Order ID: OD[protected]. Purchased a lehenga worth 2400 but the product was torn and very poor quality. Booked a return and its been 15 days. No one has turned yet and I haven't returned the product. Emailed them and called customer care around 5 times. They simply sent automated email asking for one day time and again an email for one day time. Then they disappear. We need to call them again and the same story continues. I'm fed up with their poor service. What I'm supposed to do with the torn product?? No updates nothing. Very poor customer service. Frustrated with them.

        I have ordered Redmi S2 handset on 28th Aug 2015 from your site and the order id is OD[protected], when i track my details in flipkart site it shows that the product has been delivered in my address on 31st Aug 2015, but i didn't receive the product from your end . I need my ordered product/my money back.

        Spoke to customer, he informed he checked with his neighbor but still the shipment is not delivered to him as per website update the shipment id delivered. Customer needs to know where is the shipment.

          Hi Order No.: OD[protected] Worst Experience ever expected from Flipkart. The product got processed until packing, but before the shipment of the product I got a message saying that your “Shipment is returned”. I did not cancel my order or I did not ask them to cancel my order. But without my interference they have returned my product before the shipment. The authorized company sent a mail to my mail id, saying that “We regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver following items in the Order OD[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items.” In the website, before we order for any product they ask us about the postal code verification to check whether they can deliver the goods to the respective address or not. After this address check is completed, then they will take the order to deliver the goods. This check was also completed, when I was ordered the goods. I really don’t know the reason, why they have cancelled my order and if they don’t want to deliver the product to the customers, why did they give the offers to attract the customer. Just because they want to increase the site hits and they want more visits to their sites. Its just a cyber crime and I want action to be taken against this kind of fraud sites.           I got a call but I don't know the reason why the order has been cancelled. After the product has been packed and before the shipment of the product, without my interference how can you cancel the order.

          As you said there might be a technical error once but twice in a same day how could the same error repeats, and that too for the specific products only the price was decreased. How can it be possible?

            I have purchased a ledtv on 7th of August as of now there is no delivered. If I cal to cs they are putting hold n disconnected. No one taking responsible of customers issue. Already money got debited. I got in the bill to pay the bank. Otherwise bank will levied interest charges. N number of times I called to cs no one giving right solution. At last I came to this section. At least I am expecting solutions from you.

              I have purchased Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile on 3rd Aug 2015 via flipkart online shopping( order ID : OD[protected].After some day o[censored]se a vertical line is appearing in the display screen of mobile.I have lodged a request for replacement but in order tracking it is shown as cancelled.I have return the product on 17th aug 2015 but afterwards no information has been shared.Please provide the details what is happening with my product whether the replacement will be happen or not. if not then the till what time the money will refunded to my account. I contacted flipkart customer care so many times but my issue is not resolve till yet.Poor customer service by flipkart this could not be expected from flipkart at least.Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.Either replace the damage product with the fresh product or refund the money.

