Dear sir, I was purchase a new brand mobile ((Lenovo k3 note) form flipkart by online. But After delivery handset have heating problem after that it is hang. i am coordinate with customer care but no response from there. And i have many complaints no. but i have no solution for this problem. As above i am suffer mentally please do needful. Thanks Sanjeev Pal

    I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 532 on Flipkart. The product was delivered on August 10, 2015. I found the handset was faulty and I initiated a return request on August 14, 2015. I had to write over mails and have to take calls to get the return initiated. However, the return got initiated on August 15, 2015. Flipkart scheduled a pick up on August 18, 2015. It's August 21, 2015 and still they did not pick up the device. So, my refund is stuck. I want my money back.

      I recently order lenovo 6000 pluse throw flipkart wallet amount is 7499. my detail is below order id : OD[protected] email id: [protected]@gmail.com mobile number : [protected] order date : 6 August, 2015 2:17 PM my complaint is about automatic order cancel and not giving refund in wallet, many time i complain but flipkart says that in 2 days our resolution team call you and resolved your problem.today 15 days gone but till now they fooling me and not giving my money back

        1st the shipment was delivered wrong. I had ordered a blue colour and flipkart delivered me a black. Later when i asked for a replacement flip kart is not bale to deliver me on the given time and just says "apologies".
        Even when i was ready to accept the delayed shipment but in a different address (In the same city) , flipkart says they cant do it
        I ordered it for a purpose to attend a wedding, now i because of all problems a - z done only by flipkart i didnt recieved my product.

        They are not even clear on returning my money

          On 2/08/2015 I placed my order for Fisher-Price Kick and Play Piano Gym, order number -OD[protected], I receive a confirmation that I would receive it on 12/08/2015, but it was delayed and all of a sudden on 17/08/2015, they just send me a text that my order has been cancelled, but I haven't called to cancelled my order. After that I called to Customer care regarding this and they said that it is due to technical issue, you will get the product withing next 24 hrs. But I didn't get. Again when I called customer care they said it was cancelled by user and they can't do anything.
          Also there another order- OD[protected] which I placed on same day 2/08/2015 and it's expected delivery date was 11/08/2014, which already crossed and still the status is Shipping. I am very much expecting that in another one or two day, it will be also cancelled and they will say that user has cancelled.
          In India if Flipcart do this type of thing even for 10% of there customer and keep there money for 20-30 days, they will soon cross the total revenue of other big companies.
          This type of experience is realy frustrating. If they can't able to deliver, then they shouldn't take the orders and harash people.

          Tried calling customer to inform the postal code for the given address is incorrect due to which both the order's was cancelled , hence for the order id- OD[protected] refund was processed and for the order id-OD[protected] the shipment is RTO due to same issue and wanted to inform customer to wait for an update. Mail sent to customer to wait for an update and share the alternate number his number was switch off.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I just want to know on what basis you have said that the address was incorrect or incomplete. I always used to shopping from other online websites and it reached always within delivery date. You can check my address even landmark is there. If flipcart will provide service like this, temporarly we have to face problem but in long run it will hamper flipcart only because there are so many online stores available.
          Also I really feel bad, instead of accepting your fault, you simply blamed customer that his address is incorrect.

            I purchased a Samsung j5 mobile from flipcart which delivered to me on 13/8/15 From next day it's complaint of hanging continues till date.I contacted Samsung customer care also visited Samsung servi centr but they could not diagnos the problem. Only they tried to trouble shooting but problem re exist.Then I contacted flipcart cust.care, they lodged a complaint and arrange a call by tech.exprt. They adopt same procedure but after some time problem continued. And I puzzled by restart and reset the mobile set several times to solve the issue. And now I can't do this and only option I have to replace my handset or return and refund my money.

