I ordered wakefit mattress from flipkart.com (order id : OD[protected] & delivery date was 29/09/22. product didn't deliver & reached back to wakefit warehouse (confirmed by wakefit on telephonic conversation). i contacted many times to flipkart to initiate the refund but every time they give the new delivery date. it has been almost one month & my money has been stuck with them.

    I ordered SAFARI STAR 65 4W RED Expandable Check-in Suitcase - 26 inch
    And my order id is OD[protected].
    They didn't delivered my product and they are saying they tried trice to reach me, but I didn't received even a single call from the delivery partner and they cancelled the order and asking to reorder it and the product price is increased by 1000 and I need that product and I want my product to delivery now as it is in courier office.
    They called me even yesterday and said that my order is not cancelled and it will be delivered by today morning. But today morning I got a message that my order has been cancelled.

      My Flipkart account is blocked when I was trying to return the product. Now I am not able to login on my Flipkart Account and also not able to return the Product (Order ID - OD[protected]. It's been a month I am not able to login on my Account. So, I call Customer Care and they keep on asking me to wait for 24 Hours but nothing has been done yet.
      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Ordered Oneplus nord CE 2 Lite from flipkart big billion days they Delivered a percel there item was missing I have paidfull amount 20026 without any confusion I have captured unboxing footage also.
          More than longer Waiting for refund. Everytime they rejecting refund request again and again.

          They mailed asking last time To process return share your documents I shared immediately by replying mail. And they waiting for My consent to lodge FIR against missing item I also given agree consent. Still 14 days passed not received my refund.

          I raised new return which requested stage return id[protected]
          Please take imediet action on it and refunded my money.

                I placed a order on flipcart on 7Oct, 2022 and i recieved a delivery time on 13 oct, but product was not delivered then i talk with customer care they gave me a time on 17 oct but on 17 oct still the product was not deivered again I talk with your customer executive they gave me again time.and today is 27 oct still i have not received my product worst delivery experience i get from flipcart.I order three or four product from flicart but not a single product i recieved on time .I order some products from Amazon they delivered the product before expected time But i cant except this from flicart.From your customer executive agent i did not get any satisfy answer. I also raise compalint many times but there is no resolution i got there.

                  My company provides Work from home assistance, to avail that we may need billing address in a company's name and address (I've used GST invoice feature specifically for this) . But in the invoice the billing address is same as shipping address. Please help.

                    I ordered AKG LYRA MIC FOR Rs 2600. Order ID - OD[protected]
                    Defective item is shipped and after i complained with flipkart they agreed for providing replacement and even they picked the defective item. Before handing over the defective item i had a clear conversation with flipkart customer care that I need replacement not refund and they raised online replacement order which i checked in flipkart and it's initiated. Replacement was shipped and it reached hyderabad at the last moment delivery was cancelled as PRICE OF THE PRODUCT INCREASED. This is not fair and when I contacted flipkart they said they will provide refund. And they are asking me to place new order. I bought the mic for 2600 under deal and they cancelled the replacement as price Increased to 9999.
                    As I was clear from the begining i want replacement and i don't want the refund. If flipkart told me in the begining that replacemt is not possible I would have taken the defective mic to service centre for WARRANTY SERVICE. I request flipkart to provide me the REPLACEMENT NOT REFUND.

                      Since the expected date of shipping missed I "Manik Baunthiyal" contatced with Flipkart customer service . Since then This issue is getting escalated but the day never comes for resolution of my issue.

                      -During the first delivery date the product never shipped .
                      -Due to no shipping order delayed to 13th of october, Which was expected by 6th of october.
                      -On 10th of october Received a Call from flipkart customer care saying
                      (Sir Due to issues in shipping from the seller You have a choice to cancel the order and To order a fresh Product and after the delivery of the fresh order we will provide you a 2000 rupees gift card in your flipkart Account .
                      To Which I replied that I will wait for the product as the original listing of the product On flipkart has raised to Rs 84, 990 and I would get no benefit from the Rs 2000 gift card .)

                      Now I have Already been given a new date of expected delivery of 13th October . still the order has no updates on shipping .Even i called many times to customer care asking for updates but all info i get is that we are escalating your issue and soon the backhand team will try to coordinate (which never happend) with you.

                      Now 13 th of october came and still the product has no updates about shipping and delivery .On evening of 13 th October I have given a new date of resolving the issue which is the 20th of October .

                      From 13th to 20th I have contacted Flipkart every day but I have not given any updates regarding my product even coustomer care was not having any info about it.

