    Its very frustrating when you subscribe to a service and you don't get the benefit of the same in return... I subscribed to a service offered by FLIPKART sum thing Called FLIPKART FIRST. which is absolutely FLOP by FLOPKART... it says *Dedicated Support *Free Standard Shipping *Free In-a-day delivery *Discounted Same Day Delivery at Rs. 70 my experience after subscribing this this FLOP service are No dedicated support, the customer care executive will just make things round and round and round... *NO free standard shipping.. i tried buying some of the products which has standard delivery charges.. being a flipkart first service i still see the delivery charges are applied at the time of making payment... i ordered a mobile phone ever after 2 days that status was in processing stage *Free in a day delivery is a big fuss by flipkart.. being from Mumbai flipkart says in a day delivery are applicable to those areas where our sellers are located.. i tried almost 10 to 12 pin codes for many products but couldn't find WHAT SO CALLED in a day delivery option.. its totally crap... there are many things which i have experienced with the poor service of flipkart... Amazon is way much betther than FLOPKART... Donts steal money by fussing about services which are actually FLOP... i have the customer support of FLOPKART

      Order ID: OD[protected] IS FLIPKART A CHEAT??!! I have been calling on this issue multiple times on[protected] but with NO RESULT!! Cheats!! Flipkart cheated us by sending us defective dented refrigerator and then is not taking it back saying it is unpacked - If the packing was not opened how could we havce found the dent, CHEATS! Take it back on the 7th of September, 2015

      Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the Gati peolpes had come to pick up the product but they didn't pick it up as the product was not packed as customer is having the package and everything so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders and we will update you within 24 hrs of time.

        I have placed order for my daughter's dress on-line through Flipkark (Order No. OD[protected] dtd 23.8.15). The order was accepted and I made online advance payment. The expected delivery dated was informed as 04.9.15. On 3.9.15, I got a call from FlipKart, stating that the material cannot be delivered at my given Pin Code. They wanted some other address but could not confirm whether delivery can be done in that address. So I had no option but to ask them to cancel the order. PIN Code verification is done before accepting the order but still they declined stating delivery cannot be made on the given PIN code!!!

          Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a digiflip pro tablet ET 701 on 3/6/15 order no. OD[protected] from flipkart. It didn't even function properly for a month. I had submitted it to a digiflip center, Satyam Communication near GIP noida for a month to get it repaired. Now, yesterday when I went to them they did not repair it and replied that they did not have the part which is not working, it is not available and that it is no more manufactured. So I kindly request you to sort out this problem. My tab ET 701 is under warranty period it's malfunctioning is that it doesn't switch on. Please help me.             Product Order ID- OD[protected] 1) I am facing heating issue, hanging issue and volume is getting higher automatically after sometimes in this smartphone. Also It shuts down automatically while charging and it was not up if I try to restart the mobile. So I had to take off the battery and put it on. 2) Coming to Flipkart friendly ploicy, I do not feel there is much difference between manufacturer warranty and flipkart friendly return policy. They were simply informing me following information when i had asked for replacement for this mobile since I was facing the above said issues a) Flipkart will tell how to troubleshoot the issues since I do not know about mobile(According to flipkart). b) Take your mobile to authorised service center and confirm whether the problem is there, then flipkart will help. c) About battery charging, flipkart is claiming according to manufacturer, this smartphone takes 4 hours to 8 hours to completely charge the battery. d) Consider only battery temperature that should be below 48 degree ( My mobile is new and it is coming upto 44 degree if i use gps for 20mins), they wont give possible solution. 3) Even if the battery heat is below 48 degree, if it comes to 37 degree, I am facing lot of heat in upper front of the mobile. At that time you cannot call someone. Sametime if you are using gps for 15mins and try to call someone, you might face the heating issue. 4) Smartphone automatically shuts down sometimes whenever I am using file explorer. Raised Replacement/ Refund request 4 times, but no proper response, their reasons were 1) One time, they did not speak to me properly and said reason as "The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund". I did not contact Lenovo for this issue since flipkart promised me 30 days replacement policy. 2) Support team asked me to do trouibleshooting by resetting the phone, kill all apps after every usage to avoid heating issue. 3) In their selling page, I did not see that this mobile will take 4hours min to 8 hours maximum for completely charge the mobile, but they were claiming that manufacturer says like that. 4) Flipkart support team asking me to take my smartphone to Lenovo authorised service center about these complaints and prove it, then refund/replacement will be considered. 5) They checked with manufacturer and they were not giving proper response. Resolution Expected. 1) Flipkart should remove the friendly replacement policy from their website since that is not happening as mentioned. Since i have informed the issues after 3 days o[censored]sage itself, they were keep on asking me to contact manufacturer indirectly. Then I do not know the difference between manufacturer warranty and flipkart friendly policy. 2) I am expecting proper solution for this issues.

