancelled by flipkart.
    And didn't refund me even after 2.5 months.

    And saying " I have refunded ask your bank"

    Irresponsible flipkart.
    I never recommond it...

      Sir I purchased a Digiflip XT811 TABLET through flipkart when it was introduced. My Digiflip tablet touch and head phone jack is not working. I gave for service in Digiflip authorised service center(AP TECHNOLOGIES) and the problem repeats more than 3 time. And they damaged the tablet(back side is broken). Now my tablet is in service center for 3rd time.(Now it is almost 1 and half month in service center). the product is still in it's warranty period and i want it replaced. If i call them and ask for it, they don't respond properly. The way they respond and the way they speak is improper and unprofessional. Worst service center ever.         Sir, I visited the Flip kart website on 24.Aug.2015 and after selecting the book, I proceeded to pay the amount through SBI Net Banking and after entering the Username and password, I clicked the submit icon and was asked for confirmation code using the high security password that sent to my number. I clicked the option PAY and after a few minutes...the screen showed that your transaction has been rejected by RBI you will get back the amount within 5 days . But when I checked my Balance Amount in my SBI account, Rs 1449/- has been deducted but the but till the date not receive the same amount my transition no is- POS PRCH-POS[protected] FLIPKART.COM Bangl-- please let me know What I do ?

          I had ordered a pair of proterra gush running shoes on 30th july 2015 and i have used it rarely but now i go to see the colour of the shoe is coming out slowly i mean such products y do u keep... people buy online because they believe that those products may last ... but this is not gonna work i hope that an action will be taken against this and i hope i may get refund... thankyou

            Does you people always do the same with each and every customer as you have done with me. I booked a Lenovo K3 note phone on dated 02 Sept 2015 Vide Order NoOD[protected] sHIPMENT WAS SENT ECOM PREPAID Tracking ID[protected] over Flipkart with WS Retail with showed the costing as Rs 9999-. First of all wanted to know the valid reason for Delay Delivery If your company cannot deliver the phone at the address JIND (126102) Haryana and booked then why the hell you people book the phones or any other product. This is a pure case of cheating by FLIPKART and WS RETAIL. I am Ready to Wait for some more time for the phone, so you can deliver the same by 12 Sept. 2015. I can Gift my Son biirthday on 12/09/2015 I don't think so that this letter will reach you at all. Please I request Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Sachin to resolve the issue, and if you cannot provide the Product then its your wish to do so. but you will loose out the Customers.               One month back I ordered an item with order no OD[protected] And during the delivery I tried through card, it didn't work out so he again swiped n it didn't work so atlast I paid through cash ...later I came to know that amount debited twice from my account ...so I raised a complaint and they asked me to send the bank statement etc ..I sent them all details and they said it will take 15days as they have to check and they said they will be crediting one amount and they asked to get another from bank ..so I approached the bank and they said the amount is being credited to WS retailer (flipkart) .so I said this to flipkart and they took another week and it's been already 30days I made a complaint on 9august .and they are still saying they need a time ...I attached the mail conversation and bank statements etc ... Guyz just don't fall to this trap better order in amazon or paytm ..if flipkart don't pay through debit card and fall in this trap

              Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he didn't receive the refund yet so informed to customer that to provide the Bank statement in PDF format he is saying that he can't able to provide the statement inPDF format he had send the photo copy of it. As the bank is too far from his home so he cant go there.

                Hi There Heating issue in phone lead to ear damage.This is a pathetic phone, and honestly people should not buy this product. I had bought this phone for my brother (thats y opted for some stable phone, rather than Redmi1s or Lenovo 6k), but phone is pretty slow. It hangs a lot, n multiple times we have to reboot to make it work. Moreover the Flipkart support sucks. Though I intimated the issues regularly.they were not ready to replace/refund phone with some weird reasons. one of the executive told me heating and hanging are not faults.                   I ordered Red MI2 phone (order # ) from flipkart on 7th July 2015. Next day I called customer care to apply exchange offer on this order and the rep. told me after order is placed this was not possible. Instead he cancelled this order for me and on his advice I placed a new order for the same phone, with an exchange offer on 8th July 2015. Unfortunately, flipkart delivered me both the phone. They apologised for delivering the first order, which was actually cancelled and arranged a return pick up for the same. Their courier boy picked up the phone on 13th July but I didn't recieve any refund even after three weeks. On calling flipkart I was surprised to learn that no refund was being made, as the product was not received back by them. They demanded me to produce a return receipt if I had 'actually' returned the product, which is not with me, as the return pick up person never gave me one. He just asked to sign on his sheet and that was all. We gave all the details of the pick up person, including hsi phone number etc. (who happens to be flipkart delviery person also) to flipkart and they did lot of investigation and lot of enquiry to us and finally told that we would be getting refund by 14th August. Later, I got a message that a replacement phone was being shipped to me. I called flipkart and told them I dont need a replacement but a refund. The rep apologised and told me that he would arrange to cancel the replacement and initiate refund. The replacement order was cancelled on the same day, however to my surprise again, no refund was initiated for few days. I called back again and the flipkart reps. again started telling me to produce the proof of return, without which no refund was possible... This is extreme --- after one month of investigations, talks they first agreed to issue a refund -- then created replacement instead --- then again cancelled it and started asking for proof again, which I don't have because their pick up person never gave me a receipt. I even asked me what actions did they take against the pick up person -- which they failed to comment. I asked them, supposedly after initiation of return from their side, if I didn't give the product back to their courier boy, should he not have reported back to them that such and such customer didnt return the product and this return request couldn't be fulfilled? Had something like this happened, what actions did they tak --- no answer... Flipkart is ripping me off of my hard earned money - a good amount of Rs. 6000 ---/ This is no small money for me and they are doing a fraud withe me withdholding it.