              Sir, I have ordered lenova a6000 plus mobile on 8 th Aug n made payment thro' card.. On the same day I mistakenly cancelled the order, so I requested flipkart to credit my money to sbi card. But they are telling that they have credited on 9 th August but till now it has not credited in my bank.               Spoke to customer, he informed cancelled the order but did not get the refund. Informed customer to send the bank account statement from the date he ordered the product till date. Closing the case till customer get back to us.
              Sir, till now I didn't get positive results, I call daily to flipkart service nos n they hold me for 27 mins...I m in need of money...plplz help..I m going through mental torture.
              I have given bank statements n screenshots n no results...
              They are giving reference no n trace no wic is of no use..

                  I have onlined purchased "Samsung 16GB MicroSD plus class 10 with 1o years warranty period " on 31.05.2013 by order flipkart.com Order No:OD[protected] Invoice No: BND[protected] Rs. 949.00/- . I have been contacing with the customer care no: [protected] of Flipkart since 6.08.2015 for resolving the problems of my memorycard. that customer care people telling we will be refund yours memory card about. they were telling our representative would come to yours house he would collected the memory card then then refund amount will go to yours vallet account. But they were only telling no person have come to my house to collect. take the action this company for that deceptions of the consumer of the india.

                      Hi, I Pre booked Samsung J7 on 14th July 2015 in lieu to get the product by 18th August as mentioned in their site. My Point is if they do not have phones then what is the point of making fool of people and blocking their money for such a long time. Their is complete certainty that Flip kart uses the customer money blocked for such a long time and recycle them in Market to earn revenue on it. I have been waiting for the phone for more then a month now, surviving on this planet with out a smart phones is not easy. Now they says that they do not have a defined time line when the phone will be available. So can you Imagine their monopoly on this matter. there are few points to focus here. 1)Flipkart and such E-commerce companies block the customer money. 2)They create a monopoly that particular phone can only be purchased through them by contracting with the company. 3)They do not fulfill the commitments made to the customers 4)They do not even bother to contact customer and advising about the progressions.                           Order was placed for Lenovo K3 Notes on 10.08.2015 and payment was made through Wallet & Debit card. The confirmation mail received indicating that the product might be supplied by 20th August, 2015. But on 17.08.2015 one SMS received that cancellation of your order No.OD[protected] has been processed, however the cancellation was not done from my side. The matter is not clear what is happening with flipkart. Till date I have not received my payment back if order has really been cancelled forcefully by the comany itself.
                          Such forceful and wrong cancellation is not justified at all. Customer has been deceived.

                            Sir I have got my MOTO E 1st gen mobile from flipkart by online on june 2 nd 2015. For first few days it was ok.. but after a week it started to get switched off automatically every day.Its been 2 months and till today this issue is not solved. i thought due to some softwares it may have caused this issue but my friends also said that it was issue with mobile which i have purchased online. so i rised complaint in flipkart for replacement . when i was in my important call it wil get switched off automatically so please replace this defective set

                              I ordered a Mi Pad from Flipkart against Order No. OD[protected] on 20th July worth Rs. 12999. But I received a defective item. So on the very next day complained them about it & they asked me to send it to them by a Courier as Pick-up was not available from my Address. They assured me for a replacement with Courier Charges. So on 4th Aug, I Couriered the item to them which they received on 8th Aug. But from then Flipkart is not Replacing the item. Even they are not refunding me too. I Complained them on a regular basis. But everyday they want more & more time. They can''t even providing a resolution in this regard.

                              I''m a student. And I''m already in a loss of Rs. 12999/- which I can''t accept. I''m really nervous now about this refund. I don''t know what to ans. to my parents.

                              Please help me to recover my money back. I want double amount as compensation for all the harassment I''m facing only because of them.

