    This is in regards to order No. OD[protected] which has not been resolved yet so long. if i start from the scratch then its one of fliokart product i.e USB charging cable which was defected and also damaged my original Htc mobile charger. i tried everything, tried to convince flipkart team to do the needful and pay for the loss but i did not receive any help so far. i requested them to look into the matter and do the needful. i am one og the regular customer of Flipkart. If i want, i can get it done other way but i don't want to mess our relationship which has taken so long to reach at this level. please help me because of flipkart crap product i have lost something valuable which flipkart has to pay for.

      It has been n number of times that I purchase an e book from flipkart and there are lot of issues when I use the ebook. Somtimes the e book doesnot open properly, somtimes there is some network problem. Whenever I call to the customer care they tell me that it will get resolved in 4 to 5 days. Just consider the case if someone has any exam and this thing happens why will he/she wait for five days. This is so ridiculous that the customer care executives are not up to the mark on any complaints raised. Today when I login with my ID I see that I am not able to open ebook library, I again called the customer care and they said it will take around five days to get resolved. Is this the service given by flipkart? . They are just harrasing the customers with their service.

          Flipkart. I ordered a puma ceylon II DP running shoe worth Rs 1999 on 5th August via Order no. OD[protected]. I received it on 17th Aug but due to small fit I requested for an exchange ( one size larger). I received the exchange on 27th Aug but found out that the pair consisted of both right foot. Then I called up customer care to hear that the return request will be updated n they will contact me in few days. However, now the update shows replacement request rejected. What am I to do with a shoe pair consisting of both right foot?

            Flipkart's Field Executive, Surya Narayana S, took my laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from my house on September 14, to make a refund within 7 to 8 working days. But they have not refunded or left any message until now.

            My order: OD[protected]. Flipkart has stolen my (a students's) money of Rupees 46, 000 and makes spam calls and sends spam texts asking credit card number. They have no concern for the customers.

            They don't kn ow how to retain their customers. They have cheated me for the past four months and have not bothered to care for the student's money. They don't care for the loss.

            Does the customer complaints bureau have no resolution for my problem? A student is under great loss of money and time.

            Below I've attached the acknowledgement letter from Flipkart when Mr Narayana took my laptop to make a refund.

              Flipkart's Field Executive Surya Narayana S took the laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from me on September 14 to make a refund within 7 to 8 working days. But they haven't made any progress or left any message. Flipkart has stolen my money Rs. 46, 000. My Order: OD[protected]. For four months they didn't care for the customer. They just have a fake service, fake phone calls, spam messages. They don't know how to retain their customers. I have recorded every text message, phone calls and emails they have sent. How they pressurized me right from the beginning. They aren't concerned for the customers. They have cheated Rupees 46, 000 from a student. Isn't there any resolution for this from consumer complaint bureau?

                  I have a purchased a Mobile - Redmi2 on 22nd Aug 2015 through Flipkart but due to malfunction I have a made a return request next day.

                  Their logistic partner " gojavas picked up the return order on 31st Aug 2015 . Doct No : P100002 Tracking No - 220134. post pickup I also receive a confirmation mail / SMS same day that your return pickup is done successfully. refund initiated.

                  This Mobile was purchased on 6 months EMI, now after one month Bill has been generated by my Bank "Standard Chartered " for 1st EMI of Rs: 1045.86/- then only I come to know about this issue.

                  When I called up flipkart, their executive told that they have cancelled the refund request and they have not received any return order.

                    Dear Sir/Mam I have bought Moto e 3rd gen through Flipkart on 1st Sept 2015. From the first day itself I am facing with an issue. My phone was getting heated automatically and hanging while answering the calls. After observing few days I have contacted Flipkart, they told some troubleshooting steps which I followed but the problem still persists. So again I lodged return request. They asked me to download smartchk app and tested the phone for issues and they said there is no issue but still facing same issue. When I told this to him he told me to go to Motorola service centre to resolve the issue and cancelled the return request. I am not living in the present delivery address and couldn't go to the service centre. I have 30 day replacement guarantee but they not heeding to my problem. Seller : WS Retail.

                      I have bought 2 Newport slim fit men's jeans from flipkart with order no. OD[protected] at 4th of July at a cost 498 each (ie total 996 rs)I have returned the product at 6th of July due to size and buckle issue.since 80 days I have not received my refund of 498 rs till time. I have received the 498 rs out 996 rs at 22nd of August. Please take earliest action as since80 days I have not received my amount.                       Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he had received the refund for only one jeans i.e Rs 498/- and for the another jeans he is saying that he didn't receive the amount so informed to customer to provide the Bank statements he is not ready to share the Bank statements also as he wants us to share the Bank statement of Flipkart that the amount has been refunded to his Debit card. So informed to customer that kindly give some time we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders.

                        Hi, i am vansh. Flipkart has blocked my email id for placing orders. My email id is [protected]@rocketmail.com. I have 22, 998 rupees in my flipkart wallet as well. How can flipkart block my account without prior notice. This is complete unjustice without notiying they blocked my wallet money and even cant order anything. I am flipkart first user from past 1 year and if you check my complete order list ordered for the same email id is valued more than 2 lakhs. I am a regularbuyer of flipkart and even apritiate there services but somehow flipkart is doing wrong with me. If we trust flipkart for its services that doesent mean they can block my money in flipkart wallet. It is not just good. I will be thankful if this portal can help me out. I have emailed flipkart more than 5 times nobody is bothered. They just keep on saying our executive will call you but nobody called up. Thank you

When I track the order in flipkart.com it is saying "your order is out for delivery" for last 3 continuous day. They have given a employee's phone number and name through SMS. So I called him and for last 3 days every time I call him for delivering my product he says that he has already sent someone for delivery. But I don't receive the product. So I called him in the evening and he says '' You will get the product tomorrow morning". What should I do?