            Again flipkart is asking me to goto lenovo service center and ask to fill job sheet about the issues in phone. Already lenovo is providing manufacturer warranty. So lenovo themselves will replace the mobile. But still I do not know what is flipkart 30 days replacement policy. Please remove these claim from flipkart site. If I ask about this question, you are drpping the call by saying you will call tomorrow. Do not play with customers.
            You have taken 10000 from my account, this if fraud cheating
            this phone is giving full of heat and hanging up. Please solve it by software update like ...
            I also bought K3 note just 4 months back. The mobile is hanging, heating and the touch screen is not responding while typing or taking up call. Its highly frustrated with this situation. Any one can help on how to resolve these issues.

            Even I am facing the same issue, I brought this phone on 5th April 2016, ever since i am facing hanging issue. When i called the Flipkart customer care, they registered by refund issue, but asked me to install smart check (which is not smart enough to show the test results) and do the testing, after which they say there is no issues with the phone. Later they said they will send the executive to my place to check for issues (latest by 17th April 2016, 9pm ) which did not happen. When i called the customer care, they say that this facility is not available in Bangalore, then why the hell they should give this false promise, and waste my 3 days..

            Now they are telling to take one day off from office and visit service center and kill my day.

            its a fraud... worst phone... its display is always hanging.. heating problem... the phone is heated after 10min. i[censored] are using Data connection or gps or wifi... battery drain in 2-3 hours... but take 2 hours to charge ... i[censored] use camera for 5-10 min..., battery drain upto 20%... its really shoking... sometimes it restrat automatically...

            worst phone... don't buy lenovo phones... its just wastage of money
            I have taken k3 lenevo note 5 months back from flip kart, it worked properly till now, but now it has started to heat and hanging. If it hanged, 2 or 3 minutes it shows black screen and won't allow to work with any keys like start and volume button, if I wanted to give call for urgency, that time I am facing very big problem, please tell lenevo company to provide
            updated software for this issue, it is very helpful to all users otherwise it is bad impression to flipkart company.

              I had ordered a pair of sunglasses from Flipkart. Everyday, the product reaches my doorstep in the morning. Its a time when none stays at home. I get a phone call from the delivery boy. I asked him if he could wait for 15 mins for which he refuses and then promises to come in the evening which he doesn't. At the end of the day, I get a msg saying flipkarr attempted the delivery lol. Is this a joke? Am I supposed to take a day's leave to receive a delivery? Don't the delivery boys know to keep their word? If Im promised to be given the product in the evening, for which I stay at home, I should be. Very poor service. Not expected from a firm like Flipkart.

                Sir i have same problem i booked many orders but all orders cancelled they didn't give any clear reason for cancelling and tommorow they are saying that your account is blacklisted even i paid full payment of order which i book but still they cancel in my wallet balance their is 4700 rs and now they are saying that you cant use this when ever i book any order they cancel .. What was my fault if they are cancelling my order continously without giving any reason.. iI book lenovo k3 note and do full payment but they cancel so i call them and they please place new order when i place new order they cancel that order too and now they are you email is in blacklisted please solve my issue..                 they are giving this silly reason for cancelling my orders even i full paid for my order and my money will stuck in their site for 15 days every times and my wallet balance is going to waste if they are doing this countinously..
                please transfer my wallet balance to my bank account..

                    Dear Sir/ Madam, Please note that the phone delivered to me is not the one i have ordered for. I had selected Moto G 3rd Generation smart phone with 2GB RAm and 16 GB ROM on the website but i have got the confirmation of Moto G with 1GB RAM and 8 GB ROM, I did not notice it at that time but when it was delivered to me on 01 Sep 2015, i found out that it is not the one which i selected online.i immediately asked the courier man about it but he said it will be replaced. So on the very next day, i had a word with flipcart team member regarding the same.but he denied for the same.I am ready to pay extra 1000 Rs as per the cost of that phone ( which i wanted to take) and also I am ready to buy any other phone with same specification.(2GB RAM and 16 GB ROM) like MI4I etc.but please replace it. because I cannot keep this phone when i am not satisfied with it. The phone is in same condition in which i had received it. i did not use it for a second. and i am trying to return it soon after i had received. Please understand my predicament. i am not asking for my money back.i just want to replace it. This is my husband's birthday gift, had it been for me i would have kept it. Kindly understand my concern because i have blocked my money and not getting the product which i liked at this website. Every company takes the returns if it is within 1-2 Days. but i am requesting them soon after the receiving but they are not listening to me.This is not their customer- centric approach i would say after this unprofessional behaviour. Please note that i had ordered this phone from my friend's account. Her name is Ritika tripathi.This is my first experience with flipcart and it seems worst as of now.i have shopped from home shop 18 and Star CZ but they are much better than Flipcart because atleast they replace the product if it is untouched.                       Hi, I have Ordered a Mobile with Order Number OD[protected] with a Mobile Case Order Number OD[protected]. The Mobile Case got delivered and the Payment Made through Credit Card. The Mobile delivery is not possible since they are not accepting the Credit Card for the Payment.                       Spoke with the customer and informed him that we will refund the amount but on checking we found that customer had created a return for replace and expect through self serve option so informed to customer that we will cancel the return once you revert back with the Bank details we will create a return for refund.                         I ordered one shoe(brand : Arrow, price : re 1199) from Flipkart (order no :: OD[protected] on 29th August 2015.They deducted the money from my credit card and given the confirmation that the product will be delivered by 2nd of Sep2015. but the product had not delivered till 2nd September. When I contacted filpkart customer care, they said that there is some logistic issue and they will give the update by 4th of September 2015. But on 3rd of September 2015 they cancelled the order without any prior information and without giving any reason of cancellation. This is very frustrating, and also this is insult of consumer. Please look into this and take proper action against filpkart.