                Order Placed: I placed an order for two mobile phones (Lenovo K3 note and MI 4) on different dates. Lenovo K3 note was placed on 11 Aug, 2015 and the order number is OD[protected]. MI 4 was placed on 12 Aug, 2015 and the order number is OD[protected]. I paid extra Rs. 90 for guaranteed one day delivery of MI4. It was supposed to deliver on 14 Aug, 2015 but not delivered on promised date. However, I got the refund of Rs. 90 and Rs. 180 as a token of apology. Total is Rs. 270 but it is of no use. Issue Started: On 17th Aug, 2015 @ 8:37 AM, I got sms from Delhivery courier stating that Your Flipkart shipment with Delhivery awb[protected] is out for delivery. For any queries contact [protected] On 17th Aug, 2015 @ 9:56 AM, I got sms stating that Your shipment from Flipkart with ID S[protected] was attempted today for delivery. We were unable to deliver to you. For any queries call us at [protected]. Then, I checked my application and the status was showing misrouted for both the products. I called up Delhivery and informed me that the product was misrouted. I asked him about the two products (MI 4 and Lenovo K3 Note) and the Delhivery executive told me that it was only for Lenovo K3 note. Again, I asked about the MI4 product, he told me that they haven’t received MI4 product for delivery from Flipkart. After then, I called up Flipkart and the Executive informed me that both the products had been cancelled and you would receive the redunded amount within 4-8 business days. I made an argument with them. Without informing me, the product got cancelled from the Flipkart side. Phone got disconnected from the Flipkart side. Again, I called up and informed the executive to transfer this call to one of your supervisor. He told me to wait and I wait for more than 15 minutes. Once, I started talking with the Supervisor, phone got disconnected from Flipkart side. On 18th Aug, 2015 @8:38 AM, I got sms stating that Your Flipkart shipment with Delhivery awb[protected] is out for delivery. For any queries contact [protected]. I was surprised and without any hesitation, I called up Delhivery and confirming about the products. He informed me that Delhivery has only one product i.e Lenovo K3 note to ship you. He also advised me to speak with the Flipkart. Then, I called up Flipkart and the executive informed me that you just receive the product from Delhivery and checked if the package has both the products (MI 4 and Lenovo K3 Note). I told him that Delhivery told me that they have only Lenovo K3 note. However, Flipkart executive informed me that if you receive only one product i.e Lenovo K3 note, you need to call and informed the same to the Flipkart. Once I received the Product and found out that it has only Lenovo K3 note, I called up Flipkart and informed the same. However, they didn’t send an email regarding the complaint or any sms from Flipkart side. Frustration Started: On 19th Aug, 2015, I found out that both the products had been delivered on 18th Aug, 2015 and haven’t got the email or sms from Flipkart regarding the complaint raised by me on 18th Aug, 2015. I raised a complaint again from my application and called up the Flipkart regarding the same as well. Then, I got an email stating that “Dear Customer, We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 23 Aug, 12:00 PM.” During 19th Aug, 2015 till 23rd Aug, 2015, I made a call more than 3 times to Flipkart and one of the Supervisor assured me that you will definitely receive the resolution on 23rd Aug. I was feeling better by listening to his words. On 23rd Aug, 2015, I haven’t received a call or email from the Flipkart by 12:00 PM. Then after 15 minutes, I received an email stating that “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 27 Aug, 1:00 PM”. My frustration was increasing and called up Flipkart and they were not providing the resolution. Again, they told me to wait till 27th Aug On 27th Aug, 2015, I received another email stating that “We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 29 Aug, 1:30 PM to get back to you.” On 29th Aug, 2015, I received a call from Flipkart and informed that they have created Replacement for MI4. He told me that you return Lenovo K3 Note. He didn’t know my issue properly. I explained the issue from the beginning and the replacement request was cancelled. He told me to wait and will receive a call within 24 hours. On 30th Aug, 2015 till 7 PM, I hadn’t received a call. Then, I called up Flipkart and informed the same that I was supposed to receive a call today. He told me that you will get the resolution by 31st Aug, 2015 @ 7:30PM. Also, He assured me that 31st is the final date in order to resolve your issue. On 31st Aug, 2015, as I hadn’t received a call by 7:00 PM, I called up Flipkart and told the executive to transfer this call to your Supervisor. It took 10 minutes. I narrated the story from the beginning to the Supervisor. I told him that I was not in a position to wait for more days. I want the resolution right away. I still informed him that EMI of MI4 (not delivered) had been charged to the credit card statement and the last date was on 4th of sept. He told me that he would raise an issue regarding the same. I said why do you need to raise an issue again as it had already been raised by 19th Aug, 2015. Without listening, he raised an issue and informed me that you will get the resolution by 4th Sept . Here is the email that I received “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Sep, 7:00 PM”. I told him that why did you raise an issue again. Without listening me, he disconnected the call. Conclusion: Now, I am very frustrated. I want my MI4 ASAP. Do you know how much I wasted time to follow up with you guys since I orderd the product? You Flipkart is mentally harasssing me. You don’t consider your customer is the utmost priority. Very ridiculous service!!!

