I placed an order with Flipkart on Sep24, 2015 and order number is OD[protected]. I PROVIDED THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITH CORRECT pin code which is 700047. They handed my shipment to Delhivery courior and when I followed up with the courior after an unexpected delay, I got to know that my package was misrouted because TWO PIN CODES WERE PROVIDED FROM FLIPKART'S END. ONE IS 700047(CORRECT ONE) and THE OTHER IS 700006(INCORRECT ONE). I was shocked as I did not have any idea from where did they got the incorrect Pin Code.

Moreover, when I called and requested Flipkart to update and inform my correct Pincode to the Delhivery Courior guys ASAP, they told me to wait and could not give me a proper timeline as to when it will be done.

I had to wait infinitely for my parcel which was a birthday gift for my sister. Finally, it got on my nerves and I ordered the same product from another site.

The same thing happened for order OD[protected] which was placed on Sep 27, 2015. It has also got misrouted due to two incorrect PIN CODES supplied by Flipkart.

This kind of harassment is really not acceptable and I will make sure not to order any thing from this Worthless site in future where same mistakes are repeated and no steps are taken to rectify those mistakes, in spite of calling and requesting them.

Had I been given an option to rate them, I would have rated them 2 on a scale of 0-10, 10 being highest.

            I had brought ASUS Zenfone(Order Id: OD[protected] from Flipkart.com on 6th OCtober 2014. But my phone stopped working on 8th September 2015 so I visited ASUS service center. After couple of days they informed me that product is out of warranty and I will need to bear the complete charges for repair. Then I called Flipkart customer service center for resolution on 12th September 2015. At that time they gave me a resolution date of 16th September 2015. I waited till 16th Sept 2015 but I didn't receive neither resolution nor any call from flipkart but just a automated mail saying that it will take more 3 days to resolve the issue. Since then I am just getting same mail every 3days with new dates(tarik pe tarik) but no resolution. I even called them multiple times but always get same words from them...wait, patience, cooperation, assurance, understand, etc... these are just words for them with no meaning. I am just helpless now... @Flipkart: In case you want to call me, don't call on my old mobile number that I had registered with flipkart while buying the product, that number does not belongs to me anymore. I have already updated my contact number in my Flipkart account profile.

            And as I have already mentioned in my previous comment, not to call on my old number as that number does not belong to me anymore. My new number in already updated in Flipkart account profile.

              I have ordered for a book and paid Rs 185/ - . the order no is OD[protected]. I was given a messsage that the delivery would be given by 24th. But even as on today I have not received and I dont know how to get it. My ph is [protected]. Please help me in getting the book - I havee already paid the amount and Flipcart has acknowledged also.                 Just had a rather disappointing interaction with Flipkart. I had bought a Moto G3 phone that was delivered to me on August 31. I noticed earlier today that its speaker had stopped working completely. No calls aloud, no media playing, no ringtone; nothing! I'd been noticing something off for a couple of days, but realized the full extent of the issue only today. Tried all Android settings, set the phone back to factory mode, but to no avail. I immediately called up Flipkart. After speaking to two levels of their customer service chain and spending 25 minutes on hold, I was told that they won't be replacing the faulty phone because I called in "two hours after the 30-day replacement window". Seriously? Not the right moves for a brand that's planning to take on the most customer-centric company in the world!

On first use there was some wrt sound/speaker with the phone for which I connected with Flipkart for replacement as per their policy but they have denied and suggested some measures to troubleshoot to fix it. When i contacted customer care they said that it’s a technical issue. and amout will refund in 5 to 8 working day why it will take long time. It’s a Flipkart mistake.                         I have brought Asus Zenfone Laser 2 on Sept 21. While i was placing the order there was pop up showing that voucher of INR 3000 of Goibibo would be given with the above and other 2 models of Asus (vaguely recall that along with it some few winner will be eligible for lucky draw and eligible for power banks). I also remember that terms and conditions said this will be applicable for the order placed till Sept 28. After receiving the delivery and invoice where in could not find the voucher i have called up Flipkart customer care and the guy kept telling me that there is no offer. I asked him if there is no offer why it was popping up on order screen. when i clicked on the offer either it should trigger me a pop or message saying that this order is not eligible for the offer. I have received no such notification while ordering. All i got is one reply saying there is no such offer. Unfortunately have no screen shot. Not sure if any others faced this issue.                                 I have placed order for Motorola X Play in 25th September and the amount 18, 499 had been debited from my account. They said the delivery will complete by 29th September. But till 29th September even the item is not confirmed. I have called customer care and told the issue. They asked me to cancel the order and the amount will be refunded immediately, so that I can reoder the mobile. Actually I am going out of town, so have ordered the mobile so early and didn't get it. But now after they have cancelled my order in 29th September, Till now I didn't get my refund and I am.wasting my time calling them. Again they are saying they will look into issue by tomorrow.

                                    I am an affiliate of flipkart company. I spent my time working hard and promoting products on their website so that I can earn some money. This is not an easy task. They give very little commission. I have somehow accrued a commission of Rs.3527. They asked me to fill a certain form and also give them my PAN card details which I did. It has been more than 3 months and I havent received my money back. CHEATERS

                                      They provide me faulty lenovo a2010 mobile.they accept request for return on 18 September.they told ur product will be pick up on 21 September but didn't pick up then I call they told me that ur product will be pick up on next day un this way everyday they told that we will pick up ur product on next day but still not pick up till 29 September.help.don't shop on flipkart.

                                        I have ordered a mobile cover for micrsoft Lumia 535 having ORDERNO:-OD[protected]. The product that i saw on the website is not dat i get.The printing that i saw is not in the product and is totally blurred. I called flipkart and the customer care executive talked so rudely to me on date:-29/09/2015. I told him that the printing is not that i saw and he is said that we cant return because it is out of our policy. For the first time i was not satisfy with the product of flipkart but if they are not returning and behaving rudely then the customer will stop shopping with them.

                                        Tried calling the customer but unable to reach so sent a mail to the customer informing that the return has already been created for wait and refund once the product gets picked up the refund will be get initiated.
