I have this order on 05 october 2015. I have order double stand tv. flipkart had updated double stand tv on online site. I have booked arround 12.30 AM, date - 05.10.2015 and they have delivered arround 10am on 05.10.2015. Actually I have orderd double stand tv but they delivered single stand tv at my door step. after 2 or 3 business day i have called them and complaint that this is not my order. then flipkart told me that no problem sir we will exchange your tv. today 18.10.2015 i got a new tv same brand but new is same as a old. after replacement flipkart send me a again single stand tv. I have already complaint to flipkart. Please guide me properly. what i do..?

    On 01/10/2015 at 12:29 am i placed an order for Ayorma Fairness and Anti Tan Face Wash with Order ID: OD[protected] and the expected delivery date was 13/10/2015 which was not delivered on that prescribed date. On complaining they keep on escalating my case but no action is taken yet. please resolve the issue. Mob : [protected]

      Hi, flipkart is serious about business because customer service executive has frustrating to level that it can push customers away. I was happy flipkart customer few months back, recently I had such a bad experience with customer service. People sitting there don't know how to solve the problem, on asking to connect to manager I was put on hold. i has had place order OD[protected] on 8th October. When this order was in transit, showing status at Chennai, this was cancelled on 13th October at 12.02 by calling customer care executive. despite that this order was on the way for deliver. and on 15 this order was out for delivery . when i was refuse it to accepting it by saying that this order was cancelled on 13th of October. i would like to share one mail of customer care executive. that was written to me. i thing he reply me without knowing the fact.         Why flipkart are not replaceing my mobile when it's under flipkat one month warranty and pleace tell me is mobile is heating more then 45% or 50% then it is not hardware issue your customer care compare moto X play to mi phone and told me red-me phone is also heating please clarify is i have purchase mi phone you are using smart check app and calculate the temperature of phone when mobile is ideal and even you are not ready to make a call same time when you are performing test and i have captured some screen shot with cpu temperature with application clean master you can also check the property of image sothat you can make sure that images are captured same phone or not and please remove the review options of your website because your employee have no faith on customer and they are not feeling shame full to say that customer review are not correct .i have all ready perform smart check on phone and i am able to see the result your service man told that mobile is heating 40 degree when i am not using a mobile so tack a legal action against my complain and relace my mobile or refund my money if you can . my order no OD[protected]

        Spoke to customer, he has facing an heating issue with the Moto X play mobile and from our side done with yonyx trouble shooting steps and Smart check has done but we are not found any defective so we request customer to visit the authorized service center as per the internal update (RMT). But, he refused to visit nearest ASC in the meanwhile he disconnected the call also customer ask us to sent a mail from Flipkart stating that he want to visit ASC with details. Hence, we send out the same to customer and closing the case.

          I had purchased One Plus paying Rs.19999 (that is no small money) on 29th June 2015 (Order No. WFLD[protected]) Immediately on receipt I lodged a complaint as the charger was not working. It was replced promptly But after a week of receipt of the mobile, I placed a request for solution as the battery was draining down fast. I was told, there will be a call to address the issue. Strangely, the call comes in and before the call is picked up, they hang up the other end.This compelled me to make multiple request. All of this were done within the stipulated period of return policy.Now I am told that the return request is rejected. I think they got confused with the replacement done with the charger and mobile phone issue. Now I am sitting with a dud phone and charging it all the time and looking stupid. There are no service centres in Chennai, Tamilnadu where I can go and get this corrected. Rejecting a request is the easiest thing that can be done, and thus proving that One Plus One and Flipkart are in the game of Sell Once and Forget I need a serious explanation for this and an immediate action.

            I orderd the Numero Uno Mid Ankle shoe from Flikpkart on 12th Oct, paid the sum of Rs998 Ref/Cheque No. PZT[protected]IG0AVIFDF4 payment got successful from SBI. But i didn't get any order confirmation from Flipkart. I wrote to customer support many times but they are not resolving my issue. I need the money refunded to my SBI account and not to Flipkart wallet. I even asked them to refund the amount as earliest as possible, Instead they cancel my existing 2 orders from their side. When i called the customer support of Flipkart their employee is accusing me that i cancelled the order from my side. Flipkart is a fraud and is cheating people in every possible way it can find.

              This has been a fully messed up experience with flipkart. One of those I'll-never-buy-from-flipkart-again ones. I ordered two books from flipkart. Vol 1 & 2 of a specific series. I received books of some other series. I requested replacement. Shipment arrived at local city hub. For three consecutive days the shipment was out for delivery. Not once did anyone attempt a deivery. Not once did I get any call. Every evening I got the text "Product couldn't be delivered as customer unavailable. Rescheduled to next day" (Standard response I guess, when ekart has huge workload.) On the third day though, I got this text "Replacement cancelled as customer unavailable. Shipment returned to seller." It had been 2 weeks now. I had already bought the books from local seller (at a slightly higher price). So I requested return. Customer care obliged again. Next day, item is out for pickup. But evening I get the message "Pickup cancelled as requested" That was the moment, when I realized flipkart is going to lose the Battle-of-India to Amazon and Snapdeal. (The irony is I had my money on flipkart all this time) I requested return again. Item out for pickup next day. And once again pickup cancelled. I have requested return again. I hope they dont embarrass themselves this time. If ekart had no trouble finding my house for the first delivery, I cant imagine what happened later. Poor work ethics, I guess. Oh and all this while the customer care diligently reassured me (like a puppet on strings). Their responses were quite funny as well. Phew, what a torture!

