Flipkart is cancelling the order on its own without notifying customers and is blaming the customer that they have cancelled the order on their own. They are also lying about the the status of the order. They made me wait for 45 days for two order of the same item and then told me that I have cancelled the order. The floor manager named Mr.Vishwanath Reddy and his supervisor Mr. Arjun Singh are not ready to accept the mistake on their part and continue to argue that I have cancelled my order. I already paid the pre closure charges for the same order because i placed the order using my Credit Card (Which got cancelled from Flipkarts End) and then I placed the order using my Debit Card which again got cancelled from Flipkarts end but they blamed me for it. Spoke wit the customer as he is saying that he came to know why the order has been cancelled as he is saying that some one has hacked his account and cancelled the order as he received a call from someone and was saying that he is calling from Flipkart and asked him about his Debit card details as the order has been cancelled so we need to refund the amount he was asking for the Debit card number and expiry date of that card and the CVV number customer found suspicious about this when he was asking for the CVV number so customer started asking him from where you are calling he disconnected the call. After that customer tried to call in the number [protected] but it was getting forwarded so informed to customer to change the password for the Flipkart account first in the mean time we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders.

    Hi, I had ordered Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10F Tab through Flipkart on 5th Sep, my order was placed and payment was done, my order got automatically cancelled by flipkart on 8th Sep and I received a msg that my order has been cancelled. I contacted to customer care service from flipkart several time and they told me that the order has been cancelled from my side and it is showing in their machine where I surely didn't cancelled the order.I do not want the refund, I want the item back I have ordered. Even after pursuing this multiple times with flipkart call center executive this issue is not resolved. Not only me several people faced similar issue from flipkart before which is not acceptable in any situation. Please solve this issue asap.           This is regarding the delivery of products exceeding Rs. 9999/-. I am an old and a regular customer of Flipkart and have purchased products priced more than Rs.9999/- in the past and now I wish to buy a mobile phone which costs Rs. 12999/- and which is exclusively available only on your website.           I am not able to even place the order as Flipkart says that it is unable to deliver to my address. However, I have ordered items priced more than Rs.9999/- in the past, but now it is not possible. As a resident of Patna which is also a state capital, I would like to ask Flipkart, what should I do if I want to buy products costing more than Rs.9999/-. I would also like to mention that the product is moto g 3rd generation which is exclusively available on your website.
          P.S- I own a moto g 1st generation which obviously I had ordered from Flipkart which costed more than Rs.9999/-.

            I purchased a nexus 7 tablet today(7th september 2015). its just 14 days since i have purchased it. i noticed a red spot on my tablet. I called asus customer care and they are saying its out of warranty. How is that even possible. i called flipkart and they told someone would get in touch with me after 4 days!!.. what am i supposed to do in such a case. how can they sell customers products which are out of warranty. who am i supposed to complain ASUS or FLIPKART. I researched more on this matter and found out many customers are having same problem.

              I have ordered one MOTO G 3rd Generation mobile from the flipkart on dated 5th of August 2015 and I have received this product on delivery address before the expected time. When we have open the box we found that the touch system is not working. So that I have made a call to customer care and ask him for solution but they have lodged the complaint and give me 24 Hrs time for solution and told me that their technical team call me on such time and date after the end of the provided time I have again made a call to Customer Care they were asked me for some activity in phone to resolve the issue but the issue had not resolved after this process they told me that we replaced it and ask me to please return back the product through courier on mentioned address. 18 of August 2015 I have curried this item on provided address. 21 of August item has been reached on mentioned address. After 21st of August 2015 they are not able to deliver my product and they give me only Tarikh Pe Tarikh.

                In the name of Bhola Nath Verma, Kolkata, I purchased the above mobile from Flipkart on line shopping Invoice No.BIL[protected] dated[protected] for Rs.6999/-. In the month of June itselt, the same started problem and after that the same is opening but immediately got off when we put on charge. We had filed the complaint in the month of June itself, but thereafter somebody hacked the information (giving his name as Rahul Tiwary) and told that my case is being settled for Refund. He told that we have to pay Rs.99/- only and the set will be collected. He asked my account details and password. Then I thought that he wanted to hack my account. Hence, I sent a message to him that I am going to give his mobile number to Police. Then he stopped talking and wasting time. In my earlier complaint, I told you that your local service centre at James Long Sarani, Kolkata, did not give any certificate on my complaint. He simply told that the battery is not property working and it cannot be repaired. Now once again I request you to arrange for refund of Rs.6999/- as I am to purchase a new set now.                     Flipkart had cancelled my atleast 10 orders and when I asked then they easily replied that your debited money would be in your account after 7 to 10 days.why did I wait for my own money.in flipkart wallet have my 3747 rs and so many times I have said them to transfer my wallet money in my bank account, but they don't want to do the both things.I can't place the order and they don't give me my money.in this case what should I do?

