Order Placed: I placed an order for two mobile phones (Lenovo K3 note and MI 4) on different dates. Lenovo K3 note was placed on 11 Aug, 2015 and the order number is OD[protected]. MI 4 was placed on 12 Aug, 2015 and the order number is OD[protected]. I paid extra Rs. 90 for guaranteed one day delivery of MI4. It was supposed to deliver on 14 Aug, 2015 but not delivered on promised date. However, I got the refund of Rs. 90 and Rs. 180 as a token of apology. Total is Rs. 270 but it is of no use.
Issue Started:
On 17th Aug, 2015 @ 8:37 AM, I got sms from Delhivery courier stating that Your Flipkart shipment with Delhivery awb[protected] is out for delivery. For any queries contact [protected]
On 17th Aug, 2015 @ 9:56 AM, I got sms stating that Your shipment from Flipkart with ID S[protected] was attempted today for delivery. We were unable to deliver to you. For any queries call us at [protected]. Then, I checked my application and the status was showing misrouted for both the products. I called up Delhivery and informed me that the product was misrouted. I asked him about the two products (MI 4 and Lenovo K3 Note) and the Delhivery executive told me that it was only for Lenovo K3 note. Again, I asked about the MI4 product, he told me that they haven’t received MI4 product for delivery from Flipkart. After then, I called up Flipkart and the Executive informed me that both the products had been cancelled and you would receive the redunded amount within 4-8 business days. I made an argument with them. Without informing me, the product got cancelled from the Flipkart side. Phone got disconnected from the Flipkart side. Again, I called up and informed the executive to transfer this call to one of your supervisor. He told me to wait and I wait for more than 15 minutes. Once, I started talking with the Supervisor, phone got disconnected from Flipkart side.
On 18th Aug, 2015 @8:38 AM, I got sms stating that Your Flipkart shipment with Delhivery awb[protected] is out for delivery. For any queries contact [protected]. I was surprised and without any hesitation, I called up Delhivery and confirming about the products. He informed me that Delhivery has only one product i.e Lenovo K3 note to ship you. He also advised me to speak with the Flipkart. Then, I called up Flipkart and the executive informed me that you just receive the product from Delhivery and checked if the package has both the products (MI 4 and Lenovo K3 Note). I told him that Delhivery told me that they have only Lenovo K3 note. However, Flipkart executive informed me that if you receive only one product i.e Lenovo K3 note, you need to call and informed the same to the Flipkart. Once I received the Product and found out that it has only Lenovo K3 note, I called up Flipkart and informed the same. However, they didn’t send an email regarding the complaint or any sms from Flipkart side.
Frustration Started:
On 19th Aug, 2015, I found out that both the products had been delivered on 18th Aug, 2015 and haven’t got the email or sms from Flipkart regarding the complaint raised by me on 18th Aug, 2015. I raised a complaint again from my application and called up the Flipkart regarding the same as well. Then, I got an email stating that “Dear Customer, We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 23 Aug, 12:00 PM.” During 19th Aug, 2015 till 23rd Aug, 2015, I made a call more than 3 times to Flipkart and one of the Supervisor assured me that you will definitely receive the resolution on 23rd Aug. I was feeling better by listening to his words.
On 23rd Aug, 2015, I haven’t received a call or email from the Flipkart by 12:00 PM. Then after 15 minutes, I received an email stating that “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 27 Aug, 1:00 PM”. My frustration was increasing and called up Flipkart and they were not providing the resolution. Again, they told me to wait till 27th Aug
On 27th Aug, 2015, I received another email stating that “We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 29 Aug, 1:30 PM to get back to you.”
On 29th Aug, 2015, I received a call from Flipkart and informed that they have created Replacement for MI4. He told me that you return Lenovo K3 Note. He didn’t know my issue properly. I explained the issue from the beginning and the replacement request was cancelled. He told me to wait and will receive a call within 24 hours.
On 30th Aug, 2015 till 7 PM, I hadn’t received a call. Then, I called up Flipkart and informed the same that I was supposed to receive a call today. He told me that you will get the resolution by 31st Aug, 2015 @ 7:30PM. Also, He assured me that 31st is the final date in order to resolve your issue.
On 31st Aug, 2015, as I hadn’t received a call by 7:00 PM, I called up Flipkart and told the executive to transfer this call to your Supervisor. It took 10 minutes. I narrated the story from the beginning to the Supervisor. I told him that I was not in a position to wait for more days. I want the resolution right away. I still informed him that EMI of MI4 (not delivered) had been charged to the credit card statement and the last date was on 4th of sept. He told me that he would raise an issue regarding the same. I said why do you need to raise an issue again as it had already been raised by 19th Aug, 2015. Without listening, he raised an issue and informed me that you will get the resolution by 4th Sept . Here is the email that I received “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Sep, 7:00 PM”. I told him that why did you raise an issue again. Without listening me, he disconnected the call.
Conclusion: Now, I am very frustrated. I want my MI4 ASAP. Do you know how much I wasted time to follow up with you guys since I orderd the product? You Flipkart is mentally harasssing me. You don’t consider your customer is the utmost priority. Very ridiculous service!!!

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer to customer, he informed he did not receive the shipment and he had checked with delivery courier they have confirmed they did not received shipment from Flipkart. Customer is very much upset and needs resolution.