                                  R/Sir, i ordered a mobile phone Lenovo K3 note on dated 11.8.2015 at 2.07 PM through credit card and give me order ID OD[protected] and said it was delivered about 22.8.2015. but on dated 16.8.2015 it was said by the company that "Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)". but one of my product delivred them on same pin and address. But my complaint is that they not call me at once to not delivered the same and product returnd by them. i have make payment of this item. and noe i was very apset. therfore it is requested that please send my prosuct to my address other wise call me and i will collect this from company address in Sonepat.                                     25 jul 2015 date of purchase Purchase of mobile phone (Redmi MI 4I) order no. OD[protected] Problems 1.                                       Hi, This mail is about the pathetic service that I am experiencing from Flipkart. I have made shopped online several times from other retailers ( Amazon, ebay etc) but this is the first time I am experiencing the worst service ever. Lets cut it short. I ordered Samsung 32 inch LED TV ( Order #[protected] on 14th Aug, 2015 10:04 PM and was scheduled to be delivered yesterday ( 17th August, Monday). However when I didnt get any intimation about the same or any calls from the delivery people, I called customer care only to be shocked to know that the order is not processed and I may have to re-order. Yesterday, I called customer service several times and most of the time the line disconnected ( Probably reps disconnected else I dont see the reason why would disconnect and worst part is nobody even bothered called me back when calls disconeceted - about 4 call disconnects from a reputed company like Flipkart is unacceptable). They claim they dont have option to call back, even one of the managers said she dont have option to call me back. Flipkart has not shipped the product yet. Later I called back adn spoke to a different manager and he apologized for the delay and HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD BE GETTING THE PRODUCT TODAY ( 18th AUGUST BEFORE 1AM).. He even said there is every possibility that I may get it much much earlier than this. I was supposed to go to my hometown yesterday and I canceled the trip at the last moment as he promised that I would be getting my order today. I decided to wait for one more day. I called Flipkart today around 12:30PM and spoke to someone who could not communicate in English, later I requested for a manager who was worst than this guy in communication. I requested for someone who could speak English so that we could understand each other, and after keeping me on hold for close to 5 mins he found someone who could speak Englisk. A lady by name Anupama ( if am not wrong) took over the call and said she is the Manager. I explained about my order and she seemed to be in too much hurry as she intefered several times while I was trying to tell her something.I asked her to transfer he call to someone who has the patience to hear my grievenace but she continued speaking. When requested for the status of my order, SHE SAID I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND A REFUND WOULD BE PROVIDED WHICH I IMMEDIATEDLY DENIED. SHE FURTHER SAID THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK WHICH LOOKED LIKE A BIG JOKE AS I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION THAT THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND I WOULD BE RECEIVING IT ON 17TH AUGUST. SHE ASKED ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHICH I DENIED SAYING I WOULD NOT DO THAT AS ITS NOT MY MISTAKE AND IF YOU DISPLAYED A PRODUCT ONLINE FOR SALE AND NOT SHIPPING YET GIVING " OUT OF STOCK" REASONS ITS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHEATING PUBLI. WHEN REQUESTED FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS FROM THE CORPORTATE TEAM SHE DENIED. WHY WOULD SOMEONE BE AFRAID IF THEY HAVE DONE THEIR JOB CORRECTLY? AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, I AM NOT GONNA CANCEL THIS ORDER NO MATTER WHAT. FLIPKART HAS ALREADY HELD MY AMOUNT AND NOT SHIPPED THE PRODCUCT. I HAVE ALSO INSTALLED TATA SKY DISH BELIEVING THE MISLEADING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOUR REPS AND MANAGERS. ORDER DETAILS _____________ Samsung 32 inch LED TV ( Order #[protected] Rs.27, 893.00 with an additional cash back offer of Rs.2000 which amounted upto Rs.25, 893.00. Monthly installment Rs.3297.00 total interest Rs.1, 773.00 I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO SHIP THE PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE ORDERED ASAP. I HAVE ALREADY SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART WITH A COUPLE OF CONSUMER FORUMS WHICH IS ONLY GOING TO MORE ESCALATIONS FROM NOW ON. I JUST DONT SOMEONE CHEATING ME.                                         I brought a Micromax canvas express 2 on 11/08/2015.. the product was delivered on 14/08/2015.. I experienced heating problem on the device and hence requested for it to be replaced.. While buying the device they assured me that it was bound by "fadvantage" but when requested for an exchange a technician called me, ran an application and told that the device was fine and my request was turned down.. The device gets heated up a lot.. They ran a check on third party application called smart check but when i told them that the clean master app an the phone shows that the device is overheating they said its a third party app and an unreliable one.. Pl refund the amount or provide and exchange...