                This is a complaint that i am making in regards to the harendous & Appauling cusotmer service that I have recieved from Flipkart . To start with, I had ordered an MI2 Handset from Flipkart on 12/05/2015, the phone worked fine for 3 months after which it started giving me a lot of problems, called up flipkart who explained me their return policies and asked me to visit the service Centre of MI phones . I took a day off to visit one of the most pathetic Service centres located in Noida Sector 18, wherein I was initially told that i have pay an amout to get my phone repaired as there was an external fault although nothing as such had happened, on arguing with them they finally agreed to get my phone repaired for free but gave a turn around time of a month which came as a surprise to me . I then called up FlipKart and got the adress of another service centre located in Vikas Marg in Lakshmi Nagar, people at this centere were a bit decent, but stated that I have to deposit my phone for 15 days as there was a software problem, i had to give my phone as had no option. Got my phone bac which worked fine for a week but again had the same problem, I cant keep on visiting the service centres again and again, so called up Flipkart requesting them to get me a replacement phone as I had already visitied the service centres in twice witin 6 months from the date of purchese of a new phone ., The horrible cusotmer service of Flipart kept on explaining me their poliies, on getting this esclated, i was made to speak to a supervisor and then a floor manager who promised me that he has esclated the case an i would get a call from a team in the next 24 hours, A week has passed and I havent heard anything from anyone from Flipkart, i am tired of visiting service centres to get my phone fixed, I dont have an extra phone which is again creating a big problem, I feel I am being cheated, paid Rs 7000 to such a renowned Brand trusting that I would get a reliable product, but all in vain . All I want is get this phone replaced, I am ready to pay an extra amount and get this phone replaced with any other phone as well, If my request is not handled, i would definaltey share this bad experience from flipkart on all social sites and would definaltely ask all my friends and family not to order anything from Flipkart as the services are pathetic, the cusotmer service is pathetic, they dont care for their cusotmers . If flipkart has a little care about their customers and if someone would like to contackt me on this with a resolution, i can be contacted on my cell phone [protected]

                Third day, havent heard anything from Flipkart
                I believe Flipkart doesn't bother about its customer's complaints, it doesnt matter to them as I havent heard anything
                Appauling and harrendous service, no one from flipkart has even bothered to speak, seems they are least bothered for a customer with an issue after purchasing a product from flipkart
                I am giving 2 more working Days to resolve my complaint, if no response from your end, I would start going public with my complaint posting my dissatisfaction and your appauling service on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, youtube etc ...

                  I ordered a mobile LENOVO K3 NOTE two times. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But within a seconds both the time the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. After first order cancellation i talked with costumer care and placed second order for the same with their end consultation and promise that the same thing will not happen. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract ! Flip kart is playing with costumers: time, money and emotions as well. the costumer care has promise to arrange call back, but no way, no answer and no explaination. i am waiting for my refund in my account. god bless them.                       I bought a Hp laptop from flipkart model HP 15-ac098TU, and order number OD[protected] it has a hardware problem i saw in the bill it had a( 30 days replacement guarantee) so i called customer care and said about the problem and i asked for a replacement or refund but they are not responding

                            Dear sir, my motog 3rd Gen order still not received as i place my order 7-10-15 and his promise date was 16-10-15. my order id is OD[protected], executive told me delay is cause of big billion day, customer who placed the order before the big billion day are not valuable for you, one of flipkart customer executive :shruti" know every thing but she told me the delay was for big billion day but actual reality was other. i sorry to say no responsibility you are showing. but when i track my order on blue dart status shows the whole Shipment is Detained By Regulatory Authorities that is sales tax department since 13.10.15, no one providing me right information and no one taking responsibility of my product. all are liar. i am going to the consumer court if my product not received within 24 hrs.

                              Hi I just ordered puma shoes on flip kart 14/9/2015 and I returned it on the next day I was unsatisfied and they have promised within 4 days payment will be made till now there S no msg from or call from them regarding that payment and then I spoke to the customer care and they have gave me a another promise date of 14/10/2015 but still there is no refund made by the company called wa retail now I am calling the customer care I can't able to speak because my number is not valid.now I don't need any money from them I make that as donation to a begger but now I want the reason why they haven't made the payment yet because I thought flip kart was a big company now why they haven't approach to that seller...