                    I ordered a bag of Rs.799 even after 30 days i didn't received the back so I called up Flipkart regarding this .The answer from their side was "The packaging was opened (torn) so the bag was not delivered and Once we receive the bag here at out facility we will process the Refund " . After this, even being a Flipkart first customer I am unable to order anything from my account .So I called back and those guys are constantly saying its coz of technical issue and each time my order is being cancelled by own.I have approx Rs. 450 as my flipkart wallet amount which also I am unable to redeem. And any update on my incident which is scheduled is getting extended day by day .They are evan making me wait for 30 Min to attend the call amanb.[protected]@gmail.com

                          I have purchased MOTO G (2nd Generation) from Flipkart on 24th March 2015 with Order Id - OD[protected]. First time I received faulty product with some defects in pixels of touchscreen. I got it replaced. The replaced product worked just fine till 32 days, i.e. till 30 days replacement guarantee of flipkart expires. On the 33rd day, the flash of phone’s camera stopped working suddenly. I searched for service centres in my city i.e Vadodara. When I reached to the provided address, I found that there was no service centre even existed at that address. Many customers were confused there with their Motorola phones and searching for the same. I contacted to flipkart and I was provided some other addresses. I also went there and found the same scenario of service centres not existed. I have made Flipkart aware of the situation and raised a complaint regarding sevice centre. I raised the complaint on 21st August and I was put on extension of resolution consecutively on 24th, 28th, 31st August and 03rd, 06th September. After all this they are now providing me the address which is in Ahmedabad and Surat and I am not sure that they even existed here. Also for minor repairs I don’t think it is a fair practise to go everytime to such distance. This is clear misleading to customers by providing fraudulent information. I have wasted my time in search of these service centres and wasted my fuel also. I strongly demand that this product must be taken back by Flipkart as it of no use to me as flash is not working as well as in future any repairing is needed then it would not be possible to get the technical support. This means I am carrying a phone which literary has no warranty benefits. I am attaching some pictures as a proof of my above claim. Those who are planning to buy Motorola product from Flipkart, please be aware and proceed at your own risk. P.S: Flipkart is extending resolution time every time. Recently they have given the time needed for resolution till 23rd September. It has been 4 months and I am deprived of services. The phone is in excellent condition as brand new because I put it in the box since the flash stopped working.

                          I would like to suggest the flipkart customer care team to read the complaint clearly before giving any excuse. As I said there is no such service centre that Flipkart is claiming. Now if there is no service centre then how can I get my phone repaired. Again and again the Flipkart team is replying with same resolution which is not existing.

                              I placed an order for samsung galaxy j7 on 4th septeber 2015, and i got a call on sunday(6th sep 2015) for the delivery from number [protected] saying his name is Kumar, as i was busy with my schedule i requested him to deliver the next day before 10:30 am and he agreed for it, the next day when i called him @ 9:45 he said the other guy is coming in next half an hour but he made me wait till 12pm playing the same tone for every half an hour i called. later at 1:30 the other guy called me for the delivery again i was not in my residence to receive so he said that he will deliver at 6:30 or 7;00 pm in the evening. but when i called back at 7:00 he is asking me to come to his office and some other 2 places and later that guy replied as i wont deliver it to you do what ever you want. (the 2nd guys contact number is [protected]) later i got the message as i have refused the product. which i have not.

                                  Hello sir, This is bhagirathi Lenka I purchase one mobile from flikart site (i.e. Asus zenfone 2) and the Order ID: OD[protected], when i got the mobile i found there was some hardware fault in volume key is not working properly so i put one request for return the mobile and replace with a new one, but the customer care service center members are not cooperating, they cancel my request for returning, when i was talked with Mousumi Mishra Flipkart Customer Support she told me plz contact wid service center and we cant accept ur return mobile request. very bad service by flipkkart, I will suggest to all my friend dont by anything from flipkart

                                    I just experienced my 3rd case on flipkart where the order status gets converted to attempted delivery with any attempt being made. No one has called me during the day of delivery, just a sms comes says will be delivered today... and nothing happens. I was at the address all day on both days they have claimed they tried the delivery. The contact center person just keeps repeating that "but the delivery people have mentioned in the system that they tried delivery". I strongly believe that the delivery company is just updating the system to keep their KPI or service level, and putting the blame on the customers. Venu [protected]

                                    Spoke with the customer and informed him that we will arranged the product to be shipped on priority and we will look into it that the shipment gets delivered on time as the previous order didn't get delivered as it was a non serviceable pin code as confirmed by the courier team.

                                      My order number is od[protected] i ordered a set of 8 dvds nc i only received a set of seven dvds. This was sent as a gift and i have been corresponding from overseas which is costing me more money than the actual order. The customer service team has been nothing but ridiculous and did nothing twice the wrong order was sent and if i am calling they are putting me on hold and disappearing. This is harassment and i demand a resolution. I will never order from flip kart again and put it on social media sights so that at least known people don't order from flip kart. Such arrogant and rude people after knowing the mistake has been from their end.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Yesterday i booked one dell vostro 3546 laptop, at the final stage i entered the OTP at that time it shows your order has been cancelled due to error but the amount has already deducted in my acount. after that i called to customer care but they said me no orders finding in your mail or contact no .I paid through HDFCcredit card so what i do . I am totally irritated with customer care.The customer care dint give proper response.Plese resolve my problem.