                          I have ordered Moto G 3rd gen on 19th Aug, paid by credit card through EMI, the estimated delivery date was 26th, on 26 I got massage product not able to deliver, on 27th also I got same, suddenly 28th I got massage product has been delivered, I called Flipkart on 29th and raised a complaint that I have not received any product but massage came like product delivered, They told we will check give us timing till tomorrow ie 30th till 7:30Pm, , on 30th I called them exact at 7:30, again they told we are investigating and we need till September 3 or else we will refund your amount, On September 3rd they sent one mail in that only address was there no receiver signature or nothing. and told product delivered. again I called they told product was delivered I told them not received again they told wait till September 7th. I have not received a single call or massage from courier boy, how he will come to know a person who ordered when amount was already paid means you have to call and verify them Now i am planning to take a legal action, I will wait till 7th.

                          I just request flipkart, don't seat and investigate in your A/C office, Come to ground and do the investigation.

                          And which paper you sent in that there is no signature only name written, I don't who wrote that starting two letter caps and remaining small letters.
                          I have not received a single call from your courier, and i can prove that. Without calling how can u blindly came to know that who ordered and its PREPAID.

                          Please answer my question, You guys not properly investigating your courier partner.
                          FLIPKART is still investigating, we went to courier office main branch peenya they gave address of Rajajinagar branch(Delhivery Courier, near suguna Hospial, below Citi bank ATM Rajajinagar) then we went there and met courier manager (KIRAN) and told him about this, he called that courier boy his name is (AMAR) then we asked him about this initially he told he delivered then after asking few more questions he told give me 2 days time I will give the Mobile, we waited for 2 days, after 2 days he taken 1 week time and i need to adjust money and all, after 1 week again he was asking for time. still he is telling he needs two more days time, ( I have all call records )

                          I don't know what Flipkart is doing, they simply seating in office and investigation, already 1 month passed, and 2 EMI paid but still not received.

                          Worst worst worst, never buy anything from FLIPKART

                            I purchased online from flipkart xolo black worth rs 12999/- online from flipkart.The mobile they delivered is rubbish.processor is very slow, camara launching issue, call getting disconnect within 5 to 10 second, pixels are scattered.Very bad quality of call and interface camera and video. Order no. OD[protected] Mobile no. [protected] I want refund of this product.Flipkart cheated me.Delivered me defected product.wasted my energy and time . i called flipkart customer care from 31-08-15 to 03-09-15 . five to six times but still problem not resolve . hate flipkart like anything...

                              I purchased online from flipkart lenovo A6000 plus worth 7499 online.The mobile they delivered is rubbish.processor is very slow.mobile is heating up just after short period when I operate.pixels are scattered.Very bad quality of camera and video.It is not as per given mobile specification.                                   I had ordered Nyne NB-200 Bluetooth Speaker worth Rs 2990 via Flipkart on 1st August and a defective product was delivered to me on 10th August. The order number is : OD[protected] Issue in charging, as long as the device is plugged in the electricity socket, it works but as soon as I take it out, it doesn't even after charging the device for 12 hrs.

                                      I have ordered 3 times of moto g 3rd gen. every time they reject it as pin code address mismatch. but earlier i have purchased power bank from this flip kart in same address, that time they have no objection. how can they say pin code address mismatch?????!!! because pin code of bhilwara is 311001and there is no other pin code of that!!! most worst and rubbish organization. they are cheating the public this way. my email id is: [protected]@gmail.com and my phone no. is [protected]

                                        I actually ordered for 1 product and I got confirmation for that. When received by my friend at home they delivered 2 products ( same) saying I ordered 2 times. He without knowing paid for 2 products. After knowing it I called to flipkart and complained about it and they said they'll refund the money and collect the product back and noted my bank details too for NEFT transfer. After that I called them 3 times in 2 weeks, they said they'll take the complain and solve within 24 hrs. 3 times they said the same thing but no one called or responded. Please help me to get my refund back.