                            I have buy a lenovo a6000plus smart phone from flipkart my Oder I'd number is od[protected] the device is getting so so heated and the battery battery low down in one hour than I contact to flipkart that I have this type of problem in device than flipkart online website told me to go to lenovo service center and gave me address of lenovo service center I told OK I will go but when I go to that address the shopowner told me that here is no service center of lenovo than I told to flipkart he take my problem and told me that wait till 24 hours we will give you update and solve your problem and call you within 24hours but they don't call than they give me resolution date 16\9\2015 and tell we will call you back but at 16 date there was no call come from flipkart than i recontact to flipkart than flipkart give me date 17\9\2015 I told OK but at 17 date also there was no call till 24\9\2015 I can't solve my issue so plzzz help me and tell flipkart to refund me

                              I purchased a mobile Xiomi mi4i vide Invoice No. #BLR_WFLD[protected] dated[protected] from Flipkart vide seller W S Retail Pvt Ltd. This handset has following major issues: 1 .Internet Problem: most of time showing unable to attach to proxy server. 2. Heating while navigation/map used/Internet use 3. Contact no. added to favorites automatically being cancelled 4. Data usage selected for Sim-1 automatically get transferred to Sim-2 5. Separate Contact showing for Whats-UP 6. Hanging Problem 7. Sim-1 selected for call but after sometime automatically transferred to none option. I have made many complaints to flipkart in this behalf for return of handset & they forced me to visit Mi4i authorised service centre and on[protected] I sent my nephew at customer service centre at HCL touch(west), Unit no. G-5(II)A, shop No. 5/126-127, Janak Place, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110092, Token no. 82 & there was more than 2 hours waiting time. Service centre representative asked him to deposit the handset with them for 2 to 15 days. I asked him to come back because I am not having another phone to use for calling & receiving calls. Sir I requested flipkart to take back the handset and give credit into my wallet so that I can purchase another handset from their side. I do not want credit in to my bank account.                                   I got a defective phone and I contacted flipcart they told they will replace the phone..And now the delivary date of the replacement was over ... I didn't get the phone... I payed 7500 rupees for this phone. they are provifing 30 days replacement guarantee ..they are cheering the customers Please cancel the license of this site ( flipcart) and save our customers

                                    Hi, I had placed a pre-order for the product on the 6th of Sep 2015 and the world wide launch was on the 18th of Sep 2015 and I was supposed to receive the product on the 21st Sep 2015 however it has been two days past the estimated shipping date and there is no update on the shipment. When I track the order on the website it does not give any shipping details and I receive an email from flipkart stating that the product os out of stock where in it shows on the website that it is ready for order. Extremely bad customer service as no proper resolution being given and incorrect information being provided to the customer. Still awaiting as have made full payment for the product however no update till now.

                                    The website for flipkart also shows that the product is available for purchase and t be delivered by the 30th fo sep 2015 however I receive an email from them that the product.

                                      I have ordered a samsung power bank through flipkat and i hav'nt got it properly. there was no proper accessories and power bank is also not working properly colour is also not same as i ordered and mannual was also not there. but when i complaint it to the customer care so many times they told me that u will get the refund(reason due to out of stock of the product) they keep taking time of 24 to48 hours and keep saying for the refund.. but today i asked that why i still have'nt got the refund so they are saying that ur complaint was out of date so we will not give any refund or replacement of the product.. why theyv have not said this thing when i complaint it first time on 2nd september... flipcart is a biggest cheater online shopping site. i have very bad experience with flipcart...

                                        Spoke to customer, he wanted the shipment should be delivered to him tried explaining customer that we can't deliver the shipment due to postal code is not serviceable. Hence closing the case.
                                        I regret to point out that although you acknowledged my Order (KAPA BACK COVER IPHONE 4S) dated 13th Oct 2015 and the expected delivery order was 27th Oct 2015 which is quite a long time seeing the flipkart standard in market but still i have not received the order.

                                        i have been calling the customer care for the status as when i track the status it shows out for delivery since last week. I am getting negative response from flipkart regarding the order status and with no proper information and on after that they are disconnecting the call.

                                        I am continuously receiving messages since 27th that the product is out for delivery and by the EOD again a message sorry for the delay still i kept my cool and waited as i was expecting the delivery today but today i have lost my cool as again i have got the same message and now i am not at all getting proper response from customer care also. I wont accept the order now as i am really unsatisfied with the flipkart services and customer care behavior.
                                        Flipkart is going worst now a days as i am seeing it is happening frequently with many customers.

                                        One of my colleague has ordered the same cover from Amazon on 24th and the order was received within 2 days without any hassle, now that's what is customer satisfaction which flipkart has to learn from Amazon etc.

                                        WORST SERVICE EVER. GUYS STOP GETTING FOOLS FROM FLIPKART. BETTER GO FOR OTHER VENDORS AS THERE ARE LOT IN MARKET WHO IS PROVIDING MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN FLIPKART.