                  To, The Chief Executive Officer Flipkart.com Bangalore Karnataka (India) Subject: Wrong Cancellation of Orders by Flipkart.com Dear Sir With reference to the subject, I would like to bring my case in your notice. I am a regular customer of Flipkart and always considered it a Trusted Brand in e-commerce world. Recently, my experience with it shattered my belief for Flipkart. I purchased two printers HP Inkjet and Canon from your mobile application on 1.9.2015. I checked with pin code of my area and availability of product with retailer W S Retail. When everything was accepted by system, I made payment from card and received order no on my mail id and mobile no. But, after some time, I received a mail of cancellation of both the orders and refund of my money. I immediately called at customer care and enquired about my orders. The customer care executive told me that " the seller (which is W S Retail in my case) does not make delivery at your pin code". I was shocked as being a consistent customer, I had purchased a series of items from the same retailer and got it delivered at my place for same pin code. Unsatisfied with the customer care, I escalated the matter to grievance officer Mr. Chinnappa Karumbaiah Kuppand who politely listened to me and at the last, offered an apology on behalf of Flipkart, but showed his incapability to complete order. So, here I, as a customer, want to know that if I made order, paid the money ( the price mentioned for the product) and even received the expected delivery date (3.9.2015) on mail, why my order has been cancelled without my permission? And if done, why there is no appropriate justification by Flipkart? I request you to look into the matter and investigate the same. I really wish that Flipkart will not disappoint me and I will get my order fulfilled, as per commitment. The screenshots with details are attached for further reference. Thanks Yours customer,

                  same thing happened with me. Even my order was got cancelled without any concerns of me. I got a confirmation mail from Flip kart that my order has been confirmed and will delivered shortly as flip kart mentioned date.

                    I bought a screen guard for my zenfone 2 but the screen guard has wrong hole for front camera. wen i requested them to exchange the product they agreed but expected delivery is 20th sept dat means i hav to wait 20 days nd keep my mobile without screen guard for so many days. but wen i asked dem to refund my amount so dat i can place an order on different seller dey are refuse to do so. why i shud wait 20 days ? its ur fault so u shud give my money back

With no prior phone call or notice regarding information, the delivery has been cancelled. Even the app is showing that the product can be delivered to it. Nor any serviceman call to change the address, if not achievable!

                          I have placed a order on Flipkart on 21st of July 2015 for 3 nos. Samsung Power Banks, Order Number was OD[protected]. The order was processed by Ekta Logistics and they dispatched the order with the Tracking number FMPP[protected] which was delivered to us on 25th of July 2015. When we opened the box we found the attached invoice which was not for us, the order number on the invoice was OD[protected] which was not our order number, the delivery address for this was in Pune whereas we have put in the delivery address of Nagpur Hence it is a wrong supply and short supply case When we approached Flipkart call center they refused to accept our complaint because we have reported it to them on 31st day from the order delivery date I have paid for three power banks and I received only 1 power bank in return which is not acceptable Request you to take necessary action against Flipkart and help us with either the refund of the balance money or supply of the remaining two power banks please Thank you and best regards Sandip Abhyankar

                          My Order Id OD[protected] Just I received the parcel from the filpkart but the product received wrong and low quality.

