I had ordered my product at flipkart and recieved below number is my order number OD[protected]. I was 24 hours available at home on 22nd and 23rd of august, but no courier delivery was attempted that day. Today on 24th Aug when i m at my job place courier boy called me and told he is at my home and now he wont re-attempt delievery. Though I requested him to delivery after 1 hour so that I can come home to pick up my order he denied, this was ideally the 1st delievery attempt done but I got sms from flipkart that it will be rejected this is the 3rd n last delievery attempt. (I was getting sms on 22nd n 23rd Aug for flipkart delivery I was hence availble at home whole day but didnot got any delivery.) The courier company is Ecomm and tracking id is FMPC[protected], courier person who called me was Mr.Shailesh[protected]. It is very irritating that company like flipkart provides such type of service. Please take proper action so that other customers like me dont suffer from the same.

Spoke with the customer as she is saying that she was supposed to get the delivered on saturday but no one came to deliver the product suddenly she received a call that we are standing in front of your address but she was not available in that particular address as she was in office she wants the delivery by today as she had to gift to someone's birthday.
I have ordered a teddy to gift to my friend but i didnt get it my hands. They have done two reattempt delivery.6 days delay i need to gift it in two days.what to do? My order number is OD[protected].plz help me!

    I purchased a motorola phone moto g2 on 19-04-15 Order Id : OD[protected] the product is of Rs 12000 and within 3 months phone is giving problems : 1. battery is not working properly . within seconds it shows low battery and switch off even if it is fully charged. 2. front camera option is not showing. since 31st july phone is with service center they are not repairing the product saying motorola company not providing any parts and now they have stoped attending my calls. to add more flipkart is saying to wait we will get back to you in 4 days and like this 25 days have passed and issue is yet unresolved. wen customer buy the product flipkart promises warranty and all and now when product is not working properly they are only delaying and saying to wait and wait and making a fool of me since 25 days

    Spoke with the customer as she is saying that she wants to return the product as the product is with the service centre from the month of july and they are saying that they are not having parts for motorola for which ou have to wait so informed to customer that we would not be able to take back the product as per the policy post 30 days we would not be able to do anything you have to wait until the issue gets resolved in service centre.

      I had ordered Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML on 31st july 2015 for 12999 andfor one day delivery charges paid 90rp so it should be delivered for me by 1st auguest but instead i got the delivery on 3rd august in the evening and when i had conversation with flipkart cuistomer care they promised that the delivery charges money will be refunded to my wallet in flipkart account which i had ordered but today its 24th august till now i didnot got my delivery charges in my account. so i want my delivery charges to be refunded as soon as possible. I tried to contact flipkart customer care again but i couldnot get the chance so am complaining here.

          Hi I have purchased Havells Neo 3 L Storage Water Geyser in flipkart where it is also mentioned that installation is free Delhi, Noida Region. But when i called Havells for installation they told that irrespective location intallation will be free only if it is more than 3L models. I paid installation charges and also raised a concern with Flipkart but it is not removed from the product or not provided any solution so far about the amount paid. Customer has been provided false/scam information to buy the product.

          As on yesterday, I have received refund of the amount i paid for installation Rs.200. Thank you for the refund.

          But i still see the "Free Installation" message on the product page "http://www.flipkart.com/havells-neo-3-l-storage-water-geyser/p/itmdypbg7mb... which is false information as per Havells company installation policy.

          "Free Installation" message has to be removed and make sure that the false information has been updated in future.
          I am not sure why it is marked resolved. As i still see the Free installation message in the product page.
          Until you are removing the message this issue should not be resolved.

          It is clearly a violation since Hovells have clearly confirmed in audio recording that they dont provide such service and same from Flipkart customer care as well.
          Please update.

              I love music so i booked 2 samsung headphones, but before booking i called at customer care but for the knowledge of the goods...after getting the assurance that the goods provided are original i booked 2...1 for me and 1 for my friend...bt the goods i got was duplcate and very cheap...even the station side headphones are better...asked for replaced but no one listened to it...