                                I ordered GANT Tshirt vide order ID OD[protected] on 13.10.2015 from www.flipkart.com during the big billion days offer . The said product was delivered on 15.10.2015. I was shocked to see that FLIPKART is selling duplicate and substandard quality products of big brands like GANT. The purple color GANT Tshirt is duplicate and is of very low quality.. it is not the product of GANT. Flipkart is trying to befool people by these offers and trying the demean the big brands like GANT.

                                  Firstly I purchased 3 items from Flipkart which were from same seller but I was charged 50/- thrice for delivery charges. Flipkart disagreed to wave off the extra delivery charges, saying that its is seller policy. However, when I spoke to the seller directly, they conveyed that it is Flipkart policy. I feel that it is just the system error that Flipkart has and they do nothing about it. The delivery person brought all the items together from same place, then why the extra charges? I gave similar feedback to them to one of my previous order as well and they said they will correct it but no action happened.

                                  Secondly, there was an offer with yatra going on when I did the purchasing. I had to buy flight tickets from yatra and was looking for the offer coupon that Flipkart was supposed to send me. To my dismay, I found that there were no coupons sent. This was not just to one order but below three orders

                                  After my request to send the coupons, they took about a week's time to send those. The gap between my purchase and getting offer was about 3 months. I requested them to refund Rs150/- only as a part of compensation, 50/- per order. They say its yatra offer so they cannot do anythig about it. Well, the offer is on their website, the emails of offer comes from Flipkart, so when its compensation time, they talk about their policies which is not my business.

                                  I want some compensation adjusted to the inconvenience caused to me, be it 150/- only

                                  As customer is stating that there was a delay in getting the coupons as there were charges has been taken for shipping for the different products as she was asking for the compensation regarding that so informed to customer that as per the policy we would not be able to provide any compensation and informed her that the shipments were coming in different tracking ids for which the delivery charges has been taken as she was very adamant about the compensation so informed to customer that we would not be able to do that.

                                    I have purchased one Lenovo mobile from flipkert date 9.07.2015, the mobile phone was within one month warranty period means flipkert offer one month replacement guarantee means if found some defected issue with mobile they will change mobile phone. I raised a complaint and I claim new mobile After purchasing within one month one issue I have found that mobile has a microphone problem. (1) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED DATE 28/07/2015 ( with in one month )Than I have lodged a complaint that mobile has a microphone problem. Please replacement the mobile But that time they told me that “its not a problem, you format the mobile your problem will be resolved” than I do same. After fees days I have found that problem was not solved same problem arises again than (2) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED 31/07/2015 I again complain to Flipkart they told me you have a problem with your SIM card that’s why its happen “ change your sim card then I do the same.” After few day I again face the same problem. Then (3) Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED DATE30/08/2015 I again contact with Flipkart they told they will do smart check and that do and told that your mobile is ok. After few days I again found that the problem is not resolved then I again complain to Flipkart that this product is defected Please replacement the mobile. Then they suggests me to visit Lenovo service center if they give Job sit that mobile is defected they will exchange and give the replenishment dated 30/09/2015. I have visited service center on 07/10/2015 and they have found that the mobile is a defeated mobile and originally mobile has a microphone problem. Then I mail to Flipkart ([protected]@flipkart.com) and demand for replenishment but flipkart directly refused to give replacement by mail caused “We regret to inform you that, we cannot replace/refund by collecting the product. As 30 days replacement policy is already been void, we request you to kindly visit to near by authorized Service center with Invoice copy for prompt resolution.”send by mail flipkart on 14/10/2015 .                                     Spoke with the customer as he is saying that there is some issue in his speaker phone so his phone has been checked through smart check and they found that there is no issue in his phone so informed to customer that as the technical team had conformed that there is no issue in his phone so we kindly request you to visit to the service centre.

                                      Dear sir, I have ordered asus zenfone 2 laser on 15 sep 15 and received it on 17 sep 15, recently i got issue in my handset and regarding this i have called asus customer support, they told me some procedures and i followed that but my phone get hanged on booting process, executive told me to go to the nearest service center. I called flipkart customer care because my phone is in returning policy period, which is 30 days, they also told me to go to the service center and get check the phone is there is software issue or hardware issue, i do so and go to the service center in sec 18, noida the executive told me there is a hardware issue and i again called customer care of flipkart the executive agrees on replacemwnt of the product but told me call after one hour due to technical problem. I again called customer care but this time he told me to get the acknowledgement from service centre, i told him they have to told me about this before going to the service center and he reduse to replace the product. It is getting frustrated for me because i get short leave from office for going to the service center and i am unable to get it on next day.                                         Purchased Samsung Galaxy J5 online through flipkart. Since start there is problem in touch screen of mobile. The bottom half inch of screen is creating problems. Sometimes touch doesnt work, sometimes it start working on self and applications keep opening automatically.

                                        Have complained for return (exchange with new piece) in flipkart for 2 times. The related software for check has been downloaded in mobile, but everytime before checking it, they close the request and ask to re-generate the request.