                              I never thought of writing my complaint in the consumer forum. The issue is still not resolved and it has been more than 20 days. I will narrate the story from the beginning: Order Placed: I placed an order for two mobile phones (Lenovo K3 note and MI 4) on different dates. Lenovo K3 note was placed on 11 Aug, 2015 and the order number is OD[protected]. MI 4 was placed on 12 Aug, 2015 and the order number is OD[protected]. I paid extra Rs. 90 for guaranteed one day delivery of MI4. It was supposed to deliver on 14 Aug, 2015 but not delivered on promised date. However, I got the refund of Rs. 90 and Rs. 180 as a token of apology. Total is Rs. 270 but it is of no use. We need to purchase a product only from WSR. WSR has a limited product. The refunded amount of Rs. 270 is no use for me. Issue Started: On 17th Aug, 2015 @ 8:37 AM, I got sms from Delhivery courier stating that Your Flipkart shipment with Delhivery awb[protected] is out for delivery. For any queries contact [protected] On 17th Aug, 2015 @ 9:56 AM, I got sms stating that Your shipment from Flipkart with ID S[protected] was attempted today for delivery. We were unable to deliver to you. For any queries call us at [protected]. Then, I checked my application and the status was showing misrouted for both the products. I called up Delhivery and informed me that the product was misrouted. I asked him about the two products (MI 4 and Lenovo K3 Note) and the Delhivery executive told me that it was only for Lenovo K3 note. Again, I asked about the MI4 product, he told me that they haven’t received MI4 product for delivery from Flipkart. After then, I called up Flipkart and the Executive informed me that both the products had been cancelled and you would receive the redunded amount within 4-8 business days. I made an argument with them. Without informing me, the product got cancelled from the Flipkart side. Phone got disconnected from the Flipkart side. Again, I called up and informed the executive to transfer this call to one of your supervisor. He told me to wait and I wait for more than 15 minutes. Once, I started talking with the Supervisor, phone got disconnected from Flipkart side. On 18th Aug, 2015 @8:38 AM, I got sms stating that Your Flipkart shipment with Delhivery awb[protected] is out for delivery. For any queries contact [protected]. I was surprised and thinking that what the hell has happened. Without any hesitation, I called up Delhivery and confirming about the products. He informed me that Delhivery has only one product i.e Lenovo K3 note to ship you. He also advised me to speak with the Flipkart. Then, I called up Flipkart and the executive informed me that you just receive the product from Delhivery and checked if the package has both the products (MI 4 and Lenovo K3 Note). I told him that Delhivery told me that they have only Lenovo K3 note. However, Flipkart executive informed me that if you receive only one product i.e Lenovo K3 note, you need to call and informed the same to the Flipkart. Once I received the Product and found out that it has only Lenovo K3 note, I called up Flipkart and informed the same. However, they didn’t send an email regarding the complaint or any sms from Flipkart side. Frustration Started: On 19th Aug, 2015, I found out that both the products had been delivered on 18th Aug, 2015 and haven’t got the email or sms from Flipkart regarding the complaint raised by me on 18th Aug, 2015. I raised a complaint again from my application and called up the Flipkart regarding the same as well. Then, I got an email stating that “Dear Customer, We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 23 Aug, 12:00 PM.” During 19th Aug, 2015 till 23rd Aug, 2015, I made a call more than 3 times to Flipkart and one of the Supervisor assured me that you will definitely receive the resolution on 23rd Aug. I was feeling better by listening to his words. On 23rd Aug, 2015, I haven’t received a call or email from the Flipkart by 12:00 PM. Then after 15 minutes, I received an email stating that “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 27 Aug, 1:00 PM”. My frustration was increasing and called up Flipkart and they were not providing the resolution. Again, they told me to wait till 27th Aug On 27th Aug, 2015, I received another email stating that “We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 29 Aug, 1:30 PM to get back to you.” On 29th Aug, 2015, I received a call from Flipkart and informed that they have created Replacement for MI4. He told me that you return Lenovo K3 Note. What the hell was that!!! He didn’t know my issue properly. I explained the issue from the beginning and the replacement request was cancelled. He told me to wait and will receive a call within 24 hours. On 30th Aug, 2015 till 7 PM, I hadn’t received a call. Then, I called up Flipkart and informed the same that I was supposed to receive a call today. He told me that you will get the resolution by 31st Aug, 2015 @ 7:30PM. Also, He assured me that 31st is the final date in order to resolve your issue. On 31st Aug, 2015, as I hadn’t received a call by 7:00 PM, I called up Flipkart and told the executive to transfer this call to your Supervisor. It took 10 minutes. I narrated the story from the beginning to the Supervisor. I told him that I was not in a position to wait for more days. I want the resolution right away. I still informed him that EMI of MI4 (not delivered) had been charged to the credit card statement and the last date was on 4th of sept. He told me that he would raise an issue regarding the same. I said why do you need to raise an issue again as it had already been raised by 19th Aug, 2015. Without listening, he raised an issue and informed me that you will get the resolution by 4th Sept . Here is the email that I received “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 04 Sep, 7:00 PM”. I told him that why did you raise an issue again. Without listening me, he disconnected the call. Conclusion: Now, I am very frustrated. I want my MI4 ASAP. Do you know how much I wasted time to follow up with you guys since I orderd the product? You Flipkart is mentally harasssing me. You don’t consider your customer is the utmost priority. Very ridiculous service!!!