                      My flipkart order number is OD[protected]. It's a Swipe elite, Price 5999. When I start the phone and insert sim the Sim 1 slot is not detect. For 30 days replacement warranty I contacted them and they said they will contact me back. But they never did, its been 3 days that they keep rescheduling the call back. Please look into this.                           Sir i raise complain from your site about flipkart and today they call me regarding the issue the complain you but they didn''t give me solution they say me that their concern team find some thing that''s why they blocked my account so you can''t use your wallet balance that you have and can''t even place new order this is total fraud with me.. They are not even giving me any solution yet and they are saying you will never use that amount and when i asked reason they say that we can''t give reason.. Sir please transfer my amount of rs 4000 to bank account because they are trying to destroy my money.. they are telling they can''t even transfer my money because your account is blacklisted... And they cant say that even you place any order in future with email id they can''t say that this will also come or not.. They are trying to destroy all my wallet balance please transfer my amount in bank account they are doing fraud with me and not even helping me for getting my money out from that account... Please help..

                              Order Id : OD[protected] i had refund in my flipkart valid account worth rs 12999/- i used this refund for a new purchase (motorola moto g3) but when i tried tracking my order i got a message saying that payment not yet recieved and it also mentioned that "i[censored] have done the payment please check after 36 mins" i did that too but i got a message saying that payment not yet received than i cancelled my order and i am waiting for my refund but no action taken i called the flipkart customer service and also talked to the flipkart concerned department they told me refund will be provided within 24 hrs but nothing has taken place when i called them again the flipkart concerned department told me that i will get refund on 10th of september 2015 i have a strong feeling that they wants to cheat me and my cash!! plz take the further action my humble request to your team...

                                Dear Sir, I had purchased "Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG (Red, with 8GB)" on[protected] from your website. On your website SAR Value of this product, shown on specifications was "At the Head - 0.710 W/Kg, At the Body - 0.607 W/Kg", but on dispatched packet SAR Value is showing* 2.0W/Kg.* Some days before, I have read on newspaper that Mobile phone having beyond 1.6W/Kg SAR Value is not permitted to be manufactured or imported in India, because this may cause serious health problems. * I saw on Department of Telecom website, as per Department of Telecom, Govt. of India:* • All the new designs of mobile handsets shall comply with the SAR values of 1.6W/kg averaged over 1 gram of human tissue w.e.f. 1st Sept. 2012. • The mobile handsets with existing designs which are compliant with 2.0 W/kg averaged over 10 gram of human tissue, continue to co‐exist up to 31st August 2013. *From 1st Sept. 2013, only the mobile handsets with revised SAR value of 1.6W/kg would be permitted to be manufactured or imported in India.* As per Department of Telecom, Govt. of India guidelines, mobile handsets having SAR Value beyond 1.6W/Kg not permitted to be manufactured or imported in India. Despite this, It was sold to me, which is violation of Govt. guidelines. It may cause serious health issues. kindly look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. Please find attachmets: 1.                                   Sir i book orders and on flipkart but they countinously cancelling all my order i have flipkart wallet balance that is rs 4715 for ws retail whenever i place they cancel my order without giving any clear reason even i fully paid for the order but they cancel my order countinously and amount is stuck in their site for 15 days and when i call them regarding this iisue they said that this is their please place a new order so i place new order but they cancel that order too and again my amount is stucked and now they are telling that you are blacklisted that why your all orders are cancelling now but i never cancel any order they are cancelling my orders and now they are telling that you cant use your wallet balance beacuse all orders are cancelled when ever you place order they are trying to destroy my money on flipkart wallet i placed many orders like lenovo k3 note mobile 2 times, honor bee mobile and shoes and all orders are fully paid but still stay cancel my order and now they are saying my amount is black listed please help me this is case of fraud by flipkart to me. Please make my wallet balance that i can use or tramsfer to my bank account.. Thanks in advance please solve my issue..

                                    Hi i am New customer to Motorola and i have purchase the Moto G3 on 27/07/2015 through Flip kart, But From day one Mobile getting heated, i am very sorry to say this i am feeling that as i am Using the " IRON BOX" I complain with Flip kart they are simply telling High Configured mobiles will get heated this is common in all smart phones, i am very much familer with the smart phones and i have used many phones of brands like, samsung, LG, Sony etc but i didnt face this kind of issue in any phone, i have follow the instructions of Flip kart technical team but there is no change and day by day prob increasing, requesting Motorola to replace the phone

                                        Dear All I have purchase the New Moto G3 through Flip kart on 29.07.2015 and invoice dated 31.07.2015 from day one Mobile is becoming very hot, my kid is also telling mob very hot who is 3rd yr running, even i have complaint to flip kart and they are telling there is no issue and this is common in high configuration mobiles, and according to their smart check app mobile working fine. One of my friend have the same phone but his phone not getting heated. Now they are telling Talk to Motorola and we are only the sellers not manufactures, I am feeling that i am using Iron Box not a mobile, They are suggesting me to go to Service center, why should i have to go the service center to make repair i have bought the Brand new set not a second to go to Service center Previously i have use many smart phones but i dint face this kind of issue I have spend Rs 12999/- to get the Best Phone not the Iron box. According to Flipkart High configuration will act as a Iron Box I am requesting Flipkart or Motorola replace the phone or refund the money