                I have had bad experience by the Flipcart delivery guys not once but everytime, These guys call everytime and insist to pick up the items from their centres everytime, as they have enough items to deliver ot have enough deliveries for the day, I would not have reported this if i would have faced this even once or twice but at least 8-9 times now. The rude and unprofessional behaviour of the Flipcart Guys is to the top. they do not care it seems that they are employees of a company been represented as the Flipcart and therefore maintain the dignity of the company by being professional and polite as their behaviour is tarnishing the image of the Flipcart, Keeping all the above in view I have decided and instructed/ requested all my near ones and dear ones not to use Flipcart as they have most unprofessional and rude guys to deliver the items.                     Folllowng is the mail which I had forwarded to the flipkart on thier mail id i.e. [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com, so waiting for their reply I pre-booked my mobile samsung s7 white on 22/07/2015 with order no: OD[protected] after that I received mail from flipkart for the order confirmation and computer generated call also that order will be delivered by 06/08/2015. Again I got mail on 04/08/2015 stating that We are sorry to let you know that there has been a production delay with Samsung Galaxy J7 phones and we do not have an update on when it will be in stock. We know that you have been waiting for some time and as a goodwill gesture we have provided a discount of Rs.1000 on your order that will reflect on your invoice. Again I got mail on 20/08/2015 stating that We would like to thank you for your patience during the earlier delay in receipt of the Samsung J7 stocks due to a production issue. We are happy to let you know the product has reached our warehouse and will be shipped soon. While the delivery of the product takes anywhere between 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipping, please be assured that we are working really hard to make sure it reaches you much before that. And now when we called to customer care at 11.17 pm on 22/08/2015 your executive says that your order has been cancelled . I promptly checked the mail but there were no such mail regarding the cancellation, I again called to your customer care at 11.43 pm on 2/08/2015 the your executive mr manjit singh says that the order may be cancelled by customer end while using flipkart app or customer might have called and prompted to cancel the order by 11.17 pm on 22/08/2015 so we sorry and we cannot proceed for the same . So this is totally disgusting as I do not have cancelled any order from my end and even there is mail confirmation, no call from flipkart end for the reason and what do you thing I am full that I waited for a month then I cancelled my order. You can hear my calls as I do granted for any cancellation and I even not mailed you for cancellation. So waiting for the positive reply, And I need reason for the FALSE cancellation.

                    After the last complaint I got call from flipkart team on the same day . They were excused about the complaint and asked me to booked mobile again and also promised for the discount of Rs.1000 which was given in my flipkart wallet.

                        I order a New phone Lenovo K3 from flipkart after reciving a handset, Mobile phone is not working properly again and again its hang and not able to download any application also. so i complaint to flipkart regarding the same under 30 days refund period or for a new piece but without any resolution give every time they closed my request and ask me to visit service centre of Lenevo. So i told the flipkart guy kain you are having 30 days replacement guarantee kindly give me a replacement now they dont give my refund or replacement. Please do needful for the same.

                          I bought a product from Flipkart and after waiting for 10 days I got to know that the product is misplaced. No communication from Flipkart that this happened.. I only found it out. After complaining about it they asked me to cancel and rebook the order. Well so irresponsible they are rather than rectifying their mistake they are putting on customer that they have cancelled the product.. So irresponsible..

                          they are totally fraud!
                          giving me the promise of getting the product delivered in a day moreover i paid for express one day delivery(total waste of express delvery charges) and on the day of dispatch they tell me that they will tell the delivery date soon.

                            I ordered a mobile from flipkart but the mobile i got was damaged, i got 2 replacements, but then also i got the damaged product, then i demanded refund instead of replacement, so they accepted my refund request, then a mail arrived me saying that you have to send the product on your own . so i sent the product via DTDC courier company on 31st july. product reached the warehouse of flipkart on 4th august but they refused to accept the product and rescheduled the delivery date and on 11th august they accepted my product. But its been over 11 days i haven't got my refund amount i.e. Rs12999. i am regularly complaining about this issue on flipkart customer care, they everytime take my complain on priority and gives me date on which their refund team will contact me but their refund team is not contacting me and keep shifting the dates and now i neither have the mobile nor the money and when i complained about flipkart on this website the answer i got was "Escalated to RVP Team to check and close the case". i didn't got my refund so how they can close my case. its been over 24 times that my refund dates have been changed and they keep shifting the resolving date. my order ID is - OD[protected].                                       Honorable president Consumer control panel. This is on the subject of a lenovo k3(model no-K50a40), i had order on 10th of aug and the product was delivered to me on 17 of aug2015. sir/mam On 17th only i had requested them to check on my problem with the phone and i had requested them for refundment of my phone. But they people are giving wrong reasons to install some applications and all and i have already talked to them many times but they are not solving my problem at all. i am a person who is in search of job and because of this phone i have already lost my 4 days by attending calls from their side as they are scheduling a new call everyday. sir, i have also recorded the conversation with their customer care people and also i had talked to their manager, this type of problem i had faced previously also with this flipkart only. its a matter of issue for me as i am a person with responsibilities. i hereby have decided to file a complain against flipkart people. i am attaching the cash memo of the phone with all specifications inscripted on that. They havn't mentioned anywhere of the terms and conditions to install such and now they are not even listening the problem at all. Sir As i have already lost so much money and time.I am getting so mcuh trouble by these so please help me to refund my all amount and extra cost as well.                                       they cheated me as they themselves cancell my oeder for which i was waiting and called them that i will personally collect it.

                                        HI Team, Kindly check my screen shot in attachment. i have placed order in flipkart after 4 days 05 th august i got massage informing that seller cancelled and ull get refund with in some working days its 8 days ...but i called on the 20th but not refunded only after fight they processed it and it take 8 days time.now im paying extra EMI plz help this is worst company
