i have received Old broken toy watch. when i contacted customer care i took me 2.5 hrs to resolve issue.
your people are calling me at 12:35 pm night to ask my name and keeping me on hold for several minutes when i told them its in record mode they disconnected me.
harassment is on another level.
Customer Care is pathetic, they have only one solution SORRY, so i suggested them to change name of company to Sorrykart.com
m not allowed to write real review also coz your moderation team thinks its not correct to write real review. So, its seems only fake reviews and ratings work in your company.
This was Gift for my cousin, now instead of replacement i got refund option.
thanks & regards for this pathetic experience. Thats why we love Amazon not indian company with no values.