                      On 20th October there was still no updates no shipping i contacted to many customer care representative they were like they don't have any authority at there hands and asking me to wait patiently till 20th evening 7:30 pm .
                      But on 20th around 6:00 Pm i received a SMS stating

                      (Flipkart Update: Sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue with Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming ... Rest assured, we will share an update by 21 Oct, 9:00 PM)

                      BUT on the morning of 21 october flipkart sent me a SMS again
                      ( Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 R is cancelled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay. If you like, you can place a new order for this item in the next 10 days and a Gift Card worth Rs. 2000 will be added to your Flipkart account within 3 days of the order delivery in appreciation of your understanding.)

                      After contacting around 50 to 60 times to coustomer care I was given information that due to seller fault my order is delayed and if I continue to wait I will still get datesBut My Order won't be delivered on that dates either.

                      Now due to extreme Mental torture and frustuation that flipkart have caused me i Request Flipkart.
                      EIther Cancel my order and refund me with the current amount of the promised product which was on that time was 84, 990 OR Reassign a new order on me from their side from diffrent seller . As being a coustomer i have done payment of Rs 68, 990 prepaid from a debit card of my father without being failed if seller was not able to deliver the product he should cacell the order by the expected shipping date which was 28th sept that would be acceptable but taking coustomer for granted is not right from both seller and flipkart

                      27 days oF Month is more than enough to make someone suffer for order.

                      Now I have got my refund of Rs 68, 990 in my father Sbi Account So i am here to rasie complain about Flipkart and Seller that due to the mental harassment they had done with me as being a college student i have raised amount which was in order to purchase a product during the flipkart big billion days sale .

                      I want full left over amount over my refund of Rs 16, 000, as amount of product as it is being sold on flipkart currently for Rs 84, 990 and Compensation on mental harrasment that has been done in course of period of 27 days .

                        Hello Support team Here facing big losses on flipkart purshace grocery items.

                        flipkart big scam with me.
                        Ordered 25 grocery items amount of 5391 Yesterday's they given a seald percel and takes full amount. After coming home i opened basket i found there 18items Missing of my order only delivered 7 items and taken full amount big scam flipkart.

                        Missing items details here Women Horlicks 6 unit, Juniors Horlicks 3 unit, Horlicks Classic malt jar 5 unit, Horlicks Classic malt pouch 4 unit. Total 18 item missing .

                        Flipkart continously Rejecting my return request. Please do something for me solve this issue refunded my 18 missing items paid amount imedietly.

                        Flipkart is fraud e-commerce take action accordingly and refunded my 18 missing item balance.

                          Ordered 22 Grocery Home needed items For my home which amount of 4992. They given a percel and taken full amount while i unboxing i found there only 5 items included and 17 items Missing. But fraud seller made invoice of full amount and taken wrong way full amount.
                          I contacted flipkart and raised missing items refund request but flipkart Without any call directly rejecting my refund request please take legal action on it. i belongs to a nuclear family and now facing loss by choosing Flipkart for groceries purshace.

                          Please refunded my 17 missing items balance i am raising Return but flipkart rejected again and again. Really harassing and trouble.

                            Hello support on consumer forum.
                            I ordered from flipkart Grocery home needed items 30 items ordered amount of 5553 I paid yesterday full amount without any confusion. Delivery boy given a intact seald percel while i opend after coming home there are only 6 item dispatch out of 30 items ordered. There 24 items Missing however paid full amount.
                            After that I raised refund request by maintaining issue clearly but flipkart rejecting my refund request again and again without any communication really struggle and upset.

                            Please take imediet action against flipkart to get this right and refunded my money.

                            Missing items list .
                            1)Emami mustard oil bottle-5pic.
                            2)Emami Mustard oil pouch-5pic.
                            3)Bornvita 500 jar-4pic.
                            4)Nestle ceralec -7pic.

                              I complaint several times on customer care for my nokia 42 inc tv . Nxt day techician visit and say motherboard issue he say when parts are come then he install in tv after 4days he will come with parts to repair tv but he can't repair he say this tv have panel issue he say nxt day we pick up your tv to repair at Service enter but nobody comes nxt day even 6 days gone . After calling on customer care numbers he say we Escalate your concern nxt 2 days your tv is picked up but 3 days gone no action taken against pick up . My tv is 1 year old And I take complete tv protection from flipkart jeeves but No Service from flipkart Why I feel is type of scam . I strictly saying this line that I have well known because I pay in advance for your service, I take legal action against your service with your company, I try this for first time, further I will move to case to consumer court.                                 Hey, I Just Ordered Led Tv Few Days Back, While Placing Order they have shown delivery date 27 oct 2022 and Just After Placing Order Date is Changed. I Have Ordered Just because of Delivery Date, Otherwise i Can Also Order it through Amazon they were also showing 27. But Now when i called them for resolving issue, they said.."Hmare yaha nhi dikha rha h". Why? Show kru krega bhai ...pehle date dikha ke order krva lo paise le lo ...ab kahan se show hoga 😤😤

