I placed an order with Flipkart on Sep24, 2015 and order number is OD[protected]. I PROVIDED THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITH CORRECT pin code which is 700047. They handed my shipment to Delhivery courior and when I followed up with the courior after an unexpected delay, I got to know that my package was misrouted because TWO PIN CODES WERE PROVIDED FROM FLIPKART'S END. ONE IS 700047(CORRECT ONE) and THE OTHER IS 700006(INCORRECT ONE). I was shocked as I did not have any idea from where did they got the incorrect Pin Code.
Moreover, when I called and requested Flipkart to update and inform my correct Pincode to the Delhivery Courior guys ASAP, they told me to wait and could not give me a proper timeline as to when it will be done.
I had to wait infinitely for my parcel which was a birthday gift for my sister. Finally, it got on my nerves and I ordered the same product from another site.
The same thing happened for order OD[protected] which was placed on Sep 27, 2015. It has also got misrouted due to two incorrect PIN CODES supplied by Flipkart.
This kind of harassment is really not acceptable and I will make sure not to order any thing from this Worthless site in future where same mistakes are repeated and no steps are taken to rectify those mistakes, in spite of calling and requesting them.
Had I been given an option to rate them, I would have rated them 2 on a scale of 0-10, 10 being highest.