                              Today 5/9/2015 @ around 2:30 PM, a person from Delivery Courier came to my home and told me that he got an email from Flipkart stating that I had not received Lenovo K3 note. I told the person that my complaint is for MI 4 (not Lenovo K3 Note) as I already received Lenovo K3 note. He called his one of the senior and told him that I had already received Lenovo K3 note. Also, I spoke with his senior on phone and told him that my complaint is for MI 4. I showed Lenovo K3 note with box and all to the person. The funny thing is that Flipkart people is playing with me. One last request to Flipkart is I haven't received MI 4 phone so far and it has been more than 20 days. Please send me my MI4 ASAP.

                                I had a VERY BAD experience: a product with missing Items was sent, and only because I called them two days late, the customer care had an excuse that it is beyond 10 day replacement guarantee and they cannot help. It was a gift so I did not open it before giving it. I have been their customer for years now, and they have no value/respect for their customers. The customer service is also hopeless. I am sorry, but will NEVER shop again on flipkart. The cost of the missing jar is about 25% (Rs. 900 approximately) of the total product cost. The details of the order are: Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Seller: MABASKETINDIA Order Date: 14 August, 2015 9:16 AM Amount Paid: Rs. 3700 I would be happy if this issue is resolved atleast through the consumer complaint forum.

                                Spoke with the customer as she is saying that she had ordered for a mixer grinder one of the jar is missing from that grinder. So informed to customer that post 10 days we would not be able to do anything still we will check with the seller. So called to seller as informed him the same seller said he can replace the product but informed to him that its not showing in stock seller said he is having the product he will list it soon . So on checking we found that the product has been listed so created a return for replace and expect.

                                  I have purchased a maxi dress from flipkart od order id od[protected] of amount 1281 on home delivery on address- 428/6, gali no 5, parmanand ka hatha, Nandanpura, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh - 284003 but due to bad quality and poor fitting i have returned it on 30/07/15. i has been almost one month but money has not been refunded till now. flipkart has provided worst services in all aspect. i want my money refunded as soon as possible, , , or it take severe actions against flipkart. do the needful and contact me on [protected]@gmail.com im attaching the return slip of the product.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam, why we people are doing on line shopping, because we want to save our time. ok k let it be. my problem is this is second time i am receiving faulty product second time and again with display issue. this thing wasting my time, because every time i have to perform software update and application installation this waist my data pack and it cost lot. if this thing you wanna do again and again with the customer then i need to say that i never ever refer www.flipkart.com to any body. For me i will never buy any gadgets from FLIPKART. i hope you resolve my issue and this time you sends me product without any fault, but this is for sure i never buy any product from flipkart.com. you cheated your customer, which is not good enough. even you people are not displaying your contact details on your website.so that anyone can call. i find your helpline no from google. sir for me time=money and you people are wasting both.

                                      An order for a pair of shoes was placed on 15.08.2015 in Flipkart. Com, an online shopping store with order no OD[protected]. The payment for the order is already made and the expected delivery date for the order was 27.08.2015. But till date order has not been delivered at mailing address. I have made several contact a with the customer support team of Flipkart. Com both by email and telecommunications, it seems my complaints are not given proper attention to resulting in non delivery of the product purchased. Kindly note the I have been following up the matter from 25.08.2015, but every time a standard reply is being send asking for more time to resolve the issue.                                         Even at the service centre they refused to repair my tablet. its lying damaged with me from last 8 months. i have tried getting it repaired in Indore, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Udaipur and several other cities. Service center people say that this tablet is not repairable you will have to buy a new one.