                                  I was ordered mobiles in 5 quantity on date 23rd june 2022. In which i received only 2 products and 3 are missing. I have been complaining continuously since 23rd June. But it was told on behalf of Flipkart that the problem would be resolved within 48 hours.
                                  There used to be a call from Flipkart, it was said that there will be no return request, money will be sent directly to you.
                                  About 110 times I complained. Still I did not get my money back.
                                  Then a call used to come from Flipkart and I was asked for a bank account, I gave it. It was said that money will come in your bank account in 3-5 working days. But it hasn't come yet.

                                  Although many people may not have read this article because this a paid article, but this article is all about how e-commerce companies specially Flipkart is blocking customers’ accounts without any valid reason and forcibly stealing their money. I have shared some screenshots of the article as well as of my issue to prove the same.
                                  For this article Flipkart was not available for comments which is quite obvious because this is what they are good at steal and run away
                                  There are some preventive steps which I guess you all must follow if you are buying online.
                                  1. The moment you order something, take the screenshots and download invoices of the product, because there is high chance you may get different/ damaged/ counterfeit/ or missing product and when you try to raise the issue your account will be blocked
                                  2. Avoid prepaid orders, do Cash on delivery, you will only pay Rs 5 more per order but you will save thousands.
                                  3. Open your package in front of delivery boy and if any item is missing/ damaged or is different do not accept the package and do not pay.
                                  4. Don’t keep money in your Flipkart wallet, in fact don’t use Flipkart wallet and pay later services. Because your account will be blocked and money will be seized and they won’t even let you clear your pay later dues which will adversely affect your CIBIL Scores
                                  5. In case of any issue you can file a complaint at www.consumerhelpline.gov.in (Absolutely free)
                                  6. If they give unsatisfactory answer you can file case at www.edaakhil.nic.in

                                  In this article, Former executive of Flipkart have mentioned some reasons (screenshot attached) for which an account could be blocked. But I have not done anything as mentioned, in fact all my purchases were prepaid then why my account was blocked. In fact their return mechanism is so strong that you can’t return a product if it does not pass their checks or if the reason mentioned is different. Then on what basis they are blocking

                                  I have made a return which was successfully picked up and Flipkart processed a Gift card in my account wallet which was already blocked. And when I complained at consumerhelpline they said your return was cancelled. SAFED JHOOTH. What is the purpose of refunding money in a blocked account? I paid through credit card why you refunded in wallet. And why you are lying that my return is cancelled which is actually successfully picked up

                                  The money in blocked wallets will automatically be theirs and they also have that returned product which is a cherry on the cake

                                  Reason is Flipkart is making huge losses on year on year basis but the top management is taking crores at home and now this is the only way to cover their losses. Loot customers money.

                                  Some points which require deep thought
                                  1. What is unusual high return? Should it not be quantifiably defined? You pick any law every single term is properly defined. Why so much subjectivity and vagueness
                                  2. Don’t you think damaged/ different and missing items should not at all be considered in unusual high return? Because it fails the idea of consensus ad-idem at the very first place.
                                  3. If a customer is returning a product for any other reason, he should be charged just for delivery cost instead of completely get blocked. Isn’t that more logical and ethical?

                                  So I request you all to share this info because “sharing is caring” and “life is too short to learn from your own mistakes. So learn from others experiences.”

                                    actually i purchased a peter england trousers from flipkart whose price was 999/-, but due to some fit issues i returned the product and opted to get refund for that.

                                    The flipkart claims that they have initiated the refund to my debit card and it is supposed to be credited to my bank account by 24 october but still yet i didn't receive any refund.
                                    On asking for reference number they are telling it is not available.
                                    So what tho do ?? please help me out.
                                    I've attached the updated bank statement where you can see there is no such refund from flipkart.

                                        I ordered the product on 19th oct 2022 and it was to be delivered on 20th oct 2022. But it is not delivered till date and the company is asking to wait again and again whenever i tried to reach them. Now they are saying that if you want you can cancel and place a new order. The product i purchased costs 39, 419.00 on that day. But now the price has increased to 50, 000. And that’s why i think they are not delivering the product and making excuses again and again.
