Hi!! This complaint is regarding my online order with flipkart.my order I'd is OD[protected] which is a karbonn a50s smart phone.my phone started getting issues in working so I contacted service centers.but none of them are ready to touch and service it, coz they are not authorized to touch such handsets sold by flipkart, they call it utl mobiles or something .so I call flipkart to check for the solution as it is still under warranty.now it's going to be a month since I am calling them, over the phone they always promise me that this is going to be my last call for this issues and force me to trust them as they will take care of it personally, but the next moment I get a designated date and time by mail for my issue to be resolved. Every time I get a new mail with new date and time but nothing is coming to end.i am so tortured calling and writing to them every now and then, their mails are so agonizing .they must be having all my calls and mails in records as everything is recorded.i am requesting them to give me a final say, weather they can resolve it or not.and why do they sell such phones on their website which cannot be serviced, neither they can provide any sort of help for those.then why they sell? But now as they have already charged they should provide me with a solution .i am requesting them not to give me any more pain but either take their phone back or provide a replacement.please help me.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, She told the phone is not getting switch on and she visited the below service center but no one are helping. She clearly told she cant visit the service center anymore and needs the resolution.
